The Lux Patronus fell toward Kala'uun, it had completely lost power and was in a freefall. Johun focused, keeping aware his ship's location and the planets surface. He reached out with the Force, slowing his descent. Eventually, the Lux Patronus settled gracefully, just outside of Kala'uun. Once the dust settled, Johun began to meditate, the focus from stopping the inevitable crash had drained him...

*A small ship came hurling towards Jessa and then a cloud of dust, once the layers of dust settled she looked at it and,*
*Said in her native tongue* "Well if that wasn't the most graceful of crashes I have ever seen then I don't know what that was..."
*Said Jessa as she had almost been surely crushed by the starfighter like starship while at the same time carrying her satchel of personally built weapons of technology not seen in many ages. She walked up to the ship and started to beat on it like it was alive or something cursing at it and dusting herself off in between poundings as if her beating on the ship really did anything but make pretty metal noises.*

Johun awoke from his short meditation to someone banging on his ship. He hit the cockpit release button and was thankful that it work, nothing else on the Lux Patronus seemed to be. As the cockpit canopy slid backward, Johun saw who was assaulting his ship, a blue-skinned humanoid female that appeared a little younger than himself. He was unsure of her species, but knew she wasn't Chiss, the only other blue-skinned humanoid species he had encountered. He decided to speak to her as he climbed out of the pilot's seat, his attire that of a typical Jedi Knight.
Would you mind not assaulting my ship? Besides, it would take something stringer than your fists to damage it.

*Jessa stopped banging her fists at the ship as the humanoid stepped out looking like a hunched up rug in her eyes, not truly knowing what he was other then human. She only knew this because she had observed humans many times before being stuck on this planet not of her own. She had the handy skills to make inventive weapons but not the skills to fix ships, atleast not of her ships size.
Turning and looking at him she spoke again in her native tongue back at him.*
In her naive tongue. "Mind yes I mind, your blasted heap about had my day all ruined.. Oh I highly doubt that I am pretty handy with ships this size.. Who are you anyway some kind of lost space explorer?"
*She said as the Jedi would have been having to use a translator to understand her words since he had no ran across her species yet.*

Great, she doesn't speak Basic, or at least is pretending not to. Johun looked over at Arnie, his R9 astromech droid still in his position on the Patronus.
Arnie, can you decipher that language or at least tell me what it is? Maybe her species also?
Arnie responded with some affirmative whistles, but didn't immediately give Johun an answer. He had to search his memory banks, as this information wasn't readily available. He was after all an astromech droid, not a protocol droid. Johun looked back toward the female. He bowed to her, a traditional Jedi greeting, hands together in front of him.
I do not speak your language. I am Johun Starfield, Jedi Knight. Do you perhaps speak Basic?

*She saw him bow and stopped for a brief moment and in return cocked her head and bowed back to him her eyes never leaving his as she held her satchel while i her bow and slightly returned to her former stature saying.*
Said in her native language "Basic? I am speaking basic how much more basic do you want me to get?"
*She said with a cracked laugh. She could understand him to an extent.*
Said in her native language "My name is Jessa... Jessa Enz, Always nice to meet the person responsible for my immanent death a minute ago."
*She laughed out again.*

Casey watched the waitress leave, then started at the words that came from the being seated across from her. After searching for so long, here was a Jedi here, just sitting at a cafe. How many other Jedi had she passed in her search, never knowing what they were? Casey found that here, now that she had found a Jedi, she had no idea what to say. She scolded herself mentally. Start with your name.
"I'm called Casey. I...uh, well, I actually came here...looking for you. Well, not you, specifically. Any Jedi, really."
Casey stared down at the table, face flushing fro embarrasment. That could have come out a lot better. The waitress comes back with Casey's drink, and Shihab's meal of crushed tubers covered in a greasy looking brown fluid, next to a nerf steak and a small pile of dark green leaves. Shihab smiled, both at Casey's response and the appetizing aroma of the food just set before him. The waitress leaves once more, attending to a Twi'lek couple a few tables over, while Shihab responds to casey's statement."Okay, so you found me. Now what?"I dig into the plate of food, enjoying the surprisingly delicious steak and tubers, though the greens are bit hard to chew with my sharp teeth, which flash when biting into my food. I shred the greens up into tiny pieces and mix them with the tubers which are much easier to eat, while I listen to Casey's response.

