Hans had taken a few steps back as Kaldera and Isabelle had words. Naturally, the soldier wasn't surprised when he heard the Sith's suggestion about using fear as a motivator. Hans had his own opinion on the matter, but wasn't about to voice it out loud. This was already the second time in less than 20 minutes that Isabelle was having a disagreement with a Force user, and it ending in a practical demonstration. However, Kaldera was a lot more menacing and dangerous than a teenage Twi'lek hacker, and he was proving it with his rather fiery display, of which the soldier could feel even from where he was standing almost 12 feet away from. It was an obvious attempt to intimidate Isabelle, to show that he wasn't going to take her, or anyone's orders lightly. He had seen this sort of behavior before back in the army, though it had been far less...heated than this. How they would get the Sith to follow orders was beyond him.
Hans crossed his arms, impressed by the display, but he knew it would be for nothing if Isabelle was not intimidated by it. He was just glad that he had been standing at a distance from all of this, not wanting to get caught in the middle of yet another argument, lest the Sith turn his fire on him...

Inferno was beginning to sense that the Twi'lek was upset at around the time she threw her hands up in frustration at his handiwork. He was having some amount of difficulty in trying to understand why it was such a huge deal. Maybe she was just jealous of his über hacking skills. "It got the lock open well enough, didn't it?" He answered with another question, folding his arms over his chest defiantly. The clone was far more interested in the statue itself rather than the locking mechanisms that were keeping it secure. "What, are you supposed to be some sort of authority on locks or something?" He continued, though he didn't take his eyes off of the statue, which seemed unceasing in its emanation of Force energy that provoked all of his senses. "Obviously you're not with security," He reasoned without waiting for her to answer, speaking more to himself at this point than her, however, "otherwise you wouldn't be admittedly looking for trouble. You're either a specialist who isn't supposed to be here... or you're a specialist who is supposed to be here. Either way, I take it that I should probably know who you are." Perses Station - HangarIt took her a few moments to realize that, while she knew quite a lot about Inferno from his dossier, he didn't even know who she was. Simple problem, easy solution.Without even turning to look at Inferno again, Tanara replies, still in a slightly condescending tone.=Tanara= "My name is Tanara Ajahn, and I'm the best hacker this galaxy has ever seen. So you'd better believe I know a thing or two about locks."
As she spoke, the Twi'lek girl had been carefully examining how the destroyed lock was connected to the rest of the circuitry keeping the strange woman frozen in carbonite. It didn't take her too long to figure out what she needed to do to override the security system. Unfortunately, it was going to be a lot harder than anticipated.
The Twi'lek girl turns around and rubs her forehead while continuing to address the Echani fool.
"I hope you're proud of yourself Inferno, because you made getting this woman out of the carbonite fourteen times harder than it should've been."
She reaches into her jacket and pulls out a small slicing kit and places it on the carbonite mold.
"I swear, if you come at this with your lightsaber again, so help me, I will cut both your hands off with it."
Alright, that may have been a little extreme. But she was being serious. Her kind of work was delicate enough, without dumb clouts like Inferno shoving lightsabers into electrical systems without any regard for those systems, or the systems connected to them.
With her little rant out of the way, she drops the condescending attitude and speaks normally to explain the situation they were now in.
"Anyway, if you had opened this crate properly, all we'd have to do is push this button here..."
She points to the button in question.
"But, because you destroyed the lock, there are emergency safeguards in effect. I have to do a triple coded bypass against a system that cycles codes every four seconds. Whoever put this woman in here, did not want her getting out. So..."
She turns her head to regard Inferno.
"What I need you to do, is get me four datapads, two spare circuit boards and flashlight. Got that?"

"Whoa whoa whoa whoa, hold on just a minute here!" The clone shouted while holding his hands up in a halting gesture, before pointing at the statue incredulously, "that's an actual person?" In actuality, this revelation did make some amount of sense to Inferno. It would certainly explain why the statue had been radiating so much Force energy; only a living being who was exceptionally strong in the Force would have been capable of such a thing. At the same time, however, he was beginning to wonder why this alien had been privy to such information. Had he been more capable of simple rational deduction, he might have figured that her admitted profession as a hacker likely garnered her plenty of knowledge that she may or may not have actually been supposed to possess. But he wasn't. So he didn't. Instead the clone merely cocked his head to one side in mild confusion and irritation when the Twi'lek barked out a list of things that she had apparently expected him to go fetch. "I am no one's errand boy," The Echani clone answered back. "Besides, I wouldn't even know where to begin looking for any of that stuff." Not even sure that I know what a circuit board looks like... he thought to himself. But if this little alien female continued in her portentous order-givingness, Inferno was beginning to consider yet another, far more practical use of his lightsaber blades.

