Darth Rebellious didn't have to wait long as he was met soon after his arrival by the Famine Lord himself. As he assumed, his host came dressed in another eccentric choice in wardrobe. A characteristic the saurian seemed compelled to display, no matter the circumstance. Wrapped in a coat of white fur with a horned hat, all of which appeared to be made from the pelt of a wampa, the black-scaled Barabel approached clanking his sabercane as he strutted across the flight deck. His appearance brought to mind the scum of the galaxy's underworld. Spice dealers and flesh peddlers on the Smuggler's Moon would've admired the overt extravagance. The Dark Lord, not so much.
Along with his greeting, Dragus quickly confirmed what Rebellious had deduced. The entire crew, from officers and troopers to techs and sanitation workers, were clones. However, the Kiffar hadn't expected to hear that they were spawned on Kamino, given their high price tag in comparison to the more readily available Spaarti Creations cylinders. Given that bit of information, it would seem that the Sith Eternal was more powerful and resource rich than the reptilian had let on. Disregarding the comments about the Nu-Jakes' appearance, the Darth interjected."Impressive. The acquisition of Kaminoan clones is a feat within itself. It would seem your benefactor's pool of resources is deep."Eager to get move on from the hangar bay, the Sith extended his hand toward the turbolift, gesturing for the dread-lizard to take the lead."Care to show me to the ready room? I'd like to have a discussion about the upcoming meeting."

"Care to?" Inquired the twisted terrorsaur with a curious scaled brow raise. "It would be my absssolute pleasssure." He even meant it as well. Thus far Rebellious had proven rather tight lipped with his intentions, frustratingly so if Dragus was honest about it, so any opportunity to glean something of the other Sith's plan was to be pursued passionately. The Dark Apothecary led the kiffar into the turbolift, ascending from the hangar bay up to the bridge tower of the Warlord, just as the Vindicator-class heavy cruiser reached the edge of the system. When the lift opened, the Famine Lord and Rebellious stepped out onto the bridge before crossing the deck to reach another set of doors that opened into the ready room. The bridge crew, all clones, were unnervingly quiet. They manned their stations as duty expected, but beyond that, they might as well have been droids for all the small talk that occurred. The only sign of animation had been their eyes following the two Sith as they entered the side room. The room itself was nothing special, dominated in the centre by a large table with a holo-projector built into the centre and a display screen on the far end. One side of the room was occupied with a transparasteel view-port, allowing both men to see the growing wall of space particulate the Warlord was headed towards. Rather than perform a series of carefully calculated hyperspace jumps, the cruiser was headed directly into the cosmic dust cloud known as the Cloak of the Sith, a deadly barrier in which the Nullus Beacon was concealed. Traveling through that veil was extremely dangerous, but also a feat the Blood Wyrm had performed several times successfully. Besides, traveling this way also meant the navigational beacons strung through the cloud would not give away their approach. They wouldn't be detected until they had practically arrived.Taking one of the seats provided, the Dark Apothecary made himself comfortable as the first few grains of dust began to fizzle against the deflector shields. His mismatched eyes rested on the form of his kiffar companion."Alright. You have my full attention." He meant it to, as he rested his elbows on the desk with his talons intertwined, his utmost interest given over to whatever Rebellious intended.

