An oldie but a goodie.
The rules are as follows.
First, you write something about the person above you. (^)
Then, something about yourself. (<)
Then, predict something about the next person to post. (V)
Bake for an hour, at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Cools in ten minutes, serve over rice.
