Shaking himself out of his momentary distraction as the women a dress him he manages a smile of reassurance for Faina as she makes her exit before turning to Korr.Knight Brock is is now Char? When did you start getting so formal with me?He chuckles a little bit unable to pass up to opportunity to give her a hard time.I've been... alright. I just returned from my extended Mission training Rancors to perform ballet for the queen of Naboo and readjusting has been... interesting.Understatement of the year there probably but he wasn't about to dig all that up again after just a few days. Besides he didn't want to drag down his friend with all his pain, especially after having been gone for so long. It was time to seek back the joy instead of dwelling on an unfortunate task. It was time to move on, however difficult that may be.

Korr laughed. He always made everyone around him laugh, including herself. The one who usually never laughed. She had devoted her life to her training, her betterment, and the Imperial Knights. However, the Correlian Knight always manages to pull her away from all of that, to make her actually enjoy her life outside the Knights. If there was one person she was comfortable letting her guard down around, it was Brock. She hugged him tightly. She had missed him since they had been knighted, with their assignment to different missions and all. “Brock, it’s been so long since I last saw you. What has it been, three or four years? We have to get something to drink!”

Brock can't help but smile thinking of the distant past of training day in and day out, always trying to outdo each other. They truely were some good times. It's been at least four years, and even then I think we only had a chance to talk for a few minutes. We haven't had a whole lot of spare time since being knighted, a days work is never done.He laughs a bit, feeling a bit more like himself than he had in a few days.Maybe this was exactly what he needed to pull himself back and lessen the pain. It would never truly go away, not this, but the more joy that could come back the more right the universe could feel. It had felt like it had been turned upside down while he was away and anything to keep him from spiraling back down into dark thoughts was a good thing. I would love to get a drink...... although I have no idea where the nearest bar is. He can't help but laugh at himself just a little bit, he had left for his mission before this place had even been built and he hadn't had much time to figure out where things were, in fact he wasn't sure he could even find his way back to his temporary quarters... even if he had wanted to go back there.

“I think there is one inside the complex; we can go later today. For now, we have a lot of catching up to do.” With that, she turned and headed down towards the training room. She knew how much Brock had enjoyed training with her, perhaps this would be a good way to get him to open up about why he was feeling so sour. Entering the room, she found everything was much the same as she had remembered it. There were neat racks of weapons, benches to rest on, everything that a Knight would need to train. She would normally spend hours on end here, honing both her mind and body as a razor-sharp weapon. With her mind being able to stay calm and collected even in the most difficult of circumstances. She already had an uncanny ability to cut herself off from such emotions; though it was not something that came wilingly, a fact that had made her personal life very difficult. The only time it seemed not persistent in ruining her interactions with others was when she was talking with either Grandmaster Nikulin or Brock. She faced down Brock from opposite the training mats, ready for anything, her soft eyes focused on the other Knight. “And what better way to catch up then while doing a bit of sparring, for old times sake.”

Of course his old friend would lead him to a training room. Aside from the few times he'd managed to drag her out to a social function or two while they had still been in training she had spent most of the time he had known her doing some time of training. It was almost an obsessive compulsion for her to train and push herself to be better. It was a good quality to have in an Imperial Knight but boy did Brock find it a bit strange sometimes. Although to be honest he had always enjoyed training with her when they were younger, pushing each other to be better. It had definitely all been a lot more simple back then.Reaching out with the force Brock pulls a good wooden staff from one of the racks and sets himself up for the inevitable attack.Sounds good to me.Brock couldn't help but smile.

He had pledged his services to Emperor Delvardus and been given his freedom to join the Imperial Knights. He was still clad in his Jedi attire as he entered the Tower. The guards having been instructed to let him pass unmolestered. He looked around, taking in the sight of his new home as he headed for the training rooms. The First Order certainly did not leave the Imperial Knights wanting.
The Tower was state of the art. Fitted with the latest training and security technology. But it still retained a humble look that befit the Imperial Knights. He walked through the door into the training room. Pausing at the edge of the training ring, as his gaze settled upon the woman that stood at the opposite side “Hi there. The name’s Kortos Vel. And hopefully I’m in the right place?”

