Delaana placing her hands over Elikapeka's and then resting their foreheads together is all the architect needs to grasp on tightly to her desire to believe that all hope is not lost, and she smiles bravely and determinedly when the Hapan says that she is not sure that it can be as simple as Elika had said it could be, telling Delaana, "You don't have to say yes, my Ceesi. I am coming with you, no matter what. Nodding her head as though it has been agreed, she kisses Delaana's lips tenderly and tells her, You can't stop me, this Erene-whatever can't stop me. In fact, she says with an anxious but determined laugh, your Erene-whatever can just . . . just bite me," nodding once again.
Smiling in relief and nodding her head when, after Delaana says that Crystal, Lily and her Ceesi herself are all worried about her, Delaana says she wants to go inside to explain to everyone what is going on, Elika says, "Of course, my Ceesi, and then, remembering what her girlfriend had said about an oath she had taken being at the heart of the matter, says excitedly, Maybe Lily can think of some legal way out of your oath, and then takes Delaana's hand in hers, holding it tightly as though not willing to let it go, as she turns and heads for the door as she continues on, I don't know anything about Hapan law or how or even if it applies with you being here on Umgul, but I'm sure Lily will," her desire that, despite Delaana saying that the matter is not simple, an easy solution can be found so great that she forgets about things like Gungan or Wookie Life Debts that are inviolable no matter what world one is on and are particular to a specific society where laws only govern specific groups and may not be applicable to the present situation.
Her demeanor and expression are more hopeful and, while still exhibiting signs of her chronic anxiety, determined as Elika leads Delaana into the living area, so excited about the possibility of finding a solution to her Ceesi's predicament that she fails to note the general pensive mood of her friends as she tells Lily before Delaana has the chance to speak, "We are going to need you to put your attorney cap on, beautiful, gesturing animatedly with her bloody palm, if anyone can find a way out of . . . laughing anxiously, Elika looks over at her girlfriend and smiles as she says, Sorry, my Ceesi, I will let you explain it."

Being dragged back, albeit unwillingly, after Crystal tells me to give Delika some time, nothing comes to mind right now, she is probably right but at the same time, I am finding this to be just so heavy. What Andros said about Delaana leaving ... I do not understand. Nothing from Gorgeous' earlier reaction about the time she has spent with the Hapan Bombshell that previous evening and this morning could lead to Delaana leaving. Obviously, there is something else to be taken into consideration, one that Andros knows ...
Looking from Crystal to Andros after her friend asked that question about the Hapan, I find myself wanting to just actually scream right that instant at how Andros seems to be answering. Obviously not so forthcoming as usual. Obviously, way to skirt on that answer, so typical! Ugh. Groaning under my breath and actually looking at Andros, not as my boss, but as actually a man who knows more than that. I start talking to him in that flat voice matter of factly tone that I know he has come to know. "Obviously, My tone might have been sarcastic there, but again, do not care at all. It is not really what Crystal meant, and you and I both know that. Andros knows, that I do not doubt at all, he has been playing Vice Governor this long, and I have been a lawyer for also a very long while when I know someone is purposely deflecting. This is Delika we are talking about! Perhaps my tone went a note higher, and again I do not care as I am so rooting for them both, and if Boss Man had seen how happy Gorgeous was this morning, there was no way he could deny that it was worth fighting for them, whatever reasons Delaana had for leaving. Again, respectfully, Andros. Who is Delaana and why would she leave Umgul?!"
I probably have been so much into my rhetoric that I have not noticed that actually Gorgeous and the Hapan Bombshell were both inside, and they might have probably heard me, but that didn't matter as for when I hear Gorgeous talking to me, my gaze zeros in on her and potentially it was etched with determination and just plain annoyance to get to the bottom of it all. But my demeanor soon somewhat relaxes and reverts back to how I usually am, at least with Gorgeous. "Come again, Gorgeous?" Asking her dubiously and then noticing that her hand is bloody, I looked at her with a worried expression before Elika defers the rest to Lana, actually, hence why I just stand there and take a deep breath nodding to indicate that I am listening.

Opening her mouth at first to say something, Crystal soon shut her mouth when it dawned on her. Potentially she was about to ask the same thing that Lily was asking currently, and yes, it did concern Elika and Lana, it was about them, so why would the Hapan leave? The one thing that Crystal finally realized was that if Andros was skirting the answer, it was because he felt that it was not his story to tell, or perhaps he was bound to some secrecy, from Delaana, maybe? Crystal did not know and she wasn't going to go on any assumptions right here and right now when Andros was being just like his brother, her boyfriend, Atlantis and a lot like the Jedi on this planet.
Throughout the years Crystal had come to find out that if and when there was a matter, they wouldn't share at all especially when it did not concern just them as they also respected a person's privacy, or a request made. That was it.
From the corner of her eyes though she noticed that Elika and Lana had walked in and were heading in their direction. Delika, that was the nickame that Lily had given their couple, and that also meant a whole lot. Lily was the passionate type of person, and she would fight tooth and nail for people she loved, appreciated, even as far as talking the way she had been to Andros who usually wasn't the kind of man who let himself be talked that way. Sighing softly and taking a deep breath, Crystal noticed Elika's bloody palm and just took a few tissues that was on the coffee table, walking towards her friend, and just pointing at her hand silently.
Wiping the dried up blood from her hands, Crystal moved the palm of her hand on top of Elika's before closing her eyes momentarily as she called upon the Force to heal those superficial crescent wounds. That did not last long, and her signature barely increased as she had mastered the art of healing, and these wounds weren't deep or life threatening, nevertheless, once she was done, Crystal did look at Elika with a questioning expression asking if she was alright? At least she seemed to be, and something about asking Lily to put her lawyer thinking cap on, perhaps it would be clearer, which was why Crystal just stayed silent and waited for the Hapan to fill them in, since apparently Lana would be the one to explain...

