I use to get into comm chat with the red box at the bottom left of my screen- because the comm chat button never worked.
BUT MY BOX IS GONE!
WHAT DO I DO!?

You should be able to refresh your page, and the tab should open. If that doesn't work, there's a small box in your edit profile section that mentions hiding said box - so if it's checked, uncheck and save the settings. That might help. Hopefully.

When you open up the personal section of your profile, to edit your character information and the like, there's a Chat tab box underneath the space for Personal Notes. If it's checked off, that might be the reason why you may not be able to see the little box in the corner.
