The Geheim Masjien raced over the dunes, little vortices trailing it on the outermost edges as it skimmed the surface. Dee gently maneuvered it over and around the mounds of sand. The flight over to Bestine was a short 7 minutes from Mos Espa, and Dee pulled the freighter around the city as she got clearance to land.
::Geheim Masjien, looking for landing clearance::
Sorry, Geheim Masjien, all hangars are occupied at the moment. You'll have to put down on the outskirts of town in one of the holding lots
Dee grumbled before she hit the comms again
::Understood::
She did another loop around the city before landing near a few other freighters who were also in the holding lot.
AVI, going to have to hoof it, they put us down on the edge of town.
Not a problem. Leave the engines running, I won’t be long. Dee set the freighter down and a couple of Rodian flight deck crew ran over with a maintenance droid hobbling behind them. AVI stepped down the ramp and pointed at the ship. Make sure it’s topped off on fuel and coolant.
He handed them a card and they were muttering between one another as they ran it. Handing it back to him, they ran back to their temporary station as the droid began looking over the ship. AVI put the chit away and headed into town, pulling his own cloak over to conceal his identity and form and armament.
=====
Dee got up from the seat and stretched. The hum of the engines reverberated in the cabin and it was soothing. She popped another lozenge and went to take a walk around the outside of the ship.
Stepping out she hit the switch on her helmet and it completely covered her head and face, sealing with a slight hiss. AVI popped up in her helmet as a floating orb of rainbow light but didn’t say anything; he just bobbed and floated. She reached up to touch the fuselage, running her hands over the metal exterior. She looked over the antenna arrays and sensor ports, keeping an eye on the maintenance droid that was busy cleaning the struts with a hydrocarbon wash.
=====
The streets were a bit busy today. All number of species were being represented. Noisy and crowded, they seemed to be focused on other things. AVI peered through the crowds at an outdoor bar he passed and saw an interview with a blue Dug. Podracing? AVI wondered at it, thinking most of it had been wiped out by the Imperials. Suddenly remembering that this universe was a little different and that perhaps it was making a comeback. The screen flashed to a smaller racing craft. He mused.
Different class of racing, perhaps?
He continued around to the storage facility and stepped inside. A man was leaning against the counter behind a set of thick bars looking down at a screen. AVI approached and tapped the counter, chit in hand.
Locker 231a
Without looking, the man took the chit before hitting a button under the desk. A buzz came from the door as it unlocked and AVI stepped inside. With a loud clank, the door shut and locked behind him.
=====
Dee sat on the ramp and watched as the Rodians scurried around the maintenance droid. She wanted to make sure they weren’t up to anything funny. In this case, anything illicit or dangerous to her or the rest of the crew. The two green skinned Rodians didn’t appear to have any ill intentions as they worked to make sure the Geheim Masjien was ready for another long haul. The droid, finished with cleaning the grease off the struts, was now attacking some of the Tatooine sand that had become lodged on some of the landing leg door hinges.
One of the Rodians ran back to their mobile cart and pulled off a ladder. Setting it up in front of the cockpit, he began to scrub it down with a rag.
=====
In front of the locker, AVI pulled out a keycard and swiped it. The light turned green and the door parted. Inside was a repulsorlift cart with three crates on it. One crate was over one meter cubed, another was a half meter high, a meter wide, and over 2 meters long. The other was a small crate, one half by one-half meter by one.
He opened up one of them and pulled out a pair of blasters and attached them under his cloak. Sealing everything back up again, he pulled the cart out.
Stopping by the front desk again, he slid the keycard over to the man.
Go ahead and close the account. The locker is empty.
Without looking up from the podrace, the man swiped the chit and handed it back to AVI with a grunt, waving him away. AVI shrugged and headed back out to the city streets.
=====
AVI walked up to the Geheim Masjien just as the Rodians and the maintenance droid were finishing up. They all scurried past him as he approached. Dee had been watching him walk up and stood up as soon as he was in earshot from the roar of the engines.
Got it all?
All here. They do a good job?
She turned, and he followed her up the ramp. He closed it and pushed the crates around the corridor.
Yeah, watched them. They seemed to do a good enough job. Hopefully the windscreen isn’t streaky.
Dee collapsed back into the pilot’s seat and pulled back on the stick. The nose picked up and she gunned the throttle, putting the capital city behind them.