Her Shakal, the situation they were currently in, still made her smile, and even the tender kiss put her heart and mind at ease. If it was a totally different setting, Lana would have probably laughed at what her girlfriend had just said, and she truly found her determination admirable, and even awe inspiring. If only she also had that same courage back then... Maybe for the best though, or she wouldn't be here now.
Following her girlfriend towards the lakehouse and actually holding tight onto her hand too as if she did not want to let go. Lana wasn't certain that Lily would find something, nor would she find something honestly, as far as she knew her oat was for life, and that had never change, or wouldn't change at all. Plus she did not know who was the Erenada, and that was what she feared as well...
Hearing Lily's question to Andros as she entered the lakehouse with her Shakal, Lana looked briefly at Andros and then back at Lily lifting her hand briefly, although because she could say anything, her Shakal started to speak first which made her smile.
She was just so happy that her girlfriend was so ready to fight for them, to fight on in keeping them together that Lana couldn't express how much lucky she was, or have been to actually stay on this planet and just kept on hanging on that hope that one day she'd see the Architect again after her disappearance. Was she ordered at first? In a sense yes, and despite that talk they had when the one who ordered her by saying by whichever means necessary, she did notice that he wasn't too happy with the way she pursued this, in the end though she did not regret it at all for what she had now was more than she could ever hope for, even if back then she thought that she also had it, unfortunately she, just like Nalea were bound by duty and despite what they did share, they had amicably gone their separate ways...
"I'll answer that." Lana told Andros who had been asked that question by the attorney, as also technically he was her boss, one custom so different from Hapes, but actually one that did not bother her at all in the sense that she had found this planet striving for equality for all based on whatever gender, and also based on merit as well. Her brother also found a place where he could just be him and not be defined by Hapan's norms in their planet, that tangent aside though, she had seen Crystal approaching her Shakal and cleaning up her bloodied hand, which Lana greatly appreciated, and also knew how much her girlfriend's friends loved her. "I have been recalled by the Erenada." Lana explained at first, "Or the Queen Mother of the Hapes Consortium, for before arriving in Umgul, I was, and technically still am, a Hapan Royal Guard or as we refer them in my home planet, a Chume'doro, I hold the rank of Major in it, and for a while there was no heir, and thus my brother and I just wanted to explore something different." Lana told them, she wasn't certain how much they knew of the Hapan customs, but she filled them in by saying. "Males on my planet are considered second class citizens, I have never considered Nash that way at all, even when I had to for the sake of appearances, but younger I had enlisted in the Navy because it was expected of me until I gained rank and was appointed to the Hapan Royal Guard, and I have an oath that is translated in Basic. 'Erenada! You have no equal, and I have no life beyond you. My eyes, my hands, my heart, and my blade will kill and die in your service.' Thus because of my status there, and because there is now an Erenada, a Chume'doro, from the Investigative Branch found me, and is currently here, handed me the scroll from the Erenada ordering me to show up Castle of Per'Agrtha before the end of the fifth day, if I do not consequences would follow..." Lana did not want to even think about those said consequences at all, and just the encounter she had earlier at her apartment, and the veiled threat made concerning her Shakal put her in a certain rage...

Andros had his gaze onto the lawyer, he just looked at her while she went on a tirade, one that he was used to, but one he was never the recipient of. He had to admit, the fact that she was courageous to speak to him that way, when plenty often thought twice doing so, well this certainly was enough legitimacy on why she was the Attorney General of Umgul.
It wasn't that he did not want to answer, well actually he did not want to answer on who was Delaana for that would potentially open a can of worms, Andros kept stoically looking at the AG until he noticed that both Elika and Lana had walked in, the both referred by Lily as Delika, fitting name for them both, and he had to admit, it was cute although from the corner of his eyes he did notice Elika's bloodied hand which got him to zero his gaze on it before he looked at the Hapan who mentioned that she would answer that question that she heard when she walked in.
For a moment there, he was wondering what she would be saying, if actually he had any part in all of that, but, no nothing. Internally he probably had a relieved breath but externally he still looked the same, just composed as he listened but also watched when Crystal healed Elika's hands. That was quick... He actually was not surprised at all, the wound was probably superficial but at the same time the fact that Crystal Kayne, also known as Solaris, not that she used her father's name, just automatically went to heal her friend's cuts was commending. The ease she had in commanding the Force, Andros could tell that it was easy for her now.
But not the important matter right now, the most important matter was the fact that Lana had been recalled and there was a Hapal Royal Guard here that had breached securities. Impressive, but also not too alarming in the sense that potentially the Queen Mother was keeping a tight leash on the Chume'doro in a sense and just wanted the Major back to Hapes.
However, the consequences, that was where Andros' gaze darkened and probably in slightly annoyance and anger.
"What sort of consequences?" He asked bluntly before looking at Elika and then back at Lana with an arched eyebrow as honestly, the Hapan knew that Elika's security was paramount to him just like everyone else that he appreciated and considered like family.

