Ifrit remained unperturbed as Luxeria silently approached and resumed watching him work. The pieces soon dwindled in separate nature as he started to fuse various pieces together with nothing but heat, the weight of his hammer, and a little bit of Force magic. As the face plate reached closer to its final design, he took the piece over to the work bench and cut out the metal covering the eye slots. He walked over to Luxeria then, holding it up to her face to ensure the cuts had been made properly so that they would not hinder her.
He took the piece back to the work bench, motioning for Luxeria to stand opposite him as she had done with her bangles. Once she was in position he began to inscribe several runes upon the inside of the faceplate, adding the first layer of spells. A task that took several minutes to complete. He then turned his attention to the inner plate. Following through on the same cuts he had made on the face plate. He wasted no time in getting to work on the second layer of runes. Ensuring that the two sets matched one another and would act as redundancies in case one layer was ever somehow damaged.
After that, it was simply a matter of cutting a couple pieces of glass to shape and fitting them into the eye slots. Several more minutes passed as he set to work fixing everything tightly together. Taking a moment or two to place the mask up against Luxeria's face every now and again as he tuned everything in to fit properly. And just when it seemed to be done. He placed it upon the work bench and rested his hands atop Luxeria's. He chanted slowly, parsing his spell from his being and through Luxeria's into the mask. The metal growing warm as it shifted in state and molecular structure over the next few moments. Imparting itself with new properties that would help it last longer.
As he removed his hands a few moments later, the work was done. Luxeria had given few requirements for the mask to have, so it had been a simple task to accomplish. It would do as she asked, without any frills or extra technology A mask attuned to your power that will accomplish everything you need it to do... Try it on and let me know how it feels...

The time passed on as Luxeria stood there, watching the man shape the mask. It meant time passed slowly, but she knew it would be worth the wait. When he motioned for her take her place opposite him, she knew what was required of her. Taking her position, she held out her hands and began infusing the mask with her power as Ifrit carved the runes into both sides. Each time she watched him lift the mask, she stood tall and still so that he could properly gauge its shape against the shape of her face. She wanted to ensure that it was properly crafted and that he wouldn't have to needlessly go back and make adjustments.
When he placed his hands upon hers, she looked up quickly, slightly curious and caught off-guard at the action, but quickly gathered herself when she heard him speak. No longer just infusing her power with the runes, he was crafting a spell into it. With that, it seemed all was finished. Taking hold of the mask in her hands, she moved it about, getting a feel for it before finally placing it upon her face. She expected there to be a slight bit of work still needed, but surprisingly, it fit her face well. "It fits quite well. Surprisingly, it doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable." Her voice came out muffled as it worked to be heard through the metal.

Ifrit had already been fairly confident that the fit was as close to perfect as it ever would be. But having Luxeria properly put it on for the first time confirmed his suspicions. He gave a slight nod of his head as she commented on the fit and feel of her new mask As it should. The metal in the mask has been infused with the Force to be lighter and stronger than its base material is capable of. If your work is as secretive as I imagine it will be, then something bulky hanging off your face would be a little impractical... Merely channel your power into the mask and the runes will activate, providing the desired effects... Will that be all?

Luxeria removed her mask and adjusted her hair a bit as she listened to Ifirt give the last bit of instruction on how it worked. When he asked if there was anything else she needed, she shook her head. "No, my lord. This is all I required."

He gave a bow of his head in understanding Then I believe that is all for the time being... But if you require my services again, you can find me here... I'll be sure to keep an eye on your progress though... An alliance may one day prove beneficial to us both...

Luxeria gave a nod, then a small bow of her head. "I will be sure to think of you first should I ever have need of such services. I also look forward to the day such an alliance can be formed. I am certain it will bring forth many benefits. But for now, I must be going. The are other tasks that require my attention soon. Until we meet again." With another small bow of her head, she turned for Ifrit and made her way back towards her ship. She spent little time getting it ready to launch, bringing it to hover in the air the moment its thruster were active. With a final glance at the world below Sullust, she turned her ship around, and made her way to the surface and up into orbit.

