"You will join up with the second squad. We will be striking as the patrols pass the armored vehicles and I believe it can be done with two groups. Use the Force to redirect the vehicle into the passing patrol of flipped it onto them, whichever creates the most devastation." She waited for Vasari to go before she moved to join the other squad. As she went, she spoke out to Viox join her as it was closer to the entrance. No doubt the moment everything was handled here, he would head off for his own task. Figuring it to be within the spaceport, she felt she’d save him some time.
In their positions they waited for the proper timing, waiting for the patrols to pass. As they did, Luxeria gave the order and immediately focused the Force under neath the armored vehicle and flipped it over on top of them, sealing the top opening from being used, forcing the operators to use a single exit which would bottleneck them if not trap them if the top was the only exit. The soldiers rushed in as snipers began targeting any who were spared being crushed as well as those within the spotlight controls. The soldiers fired their blasters as they went, focusing on precision shots to bring the enemy down in the confusion. As they were clear, grenades were launched to ensure the vehicle was destroyed.
With their path clear, Luxeria turned to Viox. "We will handle the rest." Turning, she ordered the troops into the spaceport with her in front, her lightsabers draw. In their purple glow. She then sent a few teams out to start securing the weapon emplacements.
With the sudden commotion, the patrol that was behind the Sith moved quicker, letting go of stealth and caution. It would become their downfall as they started setting off the traps and giving away their position as the few troops left behind took advantage of their situation to removed the enemy that came from behind.

Vasari hardly noticed Luxeria's shortness with her - knowing the girl must be stressed under the burden of command and so she didn't push the issue, simply fell into place with the squad that she had been tasked to and waited for the action to start. Vasari held back when Luxeria and her main force engaged. Her troops remained with her for several moments waiting for the defensive forces to dedicate to a solid defense from the first attack before Vasari released her men to flank the side of the position that was attempting to form around Luxeria's spearhead into their forces. Vasari herself remained in place however, concealed in the relative safety of the snipers nests they had built around their main forward position. She had lost site of where Viox was - no doubt causing havoc somewhere, but she was waiting for something specific - and that feeling she was waiting for came moments later.
At first it was a pinprick upon her conscious mind, but soon she felt a wave of lightheadedness hit her as she realized it was a mental attack that her battle meditation had caught. One of their assassins was targetting someone under her blanket of mental protection - no doubt Luxeria. She quickly split her mind into two pieces - one defending and coping against the stress of the mental attack - the other quickly locating the attacker. She was right, an assassin was moving through the shadows of the battlefield towards the woman with the purple sabers. Vasari shifted her consciousness slightly - splitting her mind again to gain the attention of one of Viox's Marksmen, who quickly shifted his position and sited the assassin a half second later a high powered and condensed laser blast tore through the half hidden assassins skull dropping him dead on the spot. The weight upon her mind lifted but didn't cease - someone else had linked their mind to the assassins and was aiding in the assault upon Luxeria. They would know now that their plan to assault Luxeria had failed and now would be looking for the shield that was protecting her.
A half moment too late Vasari dodged forward into a roll and caught the blade of the second assassin on her shoulder pad - a moment sooner she would have dodged it completely - another moment late and the blade would have pierced her heart. Vasari recalled the hold on the snipers mind and pulled her saberstaff forth igniting the blade and sending a flurry of blows into the assassins overextended stance. The assassin recovered quickly and parried all but the last of the blows which caught the assassin on the shoulder and he grimaced falling to his knees. The assassin raised his head and silently roared at Vasari - a mental blast the likes of which she had never felt before slammed against her mind and the power of the blast caused her mind of many technique to falter for a moment and she was only capable of withstanding the blast and mantaining the battle meditation - every thing else failed and her saber defenses lowered long enough for the assassin to dash forward and bat her saberstaff out of her hand and knock her to the ground. Vasari's hands came up just in time to catch the assassins hands that were going for her throat. The Anzati assassin's facial tendrils shot out from his unusually high cheek bones and almost seemed to slither towards Vasari's face She pushed with all her strength against him to keep them from touching her skin as her mind moved to quickly reorder itself. She recovered quickly and was soon able to split her mind once again as she yelled out to focus her mind.
"STOP!"
The voice did not sound panicked or begging in the least. It was simple and clean command spoken in a voice loud enough to be heard over the dim roar of battle around them. Instantly she felt the creatures 300 year old mind succumb to her minds mental power and his body went limp - motionless. Vasari tossed the assassin to the side off of her and pulled a knife from her glove and shoved it quickly into the creatures throat - opening the artiery which caused him to silently bleed out. The power of the Qazoi Kyantuska even kept him from his death rattle, but Vasari could see the panicked look in the assassins eyes as he felt his lifeforce flow freely from the hole in his neck. Vasari's eyes flashed with orange light as she drank in the feeling of his agony and his death - the book that Viox had given her had taught her various ways of pulling power from other sources - the living, the inanimant, and the dying. For those who were trained in the dark side of the force, those dying provided the most abundant, and the most potent source of force energy. Her body felt more alive than it had in years and the ring she wore around her finger - also a gift from her master - grew cold against her skin. She turned back the battlefield and unleashed volley of emerald lightning into the overturned trasport causing the armor to electrify and anyone trapped within to cooked alive while the circuitry fuzed and sparked and the fuel cells ruptured causing a small explosion around the transport itself - most of which was contained by the armored shell. Devestation had been achieved.

