High above the planet, and way out near the hyperspace route 41 ships dropped out of orbit. They were the newest addition to the Imperial Armada, after the Knights fleet was destroyed Xeonon commissioned star ships from Foerest and the NOE. Ready for war they approached the planet slowly with all weapons and everything turned off. On the bridge of the lead Battle Cruiser the captain stood on the bridge and waited to be contacted by the planetary command.

A small dot soon took the form of a rapid blur, sleek and deadly like a dagger in the back, streaking across the star line as it emerged from hyperspace and rapidly decelerated. Once properly slowed, the blade shaped ship became visible, resplendent in its black and crimson styling. It was a star courier, old by design, modern by modification. The Grimblade it was aptly named, a stealth vessel with just the right amount of opulence to suit its owner, a being of exotic desires. Inside the small ship, a single figure manned the cockpit, gripping the steering yoke with two clawed hands. A long scale covered tail lashed back and forth behind the pilot, almost rhythmic in its animation. With the flick of a clawed finger, the figure switched on the communications board, transmitting transponder codes and opening a hailing frequency all at once.Greetingsss. Hissed the voice over the open channel. Thisss iz...a member of a certain group that tendsss to favor the irisss, lid, and lash. Thisss one haz come ssseeking an audience with an Imperial represssentative that can ssspeak on behalf of the Empire, bearing an olive branch, az it were. With his somewhat mysterious message delivered, he sat back in his seat, tapping a clawed finger on the main console.

As the Grimblade entered the system, the 144 turbolaser emplacements targeted the ship not out of intent to shoot but because they were programmed to track unscheduled ships in the orbit. Since the return of Gabriel Solomon the defense grid had been moved so that all the canons were over the new Imperial Capitol. After a few seconds of silence a the sound of a nasally old woman would be heard on the comm system.
The landing coordinates shall be transmitted to you, you will be given an escort be advised that if you deviate from the course specified that you are liable to be shot out of the sky. True to her word the cooridnates were transmitted to the creepy lizard man. If this writer knew how to put in a link he would but as he has yet to figure that out the party which you are now invited to is in New Escrow.
Although they were trusted with the coordinates two YT-49s were dispatched to guide the Grimblade down to the planet.

Aargau appeared at first glance to be rather well fortified, not that it should come as any surprise. The Empire, its remnants included, was prone to building bastions wherever it laid its roots. It was as equally symbolic as it was practical to a fascist state, stirring in the saurian one a sense of Imperial pride. He quickly quelled such feelings, having neither need or desire for them. His was a lonely path, best walked alone without such petty mortal concerns as loyalty and patriotism to play on his sense of purpose. Even those he called sibling were kept at an arms length, for fear that in his endless appetite, they too might become consumed.
Dragus re-opened the comm. Acknowledged. Making my dessscent now.
With one hand on the throttle and the other on the steering yoke, he eased the Grimblade along the course scheduled for it, guided on either side by the two escort vessels. In a short duration the courier entered the planet's atmosphere, dipping beneath the cloud line. In the back, the chit-chatter of small furry sentients pleasured the saurian's ears for the last leg of his latest trip.

*One Victory II Star Destroyer drops out of hyperspace over Aargau, IFF transponders would read the ship as the "Darkness" a ship under the command of Moff John Tien, aboard the bridge of the Darkness, John had never been so glad to see the orbital defenses of Aargau in his life and he quickly contacts ground control*

As the vessel approached the planet, the orbital defense satellites turned and shifted in order to lock their dual turbolaser canons on the vessel. The gunners within the satellites communicated back and forth with the Strategy and Defense Center that was located in the city. The ship's IFF codes and communication were received by the satellites and then transmitted to the planet below for evaluation. In the mean time the guns sat unmoving. The few minutes delay was broken by the return message from one of the various satellites.
Good to see you again Darkness, land at your leisure Moff Tien the festivities have kicked off for the Empire Day

With the new fleet of Ascended Justice above the planet patrols in the system increased. Besides the local planetary ships that gave Aargau a few extra minutes warning, upwards of 40 ships made for war were in orbit. Of those nearly all were of the newly Christened fleet. Tie Predators did sweeps of the system beyond the range of their mother ships systems. Of the 30 10 were out at all times many near the dark zone, part of the major hyperspace lane that connected the planet to the rest of the galaxy. It was a perfect place for pirates... or anyone else to lurk and wait for a prime target.
The larger ships moved against the rotation of the planet in pairs. The Aggressors small in compassion to other Star Destroyers kept their main guns warmed up their weapons ready to disable and utterly destroy a threat. While the Superior Battle Cruiser was prepared to dish out heavy damage while taking just as much.
On the flagship of the fleet the Cade Fel stood Admiral Abe Ellis stood watching the view port his arms clasped behind his back. The 50 year old man had served as a captian back when the Fels were in power and he was dedicated to the cause. Ambitious to a fault he would stop at nothing to bring the Empire back to its former glory.

Above the planet things were moving fast, normal traffic had been diverted to the far side of the planet away from the Capitol. The planetary defenses tracked any and all moving ships, but the best thing that was seen were ships 25 kms in size appearing from no where. They were blow up Executors that Xeonon had purchased when he had found out about them on a holonet broadcast. It was something no one would have bought but for some reason he did and now he would find out if it worked out to his advantage, they were pretty much a balloon that could travel in hyperspace. He had 30 in total being inflated as Imperials worked with the ones that were already done. Ten of them were loaded with anti matter bombs, loaded to the brim. The other twenty would be left bare.
Finally a Predator was loaded into each underbelly and the fleet jumped into hyperspace. 30 Predators, 30 fakes, 8 Aggressors and 3 Battle Cruisers. All on the way to the rescue.