Vasari's knuckles were pale red and black as they tightened around the controls of the small and terribly fast fighter. Maneuverable to the point of uncontrollable she pulled up and into an unintended barrel roll and she fought with the controls forcing the ship to level out by sheer force of will more than anything else. Her eyes narrowed on her surroundings - she felt something here, a presence, a rising darkness ahead beneath the surface but there was something else as well... something more illusive or distant perhaps. She couldn't put her finger on it and the focus required to chase the feeling would not be possible while she fought to control the fighter, and she split her mind in two and allowed the sleeping part of her consciousness to toy with the feeling while her waking mind followed the nav-system to what seemed to be an empty stretch of land - then a crevasse that seemed to be cut right into the surface of the planet - almost intentionally so.
"You've got to be kidding me..."
She growled as she eyed the breadth of the crack below. Perhaps a skilled pilot wouldn't have bat an eye at the entry to Ifrit's domain, but it only caused her flight anxiety to push her control to its limits. She exhaled and descended into the crack of the planet, giving her senses over to the will of the force, trusting in its influence to guide her to where she needed to be. She would have otherwise been fascinated by the planet, she might have remarked on how similar it was to Mustafar, or made some joke about dark brooding Sith Lords and their affinity for Lava Planets, but the constant pain in her chest, the rapid beating of her heart, and the emptiness beside it prevented such fanciful thoughts. Thoughts a younger Vasari would have thought most casual.

As Vasari's craft grew closer to the crevasse, a small flock of flying Sith Spawn came up to the ship before following it down. Guiding the pilot within to follow them through the tunnel entrance. Leading her through the rock formation and past the large set of metal blast doors and into the much larger cavern where a landing zone sat on an island in the center of the underground lake. Allowing Vasari to set her craft down as Ifrit strode across the metal bridge that connected the mainland that reached out from the cavern wall to the island. He came to a stand still at the end of the bridge then, his field of vision expanding out with the force to encompass the newly arrived ship. Sensing the sheer dread and panic of it's pilot as she tried to keep the ship under control

Vasari was so in tune with her surroundings in navigating the ship she was not taken by surprise by the flock of Sith Spawn passing her and moving through the underground maze of rock leading her into a larger cavern - though it did take her a moment to notice they were doing so intentionally. She was simply following the will of the force to the next strongest source other than herself - a source that could only be Lord Bladeweaver himself. When the cavern opened up around her she exhaled and cut the power to the engines by a third - only then did she realize the ship decelerated considerably when she did so. ~This ship goes slower?~ she thought to herself in dismay as she focused her mind on the task before her. You cant really learn landing from a book - it was all about feeling and control and awareness. the last two she had, the first she lacked completely when it came to flying.
The ship tilted one way and then the other as she descended towards the landing pad. She felt more than saw Ifrit below her - watching her, and it didn't help her anxiety over the landing - she didn't mind being watched, but she didn't care for being watched when she knew she was doing something poorly. As a result her thrust calculations were off and she touched down a little more roughly than she had intended - she attempted to compensate but it was much to late, and the landing gear buckled beneath the weight of the ship and the power of the descent thrusters She felt the crunch of metal and cursed out loud in her native tongue slamming against the instrumentation panel causing spouts of emerald ichor lightning to course through the ships system frying most of it instantly...
"Fu..."
She began somewhat indelicately before her word was cut off by a sparking instrument panel. She slammed her hand onto the cockpit release and the the mirrored duraglass raised allowing her to stand. Turning she grabbed two large backpacks and unceremoniously threw them onto the landing pad - the other item she bent to retrieve was a five or six foot wrapped bundle which she strapped around her shoulders before leaping from the cockpit onto the landing pad. She was not wearing her traditional black Apprentice robes, in its place were tight fitting black armor-weave combat pants tucked into black combat boots and while usually she only wore a black armor-weave wrap around her breasts now that wrap extended halfway down her torso, and when she moved she always seemed to favor her left side.
She growled hitting the ground in a crouch, and while Ifrit couldn't 'see' her eyes, he would know they were flaming red - a stark difference from the subtle orange they had been when he last saw her on Pzob. her growl turned to an enraged roar as she harnessed a large amount of dark force power inside her before unleashing it upon the wrecked star fighter. The craft was encompassed in emerald ichor lightning and it lifted off the ground crumpling inward from the pressure she brought to bare against it. In a fit of uncharacteristic rage she hurled the crackling ship into the water where it sank below the surface before exploding into pieces. She righted herself, watching the pieces of the craft sink into the underground lake for a moment before finally realizing herself and half turned to find Ifrit standing not ten feet from her. She gave him a not so subtle smile of amusement and giggled nervously in attempt to hide the embarrassment she felt at her outburst.
"Ifrit... a pleasure to see you again... I told you that you'd get me here one of these days...?

