Sanguinus' eyes widened as the unexpected incoming kinetic force flung him from the balcony. He only caught a glimpse of the masked warrior that appeared just before he violently tumbled in the air above the heads of the audience. He quickly regained his composure and used the force to level himself out and gently land in the center of the arena. The sith lord barely had enough time to comprehend the awesome power of the dark side presence he felt just before the masked warrior appeared. Sanguinus kept a stoic, indifferent facial expression and stood tall in the arena with his hands behind his back as chaos of gladiator combat ensued around him. He looked up back at the balcony he fell from and standing there in his place was the masked warrior along with his entourage. His voice was subtle and sharp like the hissing of a serpent.
"Come and taste death, young one."
The dark lord brought one of his hands to his front, and held it out towards the balcony almost in an inviting gesture. It was no gesture however, as Sanguinus had reached out in the force and gripped the spear of a fallen gladiator behind him and sent it hurling up towards his foe with great speed.

Sanguinus didn't even need to speak as Xitan immediately descended from where he had made his entry. The acolyte wasn't one to simply wait for an invitation. Striving forward always ensured that the Sith was ahead of those around him. Why else was he among the peers known as 'the Favored'? Certainly not listening to the textbook examples of Sith education nor keeping it safe and cautious. No, the acolyte had already killed several of his peers to rise further and gain the momentum that he enjoyed today.
As the spear came hurtling at him, his hand was waved forward, causing the spear to freeze in place. Only once had he passed by it was the vice grip released and the weapon sailed high into the rafters, landing somewhere beyond their sight. Once having landed, that's when the other two Sith joined, keeping to the peripherals and a wide berth from Sanguinus and Xitan. It didn't take long for the Colonial Games announcer to say something.
=Announcer= And what do we have here?! A pair of stalwart warriors, ready to face off! And a bonus, ladies and gentlemen, for these contestants wield the lightsabers of Force Users! CLEAR THE ARENA!! Let us give these mighty participants their room-... Hey! What are-
The announcer's voice ending as several Stormtroopers got into the booth and ended his commentary. This was a sanctioned duel, a warranted test, by the Supreme Leader, the shadow ruler of Roon and the true master behind the forces that held this place. They didn't need some rambling announcer interrupting this.
Xitan's mask glanced upward when the announcer's voice was silenced. Finally, thought the Sith as he refocused on Sanguinus. Igniting his lightsaber once more, the male charged forward, lightsaber at the ready to either clash with the other's weapon... or perhaps to see how this visitor would fight back.

The dark lord pivoted one foot backwards while pulling a silver and black hilt from his hip and summoning a blood-red blade. He took a Makashi stance with one hand behind his back, and the other gripping his saber hilt with a twisted wrist and held downwards in front of him. The young sith came fast charging him. Sanguinus brought his saber up to meet his foe's in a parry. He stepped forward to counter attack, bringing his saber in a downward strike towards the warrior's neck.
Sanguinus could feel the dark side flowing through this force wielder. His presence in the force was an ice cold aura, nothing but hatred eternal could be felt. This one truly was sith, and he served whomever was the powerful presence that Sanguinus had felt earlier. The source of that power must. be. found. As the two of them were engaged in their duel, Sanguinus kept the other two assassins in his peripheral, keeping an eye on them as well as paying attention to their presences in the force. He was ready for them to make their move at any point.

Just as expected, Xitan would parry the intended blow with his lightsaber, batting it back with his skilled hand. The counter attack was to be expected. Force Xitan to raise his lightsaber and leave him open to a new attack. So, the Sith had to react quickly. Thinking on his two feet, the acolyte raised his hand slightly, allowing the Force to be unleashed once more. He doubt this would work for long, but a Force Stasis was utilized, aimed to freezing or, rather, delay the oncoming counter attack. This would give the Sith some room to move to the side and out of the way.
If this was achieved, Xitan would then grip his handle firmly with two hands and rush at the flank now, aiming to put his foe on the defensive. Drawing upon his own anger and hatred, the power fueled his muscles and body, giving the Sith some augmentation. If the delay wasn't long enough, Xitan would raise his lightsaber to deflect, but merely to ensure it was parried off to the side and then rushed forward with his lightsaber at the ready. Xitan's style of fighting was keeping on the offensive for as long as possible.

