Chiss allies? We are litterally beating seven shades of crap out of them...and you want to play nice with them later? Kinda going about it the wrong way, eh? Why not let the Knights of Ren bake them a cake or something. And fire really is the only think that works...mind you he did say he had in under control... The genetically inferior Csillan Chiss will be culled and baptized by the fire of the First Order. The Dominion will loft the remnants up as genetically superior by virtue of survival - they will be added to our ranks, their genes catalogued and preserved, and a new generation of Chiss will emerge from the ashes. The Dominion will reinstitute genetic order in the families - and we will become superior to all other races. ... In other news, hello guys - I'm Fawste, one of the three ruling Aristocra of the Dominion; a faction of chiss that were exiled long ago on JvS, who have come out of seclusion and exile in the unknown regions to, well, dominate the current Chiss Ascendency. Looking to have a real fun RP with you guys, and a nice long run with FO/Alliance SL in general. If you guys have any questions or concerns regarding a Dominion member or organization as a whole, do shoot me a PM - I'm pretty much the elected spokesperson for the faction. In that regard, its been thrown around as to how we should introduce ourselves to the galaxy - as we're mostly laying down plans right now - and the idea came up that the Dominion could already be on Csilla, intent on overthrowing the ruling castes, when, all of a sudden, this new and mysterious Imperial presence showed up. Seeing an opportunity, we strike a bargain with the FO, and that in general is how our relationship / treaty gets started. It would make a certain amount of sense, as the Chiss would naturally side with other Chiss - even exiled Chiss - over foreign non-Chiss invaders. However, we wanted to run the idea past you guys - the group as a whole I mean - before putting anything into action. Ideally there would be some fighting and such between Dominion and FO forces (As I'm sure you guys would actually like a challenege, rather than just NPC enemies), meanwhile, I personally (being a political character) would broker peace talks with Nic. Thoughts and ideas? Approval, disapproval? Open to all criticism - but, in general, we didn't want to overthink things, and wanted things to be more or less spontaneous. |

Well be aware that Cain has unleashed his Dracus virus, which is basically the Blackwing virus that turns people into zombies. So far, I don't know how big that is gonna get, but Cain has said he personally controls them telepathically and will render them destroyed after the battle. I can agree with your proposal; a popular uprising, fostered by the Dominion, in light of the First Order's invasion of Chiss Space. The success of the Imperial forces since they invaded the known region of Chiss-controlled space could easily make the population become rather unfaithful towards the reigning government, stoking the fires of rebellion and revolt. I believe that would be a great way to go about this. |

I am glad the proposal agrees with you - I will coordinate with the others, and we'll hash out some of the details insofar as who is doing what. I know - in great generality - that any fleet battles we propose for Csilla will have the FO having vastly larger forces, outnumbering the Chiss' smaller powerful ships. I can't speak for the ground, but I know at least one will want to engage in a duel. A second will most likely be destroying NPC's, whether individually or with a rag tag army I cannot say. I myself will be functioning in the aforementioned political RP stance, maybe with some Intelligence work thrown in.
Also, Dracus virus is fine - I've had some very fun RP in the past involving zombie plagues, so this presents a unique opportunity to hark back to the olden days. I'm sure the others are of the same sentiment. More are likely to join in, but for now I'll only speak for we ruling three.
Off topic: does anyone know how to get links working in profiles? As in shortened quick links? The profile parameters have changed since I've last been on, and I'm admittedly unfamiliar with what works and doesn't work.

For now, let's keep the space battle relatively NPC Chiss vs FO. Cause once this battle line is broken, the entire Chiss formation will fall apart at the seams. That was the plan from the get go and its already been set up that way. Its just a matter of our Knights of Ren and the Supreme Commander's sister of taking the commanding officers head on the battle line's command ship. Now say after the main battle line falls and your guys wanna put up a desperate defense among the remaining Chiss ships, then I would be happy with that.
I would like to see more interaction on the ground however. After all, it is just Dracus right now and it seems Viox wants to make his way there soon as well.

I will stress the need for PC interaction on the ground then - and will leave whether or not a fleet battle occurs after the battle line is broken up to the individual members discretion. We will, however, respect the RP that has already been put into place. Early bird gets the worm, and all that.
For my and the Dominions general knowledge, what number of forces for both sides are in orbit and on the ground? We'll be reading through Csilla posts, but, frankly, an abbreviated version would be most helpful.

Well from space, there is a very heavy presence of Imperial warships. One could assume that the collective full might of the First Order is bearing down upon Csilla. But if I was to give it a number... I would say a few hundred ships maybe. As for ground forces, VERY minimal at this point. Basically what Cain has landed is it. For the most part, this was intended to be solely a space battle that would force the Ascendancy into capitulation. Without the might of the Expeditionary Fleet, there is no Chiss Space essentially, is how I view it.

Sorry haven't been paying much attention to this character at all. Sad to say I think I'm gonna have to retire this character for the time being. 
If I'm able to bring Nyra back I'll post here. At least I wasn't too involved with any big parts of the Civil War or any battles. That would suck. Just move on without me. Again sorry for me taking this long to bring it up.

My apologies on the lack of RP presence lately. Just kinda hit a slump at the moment. I'm playing through the KoTOR games to get a feel for things again and am hoping to be back by this weekend. Just to keep you all in the loop. I am still around, but I am trying to get myself motivated again.

It's a classic. Sure there may be better out there, but I enjoy both KoTOR and KoTOR II. Hopefully the information I've been reading lately is correct, but it sounds like Knights of the Old Republic is finally getting a remaster. Or at least that is what the rumor mill is saying. Not sure how much merit is in it yet. Honestly, I hope they do. That game has much potential.

If this actually pans out and becomes a success, I imagine I'll have to buy/find a copy of the game for PC, as I currently have both KOTOR and KOTOR II on my original Xbox. But once I have my MSI fixed, playing it shouldn't be an issue.

Good news! Nirauan has finally been concluded!
We are still ongoing with the Csilla battle (which I plan to reply to soon) and Garqi (which I hear is approaching an end). We also got a mission for the Imperial Knights about to go underway. I still got my Bilbringi takeover in progress. And besides some planned mobilization and construction posts, we are right on Dantooine's doorstep with our plans!