Ifrit crossed his arms as he watched the ship perform a rather unceremonious landing. Vasari's aura blazing brightly before she even left the ship. His right eyebrow raising as the Zabrakian woman appeared from her craft. A couple items landing on the ground before Vasari emerged. Ifrit taking note in the change of dress she had taken to since their last meeting. Pzob had been so long ago, and yet his memory of her was still very vivid. The once in control temptress now seeming to let her anger get the better of her as she crumbled the starfighter and tossed it into the lake around the landing pad. The woman apparently deciding she was not going to need it to leave Sullust. Or perhaps she had no intention of leaving the world.
In either case, he watched as she finally turned toward him. Her smile and giggle giving her embarrassment away all the more as she spoke. He motioned toward the lake then, the water starting to settle after it was disturbed by the wreckage being tossed into it Vasari... You done? or would you like to throw any more garbage into my lake? He uncrossed his arms then, closing the distance between where the bridge was and Vasari was now standing. His gaze and attention focusing upon her as he examined her more closely. Pressing through the layer of clothing that prevented most others from seeing what she looked like underneath. He came to a stop a foot away from Vasari then, as he searched for the cause of her shift in balance. Both physically and spiritually. A smile breaking his previously neutral expression I suppose you did... Took you a bit longer than I expected... Finally come to see what I offered to you back on Pzob huh? Or... He reached out his hand, using the Force to summon one of the bags through the air toward him. His hand gripping the straps as he held it up between them Are you planning to move in? Looks like you have quite a bit packed...

It could be taken as a testament to her emotional and mental state that she didn't even consider the fact that she just disposed of a potentially hazardous and dangerous weapon of war inside his own seemingly very private sanctuary. She looked back towards the water, and then back to Ifrit twice before finding herself at an embarrassing loss for words. She was clearly not herself and Ifrit more than most would be able to see that plain as night and day. On Pzob she was a picture of perfect control, a steady balance between the darkness and the light, with a moment or two of breaking that when she had slain the spectre inside the dark temple. What he had seen in that moment, the passion and fire in her eyes, the darkness surrounding her - the passion and the anger that she so many darksiders cling to for their power unleashed in one moment of wrath - all of that seemed to be surrounding her now, like she wore the darkside as a mantle and the balance that had once governed her was gone.
"I'll.. ummm... i have no clue how im going to clean that up... but I will."
It was not easy for her species to blush, and most of them did not have a stitch of hair on them, but if she had the capability her hairs would be standing on edge and her cheeks would be a strong crimson right now. She did not back away as he approached her simply stood for his inspection, remembering this particular part of his character with fond amusement. She even held out her arms a little, as if gesturing she had nothing to hide from him. When he looked her over he would find the ghost of the work he had done on her leg still clinging to her - it caused a limp and a phantom pain every now and again, the rune work still upon her skin when she felt the pain. He would see a myriad of other scars upon her body as well, when once her skin was free of blemish it was clear she had seen hard battle, and perhaps defeat since their last meeting. But what would have been more obvious to him than anything else was the single off rhythm beat of only a single heart, and a viscious looking scar between her third and fourth left ribs. The scar held a dark energy around it, as if its presence was drawing life from her with every breath she took - the blade that had caused it had pierced the heart in her left breast and it no longer beat in opposition of the other - but for all that she looked otherwise healthy and strong of body, if a little unstable.
"Better now than never... it was almost never... hey those are-"She cut off her words, not sure if she was going to say 'mine' or 'fragile' and instead just stepped forward and took the bag out of his hand shouldering it on one shoulder before reaching down and taking the other and shouldering it as well. They didn't look heavy, but they were."They're my books... i only brought five... ok... maybe six."
She smiled up at him a little looking him over as well. A small piece of her sleeping mind poked at the back of her mind but she shooed it away locking it up, it was still working on the feeling she had sensed upon entering this place. She would figure it out sometime with half of her mind working on the problem, but it was not something she was concerned with at the moment, not with the 'Master of the house' right in front of her.