Elikapeka's smile when Lily asks her to repeat what she had said is one that reveals, for those able to read her expressions and body language well, the complex combination of emotions that the architect is feeling in the moment - anxiety over what she has learned about the situation her girlfriend is facing, cautious relief that the situation may not prove to be quite as dire as it had first seemed, tentative hopefulness that a way out of the need for her and Delaana to relocate to Hapes if there proves to be no way to free her Cessi from the oath that lays at the heart of the matter can be found, and a feisty determination to stand by her girlfriend no matter what happens - as she, knowing that Delaana will be able to answer Lily's questions far better than she herself could as Elika is not sure that she has fully grasped the complexities of the matter given that her anxiety and then relief had narrowed her focus to ensuring she and her Ceesi were not parted.
Keeping a tight hold on Delaana's hand, Elika looks puzzled for a moment when Crystal comes over with tissues and points to her free hand. Turning the palm of her free hand up and seeing the shallow, crescent shaped furrows in her palm, Elika offers Crystal a grateful smile as her friend cleans and then uses her Force ability to heal the tiny cuts. Flexing her hand once the small wounds have been healed, an awed look on her face as this is the first time Elika has seen the ability being used as well as her first time seeing evidence of the progress Crystal has made during the time she herself was trapped in between Real Space and Hyperspace, Elika quietly tells Crystal, "Thank you hon'," as Delaana begins telling everyone about the situation she finds herself in.
Less emotionally distressed now than she had been when Delaana had explained things to her, Elika has a better understanding of why her girlfriend had arrived in the state she had; the oath she had sworn as a Royal Guard sounding every bit as inviolable as Elika had feared it could prove to be when hearing of it earlier. Though she still clings to the hope that Lily might know of some legal way to free Delaana from the oath, Elika understands just how unlikely proving to be the case is. As she had earlier, Elika chooses to leave questions about why her Ceesi had not shared her past with her or, judging from the expressions on everyone else's face - except for Andros, who has his inscrutable and stoic face on and is therefore difficult to read even for someone like Elika who knows him well - has not shared it with Crystal or Lily either, to be examined another time when the more pressing matter of the oath that requires Delaana to return to Hapes in five days time has been dealt with.
Answering Andros' question about consequences, Elika gives Delaana's hand a reassuring squeeze and moves closer to her side in a way that eloquently reveals her determination to stand by her girlfriend's side no matter what may come their way as she tells Andros, "There won't be any consequences to worry about, since we're going to Castle Whatever before the five days are up," her tone of voice - decisive and firmly resolved to a degree not often exhibited by the timid, often anxiety laden architect that more often than not defers any decision making to others - probably not one any of her friends have heard her use often, if at all.
Arching an eyebrow in a way that lets Andros know that there will be no swaying her from her decision, Elika looks over at Lily and asks in a cautiously hopeful tone accompanied by a worried expression revealing how thin a chance she believes the answer her friend is likely to give will be of any reassurance, "Is there anything, beautiful, you can think of that could free someone from an oath like that? Some, she waves her free hand around searchingly, legal magic you could pull? Knowing the unlikelihood that Lily's knowledge of the law will extend to Hapan law or, given that Oaths and Life Debts often exist independent of legal systems given they are customs specific to certain societies, whatever system might govern the oath to the Ereneda (which, Elika suspects is probably the Ereneda herself given that she rules over the Hapes Consortium), Elika tries for a bit of levity as she quips, Because if there aren't any tricks up your sleeve, I'll have to relocate to Hapes with my, she squeezes Delaana's hand and looks over at her with a loving smile, little Chume'doro here."

It's not that I do not care about what is happening currently, because I truly do, but I am more in the mindset right now on focusing on what Gorgeous or the Hapan Bombshell might end up saying ... Thankfully also Baby Girl fixes Gorgeous' hand, not that I have an aversion to blood, but I'd prefer people that I love at least not physically hurt. That aside. Sitting down on the arm of the couch, actually facing Delika as the Hapan actually fills them in about who she is after telling Boss Man that she would answer that, I am just silent, as I take in those information ...
Wait, wasn't there something that Sweet Cheeks told us about that whole problem in Hapes when we befriended her in New Alderaan younger. Halting my thoughts, and not even going down memory lane right this instant, there is something that the Hapan Bombshell shares that actually catches my attention. And I even look at Gorgeous with a knowing smile. "Hold, Hapan Bombshell, dial it back. I ask her looking at her and just to be clear and certain about this, not that I truly know anything about Hapan law, or how updated or outdated it is, although judging from what Lana mentioned about guys being second class citizens That must be fun! Not that we have that trouble here on Umgul since equal rights and all ... You said that you left while technically Hapes had no Queen Mother, or Erenada, correct? Totally want to be sure about this, as potentially there is a loophole there that I would exploit, because that I just me, but I know that whatever laws govern Umgul would not be the same as Hapes, and in the end, the Queen Mother probably has the final say. Though getting that nod from Lana, I cannot help but to actually grin for a bit, though not certain how it would work, since oath and all, and Hapan customs and all. The oath you have mentioned, technically you have said it to the previous Erenada, right, is you being recalled mean that you have to swear your oath again to the new one?"
As far as I am concerned honestly, again for I do not truly know Hapan customs and what being a Chume'doro entails, is it for life, is it an oath that has to be repeated when there is a new Queen Mother? Heck no clue. Over there, it's Royalty, over here it's more of a democracy but ... "However though, there isn't much I can tell you about Hapan laws, or what being a Hapan Royal Guard entails, it's probably a life oath thing to the Queen Mother, but the fact that there was none when the Hapan Bombshell left, does that even carry forward? Yes I do like poking holes, and maybe I should try to find some of those Hapan laws, or whatever, but the fact also that Lana mentioned her brother, it causes me to look at her asking her very seriously. What about Nash ..?" What I do know about the Hapan Stud, the man is over protective of Sweet Cheeks, and the stories I have heard about sending Lindsay's ex to an asylum, there is no way that I can see him as a second class citizen so to speak, not with what his older sister has shared. Nope, plus the two of them being fit, and just working out also, they are definitely not just by default hotties, those two definitely could take on any opponents, plus apparently the Hapan Stud is attuned to the Force too and can understand the cat companion that Nashay has.
Looking at Gorgeous though after hearing her that she would be relocating to Hapes with the Hapan Bombshell, I just take a deep breath and smile understanding why. "You know that I am not going to let you go there alone, right?" Gorgeous definitely has changed, and for the better, so proud of her for taking that decision actually even if it bums me, but what can I do, it's all about love there ...