*Ellie was unaware of the danger until it hit them. The abrupt stop from the skiff hitting the pillar tossed her off her seat and onto the floor, abruptly waking her. The world swam around her as she tried to clear her head, the sound of blaster fire raining down on them didn't her clear her thoughts any either. Rolling over onto her back, she glanced over at Worm, her voice slightly groggy, she yelled over to him.*
"Wh..what's happening? I though we cleared most of these people out?"
Worm wiped some of the blood from his forehead and glanced at the delicate young woman. There are always more pests in need of extermination. When another soldier was his and died, he near fell on top of Worm. He grabbed the soldier's rifle from his side, fighting his crippled body and he drug himself up to the side of the skiff, and began to return fire.

Johun didn't speak native Terrelian... This was going to be fun. He did understand one word, Jessa. Must be her name.Jessa, I don't speak Terrelian. I am a Jedi from Corellia. I speak Galactic Basic and understand a handful of other languages, but not Terrelian. Johun pushed the right side of his robe backward with his right hand, revealing, Vormund, his lightsaber hilt. Hopefully she would understand this symbol of the Jedi Order.

*She hummed to herself a the acknowledgement of her name in his words. Then she saw the elegant weapon he showed, running up to him and snatching it with such speed in her hand examining it with curiosity. She eventually found the button to activate it and nearly took her face off and ended up dropping it in such a startle as she fell backwards on her butt looking at it and him.*
Speaking in native tongue "Nah Mygunnntan eli po po sor-orsee... Nah!"
Translated to "Oh my what a extravagant piece of hardware... Oh!"
*She then got back up to her feet and looked at the weapon on the ground and then back at the astromech droid. She then went over to the droid and took out a scanner looking piece of equipment from her satchel and scanned the droid with it shutting it down. She popped open a small port and brought out yet another gadget and plugged it into the droids input. She began to download something which took a few seconds and then disconnected from the port and closed the hatch. She then took out her other thing and reactivated the droid.*
Speaking in native tongue "Su so mahkameh si otan mi langualli."
Translated to "Now you should be able to understand my language."
*Walking back to him she waited for the droid to reboot and compute the new information downloaded.*

Johun was caught off guard with her speed. Very impressive. He struck a defensive pose, in case she used his own saber against him. He then laughed as she fumbled with it, and was put at ease once he realized she had no idea how to use it. He pulled it to him with the Force, replacing it on his right hip. He then watched as she messed with Arnie. Curious... She said something to him and soon Arnie translated it. She had installed translation software, very clever.
I see. Very clever with the translation software. That is Arnie, my astromech droid.

All language being translated now to basic. "Ah yes, well... seems to avoid my day from being even worse it was the right things to do, but that software is only temporary and good for a 48 hour cycle."
She said as she then gears towards him with a question.
"So what brings you here to this planet and the near death of me?"
She said as she had that sarcastically arrogant tone in her voice.

Johun nodded his head toward Jessa, in acknowledgement that he would tell her.
Well I certainly didn't intend to land on the planet this way. I am on official Jedi business. I was sent here by a more senior Jedi, but for what I was never told. I was to meet with another Jedi, but was engaged in a firefight in orbit, and then my ship lost power and got caught in Ryloth's gravitational pull. And now here I am.

Casey took a sip of her drink, and winced at the sharp burn of the cheap alcohol. Although it wasn't the best, it was still alcohol, and Casey's nerves began to settle. It had been a while since she had anything to drink, and the persistant buzzing in her skull that she had come to recognize as her Force-based empathy began to fade. Sometimes it was nice, being able to read other people like books, but the constant pressure would often give her headaches. Casey took another sip, savouring the slowly growing silence in her head, before addressing Mahir. She took a deep breath, and just let the words tumble out.
"Well, I came to request that I be trained. I know I can feel emotions and thoughts from other people, just like the stories of the Jedi, and empathy and telepathy are not normal for my species, so logic dictates that I have some sort of Force-connection too. I don't really belong anywhere, and even though people can be cruel sometimes, I still want to help. To make a difference."

She kept herself low and in cover as she grabbed the controls. Pivoting the turret towards the nearest target, she open fired. The turret had only pumped out a few rounds before Ellie was greeted by the sound of someone crying out in pain. Grinning in satisfaction she continued to fire, pushing their attackers back into cover.*

Worm squinted through his harsh eyes. There was a coldness in his eyes that burned with rage. It was clear that he would end his life if it meant killing his enemies. He pulled himself up further, seeking to get his put his weight back on his unstable legs. Once standing upright, he began to fire in the right general direction. His aim was terrible, but he did not care. He was just sending bolts down range as quickly as he could. His constant disfigured sneer took on a certain cruelty.
=Soldier= Sir, our transports have picked up the troops in the tunnels, and will be here shortly.
=Worm= Not good enough.
Worm shifted the rifle to his left hand, and with his good hand removed grenade and heaved it down the tunnel.