Perses Station - Hangar
The Twi'lek girl sighs at Inferno and shakes her head in disappointment.
=Tanara= "Dumb and slow apparently."
Well, the Echani wasn't doing a very good job at getting Tanara to like him. She could handle being around people with average intelligence, but from what she had seen so far, Inferno had less than average. She would have to spell everything out for him. What a drag.
She pops open her slicing kit and rummages through it for a few moments.
=Tanara= "Yes, this is a real person, frozen in carbonite. She's supposed to be a member of our team, though Shepard didn't recruit her like she did with me, and probably you too."
She pulls out a small security spike and tosses it to Inferno, in a wide arc so that he couldn't possibly not catch it.
=Tanara= "I never said you were an errand boy, I'm just giving you a simple task under the assumption that you wanted to help get this woman out of the carbonite. If you are, take that spike and use it to open up the crate marked as Alpha-Seven-Nine-Epsilon. There should be plenty of datapads in there, assuming the shipping manifest I read is accurate."
She starts rummaging through her kit again.
=Tanara= "I'm pretty sure one of the guards will carry a flashlight, try getting one off them. Forget about the circuit boards, just bring me a couple extra datapads, I might be able to get the parts I need from scrapping two or three."

*Kaldera listened in fascination as the red haired spoke. He wasn't offended by her comparison to that of the lowly beast, for, despite he cool tone, he understood how she could have interpreted his sentence as evil instead of helpful. Then, his fascination turned to intrigue as the woman took her stance and, having taken his cold warning as a direct threat, threatened him back and followed with an attempt to order him as if he were beneath her. If it weren't for his own self-control over his emotions, he would have burst into laughter, yet he couldn't help but feel an amused grin across his lips.*
*Outside the privacy of his helmet, Kaldera appeared to be in silent contemplation on how to react. After a second, a soft click can be heard as Kaldera flicked the activation switch on his flamethrower behind his back. Dropping his arms back to his sides, Kaldera drew a short burst of flame from the device and, with the Force, intensified the blaze to the size of a five foot tall human and set the ring to burn around the red haired woman. In the center there was enough space between her and the fire to keep her from burning....too badly, but it would be very, very hot.*
*Channeling the power of the darkside through his left hand, the flames being channeled through his right, Kaldera quickly found the woman's datapad and, debating for a fraction of a second between crushing it and combusting it, he drew the Force in around it and crumpled it into a small useless ball of scrap.*
*The inferno surrounding the red haired woman was only about chest high, leaving her to look directly into her own reflection in the visor of his helmet. While all his Force focus was on the reaction of the red haired woman, Kaldera kept Hans at the corner of his eye, for his reaction.*
*After a eternity of seconds had passed, Kaldera suddenly extinguished the flames, leaving a black ring at her feet. Folding his hands behind his back once more, confident that his point had been well stated without words, he flicked the off switch on his flamethrower and took a few steps toward her to stand by her side and, tilting his head slightly towards her, he said.*"Tell the Mysterious Man that I would like to speak with him immediately, to go over my....terms of service." What was that click?...what does he think he's doing? Is he mad?A brief moment of fear came over Isabelle as the fire surrounded her, she was sure that the Sith was going to kill her but quickly noticed that the fire was at a fairly safe distance away from her body and not advancing toward her and her fear was quickly replaced by anger and irritation at the obvious warning and blatant disrespect. She then knew that none of these recruits took her seriously and that was something she would either have to remedy quickly or use to her advantage, in either case her mind wasn't quite made up on what to do. Staring coldly at the Sith, unflinching at the fiery display, but only for a the briefest of moments as she stood in the ring of fire.
And then the Sith crushed her datapad and she became infuriated, and her mind was quickly made up for her. She would teach everyone a lesson in writing her off as nothing more than some pencil pusher, but in her own time of course. Quickly she cowered down covering her head feigning fear even after the fire subsided. Even flinching with a yelp as the Sith approached her with his demand. She shook as she nodded and shielded herself from the Sith. Making sure she blocked her thoughts from peering forcies."Okay. Whatever you want--"Her voice and expression giving away pure fear and the tell tale signs that she was on the verge of tears."Just please don't hurt me..."Please don't hurt me, please. I'm just doing my job. They told me not to back down to these people, I'm not cut out for this...Her thoughts conveying the same tone as her voice, just in case someone is indeed snooping where they don't belong.

