Fortune seemed to be smiling down on him today, because when the girl turned around, he recognized her as someone he'd met. He smiled, “Yeah,” he said to her last question, “Kaiya, right? You have a sister? Or cousin. We met on Endor. I'm Ruubin, Ruubin Tanser, Alliance pilot and fighter. I think you met my brother-in-law too, Jaime? Right now, I just got a message from his travelling companion; they're on Tatooine, and look,” he showed Kaiya the footages that came with the message on his personal holotransmitter. “They're herding children into an unknown stronghold. Now I know my brother, and he's the kind to run in guns blazing without any real plan, but what I know about him? He's usually never wrong about his gut feelings.”
Kaiya would be able to feel how strong in the Force Ruubin himself was, even though he was also clearly untrained. The man gestured to himself, “Call it strange, or the Will of the Force, whatever you want, but I get the feeling I need to get to Tatooine, fast, and to bring as many Jedi as I can with me...whatever's happening there, we need to find out, and Jaime alone can't deal with this.”

"Twin," Kaiya clarifies when Ruubin asks whether she has a sister or a cousin; her expression troubled briefly as her thoughts are turned to what it will be like to go through life without her twin beside her.
Welcoming the distraction from her thoughts offered by Ruubin's question about meeting his brother-in-law, followed by the news of what Jaime and his companion stumbled onto on Tatooine, Kaiya nods with a less than certain expression when asked about meeting Jaime, her memories of that meeting somewhat vague. Her recollection of the respect others have for Ruubin and Jaime's skills and judgement are clear enough, and so when Ruubin presents her with the footage of what Jaime stumbled onto while relaying his suspicions, Kaiya listens to him and watches the footage closely.
Lips pursed in thought, a furrow suggesting concern, determination or both appearing between her brows, Kaiya rests her chin on the back of her left hand as she says without any indication that she is making a joke, "I get the feeling that heeding your feeling is what Ashla would have of me. The left corner of her lips curls upward ever so slightly as, her gaze becoming less distant and indicating she has reached her decision, Kaiya lifts a finger and says, Give me one minute, and I shall see what I can do about those Jedi you want to bring with you."
Sixteen minutes later . . .
Accompanied by as many Jedi as she could convince to accompany her, Kaiya returns to where Ruubin has been waiting and gestures to each of the five beings as she introduces them, "Hyatt Ashton, she indicates a tall, blonde haired Corellian with a muscular build even his loose fitting tunic and robes cannot quite conceal, Vaayla Imagen, her hand shifts to single out a barefooted female Togruta who looks a bit young to be a Jedi Knight even though she was recently knighted, Sharee Grynt, Kaiya gestures towards a Mirialan with a headscarf and veil which conceals nearly all of her face save for her kind, patient and serene looking blue eyes, and, she motions towards a young male and younger female Korun, the female with a large red mohwak and the male with a small black one, Kateri and Honon Trujillo."
After the Jedi she had gathered all wave or greet Ruubin - Hyatt doing so with his customary hearty cheerfullness, Vaayla silently waving, Sharee sounding infinitely calm as she does, Honon sounding mildly apprehensive despite his efforts to appear confident and not worried at all, and Kateri settling for a simple nod - Kaiya asks, "Well then, shall we go and see that Jaime is not alone in dealing with what he's found?"
"Right, who's Jaime again?" Honon asks his sister, who rolls her eyes as she answers his question as they all begin following Ruubin to his ship.

“Twin, right.” said Ruubin, and after his exchange of words, he watched the young woman race off to get all the help she could muster. “And thank you!” He called out after her.
He looked at each of the Jedi Knights that Kaiya had brought along with her, nodding and showing an expression of gratefulness. “Thank you, all of you, for this. I'm really glad for your assistance. C'mon, my shuttle's this way. The Crimson Commandos are coming along. I'll let y'all get acquainted on the way.”
With little time wasted, Ruubin got everyone on board and away in record time. Such was the urgency and haste he put to the task.

Barseg, one of the civilians employed by the academy as a member of the hangar crew, had fueled Master Roma's Wolf Class Omni fighter when he had arrived and seen that she had filed a flight plan for Umgul. Sipping his caf when the diminutive, green skinned Twi'lek arrives, her flight helmet tucked under an arm, Barseg had gone over to tell her that her fighter was ready, and then babbled for a bit after she had asked after his wife and two daughters before watching her board the fighter and lift off, unaware that he would be the last being at the academy to see Master Roma alive.