A few months ago I would have referred her to someone else for training, but I wasn't a knight then. Krif, this kid had been searching to long for me shove him off onto someone else like some strange piece of trash. I shrug and swallow before answering, wondering how this would change the plans for a few days ahead.Really? Most of the people I have met are cruel until someone teaches them to be kind, and then many still choose to be cruel, though they are often less cruel than they might have been otherwise. As for the other matter, done and done, you can start your learning by ditching the alcohol, it prevents you from functioning properly, and you can't help others if you need help yourself. There are better ways to relax than using mild toxins, to reduce your effectiveness. I suggest you eat something now, as it may be a while before you get another chance to eat, and it will reduce the side effects of the alcohol.I turn back to my plate and continue my delicious meal, occasionally washing bits of it down with the shig in my cup. This was going to take some getting used to, I know had the responsibility to teach another being how to live right. Well I'd had a good example in Uncle Biron, I'd just have to remember his lessons and tie them into learning to use the force well. This would prove to be an interesting relationship and only time would tell where it would end up.

Crom'nen studied the shelves intently. The shelves were full of datacards, but one shelf had an extra card. Just one extra card. He had considered searching his desk for some sort of device, but that was not subtle enough for whomever had decided to mess with him. He had scanned through the stack, and found the extra, a card titled "The History of Nawara Passik." Nawara Passik, Rylothian for Golden Tongue, a term his people called him. He considered that the card might be booby trapped, but there were so many easier ways to kill him. He grabbed the card and began to read. It was a complete history. Complete. Birth to a merchant class, his education in the noble caste school, his earning a position in that caste. His being sent on missions of the Republic. His capture by pirates and earning his nickname. Befriending F'rarl. His work with Sith and Mandos to destroy more dangerous target. His murdering a prisoner. His murder of a Jedi padawan. Individual slavers he had captured and murdered. Rescuing Belf'ima and Worm and thousands of others. Stealing the music box. Starting his own private black-ops firm. He scrolled down. The last entry included finding the disk with today's date.
Crom'nen opened the passage behind the bookshelf, leading down to his illicit storage area. This door had been opened by the intruder. The music box was untouched, as was the rest of the materials. Good. Whoever it was wanted the game more than they wanted what he had. Still, they were dangerous. He returned to the top of the stairs and concealed the passage again. He then left for another passage. This one was undiscovered, his secret secure measures undisturbed. Good. He opened the door and climbed up the narrow stair. This passage lay inside one of the large pillars which supported the levels of the underground city. This one went up two levels, to a large family home. It was no secret that he had purchased the home for a large family of freed slaves, but not even the homeowners knew of the tunnel. He quietly exited the tunnel, resealed it, and exited the front door of the home. From there, he walked a few miles to the one of close to a hundred secure location where he had stationed vehicles throughout the cities. As he drove, he examined his thoughts to determine who would have done this. Only one name, Ludo Karesh, came to mind. Fine, he had ignored Karesh, so Karesh decided to punish him for it. But Crom'nen was no fool. If Karesh wished so badly to engage him, he would play along, for now. In the meantime, he headed down, to the headquarters of the Obyrru.

Worm shifted the rifle to his left hand, and with his good hand removed grenade and heaved it down the tunnel. *The explosion from the grenade tossed a slaver into a wall, killing him instantly. Slowly the others began to withdraw further back into the cave to a more defensible position. Ellie clenched her jaw in anger, the turret she was using was doing nothing more then pushing the slavers into cover, not killing them. With a loud warning beep the turret signaled that it had overheated. Letting out a yell of anger, Ellie abandoned the turret and jumped off the side of the skiff. As she hit the ground she pulled out her lightsaber, the blue blade hummed to life and shone brightly in the cave. She knew in her current state it was a severe risk for what she was doing, but her anger drove her forward towards her enemies. With her remaining strength she charged the slavers, batting aside every blaster bolt that came to close.*
*She quickly closed in on the first slaver, wielding her over sized lightsaber like a broadsword, she brought it down on the slaver almost cleaving him in two length wise. Pivoting on her left foot, she swung the weapon in a broad arc that caught a Rodian across the chest. Her anger began to consume her, with each slaver she killed her mind slipped into more of a berserker state, everything within reach of her blade was quickly cut down, be it friend or foe, it didn't matter to her now.*
