This pops up at the top of the screen if you have an Ad-Blocker enabled. I saw that, figured "Why not?", and disabled my ad-blocker on JvS. I clicked a different thread, and immediately heard music from an ad. I don't know what ad it was, since I immediately re-enabled my ad-blocker and refreshed the page, but I am sure it was from JvS - for one, Firefox tells you what tab is making the sound. And slightly more damning evidence - JvS was the only tab I had open at the time.
This may not be the best place to post this, but hopefully it can reach the right people from here - at least one of your ads DOES use sound.
