Back on Umgul, Lily is just looking at Stefanie with a very neutral expression, not letting anything pass through her features, "Is that so ... Lily comments about Kase's and Linds' whereabouts, and then she adds on. As for Crystal being here ...
Closing her mouth soon after, to at least respectfully listen to what Stefanie has to say, Lily soon grits her teeth and can be seen shaking her head soon after she leans against her seat.
You need to talk to the both of us? It is a rhetorical question before Lily carries on somewhat angrily. Where the hell were you when she wanted to speak with you, Strange?! Where the hell were you when she has been trying to com you after she woke up and found not only that stupid note of yours and the ring? After four goddamn years you are ready to talk, and you are ready to tell her exactly why you left in the first place? A long time ago, I used to call you Bodacious, and I am usually rarely wrong about a person, but today, and tonight, it took you a damn comm of mine, asking for your help to make you decide you needed to speak with Crystal? Because this is what it's all about isn't it? You, asking me, my permission to have a talk with her after what you did?!
Running her hand through her hair and taking a deep breath before shaking her head and looking at Stefanie with a meaningful expression. Crystal is a big girl, and many things have happened in those four years, and one thing is for sure, Crystal Kayne never needed to take my suggestion into consideration and she certainly doesn't need me to convince her otherwise, but if there is one thing that I will refuse, Bolter, it's to play the matchmaker between you two, again, to get her to talk to you. You are on your own, Strange, are we clear? Lily looks at Stefanie meaningfully, emphasizing that if she were to mess up she'd have a lot to answer for ...
Either way, just get here already, Crystal's Lover Boy already said that he would take all necessary measures to get you to land here without too many red tapes.