The first few boosts provided by Ellie's ship certainly helped, but as they got lower, Ruubin found control of the ship was getting harder and harder to maintain as even more systems or readings went offline. The shuttle shook and groaned, sounding like it was going to tear itself apart, and even some of the Crimson Commandos were beginning to voice concern or apprehension. “Just...a bit more...” said Ruubin.
They managed to keep the balance going until they were well within the planet's troposphere when the people on board the shuttle heard a gut-wrenching metallic shriek followed by the sound of a small explosion, and the ship lurched. “I think that was the main engines...” said Ruubin.
Another shriek and explosion.
“That's the starboard back-up engine, but we still have the port one left.” The man gave a thumbs up without turning to look at his Jedi companions behind him. They were approaching the stronghold, and Ruubin coaxed what he could from the shuttle to steer towards that. “Okay Ellie, one last blast of your thrusters and then get yourself out of there, I'm going to crash this right through those doors. They'll know we're in there. NOW!”
As Ruubin careened forward, down below, Millie was gratefully redressing and arming herself with an energy shield, a fencer's dueling shoto saber, and putting on a protective helmet. She was coordinating all the Younglings who were sneaking out of their rooms. Thanks to Ellie's antics earlier, most guards had left their posts, providing the children with little to no obstruction. Millie was a little surprised with how easily she could create something of a hive mind set up to safely direct everyone to minimize encounters on their way to where the three of them were. She realized all the training she was given was to prepare her for exactly this role. She would be some sort of team strategist or a leader, a coordinator and director of combat, using her mind to maintain order and guide the platoon. They were all part of one unit.
“The entrance?” said Millie, “Oh, I think they're in trouble then...do you feel that?”
She was referring to the sensation of individuals approaching the stronghold with unusual intent. Among the emotions was concern, for the Younglings. Soon all the Younglings were gathered around them, having followed Millie's guidance through the Force, when they heard a deafening crash and explosion, and the ground shook.
In the remains of the shuttle, Ruubin, lowered his hands after the canopy viewports transparesteel shattered and rained shard on him. All things considered, the landing could have been a lot worse. Oddly, it felt like he had something of a soft landing. “Everyone out,” he said, “we've got saber-wielding individuals and armed soldiers, so look lively.”
Drawing his own blaster from the holster on his thigh, he fired a few shots to scatter the rushing guard, hopefully buying time.

*The Gladiator shook and protested some at the unusual angle at which they were entering atmosphere. Ellie could scarcely imagine what was happening to the other ship, but she could sense the urgency through the force. On command, she hit the thrusters one last time before pulling away. The large gunship then pulled behind the doomed shuttle and followed it in. Ruubin's shuttle barely breached the door before the Gladiator made an abrupt landing.*
*The ships engines were barely slowing to a stop as Ellie came sprinting down the loading ramp. She moved at a dead run towards the wreckage. Half part concerned for her sister, the other half aching for battle. Her lightsaber was already in hand, the leather wrapped hilt was as long as her forearm. She quickly bounded up the debris and through the massive hole in the door. In front of her were her targets, three of them, all heading towards the cockpit with their blasters raised. Without slowing down, she let out a yell and launched herself at them. An almost pure white blade ignited from her lightsaber as she gripped it with two hands. She brought it down with full strength on the first started soldier, almost cleaving him in two. Wielding her saber like a claymore, she swiftly brought down the other two.*

"Entrance?" *Ellie said a little confused. She had just mentioned the entrance to Millie, so why was she....then it dawned on her. The new presence in the force, different from the ones that were here and they were fast approaching.*
*The ground shook, the shearing of metal filled the distant halls and what alarms still worked tried their best to alert of danger. Amongst all this, Ellie felt a presence, a very familiar one, but different some how. At first she wanted to mention her sister, but that wasn't right. She barely waited for a second before heading in that direction.* "Come on! Let's go!"
*She lead the trio through the halls that were surprisingly empty of personal. Odds are that they were heading to the entrance. She was quickly rewarded for her correct answer as she rounded the last corner, only to almost be hit by a blaster bolt. She ducked back around the corner before slowly peeking her head out. The entrance was a mess, from the wrecked door to the ship that had smashed through them. Everything about this caught her off guard. She could see shapes of beings moving and fighting around the ship, but there was to much going on to tell who they were.* "Okay, I don't know what's going on, but things are getting really weird."

