Viggo listened as the Chancellor gave the instructions, making sure to access all the information before responding. It always bothered him when people asked questions before an explanation was given. So often would their answers been given had they simply showed patience. And if not, then they'd look less like over-eager fools and some worth doing business with.
At the mention of the token, Viggo removed the coin from his satchel, allowing it to flowing seamlessly over his finger before being held up between his pointed and middle finger. "Indeed, I do. I made sure to have it ready in case it needed to be shown as he suggested. Full glad to know it wasn't necessary and that we could conduct business with such civility. It speaks well of you, something I'll be sure to pass such truths to your master when I make this next delivery."
Putting the coin away, he then looked back to Bib. "Considering the price for such a prize as well as the mention of hit being the crown jewel of the collection, am I correct in assuming this creatures will not be following the same path as those I've just brought?" He was curious if these were still meant as play things to the mad drake's alchemy or if they were truly meant to be a prize to a collection of beasts specific to him. He also took the data crystal as he awaited the Twi'lek's response.

The Chancellor had to be careful. It was never wise to speak of the Dark Apothecary when he wasn't present, as his verminous eyes and ears seemed to be everywhere, especially in the City Beneath the Mountain. A growing superstition among the inhabitants of Kala'uun was that if you said Dragus' name three times in a mirror, he would appear and gobble you up. While Bib doubted the voracity of such claims, he acknowledged that the Hungering One was capable of some fantastical feats. He supposed it was possible.
"I have not served Lord Dragus long..." He acknowledged. "...but from what I have witnessed his is a curious sort of soul, a tinkerer by his very nature, compelled to examine and experiment. Nothing my master comes into contact with remains uncorrupted for very long." A veiled warning perhaps. Bib adjusted his right lekku hanging over his shoulder as he gestured to the city beyond the landing pad. "The proof is all around you." He snorted. "I'd wager his intent is to breed those beasts in that volcano of his."

Viggo listened as the Chancellor spoke, appearing a bit uncertain as he spoke. The man gave a chuckle before speaking. "You needn't be nervous in your answer. I was merely curious if this would a project meant for the Sith or a matter that is more personal, though I'd surmise in the end, all roads lead to the same end. I simply wanted to know the intention as to best determine my timetable."
Turning back to his men, he held up a hand, signaling three before turning back to Bib. "It feel that these dragons are more personal. As such, I can give no timeframe as to the acquisition. I do intend to make a bit of a stop prior to the hunt. Afterward, I shall dedicate as much time as needed to seeking all in which he desires. It will also give us more chances to learn how to best hunt them for later hunts."
Just then, a few men led out a trio of Hammerhead beasts that they had also acquired in their hunt. "An extra gift for your master, free of charge. Consider it a gesture in good faith to our continued business. However," He took a step closer to Bib, lifting his chin a bit. "I'd like to explore an alternate payment. Fifteen million for a male, fifteen for a female, and two for each egg. A discount of price in exchange for alternate payment. In this case, free access to the worlds the Sith rule to hunt their creatures and a pair of devices or whatever he could create that can subdue beats once inside my ship. I possess such power but to use it on such a scale for so long is a bit, shall we say, troublesome. A pair as I will be gaining a new ship soon. Please pass these alternate plans to your master to consider. If they do not work for him, we can continue with the original price."

