Larissa nodded at Viox's announcement that they had to leave. She bent and quickly kissed her daughter's cheek.
"We'll be back later, baby. Be good for Gemma."
She idly ran her hands over her gown and used the Force to bring her lightsabers from the other room. She stored them inside her dress and moved toward the door with Viox.
Her world was about to change drastically. Viox was going to be in charge of the planet. Lysandra's existence had hopefully given him a reason to be on planet more, after the initial shock had elapsed into complacence among the citizens of Iridonia. She knew that there would be resistance. But with her help, they might be able to capture a few more key places, making such a resistance seemingly pointless.
She swept down the halls toward the Golden Room, her dress swooshing gently around her. The guards stood straighter as they approached the doors. Larissa steeled herself for what was to come. She drew the Force around herself and gave in to its power. Her emerald green eyes shone bright and a slight smile touched her lips. This might actually be fun.

Dark Diamond Palace Infirmary
It had been hours since Alex's encounter with the darkness. He had passed out from the pain that he had received for being so foolish to believe that he could win where Jun-dar did not. Once Alex had opened his eyes he noticed that his sight from his left eye was now different almost like he was looking through some type of scope, he raised his left arm to feel his face. All he heard was metal touching metal, then he remembered that he lost his left arm to the darkness. Alex sat up and looked into a mirror, he didn't even recognize himself. Sure he had a pair of white Zeyd-cloth tunic instead of his old black one, but he has a cybernetic mask grafted to the left side of his face. Alex could feel the anger in him grow than he sensed the darkness approaching and someone that wasn't as dark, but was still darker than most of the people on this world. Alex stood up and walked towards the door and stopped five feet from it and knelt down awaiting the darkness, then the door to the infirmary opened and Alex looked up and saw two Zabraks. One of which he did battle with before, the other Zabrak however looked more like a politician than warrior. Alex knew that she was more than she appeared for she was strong with the force.

Dark Diamond Palace Infirmary.
Viox Savage, followed closely by Larissa, entered Witwer's room. The boy was kneeling by the door as they had entered.
Adjusting well and knowing when to submit. This individual was at least smart enough to know when to yield to a superior foe.
As Savage entered the room, he spoke to the boy.
"You appear to have adjusted to your new cybernetics well. I have an assignment for you. Disobedience and failure is not an option. I spared you once and will not do so again."
Savage eyed the boy up, taking in his features. The shaved head, the cybernetic replacements, and the calm breathing from the young man before him. Savage could sense the eagerness being exuded from the boy. The severe beat down he had received earlier hadn't dulled his spirits any. And that was good.
"You will be accompanying Lady Novax to the Sith Academy between here and Wortan. Your task is to secure it and ensure all who remain are loyal to my cause. Rebels and dissidents will be killed out right. Accepting Clan Savage and First Order occupation is the key. Kill only those who outright refuse to bow down. If the enemy yields and surrenders, they will be allowed to live. The main targets are the Academy's hierarchy. Eliminate them or have them bend a knee to our cause. Lady Novax is in charge. She will be your superior in the field. I am being merciful in allowing you to live. Prove that I have not made an error by keeping you alive. If you fail in the field, Lady Novax will deal with you most swiftly, and she will not hesitate to do so. I will not hide what this is. It is a test. You succeed, you will find a place to call your own on Iridonia. You fail and you die. Have I made myself understood, young one?"
Savage, still dressed in his High Admiral Dress Uniform, allowed his yellow gaze to scan over the boy once more, searching for any indication that he would not do as he was told. If he rose up against him now, Savage would strike him down without hesitation. And this time, no amount of cybernetic replacements or enhancements would save him.

