103rd Regiment - Wick Battalion Formerly charged with safeguarding Safaeyet on Anobis, with Vallius' conquest of that world, the battalion had been reassigned. Once the dust had settled, and Eriadu became solely a world under the charge of the Blackguard, Wick Battalion was reassigned to Phelar, a city on Eriadu's surface, sporting a large spaceport. With the industrial shift to Eriadu, resources had been reallocated across the territories to reflect the changes. And so, Lieutenant-Colonel Roslin would continue to serve. And Wick Battalion would follow suit, as it always had.

103rd Regiment - Wick Battalion Loyalty to the Imperium continued across Eriadu, including Phelar. Local law enforcement took care of the small crimes and misdemeanors, while Wick Battalion took care of the general security of the city and ensured the Blackguard's laws and regulations were adhered to. Security checkpoints were commonplace for newcomers, and those returning to the city from elsewhere. All in all, the city was prosperous, safe and secure.

Utilizing more subtle means, agents of the Sith Eternal began to infiltrate Eriadu with the focal point being Mindflayer, an agent of Xitan. The Council was still relatively unaware, or pretended to not be aware, of the building situation on the planet, but Xitan hoped that, by the time they acted, the benefit of taking Eriadu would be too late to consider otherwise. Links were being established with various sections of the government, the leading families, the industry, and the security forces that made up the necessary means to control the planet and exert influence throughout the system. True to the demands of Xitan, ten ships of the Eriadu Defense Fleet were brought over to their side, not to mention the connections of the Tarkin family that sided with the plot. Mindflayer knew that, when the time was right, reinforcements would be sent as the coup was initiated. Their powerbase was focused, for now, in Phelar where they gathered through strength and resources. The Eriaduans were rather inclined to the Sith, considering the leadership of Lord Cygnus, Lord Mendacious, Lord Raven, Lord Valstrol, the Imperial Alliance and the Blackguard Reborn, among others. It was a ripe would with great potential for the Sith Eternal's plans.

A hovercar was parked outside an abandoned warehouse within the rather industrious heart of Phelar. Here, one could see the plums of hearty and economic manufacturers that churned out all manner of materials, both raw, refined, and built, for their new Sith masters. The transportation hub of the port and the main facilities of Eriadu Manufacturing were located here and thus entrepreneurism was ripe under the present regime. However, the focus was not outward, but inward, where a handful of major delegates stood before three agents of the Sith.
=Sullustan= tahw od uoy naem yb siht??
There was another member among the group of Sith, a droid translator considering the usage of Sullustese now within the domain that was Dash Tarkin's territory, by the grace of the overlords. The translation was made to the leader of the trio, a Twi'lek who willingly threw in his lot with the Dark Side once they took over his homeworld. The lekkus twitch slightly before the Sith speaks.
=Twi'lek= It is, in the best interests of the Sith and the future of these planets, that such an elevation occur.
The delegates began to murmur now. From what one could see, these were the cream of those present at the conference in Eriadu City. The lead representative of SoroSuub, a collaborate official of the Eriadu Manufacturing, a Tarkin relative that ran the Quintad shipyards in orbit, the head of securities for both systems and their defensive formations, and so forth. In total, ten of the most powerful persons, including the sister of Dash Tarkin who was his representative at this meeting.
=Twi'lek= Where we sit is the frontier of the Sith Eternal, the foundations of an Empire to come. With that said, greater authority is needed, strong leadership in place, and the means to exert it without worry. He has done much for the Sith and, yet, he remains an Acolyte... as his loyal agents, we wish to see him risen.
The delegates look at the Twi'lek before looking among themselves. The sister of Dash, named Vectyra, stepped forth and looked at the Sith. The Twi'lek liked her the most, considering she had the firm and resolute gaze of the Tarkin lineage compared to the rest of these sheep. If she was with the plan, the rest present would bow and surely her brother would too. Not that he was spineless, but she had his ear.
=Vectyra= I suppose we have little choice. The gains and benefits are already being seen and we have long been loyal servants to various Sith warlords. But what should he be named as? Dash is already Marshal. He is an Acolyte. We cannot grant him a rank within the hierarchy of the Sith Eternal.
The Twi'leks lekku twitch again as the Sith agent smiles beneath his hood.
=Twi'lek= Daimyo... Daimyo of Greater Seswenna.