He let out a sigh as he looked to the lake again as Vasari promised she would clean it up... somehow. It was admittedly a little odd seeing her so flustered like this. Something he was fairly certain had to do with the imbalanced amount of darkside energy he could see surrounding her. Something he would bring up with her once the more immediate pleasantries and greetings were dealt with. He waved her offer off then, suspecting it would take more than she was capable of right now to deal with Thankfully anything hazardous is well and truly trapped inside for now... I will take care of it later... Consider it part of my hospitality... He smirked at her then, certain to have made sure he got that throw back to her opening message. But his smirk quickly disappeared as he looked her over, Vasari even spreading her arms out as if a security officer were patting her down. His temporary fix upon her leg had ended up becoming a more long term bandage, something he would rectify while she was here. The scars that marred her previously pristine form surprised him. But they were nothing compared to the off rhythm heart beat and the scar between her ribs. His gaze focusing deeper into her chest then to the damaged organ that no longer beat as it once should have.
Pulling his focus back, he watched as she snatched the backpack from his grip and quickly shouldered both backpacks, stating that she had brought a couple books with her. He moved his right hand to cup her cheek then, as she smiled up at him. His thumb brushing against her cheek as she smiled down at her. There was much to catch up on and even more to do. But for all the pain she seemed to have suffered, she still managed to smile up at him. He shook his head at her, letting out an exaggerated huff What ever will I do with you Lady Nightshade... Are you sure you don't need a hand with those bags? I would be a horrible host if I made you carry them without offering to help... He held up his left hand, palm flat for her to slip the straps of one or both the bags. Their first stop would definitely be to set up some residence for her within this cavern where she could store the books

It had been months since she had returned from Dathomir, it had taken her some time to heal enough to move around, let alone steal yet another star fighter and risk solo travel, but she still carried the weight of her failure against the witches heavily upon her spirit if not her mind and outward expression. Even in her volatile state her mind had control of some parts of her. She gave a gracious smile at him letting her off the hook about cleaning up the ship, in truth she hadn't been thinking when she had scrapped the stupid thing, and hadn't a clue how she would go about disposing of it all the way down here. Raising it wasn't an issue, but where to put it. She half thought it should have been a lake of lava, as she peered over her shoulder at where the lake had finally calmed.
"Oh i thought you would enjoy that... I didn't want you to think Viox had sent some peon or what not, and truth to tell it has been a year or so hasn't it, since Pzob, maybe more... i dont know. I wasn't sure if you would remember my name."
His gaze seemed to grow deeper and she found that she was talking more to herself than him, he was still looking through her, deep enough to realize the extent of her damaged body. Last time he had seen her she was fresh from a battle on Mustafar, but by the grace of the Force she hadn't been physically marred by that fight. Her skills in Soresu and honestly Luxeria's presence had kept her safe then, then there was her leg but he had known of that. She hadn't felt right since awaking in the ruins of the castle on Dathomir to the off steady sound of one beating heart in her ears. The drum beat that governed her life, her breathing, and her balance had been disrupted. She had been shaken to her core.
She tilted her head a little into his hand as he cupped her cheek and asked the most unanswerable question of all time. In response she simply smiled as sweetly as she could muster, the look strange on anyone not used to seeing a Zabrak's tattooed face looking up at them. He offered to take her bags and she considered looking at both of them remembering which books were where before handing him the heavier of the two and reworked the remaining pack with the makeshift bundle already hanging over her back.
"You may have this one... I have brought you three things, and two of them are in there so it seems fitting."

