Kylarn listened to all that were gathered, interested in what each of them had to say. After the young man had called him out about being a man of action and vision, Kylarn chuckled as he filled his glass with Tihaar once more and looked around the table.
"I suppose we all have things to do. Perhaps someone would like to go and aid in the seizure of a planet?"
Taking along drink from the glass, he then looked around the table once more, the gathered Mando'ade all had their own querks. None of which outweighed the other. Each giving a set of skills to an action plan. And none of them would go unnoticed, not if he had anything to say about it.They would each know what they were worth if they were to be working with him. Each man and woman would understand their deeds were moving their people towards a purpose.
"There are a few ships left in the fleet, but I believe if we were to rebuild Mandal Motors that would give us a secure amount of ships to bolster our defenses for Mandalore, as well as for the planets that we all call home. For example, Concord Dawn is where my clan is from. I will be there in my down time away from Mandalore. Perhaps Protectors from other planets need more ships as well? How fair the fleets that you all have seen?"
Without another word Kylarn took the final drink of his Tihaar, leaving the rest of the bottle for the remaining few at the table. Unsure if anyone would accompany him on this seizure of a planet, or if they would simply continue on with whatever they were doing. It did not matter, the facts given about this planet were true. It would take some time but it would be done all the same.
Looking to the Bralor once more he smirked. "Any suggestions on who should lead the protectors on this planet?"
Looking to the keep Ky nodded that he would be leaving, he would pay for the rest of the Oyu'baat patrons drinks for the rest of the week, it felt like old times again, and he had more credits than he could shake a deathstick at. This would be a good gesture for the people that came and went signifying the homage of old days and the return of Clan Fett.

"Take Agamar, secure it and set up Protectors on it so that it can be used by the Mando'ade in their efforts to become a force to be reckoned with once more." Hokaar turned to the Mandalorian who spoke of expansion for their people. He himself was aware of the galactic opinion towards his kin and such an act, even if it is a minor display of conquest, could spell doom for the Manda'ode's resurgence and re-establishment within the galaxy. The Mandalorian turns to Faelan and shakes his head in disagreement.I must speak up now. We must hold on any sort of expansion, ner'vod, for the galaxy is already wary of us. The recent crusade, under the former Manda'lor Ashrah, failed to fulfill its goals, but sack a number of worlds in its wake. Even more recently, a group of Mandalorian mercenaries razed the planet of Muunilist and left her in ruin. I do not feel the time is ready for us to even think about expansion. If we were to, even in the smallest degree, the whole of the galaxy could turn against us... and our plans for a renewal could be brought to an end just as they sparked. He hated to rain down upon such enthusiasm, but the truth was the truth. The most recent actions performed by Mandalorians left a sour taste in the galactic community. Even if it meant being peaceful for awhile, Hokaar felt it would be a better boon than taking a planet. We should look first to reuniting the clans once more, rebuilding Mandalore, renewing our military strength. Only when we can ensure the homefront is secure and thriving, then we may look to the stars and begin planning our expansion. For as long as we are stronger than before, then we can resist those who would see our movements as an excuse to preemptively strike at us.

*So much for her initial idea. Ka'ra had never been familiar with this "shock" concept, at least not in the terms Non-Com described, and to witness it in person... Well, she'd keep it in mind, but she'd stick to her own methods in the future. That didn't keep her from failing to hide a grin, especially at A'den's seemingly-angered reaction.* "Save being offended for a real offense, verd'ika," *she playfully chided him, before turning back to Non-Com and considering his question.
While a hosted hunt would give him the chance to learn in a controlled environment... a real hunt would show what he really knew. But wait... the things he had said had implied, if not outright confirmed, he hadn't been given the proper training a child his age normally would have. Real hunt was off the table, then. Shrugging, Ka'ra answered,* "Let's just go with to the preserve. He'll need more guided training first." So cautious for one so young, at your age I would have jumped a the chance to prove myself against any odds. Still, you chose wisely Aliit'alor, may you always be wise in your considerations. A'den... try not to let your name live for you, here drink it all and let's be off.I hand the tankard still full of water to A'den, and slip my bucey back over my long snout, taking a moment to tuck my long ears up under it again. I glance around the room looking for anyone I might know among the vode in the room, but he'd been gone too long now. No one here brought any spark of recognition to the old Gung. He considered adding his own two cents to the discussion on rebuilding, but he'd not been paying much attention to it and would likely just reiterate what had already been said. Besides, Aliit Or'dinii wasn't a clan many thought of when organizing such things, though perhaps they should given it's wealth and experience. I shrug, anyone could look D'ordinii up, and you didn't even have to go to the unknown regions to get to them, so if the vode here wanted help they could ask very easily. I glance around one last time as I lead the boy and Aliit'Alor Ordo out of the room, leaving a cred chip with a sum that equated to one bill payed and just under 400% tip. I left the high tip on purpose, it meant I'd always be welcome here, and here was home to me, so little extra on the tip wasn't going to hurt me any. Something pops up on my HUD, alerting me to the presence of another Or'dinii in the room, @neassawhelan . I stop in mid stride and turn to watch the indicated being, no name was given, indicating I hadn't met the short apparently human woman before and that she wasn't part of the d'ordinii sub clan. She seemed busy, so I turned again and continued on my way out of the Oyu'baat, though I made a note of her beskar, so I'd recognize it when I saw her next, where ever that might be.