While being attuned to the Force had its advantages, there was also that other side of the coin that Crystal didn't particularly enjoy. The emotional toll it could bring to her, she knew that her sensitivity, but also her care for her closest friends would make her more aware of people's feelings, making her read the room easily, making her more aware of what was going on. Tonight at the comfort of her own home, Crystal didn't need to hide her sensitivity not like when she was out of here, but still she made sure that her presence in the current of the Force didn't show much.
For a moment she wanted to ask Delaana why keep this fact about her a secret to everyone, but wasn't Crystal also the same in a way for hiding what she could really do, and would probably be able to pass trials the Jedi in the world would throw at her?
Very hypocritical of her to even ask for an explanation honestly, when obviously the Hapan owed her nothing at all, and Delaana potentially would have told Elika but with the whole being stuck between real space and hyperspace for three years and only being pulled out of it now, Crystal knew that she had no right at all to ask.
Stepping back after smiling at the architect, actually it was more of a supportive smile than anything that said that Crystal would support her no matter what, she just listened to the conversation, that was definitely a loophole so to speak come to think about it, and now that Lily had mentioned it, Crystal obviously had a faint smile on the corner of her lips as she sat down on the single seat looking at Delika. Rubbing her temple slightly when the matter of Nash was brought up, Crystal took a deep breath and couldn't believe how far this was reaching too. Although nothing in what Lana had said mentioned that Nash was also a guard or something, but she could tell that the Hapan somewhat despise the inequality in her planet, and probably also despised seeing her brother to be treated as a second class citizen. Any other circumstances, Crystal would have probably enjoyed the whole women better, men down, but this, Crystal had to admit that was definitely not a good environment to be in especially when Lana cared that much for her brother.
"I suppose it'll have to be Hapes before Honoghr, then?" Crystal said with slight humor as she looked at both of her housemates before looking at Lana with a faint smile, that was also Crystal way of saying that she'd make that trip to be with her friends for a relocation or whatever. About Andros though, since she was certain that the Vice Governor was aware that Elika would not back down from the looks on her face but also the very decisive tone in her voice, Crystal looked at her boyfriend's brother and just told him. "I am not sure if Umgul and Hapes has a bilateral agreement, probably not, but perhaps this would be a chance to reach out also?" Plus with the whole breach in security and apparently those consequences thing. Lana had been visited by a Chume'doro, Crystal was certain of that fact now, otherwise she wouldn't have felt that anger earlier from the Hapan.

Lacing their fingers together, Lana looked at her girlfriend with a loving smile. The fact that her Shakal was so ready to fight for her, for their couple it made Lana fall more and more deeper in love. Of course she had not said those sacred words yet, as she was afraid. For the last time she had said those words, everything had come crashing down around her, the order she was given, the dilemma she had been, Delaana supposed that back then she should have fought harder for it but due to her duty and having constant eyes, she knew that she had been backed against a wall, like now but now it felt different, she had a sense of hope.
Hope that particularly came in the form of what Lily had pointed out, Lana had no clue honestly also, as far as she knew being sworn in as a Chume'doro lasted her lifetime. Though she did nod in confirmation to what Lily was saying and then as she should have expected the topic of her brother had come up... "Brat is..." Sighing softly, and correcting, not that potentially it wouldn't be understandable to Lily as Lana had heard the lawyer refer to her brother that way too. "My brother is like me." Lana admitted sincerely and even if he was still considered like a second class citizen for being a male, he was one of the five percent for being sworn into the Chume'doro "Nash has abilities that at first we didn't really know was For'ta, or the Force, he had that ability to understand everyone, and even looked like he could easily bond with animals that would get them to listen to him." Lana explained, Hapes was after all a closed off planet or cluster and rarely there had been foreigners in her time there, plus there was also that transitory mists that inhibited travel, but again Nash just knew how to get out of those unscathed.
"And because of the male status in my homeworld, I often took him under my command as I'd rather have him by my side than see him be ordered by other Chume'doro..." Lana didn't hide the fact that she wasn't too pleased on how women treated men there, but at the same time, she understood it was part of their culture and therefore wasn't vocal about it, instead she found other ways to limit her brother's dealings with others.
"He'll be coming over to pick me up in two days time. Or I suppose me and whomever else will be coming besides my Shakal." Lana said with a faint smile as this was definitely turning out to be something else entirely, the Erenada had asked her to show herself in five days time, Lana was sure that the Queen Mother wouldn't be expecting a group so to speak, though she was very certain that the Chume'doro that paid her a visit earlier would be informing the leader of the Hapes Consortium...

Andros had his jaw locked in place, even with Lily's trying to find a round about to that Hapan Royal Guard situation, he already could tell that potentially it wouldn't work at all. From what he knew about the Hapes Consortium, it was royalty and therefore no matter what, a soldier would forever be a soldier no matter who was at the seat of power. That wasn't truly was annoyed him the most, what annoyed him the most was the fact that they had lost Elika for three years, and then to lose her again so to speak?! Because she was ready to relocated to Hapes...
Andros was looking at the architect stubbornly perhaps, but then he could see her determination and that was then and there that he understood and knew that there was that high probability he'd have to let her go, at least accept that fact which was why his expression shifted, and he even relented altogether as he put his hands up in surrender.
"Fine..." He said in a tone that just said he was giving up. "Major Wan's oath to the Consortium lasts for as long as she lives, and to the Queen Mother and whomever came before and after the current one." He said finally and thus crushing that hope that potentially the attorney had found a loophole or something. He was pretty certain that Hapan laws were also absolute in a way. Rubbing both of his temples and closing his eyes, Andros shook his head about the bilateral agreement of lack thereof.
"Since her brother is coming over to pick her up, just please let me know who will be going along with you all." Andros looked at them with a faint frown. "Umgul and Hapes might not have an agreement but I sure as hell am not going to let you go there unprotected.." He gritted his teeth, not that it would mean anything to the Queen Mother or just the Consortium as a whole but either way. "Please take your Lieutenant with you, Elika, I'll talk to Mace about allowing her Major to make the trip offworld with you."
Standing up from the couch and sighing softly, he knew that this was just a situation that was just annoying him, much more than he would ever say, which was the reason why he looked at the women he was with and pointed towards the gardens where he knew he could settle his nerves at least thanks to the Millaflowers outside "Excuse me, I just need to step outside for a moment..." With that he walked towards the back of the house and went straight to the garden so he could enjoy the tranquility from it. He knew that he had to stop being selfish, but at the same time, well, he supposed it was his own fault, it bit him altogether.