*Kaldera stared into the red haired woman's eyes as she went from fear, to anger, to pure rage behind the wall of flames, knowing that, when she suddenly turned back to blinding fear, that she was putting on a show. He had inflicted these emotions upon others of the lesser race of beings for a long time now and had come to be able to detect when his victims were faking one in order to attempt to please him.*
*As the flames dissipated and she collapsed to the ground in "fear", Kaldera knelt down beside her and set two fingers under her chin and drew her gaze up at him. He then stated, coldly but sternly.*
"You need not pretend. Your true anger gives you a greater strength then your fear and to stand, in the face of a greater power and not fear it, earns my respect. Now..."
*Fingers still under her chin, Kaldera rose, hoping she would stand with him as he continued.*
"...if you are to be our go between for the Mysterious Man, I will need a name to address you as."

Perses Station - Hangar
The station began to tremble slightly only to the point a force user would feel. The force power emanating stronger with pure rage as time passed from the carbonite prison she was encased in a massive amount of energy was being stored up within, drawn from the dark side of the Force, and with incredible concentration, the energy was waiting to be discharged using her own body as a conduit. The presence of power growing, reaching out to those around it, gently sucking little bits from everyone on the station, nothing serious enough to harm or kill anyone but small bits only once from each on the station. Will these two be the only one's to release the subject out of her prison or would they be her next victims?

Forget about the circuit boards, just bring me a couple extra datapads, I might be able to get the parts I need from scrapping two or three." One thing about Inferno that was definitely above par was his reflexes; he grabbed the security spike out of the air, and looked it over momentarily before stuffing it into a pocket within his cloak. "I'm not even sure that I do want to help her out..." He stated warily. He could feel the power surging from within the carbonite statue as it began to take on a more sinister character, causing his own eyes to burn in a deep violet color for several minutes as he considered the task, as well as the consequences for releasing something that powerful if she was actually a Dark Sider. <<It is a gamble,>> the voice in his head answered him, <<but it could also make for a powerful ally. She would be in your debt for releasing her....>> "Makes sense." The clone replied out loud, and his eye color reverted back to their normal shade of dark brown. In a more nonchalant shrug, he gave the alien a mock salute by flicking two fingers off his brow before heading off to his 'simple task'.
"Okay, so I figure I might as well grab a flashlight from off of one of the guards first..." Inferno contemplated to himself as he walked across the hangar bay. <<And how do you plan to do that?>> "I dunno. Ask?" He answered sheepishly. He hadn't really thought about the need for a plan. <<That's it? What is the guard is not cooperative? You may consider a plan B if that doesn't work....>> "Okay. Like what?" <<Like something clever, perhaps?>> The voice barked back in irritation. <<I am not required to think for you at all times.>> "Are you sure?" The clone asked almost sarcastically. "I suppose if it's necessary I could think of something, like shutting down power in a section of the station so that it gets dark. Then the guards will have to use their flashlights... I could probably snatch one if I stayed hidden." <<That's... that's actually a good plan.>> The voice responded in notable surprise. Inferno was quite pleased with his backup plan. He knew that breaking into and sabotaging a power circuit wouldn't be too difficult, so long as he had his lightsabers. Grabbing a flashlight from one of the guards while in the dark would be fairly simple as well. As he was considering this, he conveniently noticed a guard nearby who, also conveniently, did in fact carry a flashlight on his person. He approached the guard, lowering the hood of his cloak, and spoke in a polite, almost painfully slow manner, as if he were considering each individual word just before he spoke it, "excuse me, but could I possibly bother you with the request of borrowing your flashlight?" "My flashlight?" The guard responded a bit curiously, sliding the cylindrical instrument off of his belt. "Sure, I suppose so." "... Really?" Inferno blinked, incredulously. He hadn't actually expected it to be that easy; hence the plan B. "You're really going to let me borrow it? Just like that?" "Sure, if you need it." The guard extended the flashlight to the Echani, "so long as you bring it back when you're done with it." "Oh, well yeah, it's just..." The clone cocked an eyebrow at the man, glancing down at the flashlight, and then back up at him. "You're really not going to be... uncooperative, about this?" "Uhm, what?" The guard answered, now regarding Inferno a bit more inquisitively. "No, nothing. Never mind. Thanks!" Inferno grinned sheepishly and grabbed the flashlight out of the guards hands and waved it at him before walking off. <<Well, that was... certainly easier than I expected....>> "Right? So what was the other thing that I needed to do?" <<We need to find the crate that the Twi'lek mentioned.>> "Right, a crate... like that?" Inferno asked, pointing to a crate along the wall. The designation marker along the panel could be read: Alpha-Seven-Nine-Epsilon. <<Yes... actually, exactly like that. That is the very crate that she told you to look for. Convenient.>> "What? No. She said to look for the crate marked as Alpha-Seven-Nine-Espeon." <<Epsilon. Espeon is not a word.>> "Oh, and epsilon is?" <<Open. The. Crate.>> The voice in the clone's head finally demanded in annoyance. "Okay, okay, fine." He huffed and took out the security spike provided to him by the self-proclaimed Twi'lek hacker, using it to crack open the container, finding an alarming number of datapads inside. "Hey look, datapads!" The clone exclaimed in genuine surprise. "We don't even need to look for the right crate now, we can just take these." <<What are the odds....>> The Echani grabbed an arm-full of datapads and stuffed them into his cloak before closing the crate back up and making his way back to the large container where the ominous statue lady and the bossy alien girl were waiting for him.
"I got your stuff." Inferno said, wandering back into the security crate. He proceeded to unload his pockets, presenting the flashlight and seven datapads to the Twi'lek. "If you really think it's a good idea to get that person out of the carbonite, then go ahead. Pardon the cliché, but I've got a bad feeling about this..."