A nervous wreck during the tension laden, barely controlled descent and subsequent crash landing, Honon is surprisingly collected when, once the ship has come to rest and it is obvious that they are about to find themselves at least hip deep in poodoo, said poodoo, in the form of armed attackers rushing their position, proves to probably be at least neck deep. "Maximum effort!" Honon, ears still ringing from the cacophony of noises that accompanied their crash landing through the doors, shoulders and neck aching from where his safety harness bruised him as he was thrown forward during the crash, cries as Ruubin scatters the first wave of attackers that approach what is left of the ship's cockpit, unfastening his harness and flipping forward after launching himself gracefully through the canopy with his lightsaber in hand. Deflecting a blaster bolt into the ceiling, Honon cuts off the arm of the assailant that had fired it, kicks him backwards into one of the attackers behind him, and then sends a Force push towards a trio of attackers that are rounding a corner.
Kateri, bleeding from a cut on her forehead from where her hands did not protect it from the shards of transparasteel that flew towards her during the crash, is somewhat less acrobatic in her efforts to follow her brother, but joins the battle no less decisively as she ignites her lightsaber and, sticking close to Ruubin, begins blocking blaster fire sent towards them with greater precision than Honon, each bolt being precisely deflected so that it is sent towards one of the attackers trying to rush the ship.
In the hold, Sharee helps Hyatt, thrown into one of the ship's crumpled walls after his seat was torn free from its mounts during the crash, out of the tangled mess of wreckage and rubble that had fallen on him as Vaayla help any of the wounded or trapped Crimson Commandos and Kaiya, along with any uninjured or pinned Crimson Commandos, exit the wreckage of the ship through a gash in its side.
Spotting her twin through the smoke and swirling cloud of debris around the crash, Kaiya clenches her jaw and takes her lightsaber from its clip as she begins rushing to join Ellie and the others in meeting the attackers swarming towards the crash site.

“Ellie wait!” said Millie, making a futile grasp for her friend's sleeve, but the older girl was already too far ahead. “We should try and plan it out before we...oh fine. Everyone, take what you can use from this bag, or get out your own weapons.”
Because of the connection she shared with the entire cadre of Younglings, she could sense a unified desire overlapping even fear and trepidation: Escape. It was something that the whole lot of them desired on one level or another. And after her unification speech and encouragement to take the first step towards freedom, and only after worrying about what next, it had become the single-minded goal of the entire group, and in a ways, Millie felt uplifted herself, so she found herself guiding the entire cadre behind Ellie once they'd emptied the bag of its remaining gear, enveloping Hyrim and Ellie as well into the group. It wasn't so much of a tangible, detectable touch into the minds, as much as it was like opening doors or answering a group Comlink Messenger, only it was in real-time, and everyone's intents and awareness to danger was attached to Millie.
With a thought, she could get someone to duck and avoid an attack, or what steps to take to mount a successful offensive against larger foes. Ellie nearly had her had taken off by a stray blaster bolt. She yelped in fright on behalf of her friend, whom she knew would become aware of the mind-link they all shared now. The entire cadre of Younglings were now a single body of a powerful unit. They were the Leviathan. << Wait a moment. >> said Millie through the Force, communicating with all of the Younglings, << The ship that just crashed through the doors are full of people who want to rescue us. There's Jedi among them! Jedi are good people! >>
Despite what she said, Millie's face became deadly serious and she turned around, with the entire cadre turning in unison with her, except for the Force-Sensitives who would have sensed what she did anyhow, and she activated her lightsaber and her shield.
“How interesting,” said Sanden Syrfus, the leader of the Sun Knight. His tone was one of supposed disinterest, supposedly unimpressed by the sight before him, “it seems you have discovered your latent talents much sooner than intended. Our Kaminoan specialist will need to look into this.”
He raised a hand, in which one of those awful Controller devices rested, and almost as one, the Cadre flinched, but before he even pressed the button to inflict pain, his eyes glanced over at them all again, and he realized that not one of them was wearing their own clothing anymore, and he threw the useless device aside, looking mildly impressed, “You're everything we hoped for it seems, Millie Westar, but you haven't yet learnt everything.”
Realizing it was now or never as the Knight was going to launch a powerful attack of some sort, Millie thrust her hand forward and drew on the Force, violently pushing him hard and far, and as he flew from the strength of the sudden attack, Millie directed everyone with energy weapons to fire everything they had. One of them had a guard's blaster rifle, and fired a stun bolt, which shot an unblockable ring that engulfed the target and knocked them out. “The others are coming. We need to go to the rescuers. They'll know what to do next.”
Millie went forward around Ellie, raising her shield to deflect blaster bolts, and two burly Younglings flanked her, wielding an energy shield like herself and a blaster in their friend hand, they led the Cadre, but Ellie and the other Force-Sensitive was free to act of their own accord, while Millie coordinated the rest in a defensive cordon as they slow approached the battle.
From his high position of the the cockpit, Ruubin could see the scene unfolding and the chaos of the battle as the Crimson Commandos and the Jedi poured out from the shuttle through holes made from the crash landing, their cries and shouts encouraging one another into the fray, the pilot stared in disbelief as the children soon appeared, turning from a corridor, and approaching the fight, armed and extremely well coordinated as if they were some of the galaxy's most highly trained elite soldiers. But it was the tiny girl leading this group that caught his attention the most.
It was Amy-Lee Westar, his niece. Only, she should be an adult, but she was a kid. It didn't make sense. “Millie...” was all he could say before he was leaping through the cockpit and sliding down, landing right on top of a guardsman, and kicking aside a Knight who wasn't looking, right into the arms of Jedi. The little girl spotted him and all the children suddenly seemed confused or hesitant, but the girl cried out, “Uncle Ruu!”
It was Millie! But how?!?