Sanguinus was surprised to see the extent of the young sith's knowledge of the force. The stasis froze his arm weilding the lightsaber completely, albeit briefly. Seeing the acolyte now going for a strike on Sanguinus' flank, the dark lord realized already one saber would not be enough to stop the aggressive style of this force user. His off hand now drew a second, identical saber hilt from his belt and ignited the blade, bringing it to his side to block the incoming enemy's saber. With the two sabers locked together, and his other saber still frozen, Sanguinus taunted his opponent.
"Your power is laughable. You are far too weak to be the one in charge here... tell me child, who is your master?" And in that moment, the stasis on Sanguinus' other arm had worn off, and the saber continued on it's original trajectory towards Xitan's neck once again.

Xitan watched as a new lightsaber ignited. This changed everything in terms of this battle, unfortunately. With the momentary pause in their struggle, Sanguinus made an enquiry about who he served, who his master was. The Sith grits his teeth beneath his mask and quickly moves his left hand to grab hold of his opponent's arm, halting the advance on his neck. The acolyte knew he was nothing more than a means to test who this visitor was and why he had come. The battle had come to a temporary draw as Xitan kept both sabers at bay, one clashing with his own lightsaber and the other being physically kept back by his hand. This was more detrimental to him than it was to Sanguinus.
I serve the Eternal.
Xitan finally answers his opponent's question.
I am one of many who serves the Supreme Leader and follows the teachings of the Three Emperors.
His footing slides back slightly, but still doing his best to keep both lightsabers apart.
My master wonders why you have come to Roon.

Sanguinus swiftly brings his foot up and kicks off Xitan's chest, doing no damage but separating the two from their locked engagement and giving them both some momentary breathing room. Sanguinus twirled his sabers around and finished his brief flourish in a Jar'Kai stance. The Three Emperors? There had been many sith emperors over the eons that have past this galaxy, although Sanguinus could venture a guess at some of the most powerful sith he was possibly referring to.
"Vitiate... Sidious... Krayt... Correct?"
The dark pau'an charged at the acolyte, swinging his sabers in a flurry of chaos. The two engaged in an intense duel, both parrying and counter attacking, looking for any weakness in the others defenses. Both appeared to be evenly matched in saber combat. Sanguinus spoke during the combat, his eyes ablaze with yellow while his red sabers were like a tornado of energy in front of him.
"I have come seeking knowledge... power. Your master commands much of it." The Sith lord capped off his statement with scissor strike, both sabers swinging at Xitan horizontally in opposite directions, one from the left and the other from the right.

So it seemed this visitor was aware of the trio that was worshipped by the Eternal. Or at least guessed good and well. Xitan didn't get a moment to speak though as Sanginus unleashed a flurry of attacks and counters. The acolyte doing his best to keep up. There was skill in the trained hands of the visitor, likely had a master or two before. If not, then the individual was simply gifted with the Dark Side. Nonetheless, Xitan knew his role in this. He had to test and see how good and effective this individual was.
When he spoke again, Sanginus seemed to be aware of an even more powerful figure behind the Sith Acolyte. Someone whose presence permeated through the very core of Roon given his skill, his leadership, and his connection with the Dark Side. With his good arm, Xitan raised his lightsaber to block the move on the right, but the left... didn't go so well. His attempt to block it with Stasis once more failed. It was a newer power and one that the Sith was still getting used to. Expecting a cut to sear right into his arm, Xitan awaited the impact... that never came.
Sanguinus would feel a new presence off to his left and a new Force Pull upon his arm. Unlike the Force Stasis of Xitan, this pull felt far stronger. A fourth Sith had appeared, this one not masked. He appeared to be an older male, but the Dark Side had slowed his age. So appearing to be fifty, Vullorr was a man well over a century old. The Voice of the Eternal had been watching and knew that the Supreme Leader valued his Favored. Xitan's role in the galaxy was yet to be seen, so it was best not to mangle him just yet.
=Vullorr= So you sensed our Master. Many of the Eternal are always feeling the shadow of our Supreme Leader.
The Sith speaks before releasing his grasp upon Sanguinus arm, knowing he had the visitor's full attention.
=Vullorr= Who taught you the ways of the Dark Side?

The dark red blades retracted back into their hilts. Sanguinus took deep breaths as he calmed himself and put the hilts back in their place on his hip. A new player has entered the arena. One far older and more powerful. Sanguinus would not dare to bother attacking this one, he could feel the old man's power was far beyond his own. Sanguinus rested both his hands behind his back and turned his burning yellow eyes of hatred at the old dark one.
"It matters very little. He was an old fool... He was weak, so I destroyed him." He paused, shifting his eyes back at the acolyte and his assassins, making sure they continued to stay their hand. Assuming the fighting was over, Sanguinus turned his back to all of the Sith that stood before him, looking out at the audience.
"Slaves... They believe they know what they want... they believe they want freedom. They do not know the meaning of the word. Slaves need gods to worship... To give them order..." The dark lord's arms stayed behind his back, he turned his head and continued speaking to the old man.
"Who are you? Your attack dog here spoke of The Eternal. I can only assume you wish to build another empire."

