It didn't take long for a pair of LAATs to fly down to the area. Most in the crowd save for the driver and cabbage man dispersed. Noone wanted dealings with these guys especially in this area. One of the door slid open revealing a cabin nearly full of fully armored soldiers. Neither ship landed, one circled above as the one with its door open turned is flank to Ronin. Those on the ship knew the former Chancellor was a forcie so he could just do his super hero jump with his magics or whatever it was. They didn't know what the status of Ronin was or where they were going, all they knew is they were ordered to high tail it to this location, pick the politician up and do as he said from there.
Ronin moved forward to the hovering ship, his mind open to the force ready for any type of attack. His .48 with silencer was drawn and ready if need be. In a single leap Ronin launched himself into the ship landing without much sound. The door closed behind.
He knew whoever was tailing him would be watching him right now, what was their next move?
Without a word Ronin handed the commander a data card with all the information he needed. The pair of LAATs began climbing out of the depths and into the upper levels of the planet. Withdrawing his cat mask and placing it upon his face he waited for what was to come

He watched the gunships descend, watched as one dropped lower than the first and turned to face him, or rather turned to present a clear path for the doctor to leap aboard. He withdrew a single arrow from his quiver as calculations raced through his head, nocking it as the gunship sank below his level. He waited for the moment his mind told him was right, drawing the bow and setting his aim on the transparisteel bubble that protected the gunner's position. When the moment arrived, there was no malice in his actions, no ill-intent for a force user to home in on, simply the unremarkable calculation of cause and effect. In the hunter's mind, the men flying the vehicle were not his prey, merely an obstacle to achieving an objective.
He released the string when the vehicle reached the optimal angle, the blackened shaft whistling quietly toward its target. At this angle, the impact with the transparisteel would provide the optimum level of deflection, altering the projectile's trajectory just enough to send it through the gunner's head, then the thin dividing wall between the two stations, and finally into the chest of the pilot, pinning him against his seat as it stuck there.

Ronin ran in slow motion, the ship before him ready to take him away. The lurch of the ship brought his attention to the blood that was pouring from the pilot, the soldiers seemed to see the look upon his face. Several leapt from the ship and Ronin reached put in the force to take hold of the ship but to no avail. He only slowed it for a few moments allowing the men inside to jump out. The ship above lifted higher up, spot lights shinning in all directions, this only brought screams as the civilians scattered into their little holes. It was too dangerous to attempt another evac, Ronin would have to get out the hard way. Still there was some asshole with a bow and arrow, who used that these days?! Ronin could barely make out the yelling coming from the built in comms in the helmets of the soldiers.
The ship faded into the dark depths of the much lower levels. A boom signaled the impact, multiple fire and rescue Droid appeared and move to the lower levels.
Scanning the area Ronin picked up nothing, not even a heat signiture. Exchanging a few words with the captain the soldiers fanned out into the shadows in their respective teams. Ronin walked out into the open, his friend hadn't attacked him directly but done what they could to keep him here, but for what reason? With arms stretched out he spun around in a circle one time as if to say 'What now, what do you want?'

If you wanted to get lost in the galaxy, or wanted someone dead, should you want to make a less than amiable alliance or trade illict information, drugs, or otherwise, here was the place to do it.
If Coruscant had become the cess filled boil, then the Outlander club was the magot feeding from the ooze of the discharge, and growing fat off it.
Here Icrarusk had come to meet two individuals who claimed they had information, information that Icrarusk wanted, no, needed.
He had saved several thousand credits over the last few months getting to this point, over years he had hunted and garnered information, and now with the facts at his disposal there was one last piece of the puzzle to be completed and the two beings whom he would meet with this evening claimed to not only have the information he sought, but would get him to where he needed to go, for a price of course.