*Madness, that's what all of this felt like. So much chaos around her, but she was enjoying every moment of it. Ellie charged out into the entrance way with the rest of the children the white blades of her guard sabers sang to life as she rushed the nearest target. A commando, his attention was turned towards a target facing away from her. Ellie kept off the piece of debris she was on and buried both blades into the man. She wasn't going to let what she had done slow her down. They were so close to the exit, and she wasn't going to be stopped.*
*An odd shift in the force caught her attention. She turned to see Millie running towards a man, one of their rescuers, she had even called him by name. Was this one of her uncles? Ellie didn't have much time to think about it, as something else drew her eye. A short distance away stood ro woman, both of whom looked very similar. Twins perhaps? The one though, clad in modified beskar'gam and holding a long handled lightsaber, she looked very familiar. Her force signature was almost identical to her own. How though, how was that possible? A thousand questions ran through her mind but they were quickly interrupted.*
*She was so distracted from the sight, that she didn't see the attack coming till it hit her. A heavy fist hit her in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her and tossing her to the ground. She gasped for air as she tried to caught her breath. Rolling over she tried to crawl away, only to feel a heavy boot push her back into the ground. The attacker rolled her over and pointed his blaster rifle at her. Panic filled Ellie's mind as she struggled to break free.*

*Ellie gave her twin a nod when she reached her. She was glad to have her sister there to fight by her side, just like old times. They would need each other, this place was quickly turning into a mess.*
*Then she felt something, a prickle of familiarity, but different somehow. A little unrefined, wild, and maybe a little bit unsure of itself. That was something she knew well, even this force signature. Her eyes scanned the room till she spotted a small girl staring at her, and her heart almost stopped. What she saw was a face she had only seen in a mirror, at least twelve years ago. There was no mistaking it though, that girl was a younger version of Ellie. Now the real question was how and why. How was there a child that was a spitting image of her standing not far away, and why was she here of all places.*
*Her thoughts were cut short when he saw the commando deleiver a powerful strike to the child. Ellie could feel the pain and surprise from the youngling. Identical to her own feelings in every way as it rippled through the force. Without thinking, Ellie launched herself forward and let out a mighty yell. She cleared the distance to the child and commando in an instant, her blade cut through the air with a roar. The commando never knew what happened before his head hit the ground, then his body.*
*Ellie didn't glance down at the child, it was almost as if she was afraid to. Anger was beginning to build in her at the sight of these people attacking younglings. After several seconds, she finally turned to face the child. As she did, the battle seemed to fade away as she stared into the eyes of a younger self. She wasn't sure what to say or do, there were just so many questions.*
*One thing she did know, however, was that the younger version of herself had gotten hit pretty hard. Without really thinking about it, she deactivated her lightsaber and put it on her belt. She then reached down and picked up the smaller version of her, letting the girl rest her head on her shoulder. Ellie wasn't entirely sure why she was doing this, but she was. She carried the younger herself up to Kaiya, her expression was almost blank as she spoke in a level voice.* "Please hold her for a minute and keep her safe. I'm putting an end to this."

