Jaecyn awoke from meditation, just as Seamus stopped, unstartled by any means, with what seemed like the most graceful of ease. He looked forward for a couple seconds before casually turning toward Seamus. He got up in as relaxed a manner as he appeared, shouldering his kit in the process. He looked back toward Seamus, then forward again, but a little lower, nodding lightly as if to say "so... someone is here."
Looking Seamus straight on, Jaecyn spoke to Seamus. I am Riddick, a fellow Jedi, of sorts. Jaecyn paused for a second to take a breath and clear out his throat. I came to meet with your world's leadership, and am in need of a place to stay, at least until more permanent accommodations can be arranged. May I?
Jaecyn gestured, pointing in toward the temple as he asked. As this was his first visit to Honoghr, odd as it may seem for a man of Jaecyn's age and credentials, he knew that the people here wouldn't really have much reason to trust him, beyond whatever they could sense. Being a Force user himself, he knew just as well, that even that was no guarantee. But then it was not like he was here to cause trouble, and he would have Adieumus' backing.

Knight Mentor Sarissa had been in charge of attending to a number of different build projects throughout the temple, as apart of the reconstruction efforts, most of which were nearly complete. All that was left to be completed, was the Hall of Remembrance, which was waiting on a delivery of statues. Sarissa had been passing through the main hall, when the person she assumed was the delivry person, started yelling for someone to come sign for the packages. She quickly made her way over, since she had a sneaking suspicion they were the statues they had ordered Where do I sign?

Dazbog smiled and was stood awkwardly for a few moments, as if he had forgotten what he was doing. He snapped back into reality, having actually started to fade away during those few moments.
"Sign? Oh yes....sign here...."
Dazbog held out the datapad and tipped his hat to the Jedi as he handed it over. When the woman took the datapad he began pointing out empty lines to fill with her signature, around forty or so.
".......here, here, here, and finally here."
Dazbog crossed his arms and kept the smile up.
"So where do you want these things set up?"

Sarissa tilted her head to the side a little, slightly amused by the delivery man's confusion and apparent ability to fade away. She then accepted the datapad and started signing where she was told to, that age old adage of signing one's life away coming to mind as she finished signing all forty or so lines. She then turned and pointed towards one of the corridors Just in the Hall of Remembrance. I'll show you the way... Sarissa then headed off towards the Hall, hoping the delivery man, and his hot pants, would be close behind

Dazbog took back the datapad and entered in a few orders for the repulsorlift dolly, which began following him as he then tucked the datapad under his arm and followed Sarissa. Dazbog looked around, and strutted his stuff.
"So why did you people want statues of beings that don't exist?"
Dazbog stifled a giggle and continued walking behind the Jedi. He was planning on having fun with this as long as possible.

Sarissa had never really put much thought into why they had wanted the statues, mostly because it hadn't actually been her decision, but one of Zion's. She assumed he had his own reasons, just like she had her own reasons for growing fond of the idea I guess it's like asking why anyone want's a statue of any non-existant being. They add "artistic" flair to a room, and besides, if they do exist, I'm sure they would appreciate the gesture...

Dazbog shrugged and popped some blueberry granola into his mouth, munching down on the crunchy goodness.
"I don't see how hot pants add artistic flair, but whatever floats your boats. I guess everyone has some weird taste that they have to fulfill."
Dazbog shrugged again, then covered his mouth, hoping the Jedi would not put two and two together about the hot pants. There were a lot of people who wore hot pants. A timer warning on the dolly went off.
"So...How much farther? These things have a timer on them. Wouldn't want them growing before we get them into place."

Seamus studied the man as he stood up from his crouching meditation position. Just from that, he could tell the man was not from around here, a fact which was confirmed when he introduced himself and asked for a place to stay whilst he was visiting. Although the Temple was still quite busy with a number of padawan's, there was still a couple rooms, one of which they could let Riddick use during his stay I wouldn't say we are "Jedi" in the purest sense, it would be more correct to say we are Grey Jedi, my friend. But that is just me nit picking. That aside, you are more than welcome to stay here at the Temple, would you like us to arrange the meeting with her for you? She has been busy as of late, so you'd best plan to be here a little while at the least...

Sarissa winked at the delivery man, not because she personally prefered hot pants, but because he was onto why someone would want a statue with them Art is all about being different. Sometimes it's best not to ask questions and just nod and agree... and we're almost there... Sarissa then lead the delivery man through a squar room that lead off into the Hall...

Jaecyn was midstride with his first step when the mention of "grey" came up. This piqued his interest, for reasons soon to be made apparent. He looked at Seamus. Grey, you say? And I thought I was of a dying breed as it was. I was under the impression that anyone of such ilk as us were dwindling, of such painfully low numbers. Jaecyn continued walked mid sentence, and answered Seamus' latter comments. As for a meeting, I would like one, if you would be so kind as to inform "her" of it. Jaecyn paused momentarily. That being said, I know all too well just how taxing being a head of state can be. If you could tell her that my want of an audience is to be at her convenience, and that I look forward to it, whenever that maybe.
Jaecyn paused in speech again, as Seamus did mention "her," turning his gaze every now and again as he spoke. He kept abreast of him while talking, however. It was also my understanding that Adieumus was acting as this worlds head statesman. Is this not so anymore? Jaecyn was a bit perplexed by this. He knew Adi was quite active, and being of similar ways, Jae knew there were many risks in being that way. Perhaps, he thought, he stepped down from leadership as I did. The timing would seem coincidental, but it's possible.

Seamus was walking alongside Riddick, leading the man into the Temple, so as to lead the way towards the living quarters as they talked Oh, make no mistake, compared to many orders, we are only small... I will be sure to take care of the arrangements as soon as possible... As to Adieumus, he has not been the head of the government here for some time now. His wife, Ice Matango, took up the position when he first disappeared, as part of his duties with the Jedi Watchmen. And now that Adi has been declared MIA, She's been thrust permanently into the political spotlight. I do feel sorry for her, after all, the pressures of state are not something one can easily accept, especially if it was never the goal. But, despite it all, I also hold a great deal of respect for the woman, considering how well she has held up under the circumstances...

Jaecyn chuckled wryly at the mention of Adi being off on his duties. I was in Adi's position once. A watchman and a world leader. I found out quickly that the to never really worked ell together if viewed as separate, so I ended up leaving the watchman title, and simply merged them with being the world leader. After all, being a head of state brings with enough chances to be ambassador, commander, and all that good stuff, but then Adi should be hearing this, and I fear that this advice would come a day late and a credit short. Having done all that, I can understand what Lady Matango is going through, in spite of me being a little more willing to the task. From what I have heard, though, she is a strong and capable woman, I am sure she will do well, though it will surely not be easy. I would offer my help, should she see the need to use it.

Riddick was not the first to offer his help to Ice, nor would he be the last. He wasn't sure what exactly it was about her, that drew such people to want to help her. Maybe it was the fact that against all odds, she was keeping Honoghr going I am sure Ice will appreciate the offer. The Living Quarters are just up ahead...
