Rise of the Enforcer SL While successful in his attack, apparently Flvin was as tough as his stature would suggest. The blast of lightning had launched the massive man into an ornate pillar, which subsequently crumbled under Flvin's sheer size. The never ceasing rage continued to emanate from within Flvin. Knowing full well that the man was utterly enraged at him was more amusing than anything else, which was why this bout was so entertaining. Blind rage, while a potent weapon, was utterly useless if one couldn't think clearly. Keeping one's wits about them was vital to success, even for a Sith. The surge of energy alerted him to the incoming attack before it happened. Time slowed to a crawl once more, as Flvin javelin-ed his lit lightsaber at the Zabrak. Inhaling slowly, the Zabrak watched as the blade crept nearing. Hearing the shift of Flvin's feet alerted the Zabrak to another incoming threat. Closing his eyes and immersing himself into the Dark Side and surrendering to the power of the Ancients within his mind, the Zabrak's eyes snapped open. No longer the fierce yellow they typically were, they were glowing a brilliant purple as tendrils wavered from the corners of his eyes. A transparent cloud of black danced around his being, like flames dancing over a log in a fire. It was time to put Flvin in his place, once and for all. Fully immersed within the ebb of the Dark Side and fully harnessing the power of the Ancients, time seemed to resume it's normal pace. The ruby red lightsaber halted in its tracks, six inches from the tip of his nose."ENOUGH!"The Zabrak bellowed the words, that seemed to shake the room. Extending his right hand out, he directed his focus to the charging form of Flvin. Using the Force to immobilize the incoming monstrosity, a stasis field would envelop the charging Sith, hopefully stopping him dead in his tracks. All the while, the Sith'ari strode towards the Sith, his own lightsaber now following in the Sith'ari's wake like a faithful, obedient companion... His attack had failed, the Dark Lord had unleashed his true power upon Lord Flvin. His body became frozen, his progression suddenly halted in a blink of an eye. His eyes shifted towards the zabrak, stunned to see the power now emitting from him. Flvin knew the dark side was strong and powerful, but the Zabrak held something beyond his wildest dreams. He remained in this state, staring at the Zabrak as he strode past his now frozen lightsaber. His eyes remained locked on Darth Savage, not intimidated but curious by the Dark Lord. Flvin's anger began to decrease with every step the Dark Lord took, clearing his mind and allowing him to think."Lord Malvus was right to follow you, you've proven yourself worthy...."He paused for a moment, hoping that the Dark Lord would stop in his tracks. "I believe I can be of use to you...Lord Savage."

Still emanating the black, transparent clouds of energy, eyes still a vibrant, glowing purple, the Sith held his left hand out, palm up. Flvin's lightsaber extinguished and the hilt dropped neatly into his hand. Curling his fingers around the hilt, the Sith'ari stopped before Flvin's frozen form. Extending his left hand, emitter of Flvin's lightsaber facing up, the Zabrak pressed the saber hilt up under Flvin's chin, thumb hovering over the activation stud.
"You have it all wrong, Flvin...Malvus follows me because he is no fool...worthiness has nothing to do with it..."
Blinking purposefully, the violet energy that had been emanating from his eyes dissipated, returning them to their fierce yellow hue. The black flames faded from existence, yet Flvin remained frozen in place. Smirking malevolently, the Zabrak continued.
"Your usefulness to me ended when you decided to challenge my authority...unless you think you have some sort of redeeming idea that I may be willing to entertain...? Out with it, then..."
Staring at Flvin, his own lightsaber still pressed under his chin, Viox's hand curled around the hilt, thumb hovering over the activation stud, he could end the man's life in seconds...or he could spare him, provided the idea he was about to come up with was satisfactory enough...

Flvin remained frozen in fear, his eyes locked into the Zabrak's intensive glow. He watched as the Sith Lord manipulated his hilt in front of him, all while keeping him completely still unable to do anything. All Flvin could do was listen and that he did intently. He made a grave mistake, one he planned on never making again. Suddenly his hilt began to move towards his chin, Lord Savage threatening to eliminate him in a single thought...he was at his mercy. Lord Flvin had to act quickly or his life would seem to end by his own mistake.
"I am a living weapon my Lord. Those who threaten the Blackguard Reborn will suffer my wrath.....should you choose to spare my life." His eyes never wavered, continuing to stare at the Dark Lord holding his life in his hands.
"Have me by your side, and I will crush all those who oppose you. I am your sword and shield, ready to take on anyone in my path."
His eyes now closed, ready to accept whatever decision the Sith Lord chose. Striking him down would be appropriate considering the events that had occurred, but Darth Flvin was someone who could still be of use to the Blackguard Reborn.