Alex listened to the Zabrak, he would obey as he is only alive now because he spared him. Alex looked up and studied the Zabrak's face. His facial features resembles that of a long dead Zabrak, Alex thought back to his days of studying under Jun-dar. Then it hit him, this Zabrak must be a decedent of an Ancient Zabrak Skaar. The thought that there was still decedents of this all powerful Zabrak brought fear to Alex, and it brought excitement as well. The vast knowledge that he must knew was something that Alex hoped to learn.
"It will be done mi'lord"
Alex waited for the Zabraks to issue the orders to attack the Sith Academy. This test would show that while having brute strength can be an asset, it would be the down fall for those that opposed the darkness. For he would show them that knowledge is true power.

Savage watched the boy. He remained kneeling. At least the boy knew how to be respectful, though Savage suspected it was more out of fear of what he was capable of doing to the boy than actual respect at the moment. Eventually the boy would learn the chain of command and proper respect.
"Good. Such devotion is a good sign. Do not submit blindly to my every whim, however. But that will be a lesson for another time. Now I must take my leave and coordinate my forces. Mi'lady, the boy is placed in your charge from now until the Academy campaign ends. I will have further instructions for you once Grand Admiral Bennette has been updated on the situation."
And with that, Savage inclined his head slightly and marched off, heading for the hangar bay, where a shuttle would take him up to his flagship. He needed to get a status report from his fleet in orbit and begin coordinating the ground campaigns.

Larissa watched Viox leave the room and turned her attention back to the boy. if he was going to be a simpering fool she would tire of it quickly. The boy would need to prove himself to her through his battle skills. As it was, he had made a low first impression.
"Alright, boy. Lord Savage seems to think you will be useful. Let's hope that you live up to his expectations. And mine. You will address me as Lady Novax or Milady. I may look a courtier to you, but while Lord Savage was fighting his way to the Golden Room, I was killing off the council. Do not underestimate me. Do not anger me. At the moment your life is in my hands. So, I will be hard on you. Do not expect me to coddle you. Any questions before I leave?"

Alex listened to Lady Novax speak, he could tell that she thought very little of him. Before Alex would have been bothered by this, but since everything that has happened he didn't care if people thought little of him or what they thought of him. He would complete every task given to him to perfection, since every task would unearth new data and from that Knowledge. Alex stood up and raised out his right hand and used the force to bring forth his lightsaber. He looked at the Zabrak and thought a moment before speaking.
"No questions mi'lady, shall we proceed with taking the objective?"
Alex placed his lightsaber on his utility belt and awaited for a response from Lady Novax. Taking the sith Academy could provide some information on the current state of things in the galaxy, as well as knowledge to better himself. Alex began to feel the excitement of the discovery of this knowledge, and what it could mean. He calmed his mind as quickly as it felt it as not to draw any unwanted attention from Lady Novax.

Larissa watched the boy carefully as he used the Force to grab his lightsaber. She sensed excitement in him. Hopefully he would direct that to the task at hand.
"We won't be leaving just yet. Lord Savage is sending soldiers with us and they have not yet arrived. I have things to take care of before we leave. I would prefer if you didn't wander off. But this room is needed."
She summoned a servant from the hall.
"Take this young man to the guest quarters on level four. See to it that he gets a good room and see to his needs. Report his whereabouts to me afterwards so I can collect him before the assault."
The servant bowed and gestured for them to leave the room ahead of him. Larissa paused in the doorway.
"I will be by to collect you within the hour. Be ready."
She swept out of the room and down the hall. She quickly boarded a turbo lift that brought her up to her suite. She had much to do before the assault on the Sith Academy.