Shedding all the field gear he had carried, only wearing his robes and carrying his lightsaber, the Zabrak sprinted across the battlefield. His forces were engaged with the enemy. There was no turning back now. Luxeria, Vasari, Kage. They were all busy fulfilling their duties. And while they were successful in the initial attack, their token force wouldn't be able to hold out indefinitely. As the Anzati recovered from the initial surprise of the attack, they would be able to counter the Blackguard's current ground forces soon. Vaulting over a smoldering tank, and hitting the ground at a dead run, the Zabrak continued to move as quickly as he could. A twinge in the back of his neck caused him to look up, as he moved. Several fighters streaked down and performed a strafing run against the Anzati forces combating them. And then, the Legacy of the Void came into view as it settled over the Spaceport, firing at the emplacements that were targeting it. With a smirk, the Zabrak launched himself up and over the perimeter wall. Landing on the other side, his lightsaber hilt flew from his belt to his hand. As it smacked his gloved palm, he thumbed the activation studs and twirled the blade defensively, reflecting several blaster shots away or back at their targets. Most of his targets were either dropped or dove for cover. Preparing to press the attack, he felt a prick in the back of his neck. Reaching up with his hand, he plucked a dart from his neck. As he analyzed it, his vision began to blur. As he turned to face the direction in which it had come from, he collapsed, lightsaber extinguishing as it fell from his grip. Moments later, several soldiers and assassins had converged on his position. And then the Sith'ari's unconscious body was dragged away...

As the first assault began, Luxeria felt the stirrings of Vasari as the encounter with the assassin took place. Leading and dealing with the charge with her group, she could do nothing to aid the Zabrak as she held the Anzati assassin. It was over in a blink, however, as Vasari utilized her powers over the mind and proved, with focused concentration, capable of overwhelming the species who held that advantage. It wasn't moments later that she joined the fray, unleashing her power on one of the tanks.
It was then that Viox tore off inside after removing his gear, ready to tackle the task he had for himself. She hoped to be capable of holding the line as they were just a task force ultimately and if put up against a solid number of troops, even their skill would do little to help them. Still, she ordered the men as they went inside to take up their positions and do what they could. It wasn't long before she caught the sound of fighters on approach and turned her eyes to the sky, seeing the fighters pass as they unleashed a volley of fire upon the enemy. The Nebula-class Star Destroyer was right behind them, finishing off the emplacement that hadn't been overtaken yet. There was no need for concern now as she made the call for additional troops to land and help secure the area.
Suddenly, she felt the Force shift, Viox's presence altering in a way she didn't expect. She sensed trouble and though she knew the Sith'ari to be powerful, also knew that even the most powerful could fall if caught unaware. If it hadn't been for the additional troops, she would have carried on with her task, believing that Viox would handle himself. But they would now have all the advantage they needed with the extra hands on the ground as well as fighter and Star Destroyer support.
Reaching out, she attempted to get in contact with Vasari, who she knew would have had a much better connection to him through her Battle Meditation. Vasari, I felt a shift in the Sith'ari's presence. Can you tell if he's okay?