After he spoke, she teasingly ignored him for about thirty seconds before setting the weights down. Walking across the room, she used her towel to wipe the sweat off her forehead. Setting the towel aside on one of the benches, she walked towards Kortos, stopping only when their chests were about a foot away from each other. Her hair was braided back in a manner that complemented her rather attractive face.“Depends what you want, darling.”

Kortos watched as the female Imperial Knight finished her weight lifting and dried herself off. He looked her over as she crossed the room, stopping barely a foot away from him. She was certainly a well trained warrior, and used every skill she had available to her. He smiled back at her. Deciding that even if this wasn’t the right place, it wasn’t a bad idea to start making friends “Just here to start some training as an Imperial Knight...”

Charratha noticed the Jedi Robes he was wearing. He was certainly a good looking fellow, attractive is what you'd call it. She decided to tease him a bit more, just to get a sense for his character. Taking her hand, she captured his chin in her hands. He probably wouldn't mind at any rate. Stroking his chin lightly, she moved back and forth in front of him. "Training as an Imperial Knight? I'm sure I could accommodate that. Perhaps along with some... other things."

This was starting to enter some very dangerous territory, as she placed her hand on his chin. Stroking it as she moved back and forth in front of him. Trying to entice him. To what end he was not sure. Not that he could deny he didn’t mind the game. She was rather attractive. And he had no doubt she knew how to use those looks to the folly of many a men. He reached a hand out and brushed aside a couple of her braids as he smirked “Oh, I have no doubt you would try accomodate me...” He removed his hand from the side of her face then. Not wanting to tempt fate too much more. After all, this could merely be a trap she was setting for him as she had for many men before him “But the training will suffice for now... We can discuss other accomodations later...”

Char laughed softly before moving backward across the mats from him. Using the Force, she summoned up a wooden staff from the rack. This one was light and short, reminiscent of a Lightfoil. Though she did not use this weapon, she would need the maneuverability that the short staff afforded her if she was to pull off this dueling style. As her lithe form made it's way across the mats, she took notice of his eyes which darted over her form, which was quite visible in the skintight suit she had chosen to wear. She beckoned to him in a "come hither" motion. "Well then, let's train. I'm ready when you are."

As the Female Imperial Knight walked away from him. His gaze lingered upon her. Taking note of the almost transparent outfit which left little to the imagination, save for the underwear she wore beneath it. Under different circumstances, he might have pushed all thought of training from his mind in pursuit of other accommodations. But at the very least, he still very much appreciated the view.
As she summoned the wooden staff to her hand, Kortos sensed their session was about to begin. He undid the straps which held his shoulder guard in place. Letting it fall to the ground. He then undid the belt around his lower torso, before pulling his shirt over his head and discarding that to the pile. Next, he unclipped his lightsabers, and placed them on the ground. Before finally undoing the clasps for his utility belt. Leaving him in naught but his pants, boots, forearm wraps and gloves.
He reached his arms out, before summoning a pair of short wooden staffs to his hands. The two weapons serving as fairly good substitutes for his preferred dual lightsaber style. He brought them forward into a cross guard stance as his opponent beckoned him forward "If you say so..." He strode forward on to the mats, before rushing forward. Pulling the pair of sticks back to his right, before swinging them forward in a horizontal motion, to slice across her torso

Char had expected this sort of an attack, and she was quite adept at using various acrobatics to defeat opponents of greater strength than her. Waiting until he was just in front of her, she flipped over him, allowing his momentum to carry him forward, removing herself from the danger of being hit, at least for now. As she flipped, she decided to tease some more, enjoying his responses immensely. “You’re going to have to do better than that, Knight Vel.” As she said this, she brought her staff down. If this was a lightsaber fight, this motion would be useful for cutting into her opponent’s back.