While Inferno was off looking for the supplies Tanara requested, the Twi'lek girl was busy removing the access panel, to gain access to the circuitry behind it. By the time Inferno had returned, it looked like a giant mess of wires, buttons, dials and displays.
She twists her head to look at Inferno, and smiles.
=Tanara= "Just in time, I'm all set to integrate the datapads into the system."
She grabs three of the datapads and starts hooking them up to various wires connected to the carbonite crate.
=Tanara= "Of course it's a bad idea to let her out. She's apparently a dangerous psychopathic Force user. But where would the fun be in not seeing what would happen if we let her out? Come on, where's your sense of mischief?"
In no time at all, the Twi'lek girl had not only hooked up four of the datapads to the internal circuitry of the carbonite crate, but had programmed three datapads to run separate data-mining programs, and the fourth one to monitor their progress. It would only attempt to open the lock if all three datapads had a match.
Once the programs were running, the Twi'lek girl turns around to face Inferno. She starts dismantling the spare datapad.
=Tanara= "So Inferno, tell me something. What's it like being a clone?"

There wouldn't happen to be any Ysalamiri on this station anywhere, would there?"

Well that had certainly been quite the show Kaldera and Isabelle had put on, and it seemed Hans would have to rethink his opinion of her after her display in front of the Sith. That woman was made of sterner stuff than he had first thought with that display against the Sith's attempts at intimidation.
He nodded slightly as the Sith addressed him and was about to head out of the mess hall when the Sith suddenly spoke again, and the soldier stopped as well. He was a bit surprised to hear that Kaldera wanted to make use of his skills, and thought that was likely the closest he would ever come to asking for help. Normally, he would have declined, but he had an odd feeling about this. If someone as strong as Kaldera wanted backup, then maybe something was happening after all.
He nodded. "Yeah sure..." Taking a moment to make sure his datapad containing little Sophia's letter was safe in his pocket, he started out of the mess hall.
It only took him a few moments to gather his things. He slung his rifle over his shoulder and headed for the hangar bay, figuring he'd hang back from wherever the potential trouble was. He saw better from a distance anyway...