Rise of the Enforcer SL
Still grinning, eyes twinkling with a sadistic glee, the Zabrak listened to Flvin's request. Having lost Xakire to whatever had taken him, he had been short an apprentice, up until he had taken the young and wild Vasari Nightshade under his tutelage. However, Vasari's prowess lacked the physically imposing aspect that Xakire had. While he already had an apprentice and adhered to the Rule of Two as most true Sith did, he could not take on another. However, there was an alternative. Flvin's menacing size and strong presence could, theoretically, deter his enemies. Or at least give them a moment's pause. And the idea of loosing Flvin, with his blessing of course, against those that would interfere with his plans, was amusing.
"A weapon, I already possess, Flvin. An enforcer of my will, however...is another matter entirely. Direct your anger, rage and lust for blood against our foes, and you shall be spared. Cross me again, or challenge my authority and I will strike you down where you stand. Have I made myself clear...?"
Despite wanting nothing more than to execute Flvin for his insolence, he had spent a significant amount of time building up the facade that the Blackguard valued usefulness over outright killing one who was defeated. And while that view hadn't been readily accepted in the beginning, Malvus had greatly helped push that ideal throughout the ranks. So much so, that Malvus himself wouldn't be alive today, were it not for the Rule of Unity, as it had been so aptly coined by Malvus. And not wanting to be a hypocrite to what he had been preaching all this time, it was, at least for the time being, in his best interest to allow Flvin to live. Contemplating it a moment longer, the Zabrak snapped his fingers, releasing Flvin from his invisible prison. Taking a step back to allow the man to rise, he would return his weapon in due time...

A few minutes had passed, and somehow Flvin remained alive in stasis. The Dark Lord was conflicted, but ultimately decided to use Flvin as he had offered. Darth Flvin was a powerful Sith Lord, capable of destroying anything in his path...or so he thought. His arrogance had surpassed his intellect, almost costing his life. The Dark Lord suddenly released Lord Flvin from his grip. Flvin's weight dropped to the floor, gravity now taking back control like it had before. Lord Flvin remained where he was however, his head still lowered slightly. He placed one of his knee's on the ground, lowering himself to a bow in front of the Dark Lord.
"Perfectly clear, my Lord." He paused for a quick moment. "What will you have me do my Lord?" His body remained perfectly still, his mind content despite the lingering confliction in the room.

Seeds of Rage SL Months after Flvin pledged his services to the Sith'ari, he would once again find himself summoned to the Throne Room by the Zabrak. Keeping Flvin isolated away from the rest of the Blackguard and ensuring he was rigorously trained to the Sith'ari's satisfaction had brought them to this point. With the success of the Sith Worlds Campaign and the capture of Dromund Kaas, it was time to proceed with the next phase of his ultimate plan. While no one truly suspected that his objective lie outside of what he and Malvus were preaching, he had no interest in sharing any sort of power among his followers. Regardless of his personal motives, Darth Flvin was summoned before him once more...

Darth Flvin had transformed into a new being, one very different from the one that entered the throne room months before. Months of training twisted and contorted his body, allowing the dark side to manipulate him to its will. He was forever changed, but Darth Flvin could now see the Dark Side better then before. He was now one with the Blackguard, and served the Sith'ari without question. He was a servant to the Dark Side of the Force. The Enforcer entered the chamber with light feet, diminishing the sound of his heavy stature. He approached the throne with his black robe cloaked across him, his hood covering the majority of his head. He continued forward a few more steps before suddenly coming to a halt and bending down to one knee. He removed the hood from his head slowly, now revealing the mysterious mask that covered his face. He paused slightly with his head looking downwards, his body ever so still.
"What is thy bidding....my Sith'ari...."