Stefanie sat silently listening to Lily's apparent frustration directed towards her. While she knew, and accepted, that Lily had every right to her anger regarding the events of four years ago, she was also tired of her seemingly assuming Stefanie had just walked away without good reason. With her own emotions bubbling just below the surface, Stefanie had remained silent for a moment or two after Lily finished speaking. Rubbing her forehead with her left hand then dropping it to the desk in front of her, her eyes met Lily's through the holocomm connection as she began to speak in a calm tone. "Let's get one thing straight, here and now, Ljiljana; I'm not asking for your permission...for anything. I can't change what happened four years ago, no matter how much I wish to the gods above that I could."She had addressed Lily's question about wanting permission first, for the simple fact that she had wanted to make it very clear that it wasn't the reason she wanted to talk to both of them. Glancing away for a few seconds, she thought of Lily's other most recent comments, questioning her whereabouts four years ago when she had left the note and ring, why it took her four years and a holocomm to decide she wanted to talk to her and Crystal. The questions, and Lily's obvious anger when asking them, sent Stefanie's carefully cultivated calm and collection over the edge. She knew the questions were rhetorical but that didn't stop her fluctuating emotions from getting the better of her in that moment.
In a flash, she had stood and slammed her right hand down on the desk again. Big mistake. Near blinding pain shot up her whole arm this time while an odd combination of a cracking/popping sound could be heard as soon as her hand met the surface of the desk. If her adrenaline, and emotions, hadn't been running high in that moment she was sure she would have passed out right there in the middle of the holocomm. As it were, she withdrew her hand from the desk almost as soon as the cracking/popping sound echoed in the office and bit back a dozen expletives that jumped to the forefront of her mind in those few seconds. Turning slightly away from the holocamera, she braced her left hand on the back of the chair while she held her right hand close to her body and drew on the Force to help alleviate the pain still wracking her hand and arm. If she hadn't broken some bones in the hand the first time she'd smacked in on the desk then she was sure there were some broken in it now - not to mention a few splinters in her palm and the nice, slightly rounded hand shaped, spider web looking cracks that she had put in the middle of the wooden desk this time.
After a couple of minutes, she had managed to get the pain down to a dull throbbing ache again as she turned back to face Lily once more - the pain still apparent on her now pale face as she held the hand close to her midsection."There hasn't been a day that hasn't gone by that I didn't ask myself those very same questions, Lily. You think she was the only one hurting then? You really want to know why I left, why I did what I did, the way I did it?" Stefanie asked, not expecting an answer, as she ran her left hand through her hair while unflinchingly holding Lily's gaze and gauging her demeanor as she continued on in a low husky tone. "Fine, Lily. I wanted to wait until we were all face to face...but, you win. I'll tell you why I left. I left because I wasn't given any other choice at the time. I left to keep all of you safe. I left because threats were made that if I didn't end the relationship then it would be ended by other means out of my control. Those 'other means' were in the form of threats made against everyone I cared, and still care, about. Kassidy, Lindsay, Jaina, Alexandra, Andrea, Crystal...and yes, even you, Lily."Stefanie sighed as she leaned a hip against the desk. A half defeated, half relieved look in her eyes. She had wanted this conversation to go down a lot differently but at least now it was out in the open. Hastily wiping away a single tear that had fallen onto her cheek, she looked down at the floor briefly closing her eyes and willing herself to not have a total melt down right now. It was bad enough that she had let her anger take hold in the first place and was now paying the price with a probable broken hand and maybe even a wrist too. She wasn't mad at Lily, far from it in fact. She was mad at her own weakness four years ago when she left Coruscant. She was mad at Crystal's stepfather, Derak, and the mysterious darksider who had taken something...someone...from her. And yes, she was mad that she had shown weakness in front of Lily now. Though she knew down deep inside that Lily probably wouldn't see the confession as a weakness, but Stefanie did see it as one since it didn't quite go how she had planned.
Straightening up, she looked up and studied Lily for a few seconds then began speaking once more. "Jaina, Alex, and Andie don't know about this yet. I'm going to tell them, though I don't even know if Alex will stay in the same room with me long enough to listen. I don't think we've had a whole conversation since I left Coruscant...."Stefanie went silent again, thinking about how so much had happened during that short time span on Coruscant four years ago. The parking garage bombing that led to the subsequent deaths of her parents, aunt and uncle, and Alex's fiance, the threats against her, then she, Kassidy, and Lindsay all leaving the planet together while leaving Alex, her fraternal twin sister, feeling alienated because Stefanie had gone - all happening in the span of two or three weeks, give or take a day or two. It had all weighed heavily on her for four long years now. All that remained was the part she had willingly omitted, for now anyway. She knew if Lily questioned her further, though, she would answer as truthfully as she could on the fact that the mysterious darksider had broken into the apartment and mentally tortured her with images of all their deaths then wiped Crystals memories of the whole event. All of which had led to Stefanie leaving her beloved, her Tigress, without thoroughly explaining why. Something she hoped, and prayed to whatever gods were listening, that Crystal, most of all, could forgive her for someday.

For the longest time, Lily is looking at Stefanie impassively, no trace of emotions was going through her feature, even when Stefanie slams her hand on her desk, Lily doesn't bulge at all. It wasn't until Stefanie finally reveals the reason why she walked away that Lily's eyes widen and she clearly demonstrate some anger, and is just pissed at the whole revelation. Soon enough Lily is rubbing her own temple and leaning against her hand with her eyes closed somewhat being in deep thought.
Stefanie ... Sitting up and looking straight at Stefanie with a meaningful expression that says that this discussion is far from over. Why now, why tell me all of those things now and not before, like two years ago, or even before? Putting her hand up before shaking her head to let Stefanie know she doesn't need to respond, Lily finally lets out an audible sigh before staring back at Stefanie. Get your hand fixed, Stefanie, and do what you have to do there first and foremost, before making your way here ... After a slight pause, Lily is somewhat looking at Stefanie with an appreciative, and warmer gaze but also smile. You really do look like shit, Bodacious, now please can I have my old friend back without the whole slamming the desk part? All I want is your bitchy part, I didn't ask for that violent side of you there.
Lily is pensive for a moment but she knows by now this conversation has no place in a holocomm indeed, like Stef has previously said. Though, Stef, I meant it earlier, if you want to speak with Crystal, you are on your own ... She has never even wanted to speak about you with me, though she made me promise to never bring you up to Kase or Linds. Send me a holonet message when you guys are leaving, for I assume you are bringing your Newbie too?
Staring straight at Stefanie, Lily has nothing further to say actually, but clearly they would be able to speak more once Stefanie arrives in Umgul.