Her part in the affairs being discussed and decided upon having already been set in place, Neassa nonetheless decides to linger for a while longer, both to wait and see if there are any that might express a desire to join her on the task which she has been assigned, and to hear what else may be set into motion. Listening to Kylarn and Falean as they seem to feed off of one another's enthusiasm for seeing the Mando'ade shake off the stagnation that has overcome many of them in the wake of the recent crusade led by their former Mand'alor, Neassa cannot help but feel that she is witnessing what may prove to be the beginning of a new dawn for the Mando'ade.
Neassa can see the wisdom in the counsel another of the assembled Mando'ade offers after Faelan has suggested that the time is ripe for expansion, and though she would not want to see the spirit of renewal that has been sparked into life here in the Oyu'baat, she adds her own voice to the discussion, saying in an almost regretful tone, "I think our vod is right, before we consider expansion, the clans should be united and Manda'yaim secured. The rewards we reap from working for the Imperials or their enemies will help us do the latter, she says while turning to face Kylarn to propose, and I think you may have what it takes to unite the clans."

Answering the male Mandalorian that counters Faelan's suggestion that Kylarn assemble a force to take Agamar by stating that making Mandalore secure should be made the first priority of the Mando'ade with a noncommittal shrug of his right shoulder to suggest respectful disagreement with the counter-proposal, Faelan does not immediately try to argue the point as others in his place might. While he personally feels that putting off an effort to expand is to court a deepening of the spiritual inertia he has sensed in many of his people here on Mandalore, Faelan is less interested in debating the merits of either of the proposed courses of action than he is in seeing how Kylarn will respond to the division of opinion that has arisen among the assembled Mando'ade. The man has, in Faelan's estimation, all the makings of a potential leader of their people, and so it will be telling to see how he handles the moment that has arisen.
For his part, Faelan sees no reason that his people cannot pursue several of the courses of action that have been proposed simultaneously; can not some of the Mando'ade see that Mandalore is made ready to stand strong against any who would foolishly seek to do the homeworld of the Mando'ade harm, while others look to restoring Mandal Motors to operational capacity, with others still assembling to join Kylarn in securing Agamar as a foothold for future expansion or operations? His is but, Faelan knows, one opinion, just as he knows that nothing can or will be done without the agreement of his brothers and sisters, and so he will listen for now to learn what they have to say, and he will hope that talking is not all that they will have accomplished here when all is said and done.

Kebiin continues to observe the meeting while enjoying his dark ale and cigara. They seemed to be discussing what course of action the clans should take, expansion or domestic buildup. He could not help but wonder what position Galaar would have taken, the man was a warrior, but also cautious. Kebiin himself could see the merits of both courses of action, but he was no aliit'alor, he was only on world to visit the rest of clan Carid and deal with Galaar's death. Reaching the end of his cigara, he grinds the remaining stub out against the knee of his armor.