Riddick enters the hangar and approaches his fighter. He stops by a power cart located nearby, and plugs the cord from the cart into the power receptacle on his fighter, turns the cart on to provide external power to the fighter so he could start preflighting his craft. After the fighter was rigged to accept power from the cart, he begins checking the systems on it, to make sure it was good to go. A few nuisance faults, no real issue. Fuel level was at 10,100 lbs total, more than enough for his next hop, even though it was about 75% of it's max fuel load. He then walks around, making sure that the fram was solid, no loose hardware, and that the weapons were firmly attached. He gets back into the cockpit, and starts up the fighter's APU, allowing hydraulics, air conditioning, and internal power to be used. Once those were on, he checks flight control on his fighter, with some of the hangar crew visually verifying that the engines thrust vectoring surfaces were responding as smartly as his stick and FCCs were commanded to by him, After which, the cord from the power cart was unplugged, removed, and the receptacle closed up. He then shut and sealed the cockpit canopy before starting up the engines, one at a time. He then completed the last part of his preflight, finding only one or two things that were a tiny bit off, but well enough within limits. After contacting the hangar's ground control for departure, he switches over to the academy's tower.
Tower, Kirrick One-actual. Requesting taxi to departure.
Serrin, it was good last night, I enjoyed it immensely. I will be in touch and keep you posted when I am able.

Roger, Kirrick One-actual, taxi for departure confirmed, the Jedi Knight on hangar tower duty replies, leaning forward to open the hangar bay doors so that Riddick's fighter can make its way outside for liftoff. Safe journey, tower out.
As Riddick is taxiing outside of the academy's hangar, Serrin, not so far along on her own departure from Corellia that she does not receive her Force assisted telepathic communication to her, replies in kind, telling him that she enjoyed the evening as well, and looks forward to their next meeting, for she does not know that her present journey is fated to end in her death.

CDF Captain Egidio Scavo, assigned by Admiral Biancardi to work with the Jedi in seeking other participants in the training exchange recently proposed by Master Riddick from Ossus, is met shortly after his Barloz-class medium freighter has set down by Jedi Knight Hyatt Ashton, selected by the Jedi academy on Corellia's headmasters to aid Captain Scavo in his endeavor.
After both exchange pleasantries and spend a few moments getting to know one another in the way of those who know they will spending a great deal of time together in the coming says, the undertaking made easier by the fact both are human natives of Corellia of a similar age, Ashton and Scavo board the freighter, the Brunilda, and lift off after filing a flight plan with Corellia's planetary traffic control, bound for orbit.

[ Ruubin Tanser | Cockpit | Gozanti-class cruiser, Corellian Liberty ] Attn: Soniee Ordo, Ellie Ordo & @kaiyaordoWhen Ruubin brought the cruiser out of hyperspace alongside his brother-in-law's ship, and found that no hyperdrive mishap had happened along the way, he gave Honon a thumbs-up gesture and grinned. They cleared for landing and were soon on the ground, with troops, Jedi and younglings alike disembarking at their leisure. There was going to be a lot of discussions concerning the activities and plans of this Seven Suns Republic, and how they were able to acquire the genetic samples as well as successfully clone Force-Sensitives not only with their talents in the Force intact, but even the memories of originals. This was cause for concern, and for the foreseeable future, Ruubin's time and services would be required here, on Corellia, with the Jedi and the Alliance.
But with the matter of the Younglings to address, along with the unique circumstance surrounding the man with a very young niece, albeit a clone of her, the man was allowed a less risky job and position, as a consultant and advisor of a sort, while he and Jaime reclaimed their ranch and even their former life back. For Ruubin, it was a second chance to do everything over, wherever he felt he'd done wrong with raising Millie. For Jaime, it strengthened his resolve to search the galaxy for the original Ami-Lee Westar, wherever she might be, whatever dangers she faced, whatever life she'd chosen to live, he would find her. He soon set out for the stars with some companions, and was sporadically heard from on occasion.
Ruubin raised Millie like his own daughter, and devoted everything to looking after her. The girl had apparently seen fit to erase or suppress her memories and experiences from the events involving the Seven Suns Republic, and for the most part, lived a happy, contented life as a normal 10 year-old Corellian girl. In the mean time, Ruubin built a strong relationship with the Jedi Knights who accompanied him to aid his brother-in-law and rescue the Younglings, especially Honon and his sister Kateri, whom he felt an odd kinship for, despite how Honon might feel in return after what might be more appropriately called a near-disastrous misadventure of epic proportions. He often rendered his assistance as a pilot and tactical leader on various missions whenever duty truly required it of him, and he lived his life with uncompromising morals that steered him through life, and guided his cloned niece with the same principles.
It wasn't a perfect life by any means, but it was the best they could hope to achieve in a galaxy constantly rent by turmoil and strife. Would they see more adventures or dangers someday? Perhaps, but they would never have to face the darkness alone.