Crystal's figure was seen in the holocom as she stood next to Lily, but her gaze landed on Stefanie with still a hurt expression. I have heard enough. Crystal said softly as she looked from Lily to Stefanie. Answer me this, Stefanie, was it my stepfather who threatened you? What did he tell you? Or you know what, just get here, and please explain everything to me. Crystal could be seen that her jaw was locked and that she was gritting her teeth...

Samael usually was the kind of man that waited, he would wait for however long was necessary for he could be very patient, especially with her, especially with Stefanie Strange. Right now though he was a little on edge, and it made him realize that because Maze had told him off, he was anxious, and just nervous. He wanted to see her and what Kassidy had told him on her way out when he had arrived only drove him further to the edge. Kassidy Payne had told him to keep an eye on Stefanie, for some unfathomable reason he couldn’t make sense of that, until…
Samael’s head snapped in the close office door that led to Stefanie’s office and what he had felt then and there was just heart-wrecking, pain, anger, and just plain anguish. He bolted up his seat and just made his way, to Stefanie’s office, uninvited. Opening the door and closing it behind him, Samael looked at the brunette lawyer with a worried expression, but still kept his silence as he listened to what she had been saying to the one she was on a holocom with…
His eyes were trained on her, while he also heard everything that was being said from Stefanie and the one she was speaking to. Now it all made sense to him, why Kassidy had left and told him to keep an eye on her friend. Everything made sense, but at the same time, he was feeling that he had failed Kassidy for now Stefanie seemed to have injured her right hand, from how she was holding it up midsection, to the spider web crack on her desk. Samael just couldn’t stand to see Stefanie the way she was right now, a mix of emotions.
Not really caring if he had interrupted this important conversation, and even seeing that someone had joined the one that had been speaking to Stefanie, Samael pushed away from the door and walked straight towards the woman right in front him, already he had been tapping into the Force, concentrating into it, his own anguish and worried state exponentially showing, perceived by whomever was close to him.
It doesn’t matter… He knew that he was baring himself emotionally but he didn’t have a choice, and he certainly had enough of hiding this further, at least he couldn’t lie to himself about this, he cared about Stefanie, and he would do everything in his power to alleviate her pain.
Like right this instant.
Standing behind her, he wrapped an arm around her, resting his right hand on her right hand and he poured all of his knowledge, everything he knew, his power to heal her injured hand and wrist. His eyes were closed and still he had been silent and only allowed his presence to envelope her in the Force so that he could heal her hand, just relieve some of the pain she was currently feeling. It took a little moment, but he gave it his all until he finally opened his eyes and just stepped back slightly breathless, and finally he was able to see the face of the women Stefanie had been speaking to, and particularly the one who, like Stefanie had told him, looked just like Nancy…
Crystal Kayne, Stefanie Strange’s ex. A big reason why he and Stef had grown close…