Icrarusk made his way across the room passing several beings who didn't give him a second glance; it was unlikely any individual would take a long enough look to recall him but better safe then sorry.
You see back a few billion millennia the early predecessors to the Stennes Shifter had adapted an ability for survival, it helped fog the mind, a simple trick that allowed one to go unnoticed. Thankfully it was a talent most Stennes Shifter still possessed and it allowed him to mask his presence or blur the mind. Generally Steclan opted to blur rather than to mask, hiding entirely was often a bigger flag in the air then the other.
He sent a sinewy spider web of a tendril into each mind that subtly made Steclan uninteresting, so should any being have been asked who he was, none could have said, and for a description of him.....well, that would be near impossible.
So he moved like a ghost across to the agreed booth and slid across the seat opposite the two beings, an Iktotchi and a Devaronian. He then began to expand the veil slightly so the two beings would become aware he was there. He allowed a wry grin to play across his face as he watched them fail at attempting to make their sudden surprise at noticing him. But he was careful to hold up his hands palm facing to quiet any suspicion.
"Gentleman, be not alarmed, I appreciate you meeting me like this, rest assured the credits are at my disposal, so I believe you have some way of aiding me."
It was the Devaronian who leaned in close, displaying the whites of his vampiric teeth.
"Tricks aside, we speak only in money. Fifty thousand now."
He carefully slid a small disc across the table, but held it firmly under a three pronged grasp and away from Steclan's reach. The Devwronion's eyes narrowed.
"Credits exacting fifty thousand, if you please."
It was now his turn to grin wickedly.
Steclan leaned back nonchalantly, elbows resting on the top of the seat.
"If you want three quarters now, then you need to show me that the device on the table has what I seek."
The Devaronian took a glance at the Iktotchi who had moved and said little until now, he nodded once and placed a reader for the disc upon the table. The Devaronian fitted the disc into the reader and a small projection sprang up. A ball shaped planet in miniature. The Iktotchi stretched a clawed digit as though tapping the planet.
"Our information is correct, on this planet is what you seek, there are several maps and details and read outs. And this..."
The Iktotchi pressed a node on the device and the image changed to a strange and ancient looking structure, a temple of some kind.
"Where they are believed to reside, you will pay fifty thousand now, then meet us at docking bay twenty three."
The Devaronian withdrew the data disc from the reader. He pointed to the reader.
Steclan knew that design, he had seen several images, but there was no proof it was inhabited. It was the inhabitants he wished to track down, and what he had spent months trying to achieve. This could be a scam or a wild goose chase and one hundred and fifty thousand credits was a substantial sum to part with in total.
He wet his dry lips.
"How do I know the building is inhabited still?"
The two opposite eyed each other, the Iktotchi then turned to Steclan.
"You don't, we don't, if they wanted to be found so openly then they would announce to the galaxy, but they are a myth, secretive and illusive, to have what we have found is invaluable information, what more we shall take you to their abode. This is dangerous talk, you understand. Finding what we have could cost us dearly. You have five seconds to pay, or we cut our ties."
The manner in which the Iktotchi said 'cut ties' told Steclan that he meant it in more than one way.
He slid his credit card into the reader, input the amount and the code and the deal was done. They handed him the disc and told him they would depart in half an hour. They then rose and left, five minutes after Steclan too departed the Cantina, still debating whether he had made the most important step or the greatest mistake.

*Two young scantily clad Togruta girls sat quietly backs to the wall sat watching the scene. They minded their own business but were obviously being careful too. One turned to the other*
“Rhiannon when are we splitting this popsicle stand?”
*The other waved the question off*
“Aranrhod… we are out of here – like yesterday.”
*With that Rhiannon two stood up, grabbing her sisters arms and dragged her out the door*

NPC: *Adonias, a 17 year old human male standing at 5'11 with shaggy brown hair and bright blue eyes entered the cantina. He carried himself in a confident manner and kept his hand near his blaster, holstered on his right thigh. He wore clothing that immediately gave him away as the smuggling type but he also had on a black armored vest, matching shin guards, and vambraces. They were made of a cortosis weave and could withstand the blunt force of a lightsaber strike or light blaster fire. His eyes swept through the crowd until he spotted the one he was supposed to meet but crossed paths with a rodian, death-stick dealer.*
"Hey, you looking to buy death sticks? I sell the best on the market. Decently priced!"
*Adonias gave the Rodian a hard look and with a low growl gave the Rodian a fair warning*
"I'm not interested. Continue to detain me from my business...and I'll blast you..." Adonias sneered.
"Of course, of course! Carry on!" the Rodian stuttered nervously, wringing his hands and bowing to the human while gesturing for Adonias to continue on his way.
*Adonias shoved the Rodian aside and ignored the scantily clad females who gave him multiple invitations to join them for an evening out. He was relieved when he finally met his contact and sat down before his employer.*
"So...I hear you are in need of a smuggler. Before you speak the only things I care to know are these: Cargo type, weight, destination, and cargo recipient."
*The mystery employer, cloaked in shadow spoke with a deep voice...humanoid from the sound of it*
"Cargo type: spice, weight: 220 kilos, destination: Tatooine-Mos Eisley, cargo recipient: Milo Travis. He can be found in the Krayt Dragon Inn. Full payment will be processed upon delivery."
*Adonias folded his hands and leaned forward with a casual air*
"I require partial payment now in the amount of 500 credits. For time, labor, and re-fueling purposes. Upon delivery the receiver may deduct what you pay me now from the full amount. Should any...unfortunate circumstances arise and either hinder my on-time deliver, or the loss, or damage of the cargo...I will compensate for the loss."
*The mystery employer nodded minutely*
"Very well. You shall have your partial payment as requested. However, be warned that should the... unfortunate...circumstances as you've suggested were to occur, I'm afraid the compensation required would be triple the amount the cargo is worth. Do we have an accord?"
*Adonias nodded grimly and shook the employer's hand. It was only after he counted the credits the employer handed him that he turned and left the establishment to return to the landing platform where he'd left his ship. Now all he had to do, was await the arrival of the cargo. It didn't take long for it to arrive. Soon it was loaded and the 17 year old smuggler lifted off and blasted away from Coruscant.*