Hovering over the Gozanti cruiser as the ship decended, Jaime watched in alarm as Ruubin and his shuttle crashed right through the doors of the stronghold. To his amazement, he could sense all lives on board weren't lost, but a battle was most definitely unfolding in there, and he could sense Ami-Lee in there for certain. Bringing his attention back on the cruiser for a moment, he instructed them, “Nice and easy now. Power down and disembark. Don't bother trying to stay hidden on board, I know there's exactly five of you in there. So power down and come out with your hands up.”
He turned to look at Gina, “Take over here, and keep the blasters on them. I'm going into the hold.”
“Jaime, be careful.” Gina looked worriedly at the man, who nodded at her and left for the boarding ramp. Though they were still hovering a good hundred feet above ground, the man jumped out, using the Force to slow his descent as he ignited his primary lightsaber and drew out a blaster with his left hand. The crew from the Gozanti cruiser had exited the ship, all five of them, with their hands on their heads. He could sense no defiance in them. Evidently they were afraid.
He ignored them for now and raced for the stronghold, where a violent battle was unfolding. The defenders had Force-Sensitives among them, armed with lightsabers, but Ruubin had the Crimson Commandos and a band of Jedi Knights with him. Also, the very same children he had seen earlier were joining the fray with their rescuers, and he heard the little blonde girl in the lead calling Ruubin the way Amy always did...except Ami-Lee Westar was in her thirties, but this girl, while a spitting image of Ami-Lee at a young age, could not possibly be her...unless...
They had the exact same signature in the Force, something that would be impossible even if she were Amy's child. The only way she would be so identical to Amy was if she was a clone! A guardsman rushed him and he had to duck to one side, cutting at him with an upward arc of his lightsaber, but the man's armour was saber-resistant, and his blaster had no better effect. So after ducking him again, he drew on the Force and violently threw the man thirty feet into the air back among and on top of his own people, bowling down a bunch of them.
“Watch out!” He yelled a warning to everyone when he saw a new contingent of hostile Knights, and he leapt towards them, swinging his saber in a wide arc, then releasing a wave of the Force to scatter them, but they seemed to be expecting this and most were able to resist the push, three Knights were upon him, and he was forced to backpedal quickly before he got overwhelmed.

Honon, having taken the Jedi philosophy of adhering to the nonlethal defeat of foes when possible, leaves a sickening trail of arms and legs behind him as he leaps and rolls while using the Ataru form to deal with the foes he wades through with a somewhat un-Jedi like glee. The wave of hostiles that Jaime attempts to warn everyone of nearly falls upon Honon when, engaged with a trio of opponents that are fighting effectively enough together that they are managing to keep all their limbs attached while also wearing him down, the Force push Jaime staggers many of the combatants with alerts him to the danger he is in. Crouching and rolling to his left, Honon takes off the legs of two of his attackers, leaps upward and removes an arm of the third, and then, grinning madly, charges once more into the fray with a forward flip and his lightsaber keening as it flashes and takes the hand from one of the hostile Knights that is slower to recover from Jaime's attack than others.
Kateri, confused by Ruubin's recognition of one of the younglings that had been fighting against their foes, is not so confused or distracted that she does not continue to, not having been as influenced by the Jedi Order's philosophy as much as her brother has, deflects blaster bolts back at their opponents, often to lethal effect, her time as a Night Jedi having taught her that sometimes one needs to deal with threats in a direct, final way.
Kaiya, brow furrowed in confusion when her twin hands her a youngling that is the very image of Ellie when she was younger, can only nod numbly when her sister bids her to watch over the girl. One arm folded protectively around the shoulders of the small girl that resembles, and has a Force signature identical to, Ellie, Kaiya holds her lightsaber in a defensive posture while retreating back towards the Jedi and Crimson Commandos fighting nearest to the ship.
Hyatt and Vaayla, fighting side by side, part enough for Kaiya and the girl she carries to pass between them, and then close ranks once more once she has passed, attacking the three hostile Knights that almost overwhelm Jaime in concert.
Sharee, bleeding from the side where she had been wounded early on in the fray, fights alongside the Crimson Commandos, staying at the front of their formation and deals with any hostiles that escape the fire of the Commandos as they press onward into the onrushing hostile forces crashing towards them.

*Freedom came swiftly and with a vengeance, cutting the guard down with ease. Ellie could finally breath again, at least till she made eye contact with the one who saved her. Then her both her breath and heart seemed to stop momentarily as she looked into the eyes of an older self. The battle faded away as her world spiraled into confusion. Nothing made sense now, how could there be an older version of her? The thought left her mind as the bigger version of her lifted her up into older Ellie's arms. She tensed, but didn't resist, as she was carried away.*
*She watched battle going on from over the shoulder of bigger Ellie as she was carried towards the exit. Then she was handed to and older version of her twin. This didn't seem possible, but it was happening. She ran many possibilities in her head, and only one seemed feasible, but she was to afrai to say it. Instead she buried her face into the neck of the older version of her sister and spoke aloud.* "What's happening? This doesn't make sense."