Out of the corner of her eye, Samaels arrival into her office, right after she'd smacked her hand down on the desk, didn't go unnoticed to her - though she was actually a bit relieved that he had chosen to stand quietly by the closed door just out of range of the holocam. It also meant that he had heard everything she'd just told Lily and would likely have some questions concerning that subject when the call was over.
Pushing that thought to the back of her mind for now, she listened to Lily speak. Even though Lily indicated that she didn't need a response to her inquiry, Stefanie sighed inwardly feeling compelled to give one just the same.
"I was afraid of what could have happened, what could still happen if...."
She was temporarily silenced by the sight of Crystal entering the view of the holocam saying she had heard enough and looking first at Lily then at her, the still hurt expression apparent in Crystals eyes as they settled on her. Lowering her head, Stefanie closed her eyes and fought back the physical and emotional pain. It was then that Crystal posed her own questions. Stefanie contemplated those questions for a brief moment as she took a deep breath and let it out again as she raised her head and met Crystals gaze with her own.
Before she could say anything, Samael had stepped forward into the view of the holocam and walked toward her. She could sense that he was already tapping into the Force when he situated himself behind her while gently wrapping an arm around her as he closed his eyes and rested his right hand on her injured right hand. She was a little stunned at the emotions she had felt from him and tried to not let her own show on her face as she felt a warmth spread through her hand and arm, then her body as he had begun utilizing the Force to heal the broken bones. After a moment or two, he opened his eyes again and took a small step back, a little breathless from the endeavor. She briefly glanced back at him with an arched eyebrow, numerous questions of her own racing through her mind before she looked away. Meeting Crystals gaze again, she answered the question Crystal had asked of her.
"Yes...."
She held Crystals gaze for a moment before looking to Lily as she slowly flexed the fingers of her right hand. The bones were now healed though there was a little stiffness still present along with tiny streaks of blood where some splinters were still embedded in the flesh of her palm but those could be dealt with later. Giving Lily a slight smile, she spoke to the AG.
"Don't worry, Lily, I will bring all the parts I need....including the bitchy part. We all will - and yes we'll be bringing the Newbie with us. We'll be in there in a couple of days, or so. We'll talk some more about this then."
She gave a wave of a hand, knowing that Lily and Crystal would have a lot of questions when she, Kassidy, Lindsay, and Nikky arrived. Questions of which she would provide answers for, needed to provide answers for. Hopefully some of those answers would jar Crystal's memories of that night. Even if it was just a vague memory, it would be a start.

Lily is still looking at Stefanie as the brunette lawyer is giving a reply, still it's with an impassive expression that Lily looks at her until she replies. Come what may, Stef, and you and I both know that we also aren't in the safest business there is ... Before she can go on, Lily's eyes go up as she notices something, and it is actually a someone. Crystal standing next to her addressing Stefanie now, but soon Lily is frowning until she notices someone else in the holocam's range with Stefanie right there ...
Yes, we'll talk more of this when you get here with everyone ... Briefly glancing at the unknown man with an appreciative smile, Lily inclines her head gratefully before turning to look back at Bodacious. Considering that you are waving your hand now, I am taking that it has been fixed? Lily smiles soon after and momentarily looks at Crystal before addressing Stefanie once more. Just be safe when coming here, yes, I have no idea where you guys are currently ...

Crystal was patiently waiting for Stefanie to say something, anything really but whatever she had been thinking there, not that it showed on her features were halted the moment she noticed a man on Stefanie's end. It got her to look at him momentarily, though neutrally before looking back at Stef when she finally gave that confirmation. Crystal really had no idea on what to say then and there so she ended up on just looking away from the holocam until she finally spoke through gritting teeth when she looked back at the cam. Yes, we will definitely be talking more about all of this. And there are other things I also want to talk about with you, and alone, Stefanie. Crystal told her point blank before looking at her childhood friend briefly and taking a deep breath.
Just look after her, for now. She told the man who had apparently healed Stefanie's hand and then she looked back at her ex, and inclined her head. Sure there was still hurt, and anger in Crystal's expression but at least for now, or at least she hoped they had an understanding. Until you get here with the others, Stefanie, in the meantime safe trip. Crystal could be seen reaching over the desk, and the image faded.