With the arrival of Viox's warship overhead Vasari felt a sense of relief, and moved back from her position overlooking the battle to the den where several of the Blackguard sharpshooters had made their nest and were busy picking off targets while Luxeria was still thick in the middle of the action below. The cold feeling the ring left against her finger faded and in the following moments she felt a little lightheaded. Her eyes passed back to the body of the assassin still not five feet from her and she shivered a little. She never felt right on the battlefield...
Her reserve was soon interrupted by a twinge of pain within her mind it wasn't the same as the haze-like fog of one of the assassins trying to cloud her mind or someone else's mind she was linked to, and it wasn't any mental attack she had ever felt before. It was like a prick, not overly painful... but annoying and constant. She focused her mind and reached out over the small group she had linked herself with and checked them all one by one - midway through came the inquiry from Luxeria, asking after her master. She focused her mind upon the link with him and felt him there, but there was a haze present... ~unconsciousness?~ she half thought to herself and focused a little more, now came the blurriness of thought as she attempted to connect with his mind. She hadn't felt this before, something was effecting him, and she was sure now that he was unconscious.
"Savage!"She shouted across the mental link - her mind exploding within his own like a flash bang attempting to stir his slumbering consciousness - as of yet unaware of the drug that had been used to create the situation. Next she reached out to respond to Luxeria.Unconsciousness, drowsiness, blurriness of thought and focus... I'm attempting to reach him, I'll do what i can to protect his mind from here, but..."
She hesitated, fumbling the thought of ~If they have him...~ in her mind simply because it didn't seem possible for him to have been captured. She forced herself to focus remaining where she was enhancing her battle meditation and focusing more on Viox's mind, attempting now to locate him before reaching out to Luxeria again - her mind now more clear and focused.
"He is moving deeper into the structure - i cannot sense others though they may be hidden from my sight"

Luxeria growled at Vasari's response. This certainly wasn't the plan. Of all people, how did the Sith'ari get captured? Cursing under her breath, she began walking with haste. Stay where you are. I'm on my way. She began to wonder if this was the right thing to do. She was given the task of leading these men and securing the spaceport. No need to go rescuing Sith Lords who didn't pay attention. It could be said that if this happened, he wasn't worthy to lead the Blackguard and someone more capable would take over. Yet, despite these thoughts, her path remained set, unfaltering as she reached Kage. She had no worries leaving him to finish the assault now that reinforcements had arrived. And with a Nebula-class Star Destroyer, she doubted any of the anti-aircraft weapons still active would do much to scratch it.
"Major Kage! I'm leaving the rest of the assault to you. You should have no problem mopping up the remaining forces. Vasari and I have a task we have to complete." It was all she said as she pressed on the moment the words left her lips. No reason to cause a stir with the details. As far as anyone would most likely think was the Sith'ari had given the two of them a new task to complete, something unforeseen until the entry into the spaceport.
Locking in of Vasari's presence, Luxeria's pace quickened. Looking up as she sensed her above her, she channeled the Force through her and lifted herself upwards into the air before landing in the nest the snipers had made. She kept quiet as she merely nodded to Vasari as not to alert anyone of the situation. I guess it's up to us two lowly apprentices to find the Sith'ari and save him. Are you ready?

Vasari crouched a low beneath cover half sitting half leaning against the barricade that was covering the snipers. Her mind was far afield, focusing along the link she had made with Viox. Connecting to his mind was always a daunting task for her after the first time she had attempted it at the Academy on Iridonia - since then, and since his warning, she had been hesitant to repeat the experience. But she felt nothing but cloudiness from him and in the middle of an assault that wasn't something that was healthy. While Vasari's mind continued to locate the Sith'ari through the unknown spaceport the presence of the army she was apart of drifted away - most of the soldiers that were under her protection would hardly feel it as her mind drifted away from them, narrowing her focus upon Luxeria and Viox. It seemed at least until reinforcements arrived from the surface that the battle up here in the skies above the surface world was coming to a close. Once the Troops from the warship above landed - the meager defenses here would faulter under the weight of the Blackguards military fist.
Her focus was distracted a few moments later when she felt Luxeria grow closer. She lifted her eyes to the warrior now next to her - her face an expressionless mask - her mind now split only twice: maintaining the battle meditation between the three of them, and searching for Viox through the currents of the force attempting to get a more accurate location.
They're moving him still, I can barely feel him - they are blocking me.
While her expression did nothing to give away her tone - and even though she was much to focused to give off the feeling of anything close to panick, there was a slightly worried weight to her thoughts as she spoke to her partner. She came to her feet, to stand next to Luxeria overlooking the battlefield, her Saberstaff held lightly in her hand scanning the surrounding shadows for any more of the Assassin's that may still be lurking. That was the only thing that made since, one of the older more experienced hunters got the better of him. Or of course... knowing her Master, This was a test.