The hangar is already a flurry of activity when Ellie's gunship sets down, Ruubin and his brother-in-law having arrived shortly before them. Knights and Masters from the academy are looking after the younglings that were brought from Tatooine, some being taken to the medical bay to be seen by the healers, others to the dining hall to be fed, and others, too exhausted to eat, being led to rooms in the dorms.
Hyatt is waiting at the foot of the boarding ramp when Kaiya dismebarks along with her twin and the young girl that was cloned from Ellie, and he waves Kaiya's question about what she can do to help aside, assuring her, "Everything is well in hand for now. Any long term decisions that need to be made, he adds, correctly guessing one of the matters that will be concerning Kaiya and Ellie alike in light of the number of younglings that were rescued, can be made another time. For now, let's make sure everyone can get some much needed rest, so that they can begin recovering from their ordeal."
Nodding, accepting Hyatt's reasoning, Kaiya turns to Ellie and asks her twin, "Well, what do you think? Eat, or sleep? Smiling as she ruffles the hair of the young girl that was somehow cloned form her sister's genes, she asks, And what about you? Are you hungry, tired?"

*Young Ellie's mind was a thousand miles away and filled to the brim with questions. She scarcely noticed that she was following after Kaiya and her older self. That was until Kaiya ruffled her hair and asked her a question. She looked up the older version of her twin in mild surprise.* "I..I'm not sure. Kinda tired I guess, but I'm not hungry. I just..have been thinking." *She paused for a moment, what she wanted to say was difficult to get out, and except.* "Since I'm..a clone, who was cloned after only one individual. Then...does that mean that I don't have a twin sister? Cause, I've been looking for her at every place they sent us, and I can't find her. I can't even sense her in the force." *Saying the words outloud made the pit in her stomach even worse and brought tears to the edge of her eyes.*

*Ellie walked beside her sister as they descended the ramp into the busy hangar. She gave Hyatt a nod when he greeted them. Being back in a Jedi temple with her sister brought back found memories from her time on Endor. She then began to wonder if it was possible to try again, start where she had left off. The thought of being a Padawan again did make her cringe some.*
*Kaiya's question pushed away the nostalgia and brought her more to the present. Before she could answer though, her younger self let out some of what was on her mind. This made Ellie pause for a moment as the question sat in her mind. She never really thought about her twin having a clone, or finding out that you never actually had one. The question was a difficult one to answer and had no real positive outcome.*
*Ellie knelt down by the smaller girl and placed a hand on her shoulder.* "Well, you could have a twin, or you might not. We can't be a hundred percent sure about that right now. Who knows, if you do..then she might be in a different facility. They could have been trying to keep you two separate, for whatever reason, and you probably couldn't sense her do to distance or an inhibitor of some sort." *She stood back up and ruffled the girls hair just as her sister did.* "Besides, think of it this way. Even if you don't have a twin, you now have two older sisters to take care of you. Maybe it's not the same, but it's a good way to start a new." *Ellie turned to Kaiya.* "Right, vod?"

Kaiya smiles with a nod after Ellie has answered her younger clone, agreeing, "Absolutely, vod." A part of her would like to say to the clone that they will do what they can to learn whether or not a clone was made that would be her twin, but Kaiya does not see how, at present, they could begin to make such a determination when they have so little information about the group that had cloned the younglings, making beginning such a search all but impossible at the moment.
Hoping to turn the young clone's mind from the potential frustration or depression her question might have inspired, Kaiya asks the girl when it occurs to her that they do not know her name or if she was even given one by those that created her for their nefarious purposes, "What is your name? Were you given a name, or did you pick one of your own? If not, she smiles as she looks over at Ellie to encourage her participation, I think you'll be needing one soon."

*The older Ellie did her best to comfort the small girl, but it was still hard to hear. A lot of different emotions tried welling up inside her. She tried her best to keep them down as the two older siblings did their best to distract her.* "H..having two sisters would..would be kind cool. I guess."
*She turned to Kaiya when she asked what her name was. At first she thought it was a silly question, but then realized that she was given the name of the person she was cloned after.* "They..called me Ellie. That's the only thing they called me. Even treated me like I was the...real one.." *The last part was hard to say, since it was finally bringing the reality of the situation in. She wasn't the real Ellie, just some recreation for someone else's goal. Speaking of. The girl looked up at Ellie.* "I think they wanted me to replace you. Something about a strategic place, or some place of power. What did they mean by that?"