Darth Rebellious followed his reptilian host into the turbolift that took them up to the command tower. When the arrived at the bridge and the doors of the lift opened, Rebellious eyes met the numerous yet single face of the dread-lizard's Nu-Jake bridge crew. Their complete silence contrasted by the chirps, whirs and clacking of their duty station consoles in the data pits was slightly more unnerving than their shared visage. Momentarily, the Sith Lord wondered if this is what the Clone Wars was like; Force-using leaders surrounded by drones of flesh-and-blood. He shook the thought and continued into the ready room.
Typical of a warship's ready room, the space was minimal, primarily focused around a large circular table fitted with a holoprojector used to display tactical data. The only other note worthy thing about the room was a large view-port that allowed the occupants to observe the void outside, through which the Kiffar noticed that they were moving through a cloud of cosmic dust and debris. His eyes narrowed in a questioning and slightly annoyed way. If they were going to Roon, there were typically only 2 known was to do so. The fist being the Manda-Roon Merchant Route, considered the more popular way because of the series of navigational beacons that lead through the Cloak, the other being the Death Wind Corridor typically only used as a back door by spice smugglers. However, it seemed they were taking a third and considerably more dangerous route directly through the Cloak.
"Why are we going through the cloud? There's a reason why only 2 routes have been charted in and out. The Cloak is highly difficult and equally dangerous to navigate."
Despite his concerns, Rebellious pulled back the hood of his cloak, totally revealing the olive tones of his face as well as the black stripes around his right eye that made up his qukuuf tribal marking before taking a seat opposite the Famine Lord. Although not fearful, the Darth was cautious and calculating in the way he executed things. The potential dangers of running through the Cloak paired with the prospect of dealing with unknown Sith was rife with possibilities for disaster. Other than the thought of dying in the vacuum of space due to flawed thinking on the part of a negligent alchemist, he wasn't sure how he would be received by the lords of the Eternal; both thoughts that weighed on him. Running the fingers of his right hand through his hair, correcting any imperfections that his cowl may have created, the Dark Lord sighed slightly to relieve himself of some of the tension in his mind before continuing.
"You spoke of the elusive lord that ruled over the Sith Eternal, but not of his followers. I'd like to know more about them. The members of the council you mentioned and those under them. What do you think of them, what drives them and how do you think they will react to one such as myself?"
Although he knew the call through the Dark Side was most likely meant to attract followers, he knew it could have also been used to lure rivals into a trap. If that was the case, the Dark Lord knew the best option was to make sure he knew as much as he could about the individuals and their order before they arrived, so that he would know how best to undermine and destroy them if it was called for.

Unconcerned with the obvious danger associated with risking travel through the cosmic dust cloud, the Dark Apothecary seemed rather preoccupied with prying a trapped morsel of rancid carrion caught between his incisors as he dug into the black meat of his gums, drawing a bead of crimson that ran across the curved length of his talon. "There'z no need for alarm. My void-ssswain waz born to a hannite priestesss in the bowelz of the Black Temple of holy Pzob during a fortuitouz alignment of the starz. He iz quite mad, I asssure you. The only sssort of fellow to guide uz through the Cloak. I had hiz eyez put out with burning brandz to heighten hiz connection to the currentz of the fey." He waved a claw dismissively, as though that bit of seeming nonsense was the clearest sort of explanation. The ready room door parted and an SE fleet technician entered the room carrying a silvered platter with a crystal decanter and two narrow stemmed wine glasses. Without question the murky red liquid in the translucent container was another vintage of Pzobian bloodwine from the Famine Lord's personal vineyard.Neither Sith need see the vacant expression of the man behind the fleet technician's helmet. He gave off the same cold unquestioned obedience as every other Nu-Jake aboard, men born without a will of their own. After filling either glass, the technician departed. Dragus took his own drink receptacle in claw and dipped his forked tongue into the delightful beverage, a classically styled Pzob cabernet sauvignon featuring cedar, prune, licorice, herbs and oak toast. Dry and fruity, with supporting tannins and supple acidity. The perfect refreshment to enjoy while gossiping about his coworkers."Az for the otherz, hmmm, let'z sssee." Beneath the table, one of his curved toe talons tapped the floor as he pondered aloud. "It should come az no sssurprise the Council of Ssseven consistz of ssseven powerful Sssith, of which I include myssself of courssse. Darth Vullor servez az the head of the council and Voice of the Eternal. He iz old but do not allow hiz outward projection of infirmity deceive you, he iz nearly az capable a Sssith Sssorcerer az my brother Mortale, with one lesss foot in the grave. Then there iz Darth Xazatar, our Pau'an Sssith ssspymaster and Hand of the Sssupreme One, who iz usssually paired with our female zabrak High Inquisssitor, Darth Hekat. Fear haz alwayz played a part at keeping the cultz of Roon in line. Next there'z ill tempered Garrax, Fissst of the Three Emperorz or ssso he stylez himssself, more weapon than man. He iz the Sssupreme One'z champion and quite honessstly could probably hold hiz own in an arm wressstling match againssst my older brother Bacca." He took another unnecessarily loud sip. "He'z a giant cyclopz, you sssee. Bacca, not Garrax. I'm not really sssure what Garrax iz, other than unpleasssant. Siss, Siss, Siss." He cackled. "Who elssse? Ah yez, Darth Melabor servez az headmassster of the Tawntoom Sssith Academy and Loremassster of the Eternal. An assstute duroz and fine academic if I mussst sssay, though az a headmassster he hardly comparez to Professsor Draggledore of Dragwartz Sssith Academy on Ryloth, a reliable homunculuz of mine if a bit on the eccentric ssside of thingz. Finally there iz Darth Assstera, my winter rossse and the Sssith Eternal'z Director of Technological Advancementz. She may give off a cold demeanor but that iz only a front. She iz actually quite wicked and I have no doubt she iz among the greatessst engineering mindz of thiz current age. That about doez it for the council." He gargled his wine, then swallowed it down before following with a belch, sharing with Rebellious the odorous remnants of his earlier lunch. It was hard to get real stuffed Jawa outside of Tatooine, but somehow his personal ranat chef had done the impossible."Beneath them there are a few namez worth mentioning. There iz Xitan of courssse, a ssstalwart Sssith warrior az ruthlesss in battle az he iz outssside of it. The lad waz kind enough to aid me in the conquessst of Ryloth where I had the opportunity to sssee hiz skillz for myssself. Recently he haz earned himssself a reputation az a bit of a troublemaker, no doubt due in part to hiz asssociation with yourz truly, though I sssuppose it could be sssomething to do with hiz recent sssubjugation of Eriadu." He scrunched his scaled brow, clearly trying to recall anyone else worth noting. "Traviz Sssloane headz the medical facility aboard the Nulluz Beacon. Charming for a doctor, though only the Eye knowz what he doez with all thossse urine samplez. There is alssso Karnac, another zabrak and a capable combatant. He gave me quite the thrashing the lassst time we entered the sssparring cagez together."