As Vasari spoke within her mind, Luxeria turned back towards the battle that unfolded. She was never one for leading others, She always preferred doing her own thing or doing what was asked of her. Only in the proper instances was she even up for working with another so freely as she was with Vasari. Since Mustafar, they had become extremely close in many ways. Only now did she feel comfortable, even with the possible risk that lay before them. It brought a smirk to her face as she looked over to the Zabrak. "Lead the way."

Anzat Spaceport - Anzati Council Building.Despite the attack that was underway by the Blackguard, within the main building deeper in the spaceport, life seemed to be proceeding more or less as usual. Even the sounds of battle could barely be heard from here. Though, the Sith'ari had no idea where here was. A dull throbbing in his head, pulsing to the time of his hearts beating, could be felt. His limbs felt heavy and he was groggy. The effects of whatever he had been dosed with were wearing off, slowly. Even the whispers of the Elders within his head, couldn't be heard right now. Everything felt off. Slow, sluggish, as if he was having trouble processing what was happening. As the room he was in came into focus, it was a lavishly decorated office. Or apartment. He couldn't tell which at this point. As he lifted his head, he realized he was strapped to an interrogation chair. And he only recognized it because he had several himself, at various locations throughout the Blackguard's territory. Pulling against the restraints on his forearms and wrists, he noted that the straps on this particular chair had been reinforced. Either he had been expected, or this person had turned interrogation and torture into an art. And while he could respect that, it didn't bode well for him. As his vision began to clear and his brain was awakening fully from the drug induced comatose state, he clenched his jaw in frustration. A noise off to his left caused him to turn his head. Upon doing so, he felt the weight of something around his neck. Rolling his shoulders a bit, he could feel the weight and rough shape of the device around his neck. A Neural Control Collar. Crude, but effective. And definitely a way to keep him in line and cooperative, should he manage to get free from the chair. Who could have gone through all this trouble? he wondered to himself. Though, his thoughts were soon answered as someone entered the room behind him. A tantalizingly sweet fragrance filled the air as the sound of soft, barely audible footsteps drew near...

Vasari slipped the backpack she wore off her back and dropped it to one of the troopers - it contained several of her books and a few other odds and ends she brought with her on missions, things she had found herself wanting on previous ones, but didn't have. She had already forwent wearing her cloak and so now she was only garbed in her normal attire of skin tight combat pants, a tight skirt, and an armorweave wrap covering her chest. She gave Luxeria a pretty smile and without another word leapt down from the sniper's nest and moved towards a building opposite the entrance Viox and the rest of the force had been fighting within. When they were clear away from any prying ears she spoke in a soft whisper, moving quickly fulling confident that Luxeria would be close to her side.
"Only thing i can think of would be some sort of poison... Its the only effect i can account for that would limit my connection with his mind."
She rounded a corner then another, looking up and down until she saw what she was looking for. About fifteen feet up there was a grate with an air current flowing up through it. She gestured to the grade above and reached out with the force pulling it free. With the size of the spaceport it would take Kage still several hours to take control of the entire thing - even with reinforcements from above. Their best bet at locating Viox was going to be stealth. She exhaled and reached out with the force pulling the grate from the wall - the noise it made wouldn't have been heard over the roar of battle not 200 yards from where they stood. She gave it a moment setting the grate down on the ground and then leapt up to the hole she had created crawling into the small airduct - it would have been a tight fit for anyone else, but the two of them were small enough they would be able to make it through and deeper into the spaceport unnoticed. Once again trusting Luxeria to be just behind her she made her way through the ducting crawling along slowly.

The assault upon the spaceport had begun in earnest. Much sooner and yet much later than I had anticipated. Regardless of my feelings on the matter, my prey was delivered to my chambers. And my oh my, what a specimen he was. Muscular, deliciously dark and radiating a power I hadn't felt in ages. Wearing a sweet and alluring fragrance, from Zeltros, I walk into the chambers. Walking softly into the room, I watch as my prey pauses. Sharp instincts. He will make for an excellent meal. Patience, I scold myself. Just because I haven't feasted on someone this powerful in a long time, doesn't mean I need to lose my dignity. No. I will pace myself. Walking up to the interrogation chair, I run my hand across his shoulder very tenderly. "The mighty Sith'ari finally graces our world with his presence...to what do I owe the pleasure..." Trailing off with a little extra emphasis on 'pleasure', I slide my hand down his shoulder to his restrained arms. Upon sliding my hand down to the restraint, I spin to face him, then straddle him with a sly grin...

