True enough, so what are we going to do? I have pitched a couple of ideas out but we dont have the man power for one of them. Some interpersonal stuff seems like all we will have unless we want to NPC some stuff. Frantzy pants want to do something or other? Take me on a trip and show me the world on a magic carpet ride.

I would like to pitch one or twos of you an idea. I'm not sure what the status of our two groups is at the moment, but since the NOE plans to go to hide our sithy aspects and look like just another motley assortment of Imperials, and yous guys are trying to make the IR look like a bunch galactic good guys (respectfully, you may honestly fit that description), maybe there is a mutually beneficial thing here we can do for one another. Given the new fleet regs, I need to get rid of the Night Lord, Sword of Retribution, and Pride of Pzob. All three of these ships took part in the NOE assault on Corellia (either last summer, or the summer before, I can't remember which), so they are known Sith vessels to the Jedi Order and Galactic Republic. Hows about I have Draggy contact one of yous, explain that the Sith are becoming space ninjas, and then arrange for a public display. Your fleet shows up wherever my ships are, you attack and destroy them (my crews would not be informed of the arrangement)...broadcasting it over the holonet to show the galaxy how yous are super good guys taking out the evil space trash, and thus the Sith presence in the galaxy appears diminished, if only slightly. That would be a fun little space battle methinks. Gives one or twos of you, and moi, something to do while we still wait to see who's coming back to JvS. Anywho, lemme know what ya think. |

Btw gentlemen, I have examined the Faction Bonus SSD and those who are allowed to have it, we are still listed and viable to have a SSD in our fleets. So we should still roleplay acquiring the modified Executor from Bacca.
I also do like the new Faction bonus system.

Hmmm, I'm runnig a bit of a merc operation at the moment, mostly ships for now, if you want some extra mussel for your "Good Guys" impersonation RP. Pawn, the man in charge, has a Republic-class SD and couple of light cruisers, 2 squadrons of I-7 Howlrunners (and room for 3 more squdrons) available at the moment, for a reasonble price(negotiable). For significantly more, you may be able to convince Pawn to reallocate some of his allready deployed forces, (roughly equal to the forces being offered) over to your command in addition the above.
Pawn, normally would come make the deal in person, but you are being sneaky and he busy with other jobs at the moment, so one of you will have to notice the add he put out on the holonet and call in(PM) to place your order. Advertised rate is 7.693 million "7 per week for the SD, 962 thousand "7 per week for a Light Cruiser, 145 thousand "7 per week for a squadron of I-7 Howlrunners, 36.25 thousand "7 per week to carry a squadron of your fighters and their support crew; or 50% retail price of the ship if it is destroyed while in your employ.

Pawn would be very interested in supporting your cause, though he's a bit too independent to join the IR outright. He's willing to serve as a middle man in delecate transactions, and procure items that might otherwise be difficult to obtain directly. (ie Chiss tech, Vong fleet movements, Location and Tasks of prominent Jedi, etc) If you're willing to use his services, save his comm number, he's usualy just a quick call away.

Jace, you and I can do some RP with your PMC group. I was working with The Mysterious Man and Nadawi of the Republic to stage a little shindig on Contruum. The basi idea is that Imperial Agents and the Mysterious Man have incited a popular uprising against the pro-Republic government. The uprising, called The Sons of the Empire are demanding the resignation of the Republic government and their immediate annexation into the Empire. Your PMC can work as agents for the Empire (since we staged this, we can't make it look like we are too keen to expedite the process) since we will be convincing the Republic that we had nothing to do with this, but respect the wishes of the people... An outside military group will be called to restore order for the governmental transition and negotiations etc.
Or we can come up with something else.
As for this IR Good Guy SL, sorry i've been a little out of it. It was Prom week last week so I was MIA. Anyways, I'm back now but need to reorganize my fleet. Let me know if you need me, if not i'll keep chilling at Aaghra doing my own thing.
I've been researching for a new fleet and got a new set up that fits our 256 point limit. Tell me what you think, i'm going to have it assemble as a joint ISB/CompForce battle group at Aaghra, then have it subsequently break off into small patrol groups.

I am not really looking tp join a specific faction but my character is traveling and looking for groups to write with.
Bio (up to this point): Having been isolated on a planet, learning under a holocron/Reincarnated Sith Lord, he finally defeated him and finished his final mission. (the mission posts were lost on th eold site crash so will have to re-do those.) He is now a Sith Lord and is on a quest to acquire all the knowledge that he can. This includes histories, artifacts, new Forc epowers, etc. Once he is satisfied he has learned all he can, he will decide what his legacy shall be.
So pretty much I am trying to write with as many people as I can on the site to create a very broad story arch. Not only will this let everyone know who I am OOC and IC, but will develop my character to the point where he finally goes all Sithy on folks and tries to gain power. (What is a Sith without power striggles?)
Anyways I would be intersted in somehow finding my way around your neck of the Galaxy and perhaps writing a bit with you. Let me know if interested and we can plan up a SL.