*Ellie turned away from her sister and well....the smaller version of herself. Her mind was now on a singular focus, find those who were responsible for this. There were many questions that needed answered, but she knew whoever was in charge wouldn't be out here fighting. She needed to find a way deeper into the facility. First task though, was getting control of the entry way.*
*With lightsaber firmly in hand, she charged into the chaos. Her blade sang out as it swiftly found its first target, a Sun knight who was about to strike a commando. The blade pierced through a small gap in his armor, ending him quickly. Ellie didn't slow her pace as she cut down a trooper as she headed into the center of the conflict.*
*Very little was slowing down the path of carnage she was carving across the room. Everything from knights to troopers fell before her. She knew this couldn't last, something needed to end it. Finally, she made it to the center of the room where the heaviest fighting was. Ellie had an idea, it was dumb but worth a shot. She climbed up onto a piece of debris and centered herself in the force. Directly in front of her was the knight leading the defense. He was the one she was after, take him down and the rest may crumble. This was a risk though, she would end up separated from her allies, but it was worth it.*
*Gathering a strong burst of the force, she launched herself over the enemy lines. Ellie gripped the hilt of her saber with both hands and held it aloft, the tip of the blade pointed forward for maximum impact. She swung the blade down with all her strength and weight. The knight looked up in fear at the sight of Ellie, this was the last thing he saw before the blade pierced clean through his chest. His body barely hit the ground before Ellie was up and swinging again. The knights death rippled through the force and almost instantly, the rest of his forces began to pull back towards the only passage leading into the facility. Unfortunately Ellie was now surrounded by a sea of hostiles, the only way out was to fight, or survive long enough for help.*

Kaiya manages to set her personal confusion aside as she calmly answers the young girl that she has begun to suspect can almost only be a cloned version of her twin, "We're here to rescue you. As for figuring out what is going on, we will do our best to do so once we've dealt with the hostiles. Setting the girl down, Kaiya notes that the other younglings appear to have become confused and disorganized now that the young girl that referred to Ruubin as 'Uncle Ruu' has ceased fighting, and so she tells the younger version of Ellie, Let's get the other younglings out of danger, shall we? They'll trust you more than me I imagine, so I'll need your help to get them moving."
As the adult Ellie fights her way further and further inside the compound, the Jedi and Crimson Commandos do the same, though with more caution and less impulsiveness, save for Honon, who flips and rolls and twirls and twists acrobatically as, continuing to leave a grisly trail of arms and legs strewn in his wake, he too presses onwards with an almost gleeful air about him no matter how insurmountable the odds might appear to be at times given the level of trust he has in the fact that his sister and the other Jedi will not be far behind him and covering his back.
Kateri, electing to advance when Ruubin becomes occupied with the girl that, if her exclamation is accurate, is his niece, twirls her lightsaber hilt so that she holds it in a reversed grip when several hostiles charge with melee weapons rather than risk having their blaster bolts sent back at them with deadly accuracy, and then begins to dispatch the foes with a surgical precision that matches the way she had deflected the blaster bolts previosuly; blocking strikes with her lightsaber and fluidly counter striking with her lightsaber, feet or fists.
Hyatt and Vaayla, wordlessly agreeing to ensure that the adult twin of Kaiya does not let her rage lead her into a vulnerable position as she leaps into the center of a ring of hostiles to engage what appears to be an enemy commander, begin enhancing the speed and swiftness of their movements, their lightsabers rising and falling, swinging and darting out ever faster as they fight side by side or back to back, thinning the enemy ranks so that Ellie will not find herself encircled by too many foes to combat alone.
Sharee, continuing to fight alongside the Crimson Commandos, continues to support them as they begin to spread out in a semi-circular formation as they approach the point where all had lost sight of the adult version of Ellie, further thinning the numbers of the hostiles, who appear to have become less organized and effective after the adult Ellie had cut down the one that seemed to be leading them.