A single touch, and finally that look from her made Samael understand the emotions he had felt from Stefanie. It had suddenly all made sense to him. Perhaps… He answered once to Mazikeen, it had followed by one of his most trusted friend to tell him all the truths he had denied for a while. A denial that certainly was rebuked here and now by Stefanie. Lost in his own thoughts though still with his impassive expression, but also after he had regained his breath, Samael wasn’t really completely paying attention to what was being said in the ongoing conversation between the three women. Yet, he probably should just step away, shouldn’t he?
Unable to do so, not only because he was grounded on the floor, but also because he had no wishes to leave Stefanie alone, Samael finally looked towards Crystal Kayne who had directly addressed him, after her friend on the side of the comm had made a comment about Stefanie’s fixed hand. The only thing that Samael had done right now was to incline his head and look at Crystal with a faint smile. “I promise.” The internal jolt that statement that came out of his mouth, had briefly taken him aback, not that it showed on his features, but deep inside, he was just befuddled on how he had responded to the ex-girlfriend’s wishes. After everything?
Stefanie had told him a while ago that her ex had been the epitome of kindness, and just good, there wasn’t a single day when the brunette lawyer had regretted on how it all ended between them. Now that Samael knew the reasons, perhaps now more than ever, Stefanie, just like Crystal, and everyone else involved in all that mess would be able to find a way to move on.
What did Samael know, anyways? Yes he was a doctor, and yes he also was a psychologist but until he spoke with people one on one, he actually did not know, but he wasn’t here to analyze anything at all, and far from him to linger on those trivial matters to him. Right now, he was here because he wanted to be, and he wanted to be here for her.
… When the comm finally ended, Samael trained his gaze onto Stefanie and didn’t say anything at all, nothing about the conversation that he had overheard. It wasn’t what was important for now, for she just like him might have had questions about what they have felt from one another. “Stefanie…”
He sounded suddenly exhausted, though it could have been explained by the fact that he had just healed her, and it wasn’t an easy feat, but it wasn’t because of that he sounded exhausted. Not at all. Though right now he didn’t even want to get into that, and he just resolved himself to just smile faintly at her before removing his jacket suit and putting it on the back of her chair as he walked back in her direction and gestured to her right hand. “Please, let me see.” Surprisingly, or unsurprisingly, his voice was soft as he spoke. He turned reached out for her right hand with his left, turning it so her palm was turned upwards and he proceeded to remove the residue of splinters that had lodged in her skin.
That task done, he took his handkerchief from his vest pocket and wiped the dried blood but also the blood from where he had removed some splinters. “You look exhausted, I should probably take you back home, and perhaps also fix your hand better there.” Samael told her as he used the handkerchief as a make-shift bacta patch, at least for now. Looking straight into her eyes, Samael moved his hand up to her cheek after tucking some of her hair behind her ear and asked softly. “Will you be alright?” He asked her, and that question of his could have been interpreted in many ways, from that emotional toll that holocom must have taken, to perhaps also how she had felt earlier when he had put his hand on hers. He had preferred to leave her that decision to either talk about it, or just revisit it until she was in the comfort of her own home. “You should consider on ending your day at work now, and just to convince you to do so, not only will I drive you home, but I will also cook, if that is what it takes.”
Yes, Samael had preferred to utilize a teasing tone, right then and there, only because also he had to figure out so many things, but also and most importantly he had to figure out how much Stefanie Strange meant to him. By the looks of it, he could already tell it was a lot…