"Who are you? Your attack dog here spoke of The Eternal. I can only assume you wish to build another empire." Vullorr kept his focus on the visitor. The Voice waves his hand slightly, making Xitan back off. This meeting was between Sanguinus and the Voice of the Eternal after all. It wasn't a place of an acolyte to speak, let alone be present. Returning to look upon the Pau'an, Vullorr took in the visual appearance of the individual. There was almost a mirror image with that of Darth Malak, a famous Sith Lord of Revan's Empire and who commanded the war effort of the later stages of the Jedi Civil War. There was strength, potential, and room to improve. After a moment, the Sith answered.=Vullorr= My Master is focusing on... not an empire, but continuing the Sith, building a cornerstone. Ensuring that a core of them are ready to take up the cause, no matter what that may be. It could, one day, be an empire, a dark crusade, and more. He seeks to build that which has been lost: a true presence of the Sith. There had been others; the Blackguard Imperium and the Resurgent Sith Conclave to mention just some of the most recent organizations. Of these, both were failures. It seemed the Dark Jedi of Ambria were more persistent than the Conclave and Imperium. The Ren survived and they proved themselves as swords of the resurgent Imperial Empire. The Quarren Dominion... their Dark Prophet's efforts were ensuring tendrils of shadows slithered through the stars from Mon Calamari. Though the Imperium continued, the Supreme Leader scoffed at its corpse. The Resurgent Sith Conclave, nothing more than a mad man's dream. The Dark Side Adepts of the Diarchy, a vainglorious attempt at reviving a dead cause. The Supreme Leader was focusing on building the core... the core of something that will come one day.=Vullorr= We are the foundations of a new Sith, an eternal Sith. Only the Dark Side truly knows what we may evolve into in the future, but know this, the Supreme Leader, and those who I call my colleagues, will see to it that we are ready when the Darkness calls to us.

Sanguinus shut his eyes, and tried to see into the future. He couldn't get much, but one thing he did vaguely see over and over was legions upon legions of sith troopers, chanting his name. Each of them bearing the symbol of the Sith Eternal. Sanguinus could not see past that, or the events leading up to that, but he knew if he wanted that power he would have to use these sith to his advantage. For however long they remained useful. He looked back over to Xitan for a moment.
"You clearly have powerful subordinates. The Dark Side is strong with you, And i go where the darkness resides."
In that moment two of the nearby stormtroopers began to cough and choke, dust kicked up as their weapons clattered onto the dirt floor of the arena. They were both clawing at their necks, gasping for air. Both of them lifted off the ground as the life continued to suck out of them. Sanguinus did not move an inch. Didn't even gesture with his hands, his arms stayed together behind his back. Yet the Acolyte and Vullorr both knew what was happening. The Pau'an's burning yellow eyes shined bright as the fires of a sun staring seemingly into Vullorr's soul, if he had one. A sickening, cracking sound echoed throughout the arena followed by the thud of slumped over bodies.
"It seems we have some use for each other..."

While Xitan remained motionless and quiet, Vullorr was not exactly pleased with how Sanguinus displayed his power without an understanding who was the superior here. The Stormtroopers, at the disposal of the Sith Eternal, were a rather precious resource, considering the lack of manpower pools they had available. The Council already had to deal with Dragus 's antics of wanting to eat them... and they put a stop to that immediately and without hesitation. The Voice of the Eternal merely glanced over at the pair of Stormtroopers that lied dead with snapped necks. Then his weathered eyes turned to Sanguinus.=Vullorr= The abilities of a thug...The Voice spoke before revealing his hand. Two fingers extended and raised up slightly before swiftly coming down, an immense pressure was placed upon the whole of Sanguinus' body as the Force was exerted, fiercely, on his muscles and bones. It felt like an industrial megaton of heavy material was being forced upon the Pau'an as Vullorr stepped forward, keeping the pressure upon the newcomer to Roon.=Vullorr= You will know your place...A third finger extends, causing the pressure to intensify.=Vullorr= ...or I will do away with you like others before.A fourth finger twitched, prepared to exert more upon the arrogant Sith. Arrogance was a means to an end, their emotions were the source of power, but Sangunius was raw and needed thorough training in order to rise higher. Vullorr was merely showing what true power was.