Momentum of the conversation had shifted quickly, there were very different opinions on the situation at hand. Even within his own mind. Everyone here had an opinion of what could be done to aid their people, and none would argue that something needed to be done. Ky looked to the barkeep once more with another nod, pointing to the bottle of Tihaar on the table as he sat back down. Clasping the short glass he was using and the bottle he poured another glass, pondering the responses they had given before he spoke again.
"Expansion is key. But timing is more important." Ky looked to Faelan with a knowing nod, hoping he would understand his next words. "I believe that as a people we should be united. If that means bringing the clans back together, then so be it. It should be done." Taking a long drink from the glass of Tihaar he sighed and looked to the remainder of the gathered voden. "I believe that we also should secure Agramar, if not now, perhaps in the near future. Funds are important, as I said before there is plenty of things we could be doing. But I do not believe our people should be stagnant. Rebuilding is obvious. Moving forward is not always obvious to everyone. Perhaps Faelan is correct that this planet is best suited for the needs of our people. We are in an odd time, we do not know which side to fight on, or what they stand for."
Looking past the group Kylarn remembered many of the battles he had engaged in, unsure of the outcome, only sure of the credits. This was how he had lived for so long, these were defining features of a man. Of a Mando'ad. Most importantly, the people of Mandalore and the clans needed strength. This was how they would become a respected warrior race once more.
"Manda'yaim. That place, old and true. Remembering those before us, those ahead of us will understand our paths. This time, we show patience. Guns ready at all times. Beskad's clenched. Rebuild. Yes, I believe we should rebuild." Ky finished his glass of Tihaar as he looked to the others, the barkeep brought another bottle of Tihaar to the table, as well as a plate of food. They had obviously been within the walls of the Oyu'baat long enough that the old man considered bringing them something of substance.
"Agramar should be taken, when the time is right, and once we know that Mandalore is secure. I also believe that there should be a garrison of Protectors on each of the sovereign planets before we move. Contact your clan leaders. We will unite the clans and hold council."
Kylarn stood from the table once more, removing himself from the group and placing his hand on Faelan's shoulder speaking to him loud enough that the rest could hear. "Your words are true ner'vod. The plan is correct, but the timing seems to be the issue. We must unite our people, or we will have no one to give the resources to."

*Abdel listens silently to the words being spoken, obviously they had known alot more about the area then he did, he was learning quickly and picking up things. He assumed it best to let them decided what must be done and he would go where he was told to, though, he should probably ask Ka'ra about it first, seeing as she was the leader of Clan Ordo. He wouldn't want to do things if they weren't approved of by the Clan, and he wasn't about to speak for her.*
Well, Kylarn, assuming that Ka'ra is okay with it, I would be willing to help in whatever ways we need. I do like the idea of helping rebuild MandalMotors. But I will defer to everyone elses very apparent greater wealths of knowledge.

Faelan can find no fault in the way Kylarn handles the situation, and much to admire in the way that Kylarn addresses the concerns raised and adjusts the plan of action that had been lain out accordingly. Faelan can only hope that the spark of renewal that has been enkindled here tonight is not allowed to be snuffed out by the delay necessitated by the proposed gathering of the clan leaders and inevitable talk and debate that will follow when they meet.
Finishing the last of his drink, Faelan nods when Kylarn points out the inescapable, undeniable truth that unless the Mando'ade all rally together and agree to what has been suggested, any action taken would in all likelihood be in vain, "Aye, ner'vod. Let us hope the clan leaders can agree upon a course of action before the momentum for change fades and is allowed to wither and die. Standing, Faelan punches Kylarn in the arm and says in a determined tone, For my part, I will speak with my clan leaders, and then travel to see if I cannot find an Imperial leader to bid for the services of the Mando'ade. After giving Kylarn his comm frequency so that he can be contacted if required, Faelan signals Raicheal that they are leaving, and tells Kylarn, Until we meet again, oya!"
"Should we try and find your brother?" Raichel asks as she follows Faelan towards the entrance of the Oyu'baat.
Shaking his head with an amused grin, Faelan says, "Not now. He'll find his way to Norg Bral eventually, and we can always comm him if we decide to depart before he turns up. For now, I want us to speak with the Bralor clan leaders as soon as possible."
"And try to convince them to back your idea, no doubt?"
"But of course," Faelan admits with a grin as they exit the Oyu'baat, nodding towards the direction they will be heading.

After receiving the words from the two members amid the conversation Kylarn finishes his drink and nods to them as they make their way toward their duty. Pondering what he should do now he looks to the remaining and speaks what he intends. Filling the glass of Tihaar and snatching a piece of cake from the platter before him.
"I will wait for word that all have agreed to gather, there will be a time established and we clearly must agree. Make no question though, there will be decisions made. Whether it means someone puts their foot down or not. Oya!."
Taking one long drink from the glass Kylarn washed down the cake with a grin, gasping in the frigid air shortly after he looked around and smirked. They had all just happened to be in the Oyu'baat at the correct time, perhaps fate was mixing itself into the fold. Or perhaps it was just time for the Mando'ade to gather again and make their name known. Regardless of which was true, he was glad to be a part of it.
"Send me word, comms are open. I will be waiting. If I am off world, give me time to be here. Otherwise I will see the clan leaders in three days time. That should be sufficient enough time to gather clan elders and bring concerns to the meeting. I will spearhead Clan Fett, as I have not had contact with any others in quite some time I will go to Concord Dawn tonight and ensure that all is ready."
With another nod Ky picked up his buy'ce and made his way toward the exit, giving a slight nod to the barkeep to show his respect as he left, his comms had not chimed in some time. The young man he had sent to Concord Dawn would clearly be waiting for his word. Sending an automatic response to return to Mandalore Kylarn made his way through the exit and toward the hangars.