Stefanie had remained silent for a few moments after the holocomm ended and Crystal's and Lily's images faded. Her tired mind was working overtime as she tried to gather her scattered thoughts about what had been said during both holocomms, the feelings she felt from Samael when he healed her hand, and her own emotional reaction to him during that time. When Samael spoke her name it barely registered in her mind that he'd addressed her until he was standing in front of her looking down at her and asking, in a soft voice, to see her hand again. It took her a few seconds to realize why he wanted to check her hand once more but she soon remembered when she looked down at her hand in his as he begun removing the splinters still lodged in the soft skin of her palm. She silently watched him work as gently as he could removing the slivers of wood embedded in her hand and when that task was done he took the handkerchief from his vest pocket and wiped as much of the blood from her skin as he could before wrapping the cloth around her hand while suggesting that he should take her home to finish doctoring her hand there.
It wasn't until he tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and gently touched her cheek asking softly if she would be alright that she looked up meeting his gaze as he continued on in a more teasing tone saying that he would drive her home and even cook for her if that's what it took to get her to leave the office. She was more than a little relieved that he'd chosen to use a bit of humor, and not bring up what they had both obviously felt when he'd tapped into the Force to heal her hand. She still wasn't exactly sure what her feelings were for him. She knew she did actually care for him, but to what extent? Was it friendship, or something deeper? She was still trying to work that out, though mostly she felt confused about her own feelings at the moment. Pushing all those thoughts to the back of her mind for the time being, she smiled slightly with a small chuckle."Well if you're offering to cook then I certainly can't refuse that deal, Saam."She replied a little tiredly. The holocomms had taken a toll on her, that much was clearly visible in her appearance and the tone of her voice even if she spoke with a hint of amusement as she reached for the briefcase at the side of her desk. Sliding the strap of the briefcase over her shoulder, she turned and face Samael again as she caught her lower lip between her teeth before speaking."I'm ready whenever you are, Doc....lead the way." She spoke with a grin as she held up the keys to her speeder in one hand and a motion of her other hand toward the door of her office. Her apartment was only about ten minutes away so it wouldn't take them long to get there even if traffic was a bit on the heavy side though it shouldn't be since it was past the evening rush hour.

Prior to receiving a holocall, Samael, or Saam as plenty would refer him as, at least his close friends had been at the penthouse he shared with his girlfriend. It had been a few days, and he already missed her. Even his ultimate closest of friends was not here, since Maze, though really no one should call her that except him, or those whomever gave her the permission to, had gone off with Stefanie, and a few of the lawyers from P.M.S.
The reason? Never mind about those reasons, it wasn’t people’s business.
Right now, though, because he did miss her, sure he could have stayed back home, but home was on top on where his dearest mom, like Stefanie’s dearest mom were currently located. Their weekly ritual: brunch.
And yes he definitely wanted to avoid that, much like he had preferred to somewhat be in a neutral place for him currently, and that meant Stefanie’s office in her lawfirm, because why not?
Sitting on her seat, his feet up on the desk, along with his sketchbook on his lap, Saam was doodling at first and then his sketches took form, a few more strokes here and there, though he did not finish since he heard his commlink sounding off saying he was receiving a comm.
Checking at his device, he smiled and just hooked it up to the holocomm device that was present here in her office before answering it.
Stefanie’s image appeared, and he moved his feet off her desk, he was about to greet her, but then he tilted his head on the side, obviously checking her out.
“Well, well, if it isn’t my beb.” Smirking and seeing exactly what she was wearing, he chuckled before pushing his lips. “Usually when you do wear a button up shirt of mine, it's after we spent a pleasurable time together.” But obviously that wasn’t the case right here and right now since they were completely at different locations. “And usually you aren't wearing anything beneath that.” Chuckling before glancing at her office door to make sure it was closed, at least it was, Saam grinned and finally looked at her smiling deciding to be more serious.
“Hi, beb, missing you, hence why I am at your office. But how are you?”
A lot could be said about Samael Canaan, doctor, club owner, eccentric guy, with people never knowing what to expect from him, and could act like a child sometimes, but when he needed to be serious, he could be serious. One thing was completely obvious though, he was completely, and unconditionally in love with Stefanie Strange, and he loved to continuously tease her.

