*Gavin nodded.* "I'll see then if we can get ourselves in the hanger or somewhere close. Rest until then."
*Making his way from the room, he approached the cockpit again, now clear of their destination. As he sat down in the pilot seat, he saw a light on the console flashing. It played off the response from Yavin control and Gavin couldn't help but smirk and shake his head. He should have figured it would only be moments after they arrived that they'd be sending communications since he didn't respond upon arrival. Grabbing the headset, he opened the channel.*
::Yavin OTC, this is the Eternal Phoenix. My apologies on my late response. Needed to check with my passenger on her destination. I am Gavin Phoenix. I carry one passenger who is seriously injured and also wishes to speak to the Jedi there. I carry no cargo otherwise. My intent is simply to seek aid for her and see that she is able to gain and audience with some of the Jedi without hostilities.::
*With the message sent, he waited in orbit for verification and orders.*

As quick as the inquired information was transferred to Yavin command, Jonnas Deber and 'Agent Coulson' were throwing the information into the database on both the pilot, what they knew about the passenger and the ship, seeing if anything raised a red flag. All of the information was in order and did not appear to be falsified." Have the fleet stand down, and have a med team with stretcher for a code Age-3, they aren't going to cause a security threat... I hope." " Done and done sir, though what is the protocol here? We are supposed to route them to the station, but given we don't have word on the station's condition." " Have the med team escort with 2 guards... Best we can do, I will handle the mess if the poodoo hits the server." Again adjusting his tie, Coulson re-opened communications under the impression that the mysterious passenger desired to speak with one of the other Jedi that was officially listed as missing in action.Eternal Phoenix this is Agent coulson with Yavin OTC, your information is in order and you are cleared to proceed. Couple formalities to point out, first off I should be routing you to the station as a safety precaution, however due to the status you described from your patient and other factors, I am going to have you bypass the station and land in the academy hangar, BUT, and I need you to follow these instructions, when you touch down, please lower your boarding ramp so the med team can get to the injured passenger, then please return to the cockpit and wait for the med team to get your companion off of the ship before you disembark. Also, before you land I would request you fill out a copy of YV4-12, this for record's sake confirms your identity one more time to the academy and will allow the administration a tally of who should be on world. I will transmit a copy to you immediately or you may be able to locate this form in the affiliation documentation section of your galactic travel visa..
there was a pause of 30 seconds that could be construed as dead air or the end of transmission
... Also Gavin, I am afraid you and your passenger have traveled here in vain. If she means to speak to master Pulastra, master Starflare, or one of the other Masters that made up the renown Jedi academy on Yavin 4... I must inform you that officially they are listed as Missing In Action. However, the current headmaster is due to return shortly, If it would be of any compensation, I can request he meet with your passenger upon his return... If that is agreeable with you. For everything else, the folks on the ground should be able to assist you, this is Yavin OTC signing off, welcome to Yavin.

::Roger, Yavin OTC. Beginning our decent.::*Gavin cut the channel and began his decent into the atmosphere. It had been so long since his time here as a Jedi, though security had been raised by far. Whether due to recent events or as a simple precaution, he couldn't blame them. Wasting little time, the ship met the planet's atmosphere as he headed for the Temple.*

I gave a chuckle as the message came in regarding my personal clearance to land and vectors for my arrival, as i set it into my navcom i had to wonder, ‘Was he saluting me over audio coms?’ but the thought was merely a bump in the road as my Astromech alerted that systems were set into place. I pushed the throttle slowly and began my decent toward the planet surface, the Academy i was lucky enough to lead, and Most importantly (once i met with master Rawkill and Goran Beviin) MY BED!!!