"GAAAAAAHHHHH" Sanguinus snarled as the immense amount of pressure delivered roaring amounts of pain across his entire body. In the same instant, the sith reached out with the force and tried to push back in the opposite direction of the pressure. He could feel some of the pain alleviating slowly. It was the only thing keeping his entire body from being crushed completely. The sith lord scowled, gritted his teeth, and held clenched fists out in front of him as he attempted to match Vullor's power. He struggled to spit words at his attacker.
"I bow....to....no one..." Vullor's third finger extended, and the pressure increased exponentially. "YYYAAAAAAAAGGGHHHH!!!"
A moist crack sound could be heard as Sanguinus' ankle bent in a direction it should not be able to. the once proud lord of the sith dropped to his knees. His fists clenched even tighter as he struggled to increase his own pressure to keep up with Vullor's. He was at his limit. He had never drawn more power from the force than this before. "I will not die here..." He thought. "Not without showing them my true power." He called upon the dark side, taking the will of the force and bending it to his own using the hatred he felt from the pain of his broken ankle. He summoned all of the strength he possibly could, and put it towards an attempt at a Force Repulse. It will be the largest repulse he has ever done. He might die, but he would be sure to take out a few of them with him as well. With a thunderous roar, he released his repulse sending an incredible amount of kinetic energy in every direction away from him. The diameter of the repulse was nearly the size of the entire fighting pit of the arena.

Vullorr sensed the drawing of the Dark Side energy around the Pau'an quite easily. With his free hand, he awaited for the unleashing of this power to come. The individual was determined, there was resolve, there was anger... good. As the pulse was set forth, his free hand raised, causing a Force barrier to be raised, ensuring that, at least, those nearby wouldn't be effected by the strong lash of the Force. This mostly meant Xitan and himself would be safe. It's energy battered against the barrier before dissipating as the wave went further and further away. Lowering both of his arms, the barrier lowered and so too did the pressure vanish.
Vullorr, the elderly Sith, made his way towards Sanguinus, the source of the power that was unleashed. For a moment, he looked down at the Sith and then his injured ankle. Somehow managed to survive the encounter with gravitational force brought upon him with just a broken ankle and be able to unleash a rather strong Force Pulse.
=Vullorr= What is your name?

Sanguinus could see the Sith assassins that came with Xitan cast into oblivion with the repulse. One went flying head-first into the arena wall, the limp body had painted the wall red. The other was flung into the audience stands so hard it kicked up so much debris and dust that his body was simply never seen again. The sith lord's body gave out and sanguinus had to catch himself from falling face first into the dirt. Now on both his hands and knees, he looked up to find The warrior and the old one both completely unscathed. He had given everything, and yet it wasn't enough. How powerful were they? he shuddered as he realized he was out of his league. His eyes grew dark and heavy, Sanguinus realized the usage of this much power had taken a toll on his body. He could feel consciousness slipping away.
"My master... named me... Darth....San...gwi...nuu--" His face fell into the dirt as his body went limp and completely collapsed now. He could no longer stay awake.

Vullorr's eyebrow went up slightly as the individual passed out.
=Vullorr= Sangwinuu. Guess we will have to use that name will you are awake.
He snaps his finger and points at Xitan who immediately rises to a more formal posture. There were orders to be given, not only involving their guest but the state of the Arena too. They didn't like causing too much damage, least word get leaked out. So Vullorr would have to speak with Xazatar about controlling the media and monitoring channels for several days.
=Vullorr= Have a gunship arrive and take us to the Nullus Beacon where bacta and medical droids can see to his care.
The masked Sith nods his head and proceeds to call in a gunship while the elderly Sith looks upon the passed out Pau'an.
=Vullorr= Hm... Garrax would have liked you.