Seeds of Rage SL
The Zabrak's fierce yellow eyes were fixated on the hulking enforcer as he entered and knelt down before him. Allowing himself a small smirk, the Sith'ari motioned to the open space behind Flvin as the lights dimmed and a holoprojection of several worlds sprang to life. Corellia, Balmorra, Hoth, Ilum and Taris hovered above the floor. Clearing his throat, he spoke.
"There are devices buried on these worlds. Formerly of the reconstituted Sith Empire, now with scattered allegiances. Corellia, headquarters to the Corellian Coalition. Stealth and guile would best suit your approach here. Ilum, Balmorra and Taris. Imperial territories. Tread carefully as there is a fragile peace between our nations. One that could be shattered over one misstep. And Hoth. Frigid and lethal on its own, remains unclaimed for the time being."
Pausing to allow the information to sink in, the Sith'ari rose from his seat and proceeded to walk down the stairs. Coming to a halt before Flvin, he continued speaking while holding out a palm-sized holoprojector, displaying a roughly cylindrical looking device about as wide as an average human's shoulders.
"These are the devices you seek. The Seeds of Rage. Created by a master of alchemy, these devices radiate a corrupting dark influence. You should have no issues seeking out the devices. How you go about it is entirely up to you. But be warned, your actions will have consequences. Intentional or otherwise. In your hunt for the artifacts of value to us, you will be treading in enemy territory. One enemy in particular, has considerable strength and influence behind them. One misstep while in there territory could result in galactic war the likes no one has ever seen. Be smart and utilize any and all assets the Blackguard possesses to achieve your goal. Upon successful retrieval of all five of the Seeds, return to be for further instructions..."
The Zabrak motioned for the towering enforcer to rise and extended his hand outwards, offering the small holo-projector to Flvin and waiting to see if he had any questions.

Darth Flvin remained at a kneel as the holograms projected up in front of him. His attention was focussed, memorizing every detail that was given to him. A series of planets were shown, all with different climates, topography; but most importantly different factions. He was told to use a stealth like approach on Corellia, and Flvin couldn't agree more. He continued to listen to the Sith'ari, keeping each detail ingrained in his mind. Once the Sith'ari finished his initial speech, he rose to his feet. The now projected Seed of Rage was floating in front of him. An object with an extreme connection to the darkside. Flvin's strength had increased over the last few months, but this new mission would certainly put those new skills to the test. Flvin reached out to the Sith'ari and grabbed the offered holo projector, adding it to his belt around his waist. He paused for a moment for a slight moment.
"I will return with these artifacts as you've asked, my Sith'ari. My expedition will go without failure..."
Flvin gave a slow bow towards the Sith'ari, before exiting the throne room. His mission seem'ed simple at first thought, but this was no simple task. It would take weeks, even months to retrieve these objects. It may even cost his life if he wasn't careful. Should he complete his mission however, Darth Flvin would truely be reborn...

Vanguard Squad The fourteen soldiers of Vanguard Squad, led by Sergeant Erwin Beauregard, had been tasked with guarding the Throne Room and the living quarters of the Sith'ari himself, when he wasn't present. Combined with the five Praetorian Shadowtroopers when the Sith'ari was present, the Throne Room was adequately protected and defended from any threats. Though there weren't many in the galaxy that were bold enough, let alone powerful enough to strike at the heart of the Imperium. Vanguard squad was prepared, just the same, however. Despite the most recent successes of the Imperium, there were still those out there that could potentially pose a threat to everything the Sith'ari and the rest of the Blackguard had accomplished.

As every time, when he entered His private chambers Vallius felt shivers down his spine. That was the place where his presence felt more intoxicating. Maybe, the weak men at the helm of the First Order, back when he was but another gear in their machine, couldn't sense it, but for Viox's own son it was like drowning in a dark dense liquid, like tar, filling up nostrils and mouth with a sense of deep unease. Even if he was a Sith Lord, who had nothing to fear, his father was the only individual that brought him to his knees. He tried to calm the turmoil inside his chest as he walked. Vallius made little noise, but he knew it was pointless, that Lord Savage knew, before even glancing his figure, that his male progeny had come to him.
"Father"
His voice, low pitched and raspy, leaves the mouth cautiously, the word feeling heavy on his tongue. Viox had little room in his dark heart for his scions, who were but more pawns in his ambitions: yes, they were important, even precious to his Lordship, Dejarik pieces, but the only who mattered to Viox, in the end, was himself. Least so, when he actually had no heart now. But such was the nature of the Sith.

At this time, things within the borders of the Imperium were actually peaceful. Aside from some murmurs of discontent on Anobis, under governor Cera Volkin's rule, the Imperium was running smoothly. Almost too smoothly. Alone with his thoughts, the Zabrak often allowed his fraying mind to wander, entertaining wild fantasies and daydreams alike. Not normally one to allow such delusions to cross his mind, the Zabrak is pulled back to the present as a familiar presence graces his senses. Vallius. The heir to the Imperium and Prince to the Iridonian throne. Eyeing the young man as he strode across the obsidian floor to the base of the throne, he could sense his son's unease.
"My child..."
Inhaling and closing his eyes, he exhaled slowly and opened his eyes, peering down at his son.
"Your mind...unease lingers. What troubles you, my son?"