The Leonid exits hyperspace in orbit around Yavin IV.
Rather than the stars gradually stretching into line from their pinpoints, when entering hyperspace from Oovo IV, the exit is sudden halt. The green-blue moon and the large red gas giant planet splash into view. Yavin Station, and a vast array of ships, including an Executor-class Star Dreadnought, bespeckle the sight of the lush moon.
“Well, here we are!” Palo Torsh exclaimed with a hint of sarcasm to ART, the R3 droid brain of The Leonid “Not exactly the most comforting scene in the universe, but we should be safe, for the time being...”Palo leaned back in the pilot seat.
ART expressed his doubt through the astromech translator:
{Oh, sure. Safe. I mean, you only escaped from a Republic prison by stealing a smuggling vessel and happen to have a powerful Dark Jedi lightsaber which was used to kill your former master, a Jedi Knight, in the cargo compartment. Oh, and you have a bounty on your head, but have no idea who posted it or why. If only all fugitive smugglers could be as lucky as you.}
Palo sighed and rolled his eyes afer reading the text. “ “Okay...I admit, there will be some explaining to do. But I'm sure they have some sort of record of me training in Tibrin...well, probably not. Though they do have a record of me being incarcerated at a Republic facility, even though it wasn't the Republic who attacked the ship, killed my crewmates and left me to die in my cell. I think.”
ART only responded on the translator with an ellipsis.
“I guess I should send a transmission to Yavin Control, request permission to land, and all that gliz. ”
Palo hit the transmitter. He opened his mouth to speak, but stopped when ART commented through the translator.
{Make it good.}
“Thanks.” He whispered.
::The Leonid to Yavin Control, this is Jedi Padawan Palo Torsh, captain of the WR-542 liason frigate, The Leonid, seeking permission to land at the Jedi Praxeum...and before you check the transponder codes, I would like for you to know this is a stolen ship and I'm probably on the Republic's wanted criminal list...well, to be honest, I was attacked, then imprisoned in a Republic facility, though probably not by the Republic escaped, and stole this ship to get off-planet. I have a bounty on my head, and a Dark Jedi's lightsaber in my cargo bay.::
Palo took a deep breath. Though he is usually talented enough to talk his way out of situations, his honesty was out-of-practice.
::...I think that went over rather well.::
{Your finger is still on the transmitter}
Palo quickly let go of the transmitter, then sighed.
“Honesty...always the best policy”

Aboard The Leonid and waiting for a response from Yavin Control, Palo Torsh begins to research for possible replacement ships on a datapad, as he expects The Leonid to be impounded or destroyed, having been stolen from a Republic prison impound lot. He looks for a ship that can be operated by a single pilot, and preferably not formerly-owned by a convict.
“I'm going to miss this ship, though I've only had it for a few days...I rather like it.”
ART chimed in on the translator just above Palo's gaze.
It would not run a risk of impoundment, had you lied to Yavin Control in your transmission...
“Normally, I would not have hesitated to be dishonest in such a predicament, but this planet is filled with Jedi, and if I'm going to need their help, I'd rather they trust my word than know I'm lying by reading my thoughts. And even if there are no Jedi on Yavin Station, there could be Zeltrons or another species that can read emotions.” Palo continued to scan a listing for ships that met his criteria, including a YV-666 light freighter, a Theta-class T-2c shuttle, and a BTL-A4 LP "Longprobe" Y-wing. Palo raised his glance out the viewport at Yavin Station and let a smile surface. “Of course, if there is a Zeltron female onboard that station, an interrogation wouldn't be entirely unwelcome...”
I think trust is a little out of the question regarding your past, whether or not they can sense your intentions or not. But you escaped from one prison on your own, and now you have me, the beckon call for the ship, your weapons, as well as the ship and its armament. I would also not prefer to be destroyed with The Leonid, or worse, be under the ownership of a stodgy Republic Senator or Jedi. I would rather self-destruct.
“Hopefully I'll be given the option to detach you from the ship before that happens, so I can put you in another ship...maybe even put you in an astromech droid. Then you could fit into this "Longprobe" Y-wing.” Palo said, as he plugged the datapad into the cockpit computer terminal with a code cyclinder adapter.
That would be rather interesting.
“The Y-wing?”
No. Having legs.

A short series of screams erupt from the back of The Leonid, where Palo Torsh had been self-applying the synthskin set he found in the cargo hold to cover up his Kiffar facial-tattoos. After realizing his appearance has changed since his time imprisoned on Ovoo IV, including longer hair and a beard, he believes erasing his signature tattoos will further help him evade the bounty on his head. He returns to the cockpit, sore. Palo tries to make a few facial expressions to break in the artificial skin, but it remains stiff and uncomfortably numb in some places.

