Vidarr's gaze looked upon the holomap of the Outer Rim, a place absence of any preparations by the Reborn Emperor. There had been traitors, like Carnor Jax, that had ensured the Emperor's downfall and thus the end of the Empire's resurgence altogether, started by Thrawn. Jealousy, envy, and ambition had ruined what was once a glorious beacon of the galaxy. And while the First Order had its pros, this civil war had proven to be quite the con. Traitors existed in every Empire, no matter who made it and who ran it.
I am certain Carnor Jax had confederates, if not, there were others with different ideas.
Stating the fact of why there were no forces within the Outer Rim that could have and should have struck at the supply depots, shipyards, and strategic positions of the New Republic. Why had they not responded? Why had they not appeared? Why was their existence totally removed from all records? Vidarr suspected he was about to step upon some rather muddy earth. Taking a datapad off of the table, the Deputy Director looks at Jolin.
I believe any of those who could have information, beyond Erik, are likely dead.
His tongue clicked behind his teeth.
Erik is our only way of knowing. And then from there, it will be piecing an old puzzle together that has many missing pieces.

The old human stroked his beard and poured over the map, trying to divine where these lost fleets could have been hidden. But it would be no use without this Erik. He nodded.
==Jolin Raynor== When you find him, extract all the relevant information you can from him. After that, leave him at the local ISB center and I will have him transported back here for further questioning. We will punish those who worked for foil our Emperor's glorious return. And I suggest we begin as soon as possible, you know as well as I do how little The Grand Inquisitor likes delays.
Reya backed away from her eavesdropping spot. It sounded like things would be getting underway soon. She still was missing a major piece of the puzzle, but hoped that whatever it was would be discovered on this mission with Vidarr...