The meeting ends less decisively than Neassa might have liked, though she understands the reasons some of their decisions cannot be made by those present alone. Her mission, fortunately, is not one that seems to be in question, and so when the Mando'ade present begin to depart, Neassa takes her leave as well, her mind already turning to the tasks she will need to complete prior to departing to seek the enemies of the Imperials so that she can learn whether or not they will bid for the aid of the Mando'ade in their war efforts sure to come once the inevitable battle is joined and both sides enter the fray alone or with whatever allies or mercenaries they can win to their side or pay to fight alongside them.
As she exits the Oyu'baat, Neassa opens a comm channel to her GPE-7300, instructing Shuk'la to begin pre-flight checks so that they can lift off once she has made arrangements for the transport to be fueled and resupplied.
Once her GPE-7300 is made ready to depart, Neassa has Shuk'la take the transport out, her mission now officially underway.

When the three days allotted for the clan leaders to discuss the many issues that have been raised has passed, the leader of clan Bralor and his Ver'alor Cabur, or lieutenant general, journey from Norg Bral to meet with the other clan leaders at the Oyu'baat in the hope of turning the great deal of talking that has been done into actions being taken that will benefit all Mando'ade.
Torin Bralor, the Be'Mando'ade Cabur or leader of clan Bralor, takes a seat at a large table as Molan, his lieutenant general, goes to get their drinks, and settles in to await the arrivals of all who will be attending the meeting he hopes will usher in a new era for the Mando'ade.

Having returned from Felucia after meeting with members of the Jedi Council to learn what they would offer the Mando'ade in return for their assistance in the inevitable fight to come against the Imperials, Neassa goes to the Oyu'baat on the day Kylarn Fett had given as when the clans would meet to make decisions regarding the future of the Mando'ade so that she can share the Jedi's proposal with her people.
Nodding respectfully to the leader of Clan Bralor after finding a seat at the table, Neassa waits for the meeting to begin.

When it becomes apparent that all those who will be attending the gathering Kylarn had proposed have arrived and settled themselves in, Torin Bralor, the current leader of Clan Bralor, calls the meeting to attention by rapping a fist on the table and suggesting that they begin. Standing after those present have all ceased their individual or group discussions, the introductions and greetings and other mandatory niceties have been made or attended to, and Torin's proposal that they hear first from Faelan about the bid made by the First Order has been accepted, Faelan lays out the specifics of the First Order's bid - which includes not only generous loans to aid the Mando'ade in their efforts to rebuild their homeworld, but also resources such as metals for starship and other construction; crystals for use blaster rifle and pistol production; starship drives; and military supplies.
Once he has presented the First Order's bid, Faelan gestures towards Neassa Or'dinii, inviting her present the bid made by those that would stand against the First Order.

Standing after Faelan has motioned for her to present the bid she had been sent to seek from the enemies of the First Order, Neassa begins by explaining, "I traveled to Felucia, to meet with the High Council of the Jedi Order. As there has been no direct confrontation between the First Order and any organized resistance, Neassa had believed the Jedi, who were sure to be involved in any such resistance, to be the best option where offering the services of the Mando'ade were concerned. Unsurprisingly, the Jedi were in no position to make a bid as tempting as that which the First Order had presented to Faelan; their Order, as their High Councilors were quick to remind her, holds no planets, hoards no riches, and would therefore be able to offer little in the way of resources or credits, and as they claimed no organized resistance has yet been formed, they could also not learn what their allies might offer to the Mando'ade. The Jedi claim that there is no organized resistance as yet to the First Order, Neassa begins, As such, they can offer nothing up front. Moving on before the inevitable responses her news might elicit can begin, Neassa adds, What they can offer instead is the promise to negotiate on our behalf for reward for our services from any allies they might find and gather in the battles sure to come."
Knowing that not all of her people will share her aversion to fighting for the likes of the oppressive First Order, and that it is not often a concern in the mercenary mindset where issues like morality or the righteousness of a cause is concerned when the rewards to be had are the primary motivator, Neassa pushes on nonetheless in the hope she might motivate others like her that would prefer to fight for a just cause to thrown in with the Jedi and their allies, saying, "There is also the matter of what a First Order victory would mean to consider. If they succeed, can we be sure that they will not turn on us when looking for other worlds and people to conquer? Other people to bring under their control? While the Jedi and their allies offer no reward up front, we can at least trust that their honor will ensure they hold to their promises, and prevent them from betraying us when they have secured their victory. Can the same be said for the First Order? The decision is not hers, so Neassa concludes before sitting back down, At any rate, that is what they offer: the promise to negotiate on our behalf with their allies for reward for the Mando'ade, and a just cause to fight for."

