I had gotten rid of all ion cannons entirely, based on a conversation with Garrick.
However in the sake of this getting through, i have edited it more.
1 turbo laser, 8 heavy laser barrels, 6 point defense barrels.

So moving away from the weapons for a second, I don't know why I let this slip by but I honestly don't see a reason a Diplomatic suite should be considered special gear. May just be my opinion but I feel you can remove that, bump your offense to 2 and replace some of the weaponry.
Do any of the other RPA feel this should be counted as special gear?

I don't see the reason either. It's not something that would give the ship an edge in battle or make it stand out in a fire fight.

Edited with no special point and a 2 offense.
"8 double heavy laser cannons, 2 turbo lasers, 4 tri-turret point defense lasers"
so 16 heavy laser cannon barrels, 2 turbo barrels, 12 point defense barrels.