Elikapeka cannot help but smile as Lily, going into full-on Lily-on-a-mission mode, tells - or more accurately orders - Delaana to hold and then, clearly having put on her lawyer-cap, proposes a possible solution to the problem presented by the former Chume'doro's oath that makes Elika smile even wider as she motions with her free hand towards the attorney as though to say this-is-why-we-love-you while she gives her Ceesi's hand a tender squeeze to silently convey how hopeful she is feeling about things now that, so far as she knows, everything is out in the open and they have their friends here with them to support them and possibly help them to find a way out of the Chume'doro-ness of it all that just might not involve Elika and Delaana needing to uproot themselves from their friends and lives on Umgul should her Ceesi resuming her duties as a Chume'doro prove to be necessary.
Chuckling with a shake of her head when Lily says that she has absolutely no intention of letting her and her Ceesi go alone to face whatever is to come after they go to Hapes and meet with the Ereneda, Elika asks jokingly, "Are you giving us any say in the matter, beautiful?" The grateful, relieved smile accompanying the jest letting Lily know how much Elika appreciates the gesture; for, as strong and resolved as Elika feels, she knows that she will only feel stronger with her friends - as Crystal's comment about their planned trip to Honoghr will now have to wait until after their necessary trip to Hapes let's Elika know that her other housemate and dear friend will be with her and Delaana as well - beside her and her girlfriend as they set out to learn what their future will hold now that it is, in a sense, in the hands of a Queen none of them have ever met.
After Delaana, revealing that she and her brother were, or are if their oath's prove to bind them to the current Ereneda, both in the Hapan Royal Guard, explains that Nash will be coming to pick them up to make the journey to Hapes with them, Elika smiles as she squeezes her girlfriend's hand and tries to lighten the mood by joking, "I guess I'll be meeting him in person sooner than we thought, adding more seriously, It's too bad it has to be under these circumstances."
After giving Crystal a grateful smile that echoes the one she had offered Lily, Elika looks over at Andros to hear what he has to say in reply to Crystal's question about the possibility of using the trip - or move depending on what happens - to Hapes as a chance to establish ties between Umgul and the Consorti-whatever. Andros' opening fine is followed with his rather certain assertion that Delaana's oath is binding not only for the duration of her life, but also to whoever sits upon the Hapan throne, dashing whatever hope Elika felt that Lily's legal knowledge might have led her to finding a loophole in the Chume'doro oath; though, given that she has already resolved to stay with Delaana even if it means relocating to Hapes, Elika doesn't allow the fact that there is not likely to be a way out of Delaana's oath affect her overall happiness that, no matter what else might happen, she and her Ceesi will be together to face it.
Replying to Andros' request - which is not, Elika gauges from his tone and expression, really a request at all - that she bring her lieutenant with her, who will also be joined by Forcias, Elika says, "Of course, trying to add a bit of humor as she adds, I don't think I've gone anywhere without her since she was assigned to protect me anyway, so why star. . ." Trailing off with a concerned furrowing of her brow when Andros excuses himself, Elika considers following him, but decides it might be best to give him a few moments before doing so.
Thinking of how many people are now going to be making the journey to Hapes with them, Elika leans over and softly asks Delaana, "How big is your brother's ship, my Ceesi? Resting her chin on her girlfriend's shoulder and allowing herself to simply enjoy their closeness without thinking of anything other than how happy she is to have found what she has found in Delaana, Elika sighs as the moment of peace passes and the reality of all that could happen begins sinking in once more, her relief that she and her Ceesi will not be parted no matter what happens dampened slightly by the very real possibility that they will need to relocate to Hapes. Arching an eyebrow with a smile as she decides to try one more attempt at lightening the mood, Elika asks Crystal, Do we have any wine, hon'? I know I could use a glass . . . or two or three."

"Psshhhhhhh! Scoffing and pretending to be insulted when asked that question about giving Delika a say on me coming with them, I end up puckering my lips to kiss them both You know the answer to that, Gorgeous, and besides Hapes, hellooooooooo hotness fantasy much?!" Probably not what Gorgeous would expect ... Actually, coming from me, totally something she'd expect. Giggling and winking at her for I am very sure that she knows that it's not because it's Hapes that I am decided to accompany them, but because it's actually them. Gorgeous knows that fact about me by now, and I am probably trying to dispel all heavy feelings here but I am very certain more will come.
Owh, so the Hapan Stud too ... The rumors about what happened to Sweet Cheeks' stalker are true then. "I am so glad that you have always looked out for him too, Hapan Bombshell, I can't even imagine him differently than being that guy with whom Sweet Cheeks' fell so in love with. Oh crap, Sweet Cheeks! Covering my mouth and eyes wide open before glancing at Baby Girl as if asking her 'you think they know?! If your brat is coming over to pick you up, I would imagine Lindsay is with him ..."
While I do know this whole situation is a complicated one, and potentially with Gorgeous relocation, I actually cannot help but to feel for Boss Man, okay sure he hid the fact about Lana, but then is that it? Something tells me that he is taking this harder than the rest of us ... "About the wine, fear not Gorgeous, I tell her in lieu of Baby Girl as I head towards the kitchen to grab that chilled bottle of Alderaanian wine, since we are out of Gorgeous' favorite, I'll have to put in an order to be delivered tomorrow so we can take it to Hapes at least. Coming back with four glasses in my hands, I hand one to each of the ladies here before clinking my glass with them. Something tells me that this hits him the most. Gesturing with my chin towards the garden before looking at Elika with a faint smile. For a brief moment earlier, I saw him smile, he hasn't smiled that way in a very long time, was your meeting with him fine?"