*Small Ellie looked up at Kaiya. She could almost sense confusion from the woman in the force, but that was quickly pushed aside. When Kaiya mentioned rescue, little Ellie's thoughts turned to the matter at hand.* "Rescue?! Okay, let's focus on that." *Her attention turned to the other kids. Kaiya was right, they seemed almost lost all of a sudden. They needed to fix that and fast. And, older Kaiya was right again, they might only listen to Ellie, but someone they didn't know. Small Ellie let out a slow breath before nodding. She then focused herself in the force like Millie had, hopping this would work. She connected with the other younglings as best she could and directed them towards the line of Jedi and commandos. The feeling was less an order and more of a suggestion in the force. Luckily for her, they listened and began to quickly move behind the line of Jedi and allies to where they would be safe.*

*They were all around her, she could sense them. Their emotions buffeted her from all sides like a violent storm. Her eyes were still closed as she stood and centered herself, she took up a schlüssel stance. There was no anger in her, only peace in mind and acceptance in battle. She was the calm in the center of this violent storm of emotion.*
*Then the first struck from behind. Ellie dropped her weight and shifted her stance, she then placed her left palm on the pummel of her blade and thrust it through the knights chest. A second charged from behind and thrust their blade forward. Right foot went behind left as she spun around the attack, her blade then swung out and took the man by the legs before she thrust her blade down to finish him.*
*The circle widened some, giving her a moment to breath and return to her schlüssel stance. The break was short as another charged her, swinging from their left side. Ellie shifted slightly to block, then stepped in with a heavy elbow before cutting the attacker down. Using the momentum, and a bit of the force for strength, she quickly stepped forward and brought a powerful cross swing at the nearest knight. The strike was quick and merciless as Ellie felt it cut through two knights and wound a third. She didn't pause as she backed away from the line, straight into another attacker. Her blade sang out quickly as she removed the mans arm the took him through the chest.*
*She could feel her allies getting closer and the Sun Knights begging to falter. This was good, but that didn't help her at the moment. Breathing out, she took up her stance again and waited for the next assault.*

As Millie and Ruubin stared at one another, her concentration and hold on the Younglings faltered, leaving them abruptly disorganized and confused. Fortunately, Ellie had the foresight to take that same control, slightly less efficiently than Millie had managed, but it was enough to move everyone to safety. Lost back in the little girl she was meant to be, Millie deactivated her shield and saber and rushed into Ruubin's arms, who looked at her in absolute confusion. Why did he look so old? He wrapped strong arms around her and carried her, and she placed her tiny hands against his shoulders so they could just stare at each other, until she was reminded that they were still in the middle of a brutal fight.
“Uncle Ruu, I gotta help 'em!” said Millie, and the man seemed lost in the moment, but he nodded, and even as he put her back down, his free hand shot up and fired a bolt right into the leg of a passing guardsman, who collapsed.
She reconnected with the neural network, as easily as breathing, and this time she expanded the connection to the rest of the Jedi, the Crimson Commandos, and her uncles, as she spotted Uncle Jaime too amongst the rescuers. It was both an awareness of a consciousness touching their minds, but providing assurance and encouragement, as well as sharpening senses, reflexes, and boosting the inner strength. The Younglings became bold and coordinated again, taking a defensive but fearsome position, and any Guardsman or even a Sun Knight that got within reach was taken down by the Younglings through concerted efforts. Millie turned on the captors, expanding into their minds as well, and feeding on their despair or fear and amplifying it, filling them with doubt and hesitation, slowing them down and opening them up to attack from the rescuers.
She was employing Battle Meditation as if she had been doing this for years, but the toll of the act was costly, and a small trickle of blood flowed from her right nostril as she continued to keep her hold. She and her friends will be free no matter what happened.
Ruubin wasn't sure how his niece was doing it, but he knew the little girl was somehow turning the tide through sheer force of will alone. Sun Knights and Guardsmen were just foolishly rushing up or away from him, and they left themselves completely open to attack, allowing him to capitalize with well aimed stun bolts. This battle was almost over, at the rate it was going. The Crimson Commandos, briefly surprised by the consciousness touching their minds, soon understood what it was and began to fan out, coordinating with the Younglings as if they had trained together for years and rotated their fire rates, allowing a continuous flurry the whole time.