After Neassa has concluded her summation of what the Jedi had bid, Torin Bralor lifts a hand and observes with no mockery or humor evident in his tone or expression, "So our choice is between resources and credits to make the Mando'ade stronger now, or the promise of possible reward if a definitive victory is ever achieved? That is not a very difficult choice to make, vod. With the vaguest hint of a smile at the right corner of his lip, the aged, battle scarred Be'Mando'ade Cabur of clan Bralor asks dryly, Does not each side in any war believe theirs is the just cause? Who are we to say that one side is more just than the other? All war is pleasing to Kad Ha'rangir, is it not? As for the possibility the First Order might turn on us at some later date, should they ever actually achieve a final victory of course, then fighting against them will please Kad Ha'rangir as well, will it not? Why fear some remote possibility that may never come to be, or choose a lesser reward from fear of that possibility? Accepting the First Order's bid will make the Mando'ade stronger, enable us to change and grow. The Jedi offer us nothing but words and possibilities that may never come to pass. Accepting the bid of the First Order is the course of action Clan Bralor supports, what say the other Clans?"

Once the Clans have all weighed in, and it is evident that the majority of the Mando'ade back the rpoposal to fight for the First Order, Neassa makes her way over towards Faelan. Though the Bralor Clan had been chosen to lead the campaign the Clans had voted in support of to take the world of Agamar, Neassa imagines that they will also welcome any help they can get; and while she intends to offer her services to the enemies of the First Order, Neassa also believes that taking Agamar will strengthen the Mando'ade, and would fight to help make it so.
Nodding a greeting as she nears Faelan, Neassa asks in Mando'a, "Is Agamar a strictly Bralor affair, or would you let an Or'dinii lend a hand?"

Turning from his younger brother after asking him to prepare their ship for the coming battle, Falean returns Neassa's nod of greeting with one of his own, and then grunts to acknowledge her question, rubbing his stubbled jaw as he considers her offer. From her demeanor and tone while speaking earlier of the Jedi's bid, Faelan is somewhat surprised that Neassa is making the offer at all, for it had seemed to him that she was not in favor of fighting for the First Order, and they will be joining forces with the First Order to take Agamar. Going over what Neassa had said, both during today's meeting and before when things had been set into motion, Faelan believes that is possible that she simply does not find the First Order's overall objectives to be ones she can morally support - a curious, though not entirely unknown sentiment for a mercenary - while the campaign to secure Agamar is one that, if successful, primarily and unquestioningly benefits the Mando'ade.
From what he has heard of Neassa, she operates primarily as a bounty hunter, but has also participated in past Mando'ade efforts - most notably the not so distant battle of Yavin against the Jedi - and distinguished herself in them, and so Faelan ultimately nods with a grunt, extending a hand to the small woman as he says, "We'd be glad for the hand, vod. I'll be leading our ground forces, he explains without asking for her reasons for offering to join the campaign as he suspects from her demeanor that she is the reticent type, and can offer you a place in the platoon my brother will be commanding unless you have something more specific in mind?"

*Back at the Oyu'baat already... This time, though, she had a clear mission. Her helmet was still on, but only because she was using its database to seek out and identify those individuals Gotabor had indicated were involved in these meetings and negotiations. Two individuals were tagged immediately, standing beside each other: Faelan Bralor and Neassa Or'dinii. Perfect.
Ka'ra removed her helmet, her brown locks falling over her shoulders as she attached the helmet to her belt, approaching the pair. Suddenly, she felt nerves; she was young and inexperienced compared to these two vode, and, aliit'alor or not, she feared if this was her place.
But she wouldn't be a proper Mando'ad if she had no backbone.
Swallowing her nerves, she closed the distance to them, extending a nod to them in greeting.* "Su cuy'gar, ner vode, I'm Ka'ra, aliit'alor Ordo. Pardon the intrusion, but I've been told the clans were meeting to discuss war. Sorry I am late, I was... held up. What must I know?"