For how her boyfriend's brother was reacting currently, to tell the truth, Crystal understood. Andros cared so much about Elika that often times he would always go to the greatest length to make sure that the architect was happy. Crystal never figured out how Andros and Elika got that close, not that she ever needed to know as that was just between both, just like she also knew that Atlantis was close to Elika. In many ways, all of them were close to the Architect due to one event or another which made them all family in a way. It was all of that overlapping connections they had with one other that allowed all of that, and now with Delaana in the mix, mainly due primarily that she and Elika were together, and that possibility that perhaps Andros was feeling like he was being robbed, maybe he felt that way?
Crystal did not know and in the scope of things, sure she was close to him but not as close as Elika was to the Vice Governor...
When Lana spoke about her brat, or brother as it turned out, just like Lily would refer to Kris, her own brother, Crystal had been aware of that fact. Nash being able to speak or comprehend animals, it did get Crystal to chuckle faintly before waving her hand in front of her. "Lindsay was given a feline a while back that she named Karamel, and apparently Linds had been calling Karamel a little traitor because she would report things to the one she saw as her dad." Crystal explained with an amused grin, just one of those tidbits she had from her various holocomm with Lindsay, and Crystal even further explained that Karamel was often at the terrace to see if her favorite people would ever end up together. It truly one of those awww moments she had about Nashay, although Lindsay had never mentioned anything about her boyfriend being a Hapan Royal Guard, although that was a story for another time.
For all Crystal knew, maybe even Lindsay would be in the spaceship with Nash, and the fact that she noticed also that Elika didn't seem nervous now when she mentioned about meeting her Ceesi's brother sooner than expected made her look at Elika with an amused grin. "Despite the circumstances indeed, hon', you do actually seem eager to see him..." Arching her eyebrow dubiously wondering what had changed between the yesterday talk she and Elika had about meeting Nash to now. Then again she could put it under the guise that the Architect's overall mood just changed her perspective in things.
Pointing at Lily about the wine situation since her childhood friend got there first, Crystal smiled upon receiving the glass and looked at it. "Sorry hon', no blossom wine, just Alderaanian kind." She explained before looking towards the garden as Lily mentioned Andros who in fact did seem happy earlier when she went over to the door. Remembering Andros skirting the answers, she did look at Lana and asked her that question that was probably the elephant in the room question at this point. "Was it Andros, or yourself who decided to not say a thing about you being a Chume'doro?"

Laughing softly at Lily being just Lily, Lana could not help but to wonder indeed if her Shakal was ready to actually give up all of this, her friends who were like sisters when she looked at them. It wouldn't be forever, of course, since her girlfriend could always do the back and forth, and she was very certain that her brother would happily take her back here if they were ordered to stay in Hapes. He had been the one who always managed to get them out of the transitory mists in Hapes, and now she knew why, because he was attuned to the Force and he just used his instincts back then. With Nash coming here and obviously meeting her Shakal earlier than expected, Lana squeezed her hand affectionately and pecked her cheek tenderly.
"Indeed, but it won't change the fact that he'll still be happy to see you face to face finally, and I suppose he'll also feel much more at ease considering it won't be just us two going there." Lana told her girlfriend, or at least Lana was trying to see the positive side of things, but she knew for her brother there was nothing positive about going back to their homeworld. "Kai will not be thrilled going back there, that much I know." Obviously she did care a whole lot about her brother, and she would do anything also to see him happy, she knew he was happy, he had found Lindsay, the one he called his Childao, or translated in Basic, his diamond, something, someone so precious to him that he felt a sense in belonging there in Honoghr, plus with the story Crystal had told them about Nash, Lana did nod knowingly.
Watching Andros excusing himself after stating a few things, Lana frowned knowing that her Shakal's determination about making the trip to Hapes wouldn't change course, and Andros seemed to have accepted that before walking way to probably think. For that in a sense, Lana felt guilty as well, and even with the wine that had been brought over, Lana had wrapped an arm of hers around her Shakal's waist and answered that question about the ship situation. "Big enough that it can hold several passengers." Lana reassured her before kissing her lips tenderly to soothe her nerves. Lana did not want to overly think about what would happen in Hapes, and she did not want to overly think that moment she'd find herself in front of the Ereneda, and thus for now she preferred to be in the moment, amongst friends, and loved ones.
She had just taken a sip of her wine when Crystal asked her that question. "It's a little more complicated than that." Lana began to explain before dropping her arm from around Elika's waist and just lifting her hand to prevent any of them from saying anything just now as she was going to tell her truth. "Like I have said momentarily there was no Queen Mother, and because we were in Hapes with Kai, or Nash, and due to something that was suggested to me back then, I was growing restless, and so was my brother, so we decided to get out of there and just discover what the worlds outside of our planet had to offer. Nash and I went to several planets, and then I ended here while he went along to Honoghr. While here I saw how life was and figured I would apply for that position in the government, my resumé came across Andros who knew after some background checks from Intelligence who I was and asked what I was doing here, I told him the truth, he knew that there was a chance for me being recalled if an heir was found. Though because he didn't exactly need someone like me he forwarded my resumé to you for he knew that you had just come along recently your sensitivity and he asked me to keep an eye on you three, and particularly you my Shakal, he wasn't too happy with the way I first did things, getting closer to you, but it was the only solution I had in mind, plus I found you beautiful, and the way you were blushing the first time you and I saw one another at his floor..." Sighing softly and closing her eyes knowing that she might have brought forth some anger there from everyone present. "I wasn't suppose to stay long here, and then those three years you went missing, I have tried everything to find some clues in finding you, and each time I had failed in getting any speck of information, the more my feelings, my want to hold you again, to be able to see you again was just so pressing to me." Everything she said, she was sincere, her feelings were sincere, and everything she had shared with Elika last night and that very morning, that was Lana entirely. "And for that, my Shakal, forgive me, I never meant to deceive you, any of you at first. I hope you'll all forgive me." In the end truly it wasn't about whether it was on purpose if she or Andros withheld that information about her, it was more of a fact that she was the one who by her own volition pursued it the way she did. Rank or not.

Andros was slowly and gradually calming down, the annoyance, and perhaps also the fact that he could lose Elika, well a way of life he guessed, it was one of those things that he surely had to come to terms with, even if his therapist had told him that people do come and go in a person's life, and yadda yadda, yadda yadda. Andros before always had refused to let anyone too close, or at least get to know the real him. He was damaged in plenty of sense of the way, and he still had a lot of soul searching to do.
Now he found himself at that moment where potentially Elikapeka would be out of his scope of influence. Although he definitely was taking comfort in the fact that at least Elika was with Delaana Wan, or Major Delaana Wan, Chume'doro, great at hand to hand combat, also knew how to use blasters and polearms, those kind of things.
Looking up the sky for a bit in contemplation, Andros soon heard the pinging of his datapad and furrowed his eyebrows taking the device out noticing that it was sent to all MG agents, and he opened the message seeing that camera footage of him and Elika that actually made him laugh wholeheartedly as some of the comments that followed said things like who is she, or even knew it, he is not in the closet! and then the last bit crap, this was sent to everyone!
Shaking his head in exasperation soon enough, truly Andros needed to have a talk with the security division and their knack of taking feeds like the one that showed him and Elika close embracing one another it seemed into that elevator.
Well then, if all came down to Elika definitely moving to Hapes, at least he'd have this one good memory of the time they had together in his office that evening...