*Little Ellie could feel Millie retake control of guiding the other younglings. Which was a relief, since she wasn't really the leader type. As Millie retook control, Ellie glanced over to see where the older version of herself went. She scanned the battlefield before she finally spotted her older self, standing like a fortress amongst her fallen enemies. The fighting style didn't look familiar, well....a lot about her older self didn't look familiar. But those were questions for later.*
*She turned her attention back to the battle at hand. Even the inexperienced could see that the tide was turning in their favor. And with Millie connecting their minds, they could coordinate easier. Young Ellie joined the other younglings in the assault, using what limited skills she had to fight against her captors.*
*The remaining guards finally broke and attempted to retreat further into the building. Smaller groups began to surrender once they were cut off from the others. The entrance to the facility was finally theirs.*

Kaiya, sticking close to the younger version of her twin once she and the other younglings that had been with her renter the fray, is too caught up in the fighting and has entered the mindset she tries to achieve when in any battle, wherein she allows instinct and training to supplant conscious planning as much as possible, that she does not consciously realize that her reactions are granted even greater swiftness, strength and coordination as she also fights in greater concert with her allies than she may have been able to achieve alone thanks to the skillful application of battle meditation being applied.
Sharee, unlike Kaiya, is able to discern even while she, Hyatt and Vaayla all continue to fight against their foes that the tide of the battle has turned thanks to the battle mediation being employed by one of the younglings, and yet even though she is surprised to encounter one so young that has attained the level of skill and prowess needed to so masterfully use the technique, she sets the thought, and others such as what the implications of a youngling with such abilities being held captive are in terms of what their opponent's goals and plans are, aside for another, more opportune time.
Stopping beside Ellie when it is clear that the battle to secure the facility's entrance has been won, Honon grins and asks, "Should we go after the ones that ran? Patting Ellie on the back, he says, Good to see you again by the way! Is it true that you're a Mand'alor now?"
"Aliit'alor," Kateri, coming up to the other side of Ellie, corrects her brother.
"Right, Honon nods, That's what I said, isn't it? Ignoring his sister's exasperated sigh, Honon looks over a shoulder and waves to their allies that are scattered further back, giving them a thumbs up as he reports, Perimeter secured up here! Looking over at Kateri, he hooks a thumb over his shoulder and asks proudly, Did you see my masterful use of Form Zero, pretty awesome, right?"
"Form Zero is not resorting to violence, Kateri explains, shaking her head, Cutting off arms and legs is . . ."
"Wait, Honon interrupts his sister, So, what do you call it when you are non-lethally subduing opponents?"
"Non-lethally subduing opponents," Kateri replies dryly.
"Ah, Honon says, scratching the back of his head before grinning and asking, Did you see my masterful use of non-lethally subduing opponents?"
Hyatt and Vaayla, once the entrance has been secured, begin moving those foes that have surrendered or wounded to a central location where they and the Crimson Commandos can keep an eye on them in the event they decide to try and run or otherwise make trouble. Sharee, after she has done a quick check over the younglings and her other allies to see if anyone requires her skills as a healer, calls over to Ruubin, who she assumes is technically the leader of their merry band given that it was he that brought them all here, "What is our next move? Interrogate those that have surrendered, pursue those foes that have retreated further inside, or get the younglings to a safer location before deciding on our next step?"

*The skirmish had finally started to wear down. Hostiles were surrendering and the rest were fleeing. Ellie lowered her blade and let out a slow breath. Another day, another victory.*
*Her gaze turned to Honon when he stepped up beside her.* "It's good to see you as well. Yes, I did see you're display, and no I'm an Aliit'alor. Couldn't imagine leading all the clans."
*She gave Kateri a nod when she arrived and greeted her. Then it started, the usual debate between the two siblings. Ellie rolled her eyes and patted the two on the shoulder.* "I'm glad you two are here. I'll talk to you both later, right now there's...something I need to attend to." *She left the two to argue over something else, because what she need to see was far more important. As she walked towards her twin and the younger version of herself, she couldn't help but feel a knot form in her gut over what it could all mean. She came to a stop in front of her sister, without looking at smaller self.* "Hey, vod. It's good to see you again. Despite the circumstances anyway." *Letting out a slow breath she didn't realize she was holding, she knelt down till she was eye level with her younger self. It was a very surreal feeling.* "Well, I guess this is happening. Not everyday you get to meet another version of yourself. Yeah....I'm guessing we both have a lot of questions for each other."

“Move the youngsters away from here first,” said Jaime, hooking his lightsaber to his belt and holstering his blaster. The presence of so many Jedi and Alliance soldiers making the man a little uncomfortable. “We aren't precisely in the clear here, and we don't know what other surprises they might have.”
The others were surely reaching the same conclusion about the children. If Ami-Lee had been cloned, then most of these others were clones too of other people. His concern was the safety of the children, regardless of how skilled they were, and what abilities they had that exceeded possibly even some of the adults present, they were still just children. It didn't seem right to keep them where danger was present.