After an amount of time that probably seemed longer than it was, though in truth it was just enough to inform the Praxeum of the latest arrival in Yavin IV's airspace, a reply crackled through from Yavin Flight Control.
WR-502 frigate Leonid, your patience has been noted. Given the interesting particulars of your arrival here, maintain your position for another---
there was a pause as screen data was collected,
---five minutes. You should receive confirmation of the arrival of your escort planetside. Be aware that the Jedi Praxeum knows you are coming as well as the information which you so forthcomingly provided upon hailing us.
The transmission cut off as two x-wings rose from Yavin's surface and arced towards the Leonid. They split upon approach and took up a position just aft of either flank of the liaison frigate.
Just as suddenly, the Leonid was hailed by Yavin Control again.
I hope your story checks out and your stay upon Yavin is beneficial. May the Force be with you.
The older of the two men currently in front of the scanning station in Yavin Control eyed his younger counterpart. "What?" the younger radio operator inquired with a defensive shrug. "It's the traditional Jedi way to end a conversation."
"You're not a Jedi," Evan remarked, eyeing the readout on the terminal in front of him before looking over at the duty officer. "It's in the hands of the Praxeum now. Hopefully everything checks out. This place has seen a lot recently..."
With a mildly chastened countenance, the younger man nodded in agreement before enhancing the magnification of his deep-space scanner to watch the Leonid.

I copy. Thank you, Yavin Control. The Leonid, out.
Noting the time, Palo was surprised that it was a somewhat short wait, especially considering the inherent security concerns of landing near any Jedi Praxeum, let alone the one at Yavin IV, though he was glad that he had just enough time to hide his facial tattoos and look for a possible replacement ship. Regrettably, he had forgotten to attempt to alter the transponder codes or to look through every inch of the ship to make sure there was no spice, chak-root, illegal weapons, or other clandestine goods on board. But Palo assured himself that any such item would have been confiscated as evidence when the previous owner was apprehended and changing the transponder codes would have eliminated any appearance of transparency that he was risking so much to achieve.
ART provided an unnecessary analysis of the response through the cockpit translator.
{Their choice of words and pattern of speech emphasized an increased suspicion regarding your self-incrimination of your initial transmission, and suggested a threatening undertone lacking in any dégagé curiosity. It is possible that I have grown accustomed to being around smugglers with complete disregard for law-enforcement officials, but I maintain this is not the wisest course of action, given my calculated variables.}
ART's change from dry sarcasm to characteristic astromech tone, unnerved Palo more than the transmission exchange.
“Well, if we to Nar Shadda, we could be hidden from any authority, but no one there would be able to help me, and if the my bounty is as high as I'm beginning to think, we'd become a target by the time we reached the surface. If we went to Corellia, the Jedi on the planet might be able to assist me, but CorSec would board the ship to arrest me, or simply just blow it to pieces, depending on my crimes versus the crimes of this ship's former captain. Either way we wouldn't make it to the surface...”
Palo paused as he watched two x-wings rise from the planet and split on approach. The starfighters moved to starboard and port of The Leonid then assumed what appeared to Palo to be an hostile-escort formation, as each starfighter took position on the aft flank of their respective sides of the frigate.
“...so I need to stay polite and cordial, as if I were on one of those diplomacy missions with Master Seff.”
After setting a course for the hanger of the Jedi Praxeum, Palo piloted The Leonid, guiding its descent to the planet's surface, closely followed by the two x-wings.

The Eternal Phoenix made its way into the planet's orbit and soon, broke free from its gravity well. As they left the Yavin, Gavin began loading the coordinates for Selonia. He could only wonder what kind of welcome they would receive there. Hopefully things would go smoothly. Despite his time in the galaxy, it was planet he hadn't even been too. He didn't know what to expect. Once the planet's coordinates were loaded, Gavin blasted off into hyperspace.*

*A quick flash of light appeared across the dark horizon a split second before a ship materialized into existence. The ship was a battered HWK-290 light freighter, its faded red paint with silver trim showed testament to its hard travels. Slowly it pulled into the planets orbit, the planet its pilot called home for a good majority of her life. Something seemed different about it now. There was a wrongness echoing in the force, what it was, the pilot couldn't put a finger on it, not yet anyway. Without hesitating anymore the female pilot hailed orbital control.*

After an amount of time that (once again) seemed to be too long to run a background check on an incoming ship and relay to the Praxeum of the results, the Endeavor was hailed with Yavin’s response
Endeavor, this is Agent Coulson with Yavin OTC. I apologize for the Delay, The information you have provided has checked out, and you are cleared to land, and might I say, welcome home Knight Althe. Yavin OTC, over and out.