There he was, clouded in darkness. And straight to the point, as usual.
"I grow restless, father"
Replied the prince, with his hissing voice, the low-pitched whisper that characterized his speech.
"I need to thrive; is but natural for a Sith to have ambition"
He added.
"I'm your heir, yet I linger in the Obelisk. My training is long finished, I'm a Sith Lord: shouldn't I serve you in some cappacity? There're many who're inferior to me -in power, mind and bloodline- that help you rule the domain of the Blackguard. Shouldn't I do as much?"-
Vallius was never privy to his father's grandest schemes, he only knew but a part of them. There was a hint of frustration in his voice. He tried to examine his father's thoughts and feelings, very subtly, just treading the surface, trying to ascertain his mood and intentions.
"You taught me to seize the world. To grab fate between my hands and bend it to my will. Yet, I remain here, under your shadow, lord father"

Listening as his son spoke, he couldn't help but admire his son's adherence to the ways of the Sith. Despite publicly changing the ways of the Sith, privately the Sith'ari had no real intentions of sharing his accumulated power with anyone, that is, other than Vallius. Malvus did an exceptional job, training the young man, and his observational skills were second to none, allowing him the inside views of how the Blackguard worked. Despite this, however, no one, save for Viox himself, knew the ultimate end game. Vallius was the legitimate heir to the Imperium, there was no questioning that. And as such, Viox had taken it upon himself to shape the Imperium into something only a true successor could wield. Like a lightsaber, custom crafted by the wielders own hands, the Imperium was largely crafted by him. Sure, the added input of Malvus also helped shape it, certainly. Without Malvus, as far as Viox knew, he would still be a henchmen of the First Order...no, others did help. But ultimately, where the Imperium would go and what it would do was up to him.*
*Understanding that his son was restless and why, he had the perfect remedy for that restlessness. True, he was superior to may within the Blackguard, due to his heritage and upbringing, but even those inferior to oneself had their uses. All of that in due time, however. Right now, the Sith'ari had a task for the young Sith. "You have been well taught, my son, that is true. However your biggest flaw is your impatience. Everything has a time and a place. And for maintaining something as intricate as the Imperium, you of all people should know the patience that is required for such a task..."Trailing off, the Zabrak rose to his feet. Walking down the steps of his throne to stand directly before his son, the Zabrak motioned with his hands, causing the room's holoprojectors to activate."I present to you, a simple task, to curb your restlessness."And image of a holocron appeared in thin air, alongside the Sith'ari.I seek the knowledge contained within the Dark Holocron. Locate it and return it to me..."It wasn't a glamorous task, but an important one none-the-less. Knowledge retrieval was vital, regardless of how mundane it seemed. And knowing his son, he'd accomplish this task to the utmost of his abilities. After all, what good was having an heir if they couldn't execute appointed tasks?

"Forgive me, father"He said with a hiss, lowering his crested head. "Patience is something that comes with age: I cannot help myself -despite my teachings-. Yet, Sith must hear the blood boiling in their veins and, if necessary, betray the world before the world betrays them"He observed as Lord Savage lowered the steps. He ruminated Viox's words about the Imperium. That much was true, he had to admit impatience was a flaw of his character, one he tried to correct, repeteadly, more so if he had to rule over hundreds of star systems. One day. "A holocron!"Vallius inspected the holographic projection. Father always loved theatrics. "That... one has been long lost, if my recollections are accurate... Nevertheless, what has been lost can be found again. I will bring it back!"The prince opens and closes his fists, flexing the muscles in his arms. He would find the holocron, but maybe before delivering it he could take a peek of its contents, knowledge was a commodity, one should never forget that.