Once again trusting Luxeria to be just behind her she made her way through the ducting crawling along slowly. Right on Vasari's heels, Luxeria lept from their place over the battlefield and followed, keeping stepped with the Zabrak. When they were finally clear enough that Vasari spoke, Luxeria nodded, completely aware of such a possibility. "It's quite possible. There are a few that a dangerous to even those as strong as the Sith'ari. Senflax is one such case, rendering the body in a paralytic state that completely disrupts the mind so much that Force-sensitives can't use the Force." Who knew what Viox's captor actually used. Not that it mattered. He was in a situation and needed a hand.
Watching the Zabrak continue on, Luxeria kept close, eyes watching their backs as they went. It wasn't long before they reached a spot that her partner viewed as the perfect place to begin. Back to her, Luxeria heard the ripping grate as well as it being settled down. Only the slightest of grunts were heard as the Zabrak lept up into the vent with Luxeria turning to ensure she was clear before jumping up as well. A tight fit was right. If anything went wrong, they could have possibly been trapped up there. But it was a risk that they would need to take.

Vasari considered the implications of a poison that would render her most powerful weapon void, and the implications did not escape her. Something as simple as a dart or an airisal spray in the face at a wrong time and her mind would turn to the same mush that she was feeling from Viox right now. She pushed down the panic rising in her chest - pushed it down deep and focused her mind on the task at hand - locating the Sith'ari through this maze of tunneling ducts. She quickly realized they wouldn't get very far using this method and after a few dozen yards she found another vent leading into what seemed to be a repair bay for the spaceport's machinery and slipped out of the ducting. she surveyed the empty maintaince bay and realized they would have a moment to gather their senses and find their course before moving forward. She gave Luxeria a moment to adjust before pointing towards one of the exits and began making her way towards it...
"I dont suppose there is any way to neutralize the poison... when you're not sure what it is? When we find him is going to be useless? I dont know about you but im not the type to be able to carry him out of here..."
She raised her well toned but notably small arms to her sides in a bit of a helpless shrug as they approached the door. The sounds of fighting hadn't been heard from here. That could have been because Kage had secured the outside and was prepping a LZ before making a push to take the spaceport proper - or because they were far enough away from the source of the fighting by now that the noise of war wouldn't carry through the thick durasteel walls. Regardless Vasari's mind, and her huntresses instincts were narrowed to their surroundings so they wouldn't be taken by surprise. The door opened and she checked the hallway before exhaling softly and pointing down one of the revealed passageways.
"He's deeper into the structure than i thought - they could have moved him again, or he could be conscious so im getting a more accurate read on his mind?"
We're coming Master... attempt to avoid becoming soup please...
The thoughts passed between her and her master were quiet, but mocking - hopefully enough so that he wouldn't sense her genuine worry for him and then she picked up the pace, jogging if not fully running down the empty hallway - still scanning for any sort of security or patrols that would no doubt be lurking around any corner. This could have all been a trap to lead them into a desperate situation - they could be walking right into it. Vasari didn't much care, Viox was nearby now - she could feel it.

Luxeria continued behind Vasari, the connection they shared giving her insight slightly to the thoughts and concerns such a reality brought. It had been something she had been working on for some time. Their trip to Coruscant was her first access to the elements of an assassin, though her studies had been going on much longer in secret. It was how she was able to identify such a potent poison without a second thought. Whether or not it was what was used remained to be seen.
It wasn't long before Vasari departed the vent. Once the Zabrak was clear, the fiery-haired woman followed suit. She stood straight as the questions then came.Unfortunately, we'd first need to figure out what kind was used before it can be counteracted. Unless you have a healing ability to do so. I wouldn't worry too, much about him being carried out. His weight won't be anything for my Telekinesis. My only concern is what we are going to find when we get to him."
When she spoke again about sensing him better, she nodded. "That means the poison used was a short term one. If they wanted him dead so easily, they wouldn't have wasted moving him. Someone wants him alive and, considering the type of people these Anzati are, unspoiled. No doubt they felt his power and wish to feed on him. That could very well buy us some time, but not much."
It wasn;t but a moment longer before Vasari took off in a near run down the hall, Luxeria close behind, Kyana Rendi held tightly and unlit in her hand.