*Ellie gave the girl a nod at her response.* "It'll be cool. Trust me on that."
*A name was definitely something her clone needed, they had to call her something. Although the fact that they called her Ellie and made her believe she was the real one was concerning to say the least. Even more so when the girl told them that they wanted place her somewhere in power. There was only.one place that Ellie could think of, her position as Aliit'alor of clan Ordo. She gave Kaiya a quick knowing glance before turning back to the girl.* "I wouldn't worry about what their plans where, you're out of their reach now. As for a name, how about....Soniee? A good Mandalorian name." *Ellie paused for a moment as she looked the small girl in the eye. She felt bad for here, knowing everything the girl believed in was nothing more then a lie made by others.* "I know it's not the name you thought you were born with, but a new start, right? Besides, it's better then having your full name be Elizabeth. Trust me, it's not the most intimidating name for a Mandalorian."

Giving the younger version of her twin a sympathetic smile when the girl explains that the only name she has ever known was that belonging to whom she was cloned after, Kaiya can think of nothing to say for a moment; it is nearly impossible for her to understand what the young girl must be going through after learning that she is a clone, and that she most likely not does not have the twin sister she has always felt she had somewhere out in the universe.
"Soinee is a good name, she says with a smile after Ellie has suggested the name, then asks the younger version of her twin, What do you think? Even as she asks the question, Kaiya feels her thoughts returning to what else Soinee had said; for if she and the other clones had been created to take the place of those they were cloned after, the implications could be profoundly unsettling. If you're right about their wanting you to replace Ellie, she says with a pensive frown, it sounds as though they might have made clones of others in positions of power, so it would follow that they may have a plan to secretly seize control of the organizations controlled those they've cloned. Looking towards the other young clones that Jedi from the academy are guiding from the hangar, Kaiya narrows her eyes as she asks Ellie, How hard, I wonder, would it be to learn who they have all been cloned after? If we could find that out, we could warn others of the plot, try to ensure it cannot succeed. Another thought following on the heels of that, she muses, They would have to have a way to accelerate the ages of the clones, if they wanted them to replace their counterparts, wouldn't they? Turning to Soinee, she asks, Do you remember hearing anything about how long ago you were crea . . . born? Or about your aging process being accelerated in the future? As Soinee had originally been given Ellie's name, Kaiya wonders if the other clones were as well, which could help in identifying who they were cloned after, and so she asks, What are some of the names of the others who were trained with you?"

"Soniee?" *She thought about it for a moment before gi a small nod.* "I can live with that." *So she had a name. Wasn't exactly something she th she'd be doing in n life. Technically, she never expected having to change her name because she never expected to find one that she was a clone.*
*The small girl gave a young and looked out across the hangar with a glossy stare. Her sisters, as she saw them now, were talking about positions of power. Which made her wonder what position of power her older self had. Kaiya's question brought the girl back to the present.* "Hmm? Oh, I don't know. The ship accident was...seven months ago? Or some like that. So I was born seven or eight months ago. I..really don't know about the aging thing. I didn't even know I was a clone till today."
*She turned towards a other kids and thought about their names. Holding back another yawn, she tried to name a few.* "Well, there was Millie. Jaron Torr, Alema Fenn, ummm... " *Soniee paused for a moment as she recalled some names. Her body was heavy with tiredness and she was staring to fidget with her hands.*

*Ellie gave a small smile when Soniee said she could live with her name.* "Alright, Soniee it is." *She turned to her twin when she asked how hard it would be to figure out who all was cloned.* "Maybe we can do a genetics test, see if we can get any matches. As for anyone outside of the younglings we have, then...I really don't know."
*She turned her attention back to Soniee when she stated how old she thought she was. Seven or eight months, that wasn't very long ago. Ellie wondered just how long these people had been operating and just how many people they planned on or planned to replace. She thought about these things while Soniee began to name off some of the other younglings. However, that wasn't what Ellie was paying attention to. She noticed how the young girl fidgeted with her hands and the tired look in her eyes. Soniee was exhausted, and Ellie easily recognized it. Standing up, she rested a hand on the girls shoulder.* "Okay, I think we should continue this tomorrow. After you get some sleep." *She then turned to Kaiya.* "Is there a room we can set her up in for the night?"

Kaiya, despite the fact that the bits of information that Soinee is able to share when answering her questions raise even more questions, decides not to pursue any of the multiple avenues of questioning that those answers seem to open in light of the fact that Soinee appears too tired to make pursuing the avenues seem likely to yield much in the way of answers.
Smiling at Soinee, she says, "My twin is right, you must be exhausted, so let's see what we can do about finding you someplace to sleep. Having been a resident of the academy long enough that she knows where guests are typically given quarters, Kaiya decides to spare Soinee and Ellie the oftentimes mildly infuriating experience enlisting the help of the academy's protocol droid, C3-P9, and instead says, Follow me, I'll show you both to where you can both stay while you're here," and then leads them from the hangar bay and into the academy proper, where she then takes them to the guest quarters . . .