*Miarte arched an eyebrow at the name, it was one she wasn't familiar with. She pushed the thought aside as nothing more then a new face for her to learn. Taking control of the ship, she powered up its engines and descended to the planet below.*

It had been about a week since Rawkill had departed for Coruscant to attend what he could only now describe as the greatest debacle in Jedi-Republic relations since the Great Jedi Purge, which had left the Jedi and Republic to try and barter a new treaty between the two factions, but also saw public opinion drop dramatically for both factions. When he had left Coruscant, the treaty had been handed over to the Republic, and so he was still not aware of what the result was, since the Senate would not be reconvening for another week or so. But the matter was no longer his concern, He had given the High Council his advisement that they should not ally again with the Republic so long as Crom'nen still walked a free man and remained unaccountable for his war crimes. For now, he needed to meet with Master Tuhlute and submit his resignation as Deputy Headmaster and hand command of the Fleet of Ascendant Knowledge to Diamonte, for use in the defence of Yavin IV. These thoughts were all running through his mind as the transport he had borrowed to travel between Yavin IV and Coruscant appeared from hyperspace above the moon. Although he would have taken the time to chat with Agent Coulson, who was working the night shift for Yavin OTC at the current moment, Rawkill was in no mood to make small talk and transmitted his landing codes, before receiving clearance to land at the Yavin Temple a few moments later. The transport made it's way down towards the planet's surface, as Rawkill thought upon the amount of work that he had to get through, including, but not limited to, making a trip to Talus to meet with General Vordaan again and see what men he had to offer to the Council of First Knowledge

The transport carrying Master Rakill, and his apprentices, Athos and Constance, made its way up into orbit, before powering up it's hyperdrive and making the long jump from Yavin all the way to Talus

Continued from Here*Kronos was in the cockpit when the shuttle came out of hyperspace. He had sent a message to the Yavin IV Academy before he had left Corellia, so he should be expected, but Kronos knew certain formalities had to be observed. He hoped that Master Tuhulte had been informed of his presence. After all,a message had been sent to him too.*"This is the shuttleGolden Eagle requesting permission to land at the Academy Hanger on Yavin IV." *The pilot spoke onto the onboard comm and pressed several buttons. Kronos assumed the man was sending the proper clearances to whoever was on the other end. Kronos let.the pilot do his work and remained silent as he waited.*

The delay for authorization was short, as Kronos cleared all checkpoints with glowing recommendations from Cornelian AcademyWelcome to Yavin, Jedi Knight Kronos Marek… Master Tuhlute has been alerted to your arrival, he sends his greetings and requests because of the hour that you find a room to bunk down for the night and that your lessons will start and 8:42 sharp in classroom E16.

*As Kronos was addressed specifically,the pilot looked to Kronos to answer. Kronos gave him a nod.* "Thank you and understood. I will be there."
*As the pilot continued on course, Kronos went to collect his things. Besides clothing and his lightsaber he only brought his sketchbooks, some pencils, a datapad, and his slitherhorn. Despite the excitement, he felt nervous. Although he had earned the status of Knight, he was willingly taking on the role of an apprentice again. He knew he would do well, but it was still a strange feeling. With that in mind, he would obey Tuhulte's instructions to the letter. He would immediately find a room to crash for the night*

I smiled as i heard Kronos Marek rattle off the list of names taking a sip of the coffee, i realized that it was still too bitter for my tastes, and that i would need a bigger vessel if i wanted to delude the dark drink any further.
“ Very good, full marks… you even picked out one of the locations we will be going for study. We will be heading to Hoth, to attempt to find Permafrost crystals, Mustafar for lava crystals and Tatooine for… a Krayt pearl.” i was tightliped about saying tatooine because morally i was opposed to taking from others so i might have a trinket. but the mission there would be honoring the memory of one that had a history with my family… sensing my aura growing dark i hit the button on my Comm“ Pixar, come in, once you and our friend have settled the hyperspace coordinate in, i would like it if the two could come down here, i feel it is important that the team be well acquainted for this mission. … and please bring item 0-7-2 with you”

*Kronos smiled and nodded in humility at getting the answer right. It was something else that he had even stated one of the places they would be visiting, but instead of the Durindfire crystals he had mentioned, they would be going after a krayt dragon pearl. The missions he would be going on would have the potential to be dangerous - especially the one on Tatooine. A krayt dragon was an enemy he had not faced.*
Kronos remained serious, waiting for any more questions or instructions until the artisan called in Pixar. It appeared more would be joining them in this mission and Kronos waited patiently for them to enter with the mysterious item Master Tuhlute had mentioned. As he waited he took a mental inventory of the stuff he had packed. Cold weather gear suitable for Hoth and suitable attire for the twin Suns of Tatooine. He had suitable protection for the volcanic waste that was Mustafar as well, and of course he had his blue bladed lightsaber. He would spend the hyperspace jump planning with his companions, but wondered if Tuhlute would make him take the lead or not.*