Ah, an Anzati temptress.. he thought to himself.Eyeing up the slender figure of the Anzati woman whom was now seated on his lap, he smirked. His voice was barely above a whisper when he replied to her."Don't play coy with me. You know why I am here. And if you know who I am, you know what I am capable of..."His smirk faded to a scowl. Normally, he'd be a little more wary around an Anzati, more specifically, this Anzati. She certainly had a specific skillset, though he wasn't interested in her skills as a seductress. He was much more interested in her skills as an assassin."Either you release me and I let you live, or I break out of here and slaughter your people to the verge of extinction..."His fierce yellow eyes flashed menacingly at her. Despite her games, she would release him. And perhaps he would spare her the agony of being bound to him for eternity. Or perhaps not. Jaw clenched, he slowly flexed the fingers on his left prosthetic hand. Inhaling and exhaling slowly, keeping his heart rate steady and calm, the Sith'ari continued to stare down the Anzati who was still seated in his lap.

"Play coy? Me? I was always taught never to play with my food before I eat it..." I trailed off and ran my fingers gently down his tattooed face, over a thin scar on the left side of his face. As much as I wanted to feast on this powerful being, the challenge of getting him to succumb to my wiles was much more satisfying. "Come now, little Zabrak...surely you tire of this masculine facade. Wouldn't you rather come and relax with little old me...? I assure you, my bark is worse than my bite..." Winking and flashing a coy grin at him, I ever so slowly slide off of his lap...

Vasari sprinted now down the hall, feeling the force pushing her faster as she rounded a corner into a group of soldiers moving towards the front to reinforce the group trying to hold the spaceport. Vasari's blade came alive the moment she rounded the corner - as if she had known they were going to be there. She raised the double blade with a slight twirl of her wrist and killed two of the soldiers before they could even raise their weapons - the rest of the group fanned out without panic and raised their weapons to fire a volley of blaster fire into her. She hadn't pressed her attack - anticipating this reaction and stood ready to deflect the volley of fire back at her attackers. Some of the bolts returned to their marks but most simply bounced into the walls charring the surface of the durasteel walls. She growled as she missed a block and felt the heat of the laser fire burn across the surface of her leg. The feeling was painful for only a moment and the ring she wore on her finger went cold as she felt a swelling of rage built up inside her and she leapt forward and slammed her body against one of the soldiers turning his body to keep the others from firing upon her - expecting Luxeria to not be far behind her as she tore her claws into the soldiers throat and feeling the warmth of his blood platter across her face. The gloves she wore covering her hands and arms were fingerless allowing her full range of motion and so she felt her fingers wrap around the fleshy insides of his throat before she gave a quick yank and tore the soldiers throat from his neck before dropping his convulsing body to the ground.
This caused one of the remaining soldiers to shudder and look up at Vasari - a look of panic in his eyes. ~This one must be young...~ Vasari thought to herself hearing Luxeria already engaged with the other soldiers Vasari tilted her head slightly at the young Anzati and took a slow step towards him, her mind reaching out to his pressing her mind aggressively against his own as she forced contact.[/scan]
<<Where would your mistress take her meals?>>
Vasari's mind worked a mental mist of confusion around the young soldiers mind, breaking his defenses easily. When she fought the assassin before she had overwhelmed his mind for a moment and taken advantage of it in the heat of battle - there had been no time for the subtlety that she was working now. She trusted Luxeria to deal with the remaining soldiers as she held this one enthralled.[/scan]
<<Where has she taken... My MASTER!>>
Vasari's voice rose threateningly and the soldiers face paled a little, but not at her voice - on a normal day he might not have been so easily threatened into compliance but his mind felt like it was working through mesh - and he had just seen his comrade's throat torn out with bare hands The feeling was dark and cold and it surrounded his every thought and now in this moment he hadn't the strength to resist her.[/scan]
"Two... corridors down... Left... Her chambers are at the end of the... Hall..."
Vasari smiled a lovely and kind smile and retreated from his mind looking over just in time to watch Luxeria finish with the rest of the group they had chanced upon. She looked back at the soldier and moved closer to him raising a hand to pat his cheek - the other taking his weapon and tossing it onto the now dead form of the man laying not two yards from him. She basked for a long moment in his horror, feeling her ring grow cold and the phantom pain in her leg that the blaster graze had brought back fade a little as she stepped past him and beckoned to Luxeria to follow before starting again at a run towards the quarters of the one leading the defense of this Spaceport.[/scan]