Stefanie smiled, looking up as soon as she heard the holocomm connect, amused at seeing Saam appear before her, sitting somewhat comfortably at the desk in her own office. I would ask how you're doing but I can see you seem quite content while keeping my chair warm for me, Doc. If you get too comfortable there in my office then Kassidy, or Reggie, might put you to work. As for the shirt, I did indeed wear it the last night before we departed for Hapes. She gave him a wink, chuckling lightly, as she ran a hand through her dark hair before meeting his gaze with a more serious tone.
I'm doing fine, BooBoo, though the proceedings are not what we expected, or prepared for. It didn't help that there's little, to no, information about the Hapan legal system on the holonet either. Nash and Lana have been assigned Chume'doro advocates, and are being allowed only one outside witness a piece. This kinda hampers any strategy we might have had. Giving a small frustrated sigh, Stefanie titled her head to the side before continuing, a bit less irritated now. The good news is, we're all invited to a dinner with the advocates where we can ask questions, and hopefully get some straight answers as to the options for Nash and Lana.
Pausing, she picked up the glass that had been sitting on the coffee table in front of her and took a drink, giving Saam an opening to interject any thoughts and/or ideas.

Smiling sheepishly and nodding at her statement, Saam was definitely quite content and just comfortable here at the lawfirm, even if this was not his work place, well he just couldn't help it but to come over here, though he did narrow his eyes when his girlfriend mentioned that Kassidy, and Reggie might put him to work. "But it's my off day, and I couldn't stay at home." He chuckled at the last part of his statement, and just looked at her knowingly, he knew that she'd know why he was nowhere close of Lust, but that was besides the point, right now he was more focused on what she was telling him and he just pursed his lips thoughtfully.
It wasn't lost on him that indeed it was the same shirt she had worn prior to leaving, but that was not important right now. Best not to start, they were at completely different location and it wouldn't help him or her anyways.
Silent for a few moment as he considered what she had told him, Saam just tilted his head on the side thoughtfully. "Well there you go, beb, I think you should just put those thoughts aside, and relax for a bit." He glanced at what she was wearing knowingly, and did give her a once over before smiling. "Like you have said, at least that is good news, no? You'll be able to be there for the dinner, if really it was that closed off, then something tells me that you actually wouldn't be in a bikini right now, for some downtime, as I assume that Nash and Delaana are in your vicinity and haven't been tossed in jail, right?" It was made sense to him, and he also knew that they wouldn't be on a holocall right now if that were the case.
Leaning back against her seat and placing his hands on her desk, Samael briefly looked up and drummed his fingers on the desk. "I'd tell you to keep the hope alive, beb, and don't be too defeated about it, you are in a foreign planet that has its own set of rules, but judging where you are right now, it's not too bad right?" Of course he referred to the fact that she seemed to be in a high end hotel or something from the furniture he could see. "Whatever strategy you might have come up with everyone, brainstorm those with the advocates." It was a suggestion, he was no lawyer, of course, but he knew her enough to know that she did like having conversation with other people, and even people she wasn't too close with it since ultimately most of the time she'd have an idea from there.
"Of course, I am not telling you something new, but I am just going to tell you to take a breather, relax and enjoy for a bit until dinner."

Stefanie - Bedroom #1
Stefanie silently mulled over Saam's words of advice for a moment or two before setting the glass in her hand back on the coffee table and sitting back in the chair, crossing her legs as she did so, while resting her arms on the armrests of the chair.
No they're not in jail, and with any luck it'll stay that way. She paused briefly, glancing away with a look of contemplation on her face, then gazed back at Saam's holoimage with a loving smile as she rose from the chair. You're right. I just need to stop thinking about it, overthinking it quite honestly, for now and relax a little bit. I'll call again when we're done with dinner and will hopefully know more about the situation. I love you, BooBoo. She reached for the button to end the call, but seemingly had a second thought as she straightened up once more, a mischievous look on her face. Gripping the bottom of her bikini bra she raised it just as the call flickered to an end.