Larissa quickly unlocked her suite and slipped inside. She could hear Lysandra playing in her room to the left. Larissa walked to her room and opened her closet. She sighed as she removed her gown; she wouldn't be wearing one for a while. She pulled a dusty, battered box down off a shelf. She carried it to her bed and set it down. Inside was a dark-red leather armoured bodysuit. She pulled it out and took a deep breath. There was a good chance that the suit wouldn't fit. After all, she hadn't worn it since before Lysandra was born. Larissa moved slowly, stepping carefully into the suit. So far, it fit. She carefully fastened it up the front. Her arms and legs were covered by overlapping disks of leather covered metal. She looked like she was covered in scales. Her torso was wrapped in a layer of fabric in the same dark-red colour. She pulled on her chest armour. It was a tight-fitting vest with long pieces of leather hanging to Larissa's ankles. It gave the illusion of a skirt, until she moved fast.
This was what Larissa had worn the last time she had seen Viox. It was what she had worn during the final fight. Wearing it again made all those memories flood back. The good, and the bad.
Lysandra cam running into the room but stopped dead at the sight of her mother.
"Momma's scary."
"I do look a little scary, don't I? I'm sorry, my love. But I have to leave for a while. Daddy needs my help in another city. You have to stay here with Gemma."
"Okay."
Lysandra looked at the floor. She wanted to go with her mother. Larissa reached down and picked up her daughter. She hugged the small body close.
"Be good and listen to Gemma."
She set the girl down and summoned her lightsabers. They clipped to either hip, hanging outside of the skirt. Gemma quickly set on her lady's hair. She braided it expertly down Larissa's back. A knock at the door sent Gemma into the other room. Larissa pulled a leather satchel out of the box on her bed. She wouldn't be needing it this time. Nothing other than what she was wearing was going with her. She crossed to her desk and opened a drawer. Inside was the documentation that Gemma would need if Larissa was to be seriously injured or killed on this mission. She set it on the top of her desk and turned back to see Lysandra looking at the leather satchel.
"Would you like to have that bag, my love? Daddy gave it to me before you were born."
"Yes, Mommy."
"Good. It's yours then. Be a good girl. I'll be back in a few days."
Larissa walked out of her bedroom. She wasn't sure she was ready for this, but it was too late to go back now. Maybe when this was over they would be a family again.

As Larissa stood outside her bedroom door, her personal holocom would be signaled from Viox's flagship, hovering in the skies above the city, well out of range of the V150 Planet Defender still active at Starport Velecta. Savage, seated in his command chair on the bridge of the ship, addressed Larissa once she answered the device.
Larissa. Gather the boy and head out to the Academy. You are in charge of this assignment. You know my terms of engagement, but I know situations can change quickly. Use your discretion. Grand Admiral Bennette will be providing support from the skies in way of troops and supplies. Colonel Locklear is leading Zhaboka Company and Major Kelborn is leading the group of Storm Commandos from Dead Space Company. Unfortunately you will be going in blind. Aside from schematics of the Academy and knowing that the doors have been allegedly sealed since the previous rulers abandoned the planet, that is all we know. I do not know what awaits you behind those doors. Proceed with caution...and be careful. If you need me, you know how to contact me. Savage Out.
And with that, Savage terminated the link on his end. Now Larissa would be on her own. Thrown into a combat scenario with little intel. Though it was also a test. A test to see if she still had the ability to lead and command troops as she once had, so very long ago. Despite Savage being devious in his schemes and plans, he would never truly allow Larissa to come to harm while carrying out an assignment from him. He would be watching and monitoring the situation as best as he could. Be it paranoia or a sense of over-protectiveness, he had seen her die one too many times in his lifetime. He wasn't about to watch her do so again. Not when he could prevent it.

Larissa paused outside her bedroom door. She had no idea when she'd be back. Her holocom chimed and she pulled it out of her pocket.
"Lady Novax here."
She listened to Viox's message and stowed the holocom back in her pocket. So, she'd be going in blind. Not a good way to start a mission. Maybe she could get a message to Tannael. If so, she would have a little more to go on than vague memories from years ago. She pulled up the Academy's schematics on her desk. If Tannael could help her, they would have a better chance.
"Gemma, do you have a way to contact your sister? I know she lives near the Academy. I'm going to need information."
"I'll get you everything I have."
Larissa loaded the Academy's schematics onto her data pad. Gemma brought her a data chip with her sister's information and maps of the land around her sister's home. Gemma had grown up there and had marked points of interest on the map a couple months ago when Larissa asked about it. Now all she had to do was collect the young Force user downstairs and meet the troops. Hopefully it would all come back to her before she started issuing commands.