A high priority message is broadcast through secure military channels to all Imperial fleets in the system.Attention all fleets, this is Grand Admiral Dodonna. As I am sure you are now aware, the planet Prakith, a planet only recently brought into the Imperial fold, is under attack by an unknown force. All available fleets are to report to the following coordinates and prepare for a counter assault.Short, sweet, and to the point. The transmission ends as soon as it begins.

I glance over the read outs in the cockpit of the Geonosian Shuttle. In a couple of minutes the shuttle would come out of hyperspace. I hadn't ever heard of the planet in question before, but it was on the list of planets on my navicomputer. Another glance at the board shows me that I was nearly out of fuel. Once this jump was done, I doubt I would be able to even start another jump.
There is a flash & stutter of light as a planet resolves into view in front of me. Well, time to take a glance around. Glancing back, I think it isn't a moment too soon as the guards are beginning to stink.
-Marcos (in rough basic) Aargau Space Control. Identify landing areas.

As Marcus drops out of hyperspace the planetary defense grid snaps into action. All the space turrets pointing towards the genosian shuttle they heated up but did not fire. Not yet anyway. Being an Imperial world they were always on the lookout for suspicious ships and this one fit the bill. Unscheduled. Dropped out away from the major lanes of the Deep Core. Rather this one came from the major lanes from the wider universe, which sent off red flags to the people watching below.
Unidentified vehicle, state your reason for being here or be blasted out of the sky. The voice was that of a gruff male, his voice sounding like he had been a chain smoker for years. What Marcus would not know was that this man held his fate literally in his hands. For this unidentified agent of the empire kept his right hand hovering over a red button that would signal all the guns to fire if shit went down.

I glance at the fuel gauge again. Apparently, I had been mistaken, not only did I lack enough fuel to jump to hyperspace again, I also lacked enough fuel to land. Oh, joy, how I love the fact that all the gauge's warning features were based off of scent instead of light or sound.
-Macros (in rough basic) Seeking refuge. Fuel spent. Request assistance.

Roger that just hang on tight son and we will get you out of there. After shamelessly stealing one of Nicas ships for the sake of this the Bardiche Tactical Galleon drifted towards the ship that was dead in space. Coming up alongside it the tractor beam emitters grabbed hold of the ship and began to pull it into the hanger.
Inside the hanger a small reaction crew was formed, consisting of mostly of first res ponder people there were only two people armed. One an Imperial Storm Trooper. The other was the ever present Imperial Knight Finnick. The aging Knights red hair was as ever curly and matched the colour of his armour. A recent burn mark on his face from working in the metal forges to make some more armour.

By the time the shuttle settles to the deck of the much larger ship with a steady thump, I'm already headed back toward the landing ramp. I pump the release for the ramp. Unfortunately, the blasted thing just lets out a groan & shudders for a second. It wasn't hard to see the cause, one of the sonic rounds the guards had fired had bent one section of the frame. Letting out a minor grunt of displeasure, I trip the release again. This time I decided to help the poor thing out with a heavy, armoured boot planted firmly in the middle of the ramp. With a loud crack that could probably be heard outside, the ramp all but dropped off it's hinges.
As the ramp dropped, the two corpses that had fallen against it slid down onto the deck of the hanger. Both looked like they had been trampled by something huge. One of them was nearly broken in half. Trudging down the ramp, I duck under the frame of the ramp. Reaching the end of the ramp, I stand up to my full, impressive height, all two-plus meters of it. My dreads & beard cascade from my head, the horns long & untrimmed poking up from my crown. My battle-rifle hangs almost carelessly from my shoulders, my warmace hangs waiting attached to my belt. I wait for the peons waiting on the deck to make the first move.

Everything sort of happened all at once, the EMTs who had been there only as a technicality were torn. One half of them wanted to see if they could help the two men that had fallen. The other part, the stronger side dictated they bolted. They knew those guys were dead as fuck considering the amount of blood visible and the fact that one of them was ripped in half.
They ran as Finnick drew his silver lightsaber and pointed it directly at the mans chest. Drop the weapon or you are dead! As this was said he prepared to delve into the force. The all powerful thing that Mandalorians hated these days, and if need be this red headed devil would use it. His voice was calm, like he had faced this situation hundreds of times. Silky smooth he hoped this guy would comply.
Not even waiting for the reply the guy beside him leveled his blaster and pulled the secondary trigger a blue wave of energy shooting from the barrel.

It seems I picked a good place to stay, as these people were ready to party at the drop of a hat. As the rippling blue wave rolled toward me, I dropped, letting myself roll down the ramp to avoid it. As I sprung to my feet at the base of the ramp, I felt my rifle catch on something & get tugged away from me. A quick glance showed that it had gotten caught on one of the dead guys.
Advancing toward the one that fired first, I reached for my warmace. Only to discover that it to was missing. Letting out a growl, I reach out with my left hand for his rifle, keeping my right tucked in close to my body. Hopefully, I would be able to disarm him, & if not a light tap in the gut with my right would make him focus on the fist-fight.

The storm trooper was still green in the grand scheme having only made it through the academy some days before. Due to the lack of combat experience he had expected things to go his way, oh the arrogance of him; and for this he shall pay the price. The gun was ripped from his grip now weaponless he was about to strike out and punch the Iridonian in the face before he was pushed back landing on the ground some feet away.
Please excuse him he is rather new. Now as I said drop the weapon or else... His tone was even but not hostile, for this Imperial Knight was tired of battle. He had seen to many, hence his taking up the job of Master Armourer. Still he was ready for it, his silver blade thrumming on his right hand pointed directly at the Mando. Its not you, its just standard procedure you see. Us Imperials do not like outsiders and when one of them drops out of hyperspace on our doorstep unscathed well... He let his words trail off letting Marcus fill in the blank.