Kortos let the momentum take him forward as she flipped over him. Using it as he ducked forward, going into a roll to escape the strike at his back. He turned quickly to face her, both staff's held at the ready "I'm just warming up... And you have yet to tell me what your name is..." He strode forward this, having learned from his previous attack. Once he was in striking range, he swung the left stick out and towards her own staff. Hoping to provoke an opening he might exploit with his right stick "Truth be told... I'm not a Knight yet..."

“Charratha. Charratha Korr is my name. Most call me Char though...” In an attempt to avoid contact between the staffs, Charratha moved out of the way of the attack, feigning a faltering step. She wanted to bait him in, so she could spring her trap. Moving in an erratic fashion to make it appear that she had been caught out of sync, she circled him like a wounded predator. “You certainly have the potential to be one, Knight Vel.” She almost purred out the words, luring him in with her voice.

Charratha Korr. Quite the mouthful there. He could understand why most called her Char. His sticks once again found empty air as she faltered out of his way. He turned to follow her steps, keeping his weapons between them in case she attacked "Well, I'm glad you think so, Char..." He really did dislike formal titles, at least in such informal situations. He smirked at the sound of his name being purred by her. He had been right earlier. To believe she had honed all of his available skills. Most especially her appeal to men. He stepped forward then, closing the distance between them. Swinging his right staff at her head, while aiming the left one for her lower torso. Taking advantage of her unsure footing and single blade

Korr had expected this sort of an attack. Waiting until mere moments before the twin staffs were going to find their mark, she sprung into the air again, narrowly avoiding the two staffs. What she had not been counting on, however, was the sudden upswing that caught her leg. Knocking her off balance, she used her staff to try and stabilize herself, inadvertently catching Kortos’ torso. As she felt the mats slam against her back, she twisted the staff, bringing Kortos down on top of her. Feigning an innocent face, she tossed her staff to the side. Truthfully, she could have avoided being knocked over like this, but she had chosen to, simply in an attempt to fluster the ex-Jedi. “Oops. Looks like you won, Kortos.”

It had all happened rather quickly. Char managing once more spring herself into the air. His adjusted attack to swing at her legs as she tried to use the same escape again. The staff catching his chest, before knocking him off balance. Causing him to topple over atop her. His grip on his pair of staff's releasing, as he braced himself against the mats. His face stopping mere inches away from hers as she smiled up at him and conceded defeat. Something told him she had feigned her loss. Perhaps to bring them both into such close quarters, little separating the pair but the few pieces of clothing each wore "Oh really? And what does victory in such a situation include?" If she wanted to play this game once more, he was more than willing to face off against her. He was no prude like the Jedi Order of old had been. In fact, he quite possibly pushed the limits of just how much leeway the New Jedi Order was willing to permit its members. His hand running through the braids of hair "Is this meant to be a lesson for me? or you?"

“Depends what it’s a lesson in, Kortos.” She tilted her head into his hand, allowing it to capture her cheek. Already, being in such close quarters with him sent small electric currents across her skin, ready for what was sure to come later. Finding herself both unable and unwilling to free herself of his possession, she allowed him to do whatever he chose to do next. She was sure to have gotten his attention now, with the view she afforded him. “Though you don’t seem to be complaining.”

His fingers curled around her cheek as she pressed herself further into his grip. He had her right where she wanted to be. His thumb caressing her cheek, while his free hand slipped down around her back, his fingers teasingly tugging at the zipper "Nor are you Char..." His hand tugged lightly upon the zipper as he pulled her face closer. His lips mere inches away from hers. The greatest temptation of all was to close that distance. To taste her lips upon his own. Remove what little covered her modesty and take her right there on the training mats. It would be so easy. To just claim the prize his victory had granted him. He could already sense her willingness. Her desire for him to do with her what he wanted.
He reigned himself back in then. His hand moving away from her back, as he pulled his face away from hers. Now was not the time for such impropriety. He had yet to meet with the Grandmaster of the Imperial Knights. And he suspected being found undressing Charratha or just having had his way with her would not exactly be a good first impression "You won't be complaining later either. For now though, I can wait to find out what my prize for victory is..." He rose to his feet, offering his hand to Charratha to help her get to her feet