Guest room 010, level Four, Guest Quarters.
Alex sat on the floor in front of the bed meditating, clearing his mind before the battle. He sat there not thinking of anything, giving himself peace of mind. For he knew that he would need to be ready for this battle.[/span

Larissa called for the servant she had sent with the young Force user. He informed her that the young man was in Room 010 in the Guest wing of the fourth floor. She thanked him and prepared to say her goodbyes.
"I love you, baby girl. I'll be home soon."
She hugged her daughter and turned to Gemma.
"The official forms are on my desk. If you need them..."
Gemma hugged Larissa. She couldn't find the right words to say to her employer and friend. Larissa frowned and pulled a pair of red leather knee-high boots out of the front closet. She buckled them around her legs and walked out the door. Garbed in her battle attire, she looked formidable as she glided down the halls. She boarded the turbo lift, taking it to the fourth floor. She stopped outside Room 010 and paused before knocking.

Guest room 010, level Four, Guest Quarters.
While sitting mediating, Alex could sense the presence of Lady Novax approaching the door. It could only mean that it was finally time to start the mission. He only knew that they were supposed to take control of the Sith Academy, not much else is known about it. Alex stood up and picked up his lightsaber and clipped it to his belt. He was ready for whatever the mission could throw at them. He wondered what kind of Knowledge he would find once they had taken the Academy.

Larissa knocked on the door, waiting for the young man to open it so they could begin their attack on the Academy.
Larissa thought about the last time she was at the Academy. It had been a couple moths after she landed on Iridonia. She had wanted to see it. For herself after hearing so much about it in the Palace. It was an impressive structure. The power a place like that could hold was almost baffling. To walk those halls again, feeding off of the pent up anger from the last few years to give her strength. Larissa would become as formidable in action as she currently was in appearance.
Larissa was brought out of her reverie by the door opening.

He answers the door, and sees it was Lady Novax. Alex gestures her to lead the way to the dropship. He began to follow behind her. Alex gathered his thoughts. When all of sudden he could hear the whispers of his old Master Jun-dar Kaz. Alex could barely make out what was being said. Alex just shrugged it off and thought about the mission that was before him, what kind of enemies would he face what are their tactical advantage against his new found allies, what is the layout of the Academy, How would the enemies reacted when the Academy was breached? All of these questions and more raced through his mind as Lady Novax and himself walked to the turbolift and proceed down to the hanger bay. Nothing was spoken between them almost as if she had other things on her mind, which was fine since Alex's mind was also plagued by questions and other thoughts about the mission, such as who was in charge of the Sith Academy and how many students were still in there. Well he thought all would soon be answered. The Turbolift door opened and Alex proceeded to follow Lady Novax to the dropship. Once their were close enough to the dropship Alex proceeded to find and take a seat and wait for the Zabrak to give the order to the Dropship pilot.

Larissa lead the way to the Dropship in the Hangar Bay. When they boarded the boy sat down and Larissa proceeded to the cockpit to see the pilot.
"Good afternoon. Bring us to the outskirts of the Academy. Grand Admiral Bennette will be deploying troops there and the boy and I need to join them."
"Yes, Milady. If you will take a seat we can head out."
Larissa nodded and took a set across from Witwer. The ship soon took off, bringing them ever closer to the Academy, and to the unknown forces lying in wait. She worked on staying calm by pulling out the information that Gemma had given her. Knowing about the outlying regions around the Academy would help. It really couldn't hurt. All too soon they were readying to land.
Continued in Sith Academy thread.