Location: Roon (Cloak of the Sith) : City of Nanurra : ColosseumSmoking contrails from shuttle craft darkened the skies as they bled radioactive particulate from their ion engines, scorching the clouds and blanketing the city in a heady aroma of burnt ozone. Eventually the long train of carbon scored and decaying vessels arrived in a subsequent procession at the site of the old arena where the Roon Colonial Games used to be held. As the cushion of hot air from their repulsors dissipated, corroded metal ramps slammed down on the ground, kicking up a rolling veil of dust that obscured the occupants of each ship. First emerging from the gloom were a set of gaunt figures, umbaran based on their pale skin and colourless eyes, though there was something obviously different about them. They wore robes that had likely once be a pearlescent white, but now were soiled with a filthy organic spattering of blood and rotting effluence. An assortment of cruel looking tools hung from their belts, including curved filleting knives, fat serrated edged blades for sawing, thick butchers hooks attached to barbed chains, and so on and so forth. When their lips occasionally parted to exhale a sour breath, the pointed nubs of their teeth were exposed, each had been filed to a sharp yellow point set in blackened gums writhe with corruption. Even their bodies seemed disproportioned. Their arms and legs were too long, their muscular frames lean to the point of appearing emaciated. Based on the information presented, it was clear these were members of the Hunger Cults, devolved hannite monks in service to the Great Devourer.Led off the transports behind them were a number of downtrodden faces. Chain gangs of shackled sullustans were led off the shuttles by the cultists, who occasionally struck them with neuronic whips that split flesh and broke bones, inducing severe pain and physical trauma. Slaves, recently taken from the planet of their name-sake, many of whom sported open sores and the signs of disease from their time interred in the Covenant of Blood's cargo hold. As some expired where they stood, their chains were removed and their bodies were taken away by cultists that looked on the cadavers with trembling lips and salivating mouths. The pitiful alien prisoners were organized into work gangs and set to the task of rebuilding the Nanurra's former arena. Rumour had it the stone and building materials provided for the work were actually taken from ruins on Pzob that had been reclaimed by the forest. What wasn't a publicly known fact to any outside the cult was that those stones had actually once been a part of the grand colosseum in the City of the Eye on holy Pzob. Each brick was stained with the blood of a hundred slaves sacrificed for the High Lords entertainment, imbued with the malign current of the malevolent fey, plagued by the horrible memory of what occurred on those cursed sands. The legacy of anguish was written on the surface of each stone, permanently infused into the pores of each brick. Where materials were lacking, they used a bit of ingenuity. Some of the dead slaves were used as mortar for the construction project, their bones and bodies used quite literally as substitute building supplies. After several weeks of brutal work, the structure began to take shape and tickets were already being sold for the inaugural return of the games. Members of the Black Fang were given permission to arrange bets for any citizens with loose credits burning a hole in their pocket. Blood red armoured Sith Troopers carrying deadly ST-W48 blasters stood sentinel outside the doors, preventing access to anyone other than the cultists and the slaves they were managing. The red gammaplast of their armour fit right in with the gore stained esthetic of the colosseum. When the beast pens beneath the arena sands was constructed, ranat beast tamers carrying three meter long shock poles led their feral charges from the bestiary beneath the Fortress of Tawntoom to the arena pens. Some streets had to be closed during the move for the larger animals, such as the dark apothecary's beloved battle hydra and chrysalid rancor, but most of the smaller creatures were transported via the underground network of tunnels that connected the vast majority of Roon to the subterranean realm of Dragusblight.A ceremonial throne in the main box of the arena had been hand crafted for the Supreme Leader, though it was unlikely he would ever attend the games in person, so instead the seat had been crafted to the dimensions of an ordinary humanoid, as chances were it would most likely be occupied by Vullor on the Supreme One's behalf. The chair had been carved from dragon-glass taken from the lake of fire in the crater of Tawntoom, with intricate detail in the ancient script etched across its surface. The language was strange and indecipherable to all but the most learned of archeologists, who might have noticed the iconography was very similar to early proto-Pzobian hieroglyphics. Tapestries depicting vague but uncertain images of the Supreme Lord hung from the balcony lip of the box, swaying in the dust choked breeze. Several other boxes were erected around the arena, one for every member of the Council of Seven, each specific to their needs and preferences. For instance, Darth Astera's box featured several modern technological wonders and comforts, such as an air-conditioner. Whereas creatures...err, Sith, such as the dark apothecary for example, had a more rustic design. Dragus' box had seats crafted from skulls and sinew, while a pile of cracked bones and rishii feathers in one corner served as a nest for the barabel and his amorous flock of followers. Banners of stretched sullustan skin hung from the thorny lip of his balcony, dripping a mixture of sour vitae and pus onto the sand below.

It started slowly at first, the change, so subtle that most barely noticed it at all. With conflict zones taking place all across the Outer Rim, most assumed the men must have been called away to war. None suspected something more nefarious, that they had been replaced by a newer better version of humanity. This humble student of the alchemical arts is of course referring to the Nu-Jakes, the first generation of clones produced by the Sith Eternal facility on Kamino. They started appearing everywhere, not just as red armoured troopers but also as technicians and officers, bakers and chimney sweeps, grocers and all manner of bureaucrat. These handsome specimens of human perfection were supplanting the natural born cultists, then began to fun part, breeding with the remaining female population. Within weeks of their arrival word was already spreading about an increase in pregnancies through the city of Nunurra. The Nu-Jakes had come to stay. Other then the somewhat uniformity of the townsfolks appearance, life continued otherwise rather normally. Ranats still plagued the sewers and the gladiatorial bloodsport of the colonial games resumed as usual.