Ifrit let out a huff, as Vasari suggested that Viox might have sent some peon out to Sullust. The Sith’ari might have been a fool, but he was not one to waste anyone’s time in such a manner. Especially not Ifrit’s, now that the Dark Jedi Order has been formed and it’s ranks slowly growing My dear... How could I ever forget you? I’ve seen what most men could only dream of seeing... He smirked then, the lighthearted reminder that he had seen her naked form certain to draw a reaction from her. Though she was almost certainly already reminded of it when his prying gaze examined her and the work that he would need to do. Some wounds would heal with time. But her leg and her heart would require skilled hands to repair.
He let out another, softer sigh as she leaned into his touch. The smile not bothering him in the slightest, finding it indeed quite sweet that she was capable of managing such a thing for him. His fingers wrapped around the straps of the heavier bag as she slung it across his hand. Watching as she reworked the remaining two items she carried. Curiosity getting the better of him then, when Vasari mentioned she had brought him three things, two of which were in the bag he was holding Gifts? For me? You shouldn’t have... But I will accept them none-the-less... Let me guess, some books or relics are in the bag... and the third thing... He smirked then, gently rubbing her cheek with his thumb as her face remained pressed against his hand Is your lovely company? Or perhaps that is my fourth thing? Come, let us walk and talk, so we can get you settled in... He moved to her side then. His hand slipping free of her cheek, before he offered the crook of his arm out for her to slip her own arm through. Regardless of if she took it or not, he kept pace beside her as he lead the way across the bridge and to the stretch of land that connected to the wall of the cavern. Several buildings filling the once empty space, offering facilities for living, eating, growing plants, and a variety of other activities

She could see the amusement in his eyes if only for a moment, mixed with the irritation her little jokes would often bring someone that had too much on their minds. She shrugged his comment away, it was helpless flattery sure, but it hit a little two close to the mark for her."And some women... yet they do all the same..."There was little to no bitterness in her voice, only a finality that came with belief in the words as she whispered them under her breath. He would have heard them no doubt, but they were not words that were intended to provoke any real reply - and she would not answer to one if given. His touch was light and surprisingly soft when you took into account what some might view as a beastly appearance, and after what she had been through it was welcome, and she had always been more fascinated with him than afraid. If there was something within Ifrit to be afraid of, it was his sight or his magic, not his wings or his horns. The talk of her gifts distracted her waking mind from the gloominess of her thoughts and she turned her sunny smile up at him once again.
"Diamonds, from the mines of Arkania. Notes from the Book of Law, written by an exiled Jedi to my ancestors on Dathomir. I've heard of your recent endeavors and believe them to be of some relevance to you. And my company? well... that is freely given so cannot possibly be a gift."
She teased him softly finally slipping an arm under his after shifting the bundle on her back a little. She walked in silence for a time after that, making it clear she did not intend on discussing his third gift here or now. She looked over the bio system that had been developed here. Nothing about this place was natural, not on a planet such as this, it would all had to be manufactured and something like this would have taken years to build. Suddenly she felt much more guilty about dropping a ship in his lake. She was not as wide eyed as she had been on Coruscant, but her inquisitive gazed looked about curiously - though she refrained from asking questions until they had reached their destination - the more she saw the fewer she would have as one thing would no doubt answer another.
"Magnificent..."
She whispered breathlessly looking around the place. After nearly 2 decades on Iridonia everything seemed different. Mustafar, Pzob, Kessel, Coruscant, Dathomir, Arkania She had been so many places since leaving 'home' and she had seen so much that before she would have only read about, and it shocked her still, the scope of the universe and she barely a child in the ways of it. Her sleeping mind slammed against her consciousness and she blinked - a memory... no vision playing before her eyes. She closed them, shook her head and pushed her sleeping mind back into the Labyrinth of her mind to chase the vision on its own. She looked back to Ifrit and asked a question before he could wonder at her behavior.
"How long have you lived here?"

Ifrit let her muttered comment go unanswered, all too aware of the situation that currently existed between Luxeria and Vasari. Or more like, lack thereof these days. His mind filled with questions that he would need to bring up with her later on. For now, he enjoyed her company as she slipped her arm around his and they walked across the bridge toward the buildings. Her smile quickly returning as she explained what gifts she had brought him. Diamonds from Arkania, and pages from the Book of Law. While the Diamonds he would find some use for, the Book of Law was a ancestral tome from the Witches of Dathomir. And one he was more than eager to go through The Book of Law is certainly an ancient tome, and one I agree would be of relevance to the Dark Jedi going forward... But more so myself, given its dealing with the magic of the Witches... He remained in silence then, as they moved closer to the buildings and Vasari softly expressed her excitement and wonderment at what had been built. But it was briefly interrupted for a moment by something going on within her. Something which just as quickly disappeared, and before he could ask her about it, she was asking him a question instead. He paused a moment, wondering if he should ask her about what had happened. Instead, he guided her toward one of the closest buildings. A several story tall structure that was a series of rather large and roomy apartments stacked one atop another Quite a few years now... At least a year or so before we met on Pzob... Though I cannot claim credit for all of this... They ascended the stair well a couple levels, before coming to a stop in front of one of the apartments. Ifrit waving his hand to use the force to unlock the door before it slid open to reveal the main living and kitchen area. On the far side of the room was a wall and a door, behind which was the main bedroom with a full and generous refresher suite that connected off of it. Folding his wings closer to his body, he stepped through the door with Vasari The planet is covered in underground lakes like this. The capital, Byllurun, is located in one of the larger caverns... I merely make use of what is here to build and grow supplies...