Larissa was exasperated. She had been stuck in her chambers for far too long. Lysandra's illness had caused Larissa a lot of pain. Watching her child in pain and fevered for months had worn her nerves thin.
Larissa walked to the window, taking a calming breath as she heard a cough from Ly's room. She quickly slipped into Ly's darkened bedroom, lying a reassuring hand on her young daughter's back.
"Lysandra, my love, are you feeling any better?
"Yes, Mommy." the little girl coughed out.
Larissa put her cool hand on Ly's forehead. "Your fever has gone down. Maybe Gemma can run you a nice bath."
Lysandra smiled at her mother. She loved baths. Since she had gotten sick Gemma had run her at least one bath a day.
"I think you're getting spoiled, my love. But since you're finally feeling better, maybe your Daddy can come visit. Would you like that?"
"Yes, Mommy. I miss Daddy."
Larissa smiled and left the room. She instructed Gemma to run another bath for Lysandra, and made it back into her own room to change. She felt that she needed to get out of the room for a time. Ly being in the bath offered her the perfect opportunity to to take a walk around the Palace. Since she had been in seclusion for a couple months, she knew that many things had changed. But she was still Viox's Queen. That was not going to change. She slipped into a midnight blue gown, leaving her feet bare as usual. She artfully arranged her hair behind her head, working in a string of ebony stones. She stepped lightly out of the room, making sure her lightsabers were secure in her hidden pockets. Even now, reigning as Viox's Queen, she carried them with her everywhere. She was a prime target now. Not that many would be that stupid.
She exited her chambers, walking silently down the hall. She neared the Golden Room and decided to wander the cat-walks above the chamber like she used to. The Room was often empty these days, unless some visiting dignitary earned the rights to a grand assembly. The Room was empty, aside from the few servants who were keeping the marble floors immaculate. Larissa smiled at the memory of slaying the Councilors upon Viox's arrival. It seemed so very long ago now.

With the Sith'ari otherwise occupied with Blackguard business, Colonel Locklear and his fellow Praetorian Shadowtroopers were not needed. Still present within the Palace, two of the guards had been appointed to watch Larissa's chambers. When the Sith'ari was absent, the Queen and her daughter were the highest priority. But, on Iridonia, it was practically a useless assignment. No one was stupid enough to attack the queen, especially not in the heart of the Palace. And even if someone did and managed to take down the guards and soldiers stationed there, they would bring the wrath of the Sith'ari down upon themselves. And that in itself was enough to dissuade all except the most foolish. Viox's wrath was a terrifying and frightening thing. Those that had been on the receiving end of it rarely lived to tell about it. And those unfortunate few wished for a death that had eluded them. Unpleasant in all aspects of the word. But aside from a few minor altercations with the yarrock miners, there wasn't anything going on. At least not until Rampant, the Palace's A.I, received a ping from one of his fragments. The one possessed by Vallius, the Sith'ari's son, in particular. It was a recovery beacon. Scanning for it, the A.I located Lady Novax within the Palace and pinged her comm. His synthetic voice would ring out from her wrist comm.
Mi'lady, sorry to disturb you, but it seems we have picked up an anomaly. Your presence is needed within the Palace Control Room immediately.
While everything pointed to this being a legitimate distress beacon, Rampant knew that there were elements out there that sought to usurp the Sith'ari and his clan. Extra precautions needed to be taken for that reason. Hopefully Larissa would be able to tell if it was actually Vallius or not...

Larissa stopped when Rampant pinged her comm. It wasn't often that she was needed in the crontrol room theses days.
"On my way, Rampant."
She turned and strode out of the Room. The Control Room wasn't that far from the Golden Room, and she walked briskly. The idea that they needed her help due to the detection of an anomaly was odd. It was rarity that Rampant would need help, especially from her. She entered the Control Room in a flurry of skirts.
"Out." she commanded quietly.
As the personnel filed out of the room, Larissa turned her attention to the vid screen.
"What do you have for me, Rampant?"