Romulus stared at the entrance of the Outlanders Club.
Huh. Fancy.
Is it? 'Fancy' wasn't quite the first word that came to mind, sir.
Romulus shrugged and lead the way as they entered the club. Neither was it mine, but it's the word I'm going with.
Inside, Romulus headed straight to the bar, using his Force abilities to keep others' attention off of him. He slid up to a bartender and got his notice with the wave of his hand.
Ale, Corellian. Two glasses.
The bartender nodded and soon put 2 glasses of the alchoholic beverage on the bar. As Serina took out money to pay for the drinks, Romulus took his glass and leaned back against the bar, sipping slowly and watching the crowd do their thing.

Jax entered the club. It was the usual sort of club he had seen; in the space ports of Mos Eisley, Rodia, and areas/planets known to e affiliated with crime. He looked around. He had no idea who or what he was looking for.
Jax felt something tugging at him. He knew it was the Force.
Jax suddenly noticed a dark figure sitting in a discret corner of the bar.Mustering his courage (and putting his hand on his lightsaber), he walked over to the figure.

Romulus finished his correllian ale and placed the glass down on the bar. The bartender wordlessly poured into his cup when Romulus sensed a stir in the Force.
He began intently scanning the crowd, and his gaze stopped upon a young male human, walking in his direction. Romulus frowned, but simply picked up his glass and spoke 2 words; carelessly loosed from his lips, almost as if to no-one in particular.
Proxim, satellite.
Serina gave a curious sideways glance at Romulus, but she didn't say anything as she got off from her bar stool and slipped into the crowd, blending in seamlessly with the intoxicated young people.
Romulus nursed his ale as he assessed the man coming his way. The way he walked, held himself, and even how his right hand was positioned ever so intently beside his waist. Romulus didn't need the Force to tell him that this man was a jedi.

Jax looked at the figure sitting down before him. He bristled. All of his senses were on full alert. Every inch of his body was telling him to run away, that he should not be dealing with this unknown figure. He sensed something in the force, something dark, something dangerous... And yet, he was, at the same time, drawn to it. Why? Why did the force draw him here?
"Who are you?" Jax mustered the strength to ask. "Why was I led to come here?"

Romulus stared at the man standing before him. Who was this guy? Who brought him here? What the kriff was he talking about?
He took another sip of ale before replying.
And who are you, to ask for the name of a complete stranger? I definitely dont remember having met you before. Or have I?
Romulus scratche the side of his head in thought.
Sorry, I'm not so good at remembering names.

Jax was bewildered.
"I'm Jaxon Polaris. Now that I've given you my name, you have to give me yours. Why the kriff was I led to you?"
Was the force leading me to him? Does my destiny lie with this stranger?