Perses Station - HangarThe Twi'lek girl smiles as Inferno not only refutes her question, but immediately starts questioning her instead. She shrugs briefly before turning back to the datapads.=Tanara= "All I know of you and this woman, is what was in both your files. Wasn't easy to get a hold of mind you, probably wouldn't have been able to if Madam Eoura's datapad didn't have access to them. Shame I didn't get more time with it.."The three data-mining programs had been individually getting hits all while Tanara and Inferno talked, however, none of them were matching up at the same time. The process was already starting to grate on the Twi'lek girl's nerves, and it had only just started. Perhaps a few tweaks were in order, and more careful observance of the codes. She might be able to guess a reasonable algorithm for the randomization protocol, if she watched carefully for any signs of repeating logic trains. The Twi'lek girl quickly starts typing in more commands into the datapads."I haven't seen a full manifest of everything on the station, so no, I don't know if there are any Ysalamiri on the station."As she was typing, something in her mind clicked. The rapid cycling of numbers suddenly slowed down to a crawl as all three datapads, in unison, got a hit.Tanara reaction time proves to be swifter than the fourth datapad, as she immediately punches in all three codes and hits the activation button before it could even process receiving a complete code."Gotcha!"Pleased with her success, she turns back to Inferno."It'll take about a minute or two for the thawing process to..."All while she had been working, she had been too distracted to feel the immense power rolling off the frozen woman. Now that she was done, it suddenly hit her like a freight train."Oh, has she always been radiating that much power? Maybe waking her up wasn't the best idea. Oops."

As Isabelle walked swiftly toward the hangar her appearance began to flicker as the power cell of her prototype holographic disguise matrix became depleted, within three or four steps her business casual attire had completely faded out and in its place showed her standard black jumpsuit. Without taking her focus from the hallway she reached into one of her pouches and replaced the drained cell, then activated the matrix once again, returning to her business casual appearance. The cell lasted about five minutes this time, an improvement but I'd feel better if it lasted closer to ten. I'll talk to R&D when I'm done in the hangar, but aside from that this new prototype has been working perfectly, even the sound mimicry is perfectly in sync. I'll have to remember to thank M for this little gem. It's good for a quick disguise, I mean I still prefer making my own, but this is great for when I need a new one immediately. The hangar airlock was now just feet away from where she was now. She pulled out her comlink ready to give the men the go ahead to open the containment area that would house this dangerous member of the team and the drone that would ultimately unfreeze her from her carbonite slumber. It was decided that she would stay there until such time as she could be trusted, and also to prevent her from destroying any part of the station. Her capture was less than pleasant and Isabelle played a great part in it. She knew the powerful force user was likely to be angry when she was awaken and though the thought did not frighten Isabelle, she also had the belief that this Subject III would be released within a containment cell.
When she reached the airlock and opened it she wasn't expecting to see that Twi'lek and the Echani clone tampering with the only thing between them and dangerous force user's uncaged fury, but that is exactly what she saw and the sight sent a cold chill down her spine. And then the steam started to surround the carbonite cell as the casing began to melt away."Idiots!"She says as she rushes into the hangar in a panic, furious with the two for their reckless tinkering."Do you two have any idea what you've done? Do you know what this thing could do to the station? Do--"Wait, we're running out of time, I need to stop berating them and get them out of here."Nevermind we'll finish this later, hurry, we need get out of here right now."Her voice was calmer, but direct. She walked quickly back toward the airlock and sounded the alarm and then exited the hangar as the slow moving blast doors started to seal the hangar."Hurry, you don't want to be in there when it's free, trust me. These doors won't stop her but they'll buy us some time."

*Kaldera stepped off the turbolift and saw 'Operator' open the blast doors into the hanger some meters away. Intrigued as to why she would be down here as well, Kaldera could feel the waves of pissed off Force energy radiating from the door beyond and picked up his pace, reaching the doors just as Isabelle was punching a code to close them. Stepping into the hanger and looking past her, he saw the white steam rising from a slab of carbonite, clearly the source of the Force power. Standing over the slab, was a young Twi'lek girl, whose Force presence was presently dwarfed by the character in the carbonite slab, effectively shielding her from his notice, and Inferno, whom had assisted in his recruitment.* Snapping to his attention to 'Operator', he stated.*
"We can't lock it in here. We have to tame it, here and now. Inferno and I will be able to distract it till your teams arrive to stun it."
*Marching on into the hanger, he paused a second and turned back to her, adding.*
"When I am done, you and I have much to discuss on exactly what that is and where it came from."
*He stated it coldly in a matter-of-fact tone. Then, he continued on to meet Inferno, saying.*
"You up for another challenge, Violet."
*During his "recruitment", Kaldera had noticed that in combat, Inferno's eyes blazed a violent purple, just as Inferno had discovered the red flesh of his true race by having knocked his helmet off in their fight. Now, Kaldera referred to Inferno as Violet, and was curious as to what nickname the warrior clone would have given him.*