Vasari could feel his unease, or perhaps it was his curiosity, something hidden beneath the facade of host but she had little interest in going anywhere near the Demon's mind, her own still had not fully recovered from the break it had experienced on Dathomir, she was beginning to wonder if it ever would. she fidgeted with the strap of the backpack and the bundle strapped over her should as they ascended the stairs of the apartment suites that he had brought her to - no doubt where she would be keeping her things while she was here. It was interesting to see it all but it didn't feel right.
"I did not bring you the entire book... there are secrets within its pages that are for the Daughters of Allya alone-"There was a sound of firm rebuke in her voice, almost like she was echoing the sentiments of another, for the tone did not sit with her easily. She hesitated a moment, then continued."However what i did bring i thought you would find quite interesting, and most helpful."
He opened the door and she stepped through at his side, slightly amazed at how small he could make those wings around his large frame. She moved into the main sitting area and dropped the pack onto the couch before gently unslinging the bundle from around her shoulders and placing it gently on the table - almost with an air of reverence. She had no cloak to remove and no visible weapons about her so unburdened as she was she stretched like a cat and let out a deep sigh of contentment.
"Regardless you should be proud of what you have built here, even if these buildings are not among your achievements. I saw the repair yard in orbit on my way down... and i feel the power of this place, something you cannot account for alone. You've been busy, Lord Bladeweaver"
She teased him gently, with the title - having made it quite clear on Pzob what she thought of such flamboyant terms such as 'Lord'. After her moment of stretching she moved over and took the pack from him and set it beside the other one - they could get to all that later, now that they were relatively alone perhaps he would feel more interested in asking the questions that had been building up inside of him. She could see them on his face and on the outskirts of his mind. Her presence here was not completely a shock for him but she had arrived unexpected and unannounced. Though word of her supposed 'death' shouldn't have spread this far... she wasn't sure Luxeria had told anyone of her fall on Dathomir. She appreciated that for what it was... but still it stung.

He gave a nod of his head in acknowledgement of her response that it was not the entire book. Something which he had suspected was not the case when she had made specific mention of it being only pages of the Book of Law. The firm rebuke in her voice quickly fading as she continued speaking and suggested that what she did bring would be interesting none-the-less By all means, my lady... I can certainly respect that you would not bring everything to me. We each have our own secrets, and I respect the Daughter's rights to keep their own... He watched silently then as she strode into the apartment, before finally unburdening herself of the two bags that she had been carrying. His gaze focusing upon her then, as she stretched out almost feline like. While it was unlike their last interaction, he had to admit he found this side of Vasari much more appealing and alluring. He chuckled at her comments then, as she spoke praised all that had been done on Sullust.
His grip released upon the backpack then, as Vasari came over and freed him of it, placing it upon the table with the others. He took a seat upon the edge of one of the multi-seater couches then. Motioning for Vasari to join him or take a seat upon one of the other two couches. His wings hung over the back of the couch as he watched and waited for her to decide where she would relax down I appreciate the compliment, Vasari... And you can just call me Ifrit, or The Fallen when in public. Gotta keep up appearances after all, and instill a level of respect from my students... But I am not the only one that has been busy... Seems you managed to bring yourself back from the dead... Or near death anyway. I can sense its tendrils have been upon you, but never consumed you... He motioned toward where her scar was that lead to her wounded heart No doubt caused by what ever happened there... But yet, here you are before me...