Despite his best efforts to resist, my subtle grinding on his lap was producing results, though to my great disappointment, he simply ignored me. It was time to try a little harder, I guess. "Play coy? Me? I was always taught never to play with my food before I eat it..." I trailed off and ran my fingers gently down his tattooed face, over a thin scar on the left side of his face. Wouldn't you rather come and relax with little old me...? I assure you, my bark is worse than my bite..." Winking and flashing a coy grin at him, I ever so slowly slide off of his lap... This Anzati was bound and determined to seduce him and feast on his essence. And regardless of how strong his will was, temptations of the flesh were a bit harder to resist. His mind and willpower were strong, but his flesh wasn't nearly as ready to ignore the woman's advances so easily. Still eyeing the woman as she slid off his lap, he snorted in annoyance. Exhaling slowly, he blinked once, twice, then stared at the woman. Concentrating deeply, he began to invade her mind, calling upon the power of the elders within his head to aid him. Bludgeoning his way through her mental defenses, within her mind, he appeared before her. Standing before her in a dark swirling mist, the Zabrak was garbed in the simple trappings of a Sith. But he was none-the-less there, forcing his presence upon her mind. You do not get to determine how this plays out, seductress. I am all powerful. Aided by the power of my ancestors and fueled by an insatiable hunger for power, I will destroy your mind and leave you a withering shell of your former self. Which would be a waste of potential...you get to choose how this plays out. Release me and I will put your abilities to good use. Leave me restrained to this chair until my apprentice arrives and I will crush you from the inside out... At this point, his mental prowess was the only thing he could fully utilize. Being restrained to the chair and fitted with a neural disruption collar dulled his abilities. But with the elders reinforcing his mental prowess, he was capable of invading this Anzati's mind. Whether or not he could actually summon the will to physically harm her was still unknown, but even by harassing her mentally, he still controlled the situation enough to prevent her from feeding on him for the time being.

Freezing, rooted the to spot, my eyes widened. Despite being outfitted with a neural disruption collar, the Zabrak was able to invade my mind. His words echoed within the confines of my skull, dripping with malice. For the first time in a very long time, I was actually afraid. A rare occurrence, certainly, but it was happening. And then I realized my mistake. Arrogant and confident in my abilities, I assumed I could capture and toy with this Zabrak and have a sustaining meal from him. And now he was proving me otherwise, while being restrained. Paralyzed by a new found fear, I couldn't move or respond, but eye up the man with wide eyes...

*Vasari counted in her head as she sprinted down the hall. She had lost contact with Viox's mind and she wasn't sure if that was because he was struggling to keep out any invaders and thus her, or because he was... ~No~ she shook her head, banishing the thought as she rounded the last corner and skidding to a stop - causing her black combat boots to slid across the smooth floor - the grip barely stopping her from tumbling over. Six assassins stood with weapons drawn guarding the door she was told her master lay behind - prisoner - ALIVE. She gritted her teeth and ignited the bright crimson blades of her Sabrestaff. Her eyes flared bright with the power coursing through her - the ring, cold on her finger letting her know she was falling off balance - towards the dark, but instead of pulling back she leaned into it allowing it to flood through her body setting her blood afire with rage.*
"SAVAGE!!"
*Shouted the young warrior, not stepping forward - waiting for Luxeria to catch up - it wouldn't be long she was right behind her - wasn't she? She had stopped paying attention after she had learned the location of where they were keeping her Master. Something was pushing her, causing her mind to shut off from all other outlets that may distract her, but it also meant that her battle meditation was broken now, and if she would have been in a clearer state of mind she would have realized that her many minds technique had fallen apart when the dark side focused her aggression towards the sole goal of freeing Viox.
She could feel a strong magical presence, but was not near focused enough to know if that presence was the six killers in front of her, no doubt with close to a millenia's worth of experience in death and murder between them - or the stronger more powerful threat that lay on the other side of the door. She moved her eyes back and forth between the assassins who were now slowly moving towards her - wary of her clearly defensive stance and the long bladed weapon that was almost too long for the corridor they stood within. She wasn't sure why they were not attacking - though perhaps they thought the same, but something caused her to wait. Not hesitation... strategy perhaps? So she waited, glaring at the assassins in between her, and her future.*