"Well, you're probably the dumbest genius that I've ever met."Inferno said to Tanara once she finally became privy to the amount of furious energy coming off of the carbonite statue. He couldn't say much else before some lady showed up and began shouting at the two of them as if they'd made some terrible mistake or something... Throwing his hands up, Inferno started to get a bit defensive, "whoa, whoa, I didn't-- hey..." He paused after getting a better look at the seemingly attractive woman. Who is she and why have I not met her before? He wondered, suddenly less interested in pretty much anything else as a sheepish smirk grew on his face. Oh right, but she seems angry... And his smile quickly dropped. Again, he didn't get a chance to offer something inevitably stupid before the Sith Kaldera arrived and volunteered himself and the Echani to do something purportedly very dangerous. "Whoa, cool your jets, Darth Sunburn." Inferno said to Kaldera, "While I am... totally game for taking on something as terribly powerful as whatever it is in there, being the daring and... severely talented, masculine man that I am..." He made a quick glance at the pretty upset lady - or pretty and upset lady - to see if she was paying any attention to what he was saying, most of which was for her benefit. Then he snapped back at the Sith, "I still don't trust you...." The clone made no point of masking his strong distaste for Sith, and the zealous Kaldera seemed to be as bad as they came. The concept of the two of them managing to properly work together - let alone get along - was implausible, at best.

Hans made his way to the hangar, rifle slung over his shoulder and blaster pistol on his hip.Normally, he didn't walk through Perses Station armed like this, but one look on Isabelle's face told him that this could potentially be a dangerous situation. He didn't know what was in the hangar now, but it must be dangerous if the alarms were going off and if Isabelle was moving to seal off the entire hangar bay. He caught a glimpse inside, noticing that Kaldera was here, as well as Inferno and Tanara. He could also see a large amount of steam, centered around what looked like a carbonite slab, but the steam was blocking his view. From the look on Isabelle's face, and the presence of Inferno and Kaldera, he guessed that something or someone had been released from carbonite. Something quite obviously dangerous. He sighed. "Well...that can't be good..."
Hans took his rifle off of his shoulder and readied the weapon to fire, looking to Isabelle. "Orders, Ma'am?"

Isabelle glared at the Sith as he walked past her and into the hangar, she cared little for what might happen to him once inside, all she really cared about was whether or not they could still use his knowledge in their mission so she let him pass without incident and her attention was turned to Hans who was asking for orders.
About time someone started treating me with some respect around here.
As the blast doors closed completely Isabelle started walking quickly toward a turbolift.
"Follow me."
As she entered the lift she deactivated her holographic disguise matrix to reveal her black jumpsuit as she let her hair down and with a quick shake of her head it seemed as though each strand fell perfectly into place.
"Step lively, once we get to the second level waste no time lining up your shot."
Now the question is do we kill it or just recapture it?
"But take it down only as a last resort. A lot of credits went into this thing, I would hate to throw them all away."
The alarm was still sounding as the doors of the lift began to close, they needed to pick up the pace in case those who stayed in the hangar couldn't take down the threat on their own.

Hans nodded. "Right." He remained silent as the lift ascended, raising an eyebrow as Isabelle's formal attire was replaced with the jumpsuit, and made a mental note to ask someone about that later on. He hated wearing suits so if it could just be a hologram...
The soldier snapped back to attention as the lift stopped at the second level, and he quickly stepped out, rifle at the ready. From here, he had a decent view of everything in the hangar, including the cloud of steam that signaled that whoever was in that block of carbonite was about to come out. No time to waste.
Hans knelt down and raised his weapon, peering through the scope at the cloud of steam in the hangar. It wouldn't be long now...