"Indeed..."
The Zabrak replied to his son, a smirk on his face from the eagerness in which Vallius wanted to tackle the challenge he had presented to him. He definitely was his son, that much was clear. Ambition, willfulness and a hunger for more. All traits that Viox ensured, remained with the boy throughout his childhood and his training at the hands of Malvus. Though despite Vallius' eagerness to complete the task and prove himself, there had to be a level of tact in handling the task ahead. Worlds that the fabled holocron had been seen on in the past were now either Imperial bastions of the First Order, or founding worlds of the Jedi Lords, the more militant-minded branch of the Jedi. Of course he was referring to both Coruscant and Serenno respectively. Neither world held any love for the Imperium. And avoiding an all out war between either faction was also preferred at this time. Even with their recent victories and acquisitions, the First Order's military prowess was unrivaled. The Jedi Lords, on the other hand, were not nearly as powerful, but their doctrines were a little more...forgiving in terms of combating the Sith, than the Jedi Order's was. And while they could surely win a war against the Jedi Lords, the addition of several potential allies made a war with them costly and utterly pointless at this current point in time.
"Your task has been given, and it is entirely up to you on how you complete it. Bear in mind, actions have consequences...even for one with your prestigious upbringing..."

Vanguard Squad Sergeant Beauregard, along with the rest of Vanguard squad, stood watch over the throne room. Unusually quiet for the time being, they remained ever vigilant, ready to act against any who would threaten the safety of the Sith'ari and the security of the Imperium as a whole. Some days were more exciting than others, but such was the life of a trooper.

The son of Darkness arrived to the Throne, after months of search and prolongued absence. He walked and knelt before his father and master.
"Father"
He said, producing a dark holocron from his robes.
"Thou wished for this"

Seated upon his throne, the Sith'ari watched his son enter the room and kneel before the base of the throne. A small smirk tugged at the corners of his mouth, but he inclined his head in acknowledgment as his son spoke. Reaching out with his right hand, he telekinetically plucked the Holocron from his son's gloved hand and slowly levitated it up to his outstretched hand. As the holocron landed gently in his gloved palm, his fingers curled around the base of it. After eyeing it up for a few moments, he focused his attention back on his son."You have done well, my son. Though truthfully I expected nothing less. Anything worthy of our skills, we excel at. Such is the way our family functions..."As he spoke, a servant entered and strode up to the throne, taking the holocron from the Black Emperor to be logged and stored in the reliquary."Given that you are my heir, intended to inherit my legacy, there are things you will require. Artifacts. Which leads me to your next assignment."Motioning to the hologram as it appeared between the two of them. It showed a talisman."The Dreypa Talisman. It extends the life of the wearer. And, should you encounter them in your travels, it also grants you the ability to control Leviathans. Both aspects are useful, though the extension of life is the more important trait. The last known location of the talisman is Korriban, the graveyard world."In truth, due to his slipping mind and the fact that his son was, well, his son, meant he needed to take steps to ensure his son's survival and rule over the Imperium, should anything happen to him. While he wasn't one to share his power, ensuring that his bloodline continued to rule the Sith was still more preferable than watching it all fall apart. As of right now, despite the respect and prestige Vallius carried in some circles, were he to try and take control, everything would crumble apart. Such was the design of the Blackguard, after all. Before ensuring Vallius would be his heir, he had engineered the leadership of the Blackguard to be unable to fully function were he to be removed from power. It was designed to fracture and break. Which is why key individuals were placed where they were within the command and even governing structure of the Imperium. If he deemed his son not worthy, he could pull the plug and that would be the end of it. Though so far, things had remained stable enough the ensure the Imperium remained strong.

Personal Chambers of the Sith'ari. (After his meeting with Vallius and the events transpiring in Banol's Maze)
Seated on the floor, legs crossed, the Sith'ari's eyes fluttered open and he began to laugh.
"And so, it has finally begun...the heir rises, the Jen'ari separates and the Imperium begins to fracture..."
The swirling voices in his head began to mutter and whisper incessantly in the back of his mind.
Rising to his feet, still chuckling to himself as though he found the entire situation rather amusing, he spoke to himself once more.
"Unappreciative filth."
Unworthy. Incompetent. They would see your ultimate designs fail. whispered the voices in his mind We are the answer to all of this. Ascend and be free from this depravity.
"They all lack vision. They all lack understanding. A galaxy brimming with enemies and they flock to the feud as old as time itself. Pathetic!"
The Sith'ari began pacing before the galaxy map that has sprung to life upon his approach.
Incapable. Undeserving. The Imperium was merely a tool. A means to an end.
"Their insolence will cost them...and the price must be paid in blood. Because their Sith'ari demands it.
Heretics. Infidels. They lack the means, you do not. Set the galaxy ablaze! Tear your enemies asunder! We demand tribute!
As the voices shouted within his mind, he winced as if they had just shouted directly into his ears. With a malevolent grin, he swiped at the holomap.
"The beginning of the end..."