Rolling into the club, a familiar setting he nodded to a pair goons bouncing the place. One knowing him was started quickly returning the nod then whispered in the ear of the other goon who took a quick look. Casually he took a seat in a corner back to the wall, feet flat and body loose. A drink was in front of him fast and a Twi'lek woman sat down at the table and began talking. Listening he canvassed the area. Smoking a cigarette he finished his drink, nodded to the Twi'lek, tossing her a wink and left as quietly as he had entered

Approaching the club the sounds of loud music and people came out to greet the girl. The raven reared up claws digging slightly into her shoulder. As she winced and yelped it screeched back making for an oddly telltale harmony
-Morrígu-
"That hurt!"
-Raven-
"Drunken morons! Drunken morons!"
A swatting gesture silenced the bird. A body flew out the door landing on the street. Picking himself to his feet the man walked away. A massive bouncer stood at the door menacingly shaking a ham-sized fist
-Ape of a Bouncer-
"And don't come back or you're in for a lot worse!!"
Smiling politely at Morrígu he spoke in an inviting way
-Ape of a Bouncer-
"Excuse the scum dear, please make yourself comfortable."
Looking up he nodded to the bird
-Ape of a Bouncer-
"You too there."
Morrígu smiled passing silently through the door . Searching the room with her eyes she singled out a table in a quiet corner walking over to it and sat with her back to the wall. The bouncer served her a tall glass - vodka and orange and setting a cup of mixed bar nuts down. She smiled politely and reached into a small purse she carried. The bouncer tossed a giant hand up speaking both to the girl and so it would seem half the bar
-Ape of a Bouncer-
"The lady drinks - on the house!"
With a smile, he walked away. Her mother's sharp voice echoed in her mind taking on a scolding tone at the end. Those looks will get you many a thing. Be mindful what people expect at the end of the night dear. Those sharp words made her already sharp senses keener. But as she sat back and relaxed watching the scene none could notice any shift in her cool demeanor. A thing that she had been taught long ago was quite simply explained: the formidable man who greeted and escorted her into the pub, after tossing out the trash, was something to behold. And that said she'd have him on his back in a heartbeat. That simple truth went by without even a thought as she observed. The bar was quite short on customers. Very revealing of the social environment indeed. An unhealthy pattern was beginning to form. The raven softly cooed. Morrígu gently passed a nut to the bird then another but it continued to kick up a fuss. Watchful she took a drink then set the glass down

Passing another nut to the raven, the girl, now three shots back, abruptly asked
-Morrígu-
"If they truly are in an unknown region how exactly do we have a clue where they are?"
The bird responded
-Raven-
"People are stupid! People are stupid!"
Having no words to challenge the declaration with the girl downed what remained in the glass, then holding it up immediately had a replacement served. She thought: Looks go a long way so they say, and I do believe that bouncer wants you drunk girl At that her eyes widened as she lost her composure for but few microseconds then stone cold calm again she began to pace herself

She sat, now maybe 5 drinks back. Feeding the raven a few more nuts she looked about helplessly hoping for something to come out of nothing. Boredom. The thought came down hard, considering she was lonely in a notorious bootleg pub situated in the overpopulated urban sprawl that covered an entire planet. Bored The word simply did not jive with the scene. What was happening to the universe divine? She asked herself. Only empty silence was offered in response to the inner question. Bottom lip twitching slightly an overwhelming desire screamed out, albeit all within her own head: I want to destroy something!!! Something simply did not exist. Nothingness. Abyss. Desolation. Welcome to the late show starring Null and Void. Hand up she howled
"One bourbon, one Scotch and one beer!"
Eyes dropping to the ground for a fleeting moment her head snapped up
"Make that a pitcher! Stout!"
The order was promptly filled. With a smile and nod to the waitress, she dropped the shots in rapid succession then poured a tall mug with stout then taking a pull. Setting the mug down she muttered
"This is going to be painful...."

Well along the path to a brutal hangover in the morn, what with five pitchers back, 2 shots down with each and another round lined up Morrígu is hammered. Yet with nothing externally happening, aside from the raven, now staggering on the table eating bar nuts and cutting in on drink where it can. Something has to give here. Eyes widening she shook that off downing two quick shots and starting on pitcher number four

Boland, the surname of aforementioned Ape of a Bouncer, watched the pub like a hawk. The Outlander was a rough establishment and required a strong arm to keep things in order. More than a few pairs, thus some equally rough individuals also made a living as security. Boland had held CO rank among the crew for years. At that very moment, a weighty amount of Boland’s attention was fixed on the girl who was drinking herself shit-faced. She was eye candy too be sure but he was genuinely concerned. She is in no shape to be walking out of here on her own – that is if she can walk he thought. The bird with her was not any the better, toppling over on occasion and swearing like a sailor. He was unsure which of the two he pitied more. Right hand brushing his eyes then sighing deeply he went back to pacing keeping his presence known yet not infringing on any but his attention did not fully leave the girl for a heartbeat; anybody moving on her would deeply regret that mistake