Elikapeka smiles and arches an eyebrow when Lily, clearly excited about the prospect of going to Hapes for more than one reason, unsurprisingly points out that the sights are bound to be lovely. Her chin still resting on Delaana's shoulder as she holds her girlfriend's hand, Elika grins serenely as she tells Lily, "Oh, I don't need any fantasies, beautiful," fairly certain that Lily will know that she means that she not only doubts that any other could compare to her girlfriend's beauty but also that things with her Cessi are so fulfilling that she feels no need to indulge in fantasy.
Shrugging when Crystal notes that Elika does not seem as apprehensive about meeting Nash as she typically would be, smiling when Delaana says that Nash will be happy to meet her in person despite the circumstances, and then explains to Crystal, "My Ceesi had the idea to have her brat and I talk via holo-call, hon', and, she gives Delaana's hand a squeeze, as I am sure she knew it would, it broke the ice enough that I am looking forward to meeting him in person rather than worrying about embarrassing myself, she laughs and crinkles her nose, because I am quite sure I already got that out of the way when I babbled so much at the beginning of the call."
Smiling to thank Lily when she reappears with the wine, Elika accepts the glass with her free hand and taps its rim against Lily's glass as she tells Crystal, "Alderaanian is just perfect, hon'," adding a wink to let her friends know that they don't need to fuss about the type of wine available, and then arches an eyebrow questioningly when Crystal, circling back to the fact no one other than Andros seems to have known about Delaana being a Chume'doro, takes a sip of her wine as Delaana begins answering the question.
A confused furrow appears between Elika's brows when Delaana - after explaining a bit more about how she and Nash had, despite being Chume'doro, come to leave Hapes and take up their new lives on Umgul and Honoghr - reveals that Andros, after finding out about her Ceesi's background, had asked her to keep an eye on Crystal, Lily and, in particular, Elika herself. More potentially disturbing, to Elika, is the fact that Delaana had apparently decided that the best way to do as Andros had asked was to get close to her personally, even if that admission is accompanied by her Ceesi's assertion that she had found Elika attractive and endearingly bashful. A part of Elika, the part ruled by her anxieties and insecurities, urges her to take what she has learned and use it to cast doubt on what she and her Ceesi have found together, urges her to react in some dramatic angry or hurt way that would drive a wedge between her and Delaana, but another part of her - the part that, due to her girlfriend's influence, has learned to start freeing herself from the meekness and diffidence that had become as much a part of her as the anxieties and insecurities - urges her to take a step back and see what it means that Delaana had not, in the three years she had been missing, ever stopped looking for her, and reminds her of what she and her Ceesi had shared the past evening and this morning and where it had brought them, and that tells her that what Elika felt and felt back from Delaana had neither been imagined nor had the feel of something counterfeited. Given the choice, then, between letting doubt creep into her and her Ceesi's happiness and instead trusting in what they have found, no matter how it began at first, Elika chooses to trust in them, chooses to shut her anxieties and insecurities out for once, and so leaning over to kiss Delaana's cheek as she gives her hand a reassuring squeeze, tells her softly yet emphatically, "Hush, my Ceesi, looking into her girlfriend's blue eyes as she adds quietly and sincerely, What we have now matters more to me than how it is we found our way to it, so, as far as I am concerned, there is nothing to forgive, grinning as she tries to use humor to diffuse any awkwardness that Delaana might feel by suggesting with a wink, I mean, if anything, we should thank Andros for setting things in motion, no matter his motives, right?"
There is a part of Elika that wants to tell Crystal and Lily they should look at things from her perspective and see that Delaana has done nothing that requires forgiveness, but she knows that it is not her place to tell them what to feel or think about what Delaana has revealed, and so simply keeps hold of her girlfriend's hand, keeping as close to her Ceesi as she has been to let Delaana she will be right beside her as Crystal and Lily respond to what has been said.

Wait ... Did I hear it right, Gorgeous spoke with the Hapan Stud? I swear that is what I could hear when I was in the kitchen, but no biggie I can ask her all about that later, maybe ... Right now though I am more focused on hearing that answer about the Chume'doro situation. Well that should be interesting ...
Listening attentively to what Lana is saying, I must confess that I am a little bit unsettled too, I mean I understand why Andros would want people watching over us, or protecting us. He did ramp up my security detail too particular after Gorgeous had gone missing, and then there was that whole me going around the planet, but ... Actually, no buts, I cannot fault him for that like I cannot fault the Hapan Bombshell, just looking at Delika right now, it's all so real, and despite what the Hapan has shared, well that is just it, that is in the past and now we are in the present. And it's all genuine now as far as I can see.
Smiling at Gorgeous' sentiment and actually winking at her, because in the end it's not up to me, if despite that revelation nothing has changed, then nothing has changed either for me. That's all there is, and that is all I can be, just happy for Delika, and now I should only be there for my friends, and be supportive. Still definitely gonna go to Hapes. That has not changed, and I nod in agreement with Gorgeous' statement. "He knows your taste it seems, Gorgeous. Winking with a laugh, before groaning when hearing my datapad notifying me of a new message, thinking it's from legal, I take out my device after putting my glass down. I swear to the powers that be ... Pausing and then seeing the content pursing my lips and looking at Gorgeous critically before looking back at my device, also reading the comments below, I stifle a laughter before glancing at Baby Girl and showing her the message that has been sent by all government employees. I actually can hear Boss Man's laughter outside which causes me to laugh as well, regaining my composure and looking at Gorgeous before asking her nonchalantly. Gorgeous, is there something you want to share, out of curiosity?"
Handing her my datapad to just see for herself, I know that even if that short feed of the elevator's camera shows her and Andros in a compromising position, I do not even take that seriously because it's so them. "Indeed, who is that woman with our allegedly in the closet Vice Governor, and despite all of the rumors surrounding him still manages to have different women revolving around him."