If any other independent contractor had the gall to make such a request, they'd likely find themselves rebuked and summarily followed by the verminous underlings of the Great Devourer; however, given that Viggo was already to be given access to the very heart of the Sith Eternal empire, his attempt at negotiation was not unreasonable.
Wicked lines writ in dark ink across the twi'lek's face seemed to curl upwards and outwards in a toothy grin displaying his unnaturally white teeth in a villain's smirk. "A bold request." He acknowledged with a nod of his shadow silken swathed head. "But a fair one, I think, in light of your proven usefulness. I shall pass it on to Lord Dragus who I imagine will have an answer for you when he meets you in person to accept delivery of the Fireworms on Roon. Continue to prove yourself and your services reliable as you have thus far and I am certain he will accede to your offer. My master values dependable agents." And has no patience for those who disappoint him, though that went unsaid.
Snapping his fingers the Chancellor signalled to his remaining marauders to collect the hammer-headed beasts. He was certain the Dark Apothecary would be pleased with these delightfully hideous winged mounts as well. The huntsman had a clear eye for business. In Bib's merciless eyes Viggo was wasted on the hunt. A man with his talents should lead at the head of a slave empire, though after expending some of his own energy slaying the lyleks he could see the appeal of that line of work. Some men lived for the thrill of danger. His eyes followed his men as they led the new acquisitions away, towards the beast pens of Dragwarts Academy at the dark heart of the City Beneath the Mountain. As they faded from view, he returned his attention to Viggo and extended a hand to seal their bargain.
"As for Ryloth, you have already proven your men more than capable of dealing with the local wildlife. You have my permission as Chancellor to hunt in the Nightlands and Bright Lands, should you desire to do so." Whether they shook or not, he folded his arms across his chest, tucking his hands beneath his shoulders as he appeared contemplative. "Upon returning to my manse I shall have a letter of marque drafted and sent to you, allowing you to operate in the Gaulus Sector unimpeded."

As Bib extended his hand, Viggo did so as well to shake on the deal. He understood well enough the difficulties in negotiation, especially regarding what he asked, though he would like to have thought it reasonable. The massive drop in actual credits would have thought a boon for his employer, and even the creation of devices to aid his own work wouldn't have been too hard. At least that is what he thought. The real question, and one that involved less Dragus and more the Sith as a whole was the ability to hunt on their worlds. It would have to be deliberated, for certain. One never knew another's true intentions buried deep. IF one desired to stretch their thoughts enough, one could even consider him a spy for the Jedi or another order, seeking to learn what they could of the hidden Sith.
"Such a request at negotiation is understandably questionable and risky. As stated, if such a request is denied, it would do nothing to hinder our current relationship. So none need worry." He then returned his hand behind his back. "As for giving us access to this world, you have my thanks. In such a time that we return and you are in need of a few creatures here or need a few pests dealt with, do not hesitate to let us know."
With that he merely lifted a hand and cocked his hand to the side with a pair of fingers. A moment after his men began turning and loading into the ship. "With that, I should be off. Time is money, as one says, and no doubt your master is eagerly awaiting word of our arrival with his desired quarry."

"I have no doubt." Admitted the former bandit. "He is not known for his patience." Bib had seen what happened to those that made the Famine Lord wait. Hardly one to be squeamish, even thinking about such things turned the Chancellor's stomach. He still hadn't forgotten the smell from last time... "Safe travels."
With their business concluded, Bib Syndulla and his mutant marauders made themselves scarce, vanishing into the greasy underbelly of cursed Kala'uun.

VIggo gave a nod as he watched the Chancellor and his men departed the area, leaving them to gather themselves and depart. A smirk came across his face as he thought on what had led them here. He was rather enjoying this new business relationship they had established. He always enjoyed a new thrill and the credits being provided was a wonderful bonus. He would have to ensure things continued as they were.
Finally turning, he boarded the vessel as the cargo bay door closed and the ship lifted off, slowly backing out the way it came until it was clear and headed up into orbit.

Fire from overcharged thrusters scorched the earth black on the landing site just outside Kala'uun's doonium mines where slaves toiled beneath the surface of the planet, hewing away at the bones of the planet to extract this precious resource. Those transports, after passing through the rectangular teeth of the City Beneath the Mountain's large sally port, hurtled towards orbit where they were destined to risk the dust cloud of the Cloak of the Sith as they carried their cargo to its final destination. The only thing the overseers responsible for harvesting the wealth of materials knew was that the metal alloy was part of a 'Project Sidious', under the direct supervision of Darth Astera, the Sith Eternal's director of advanced technology. Elsewhere across the city, indentured twi'lek servants from the brothels and spice dens of the Whore Eternal were loaded into passenger transports destined for the same location, the massive star fortress that resided in the eye of the storm. They wished their likewise scantily clad sisters and brothers farewell, as for many, they would never see the red sands of Ryloth again.