Vasari was not ready to sit yet having been sitting the entire ride from Iridonia, and so at his prompting she shook her head gently and continued to stretch, the movements of her upper body not as languid and fluid as they should be, she was tensing on both sides before pushing herself to relax and continue the stretch with both hands raised over her head now. The scar he mentioned caused her to hesitate slightly in her stretching and while the look on her face was not self conscious, it was more reserved, composed for a moment or two... thoughtful. She had intended on taking things slower but at the mention of her being dead - she owed an explanation.
"A sisters blade... poisoned with the water of life to purge all attempts at healing. It took me many months to keep the wound closed, I almost did perish from the effort until i was well enough to find a remedy within the pages of the book i've brought. However my skills as a healer are not great enough to mend it completely, and the magic still lingers within this heart..."
One hand came down from the stretch and fell into rest against her left breast just above the wound on her rib cage. If he knew she had fallen, then he had seen Luxeria. Her sleeping mind pressed for attention once more and given the moments respite it needed she saw Luxeria walking across the same bridge that had brought her here. ~Aleena~ Her breath caught in her throat at the sight of her within her mind and she turned away from Ifrit moments before her eyes began to water and she closed them fiercely clutching to her chest as if to pass off the memory she had seen as a pain caused by the wound. She beat back her sleeping mind - which went more willingly now that it had shared its revelation and she forced herself to speak.
"It still hurts..."
She whispered cryptically holding tightly to the breast over her left heart. She took the moment to sit then, on one of the island pieces meant for a foot rest not a chair, still facing away from Ifrit. Her mind had been closed off completely since coming here, it had been the first thing she had forced herself to regain when she awoke on Iridonia. She had nearly lost it then... she wouldn't not do so here. But still her body language betrayed her, she was in a severe amount of pain and not all of it was physical, and only some of it was able to be withheld behind the cheery childlike smile he saw upon her face. She took a moment to regain herself, and to be sure the tears in her eyes would not betray her and then she turned to face Ifrit, eyes a little red, but dry and lowered her hands from her heart slumping her shoulders for only a moment before she resumed perfect posture and the smile returned to her lips - not a fake smile, or a facade - the smile was real. She was happy to be here.
"And a castle fell on me..."Her voice was once again more cheery and the lashes of her eyes flickered a little as the amusement of the comment dawned on her.

Ifrit remained seated as he watched Vasari do her stretches. No doubt trying to relieve some of the tension she seemed to have been holding on to while flying the ship. He folded his arms across his chest as she went into an explanation about what had happened. While his knowledge about the Water of Life was not quite what it could be, he knew enough to better understand why she had brought the pages from the Book of Law with her. A fact she further clarified a few moments later about her own skill within the healing arts being lacking. So the pages were meant as something of a peace offering, while also serving as the tool for her proper recovery.
He rose from the couch then, as Vasari pressed a hand to the wound before turning away. The tears as clear to him whether she faced him or not. He walked over behind the Zabrak woman then. Remaining silent as she took a moment to herself. Speaking of the pain still lingering about. Though, whether that was her wound or something else, he was not so sure. Still, he did not intercede as she took a seat upon the foot rest. His hand dropping to rest upon her shoulder, in hopes of helping her regain the composure she sought and eventually found.
He squatted down then, as she at least turned to face him once more, the smile returning upon her face as she casually commented that a castle had fallen upon her on top of everything else. He let out a sigh and shook his head, as one was want to do when a child is recounting the story of their injuries. He smiled at her then, his hand reaching out and lightly resting on her shoulder You never cease to amaze... Well, I'm glad you made it through it. I was sad to hear the news of your passing, but I am glad it was exaggerated... He removed his hand from her shoulder then, lightly brushing his fingers across her cheek as he returned his hand back to his side Well, you've certainly brought me a list of work to do... I shall certainly do my best to fix as much as I can, my dear... I assume you've packed at least some clothes, since you will have to remain my guest for at least a few days while I work on you... Though, they're not all that necessary if you did not. It's just going to be us here for the next few days... He chuckled, since he was fairly certain that at least once of the packs she had brought would contain some clothes. He motioned to the bags then I'm curious though, what else have you brought. It seems more than just books and gifts for me... And while I might have no issue with unclothing you, I at least respect the privacy of your luggage...