"She still has a vitamin D deficiency..." Crystal whispered teasingly about their attorney to explain that reaction of Lily about heading to Hapes. Not that it would change that much deficiency or not, that was so Lily, which made Crystal grin, although she smiled more when she saw Elika totally being smitten with her girlfriend. There was no denying there, especially just seeing them with one another.
"Makes sense, I am sure you have found him sweet too." One of Lindsay's description of her boyfriend. And many other adjectives that told Crystal that her other childhood friend was completely and totally in love with him. Thus Crystal started to think that potentially, Nash wouldn't be the only person from Honoghr coming here to pick up his sister. There was no way that Lindsay, who is also part Hapan, and who told her some stories about her home planet too, would let her man go without a fight. The blonde lawyer might have been shy and reserved, also prone to some babble too but Lindsay was also one of the most compassionate of them all...
Taking a sip of her wine as Lana began to explain, Crystal kept her glass in hand, and also kept her attention on the Hapan, there was nothing, absolutely nothing that made Crystal actually pause or have any annoyance, even anger with how it all began, okay sure maybe a little bit but compare to what Crystal was seeing now, it was written all over the Hapan's face, plus Crystal could definitely tell that she was sincere, for a moment though she wondered how the architect would be reacting. To her surprise though, Elika actually got passed all of that and seemed to be clinging onto what she has now with her girlfriend which made Crystal smile once more, and just to potentially also allay that potential awkwardness Crystal after taking a sip of her wine once more, warning Lana jokingly. "I do not care that you are a Chume'doro, and might also be good at what all of that entails, but hurt her, you and I are going to have words." Winking, perhaps she was joking, perhaps she wasn't but in the end she just cared about Elika, and as friendship went, they were always supposed to have each other's back.
Hearing Andros laughing outside, at least a faint laughter and feeling that he seemed more at ease, Crystal looked at her childhood friend with an arched eyebrow before looking down at the datapad, and that said message, or clip of a certain elevator which looked to be recent since that was clearly what Elika and Andros are wearing. "Looks like your meeting went fine with him indeed." Remembering Lily's question earlier, Crystal giggled just watching Elika when Lily handed her the datapad.

Honestly despite their impending trip to Hapes, Lana was happy to show everyone her homeworld, but at the same time she was so not in a rush. She still had that daunting feeling about how her brother would be treated there. Granted all of them here currently being female, that wouldn't be a problem at all, but there was also that reason that indeed she wished it was under better circumstances that they were heading there. Looking at her smile with small smile, Lana quickly pecked her lips as she squeezed her girlfriend's hand in return.
After telling her truth, Lana was actually holding her breath and whatever their reactions were, she would accept that, anger, disappointment, even hurt particularly from her Shakal, but none of those came although there was that warning from Crystal. Considering what she knew about her ex-boss now since that was how she viewed it, although hopefully not, in proviso that the new Ereneda would release her and her brother, hopefully, though Nash being a male potentially that would be easier as again back in Hapes they did not show that much of importance towards the opposite gender, Lana actually believed that Crystal might win if it came to a fight, not that she would even fight, but considering that the CFO was attuned to the Force and from what she saw previously was pretty advanced now, Lana just knew. Although she was more taken by the fact that Elika was just looking into her eyes which made her look back lovingly, Lana squeezed her girlfriend's hand once more and breathed softly.
"We probably should indeed, then again our meeting there at his office floor wasn't one that I had expected, but I welcomed it all the same." Lana told her sincerely and pecked Elika's forehead affectionately before pulling her head back with a warm smile. Taking a sip of her wine and hearing Andros laughing outside after hearing a notification from someone's datapad. Lana furrowed her eyebrows dubiously as she noticed the attorney glancing in their direction then back at her datapad before showing it to Crystal and then to Elika after that casual statement, Lana could not help but to purse her lips and just look at her Shakal with an amused expression. "Should I be jealous, my Shakal?" Lana asked teasingly but also jokingly and from the looks on her face she definitely was not bothered by that even if the image was showing them close. "Although we should probably join him, no?" She suggested thoughtfully since Andros was still outside and perhaps he somewhat felt better if his laughter meant anything.

Calm, and just relatively at peace, at least for now, he had to admit that the millaflowers here in the garden always did the trick for him. Maybe he should get some of those into his office... For a moment he had actually considered of taking his leave, but at the same time he did not want to. While he hoped that Elika wouldn't be relocating to Hapes for good, although most probably if Delaana wasn't released from her oath, he figured that staying a little bit longer would be good. He had to find an idea in hopefully getting Major Wan released, well that was going to be his task for the next few days, at least until she had to leave.
Picking up his datapad and inputting a memo there, as he glanced at his other memos, Andros sighed softly as one of them pertained Elika, and her new position here...
Preferring to wait, he did not delete that and just hoped for the best, hopefully. Which got him to wonder who was the new Queen Mother of the Hapes Consortium, he knew it was a matriarchal society where men were considered second class citizens but beyond that, life over there, that actually piqued his curiosity. He supposed that also he would have to think about. Plus there was that other Chume'doro roaming around the city, that he had no doubt. Sending a message to Horsea, even if Lana mentioned that she would handle it, by going back home, well to him that was also still a breach in security so to speak even if Umgul's sovereignty had not been threatened, there was still that unaccounted entry into their planet by whoever that was. Thus Andros had asked the Director to look into it, and also potentially find some leverage.
Standing up from where he was seated, Andros made his way back inside and noticed the women looking at a datapad. probably about that muck up from security this time, for often it came from HR or IT but tonight it was different. "She started it." Andros said not in his usual flat tone, but more with amusement before adding on "Went along with it because, how could I not?" Smirking and actually leaning against the wall, his arms crossed his shoulder against the wall just looking at the women. "I need to know, my dearest Architect, if it came down to you moving, will you still make the trip from time to time, or should I find someone else for that position?" He asked her still with a relaxed expression now and perhaps it just said that he was truly abiding by her decision, and everything else that went with it. He just wanted to give her that choice.