Darth Rebellious' eyebrow raised as his concerns were dismissed. He found himself both annoyed and astounded by the drake lord's propensity for recklessness and nonsensical explanations. He was beginning to see why the Barabel was an exile. Although he could prove useful in certain situations, he was almost a liability due to foolishness. However, present circumstances dictated that he was currently a necessary annoyance. He broke eye-contact with dread-lizard at the approach of one of the clone-technician's approach. Bearing another batch of Pzobian wine, the Sith watched as the droid-of-flesh poured a glass for his Lord. When he turned to the Kiffar prepared to pour one for him as well, the Darth waved a gloved hand dismissively to refuse the offer, before turning his gaze back to the Mad Alchemist.
The Dark Lord listened as his host finally began listing off a few of the Sith Eternal's notable lords and acolytes, but found himself once again irritated by the terrorsaur's penchant to ramble. Along with brief descriptions of the Eternal's standouts, he paired with them comparisons of Lords of the Eye, with whom Rebellious had no familiarity and who were either dead or otherwise dispensed, which meant they were non-factors and otherwise pointless points of conversation in his mind. With the only pauses in the chatter being the slurps, gulps and belches that smelled like half-digested carrion coming from his host’s unsightly maw, the Kiffar could no long keep his outwardly reserved attitude. The facade of a calm expression giving way to a slight scowl as he replied with harsh undertones.
"You compare them with the Lords of the Eye, like that means something to me. While I can... appreciate... your attachment to your wayward 'brothers,' my unfamiliarity with them doesn't provide much context. What I do gather is that the Eternal's ranks are filled with warriors, scientists and sorcerers, with some leaning toward zealotry."
He paused for a moment. Drawing in a deep breath to recompose himself and adopting his usual expressionless demeanor before continuing.
"One question still stands unanswered. How will they receive me?"
Rebellious tapped himself on the chest with his gloved right hand to emphasize the point.
"Will I be treated as a potential ally or a potential rival? Although that is a thin line when it comes to dealing with Sith, I want to know what you would expect, given your experience with them and myself. You understand that I am ambitious, a trait that seems to be shared with a few of them. You also understand that I am a quite capable Sith, and not as malleable as a raw recruit. Give me your thoughts."
He proceeded to gesture with both hands as if opening the floor to the Famine Lord as he leaned back in his chair, ready to listen to his reply.

As our two villains continued their discussion in the ready room of the Warlord, the dark iron wedge of the Vindicator-class heavy cruiser vanished from the long range sensors of the deadly sibling it left behind, disappearing into the cosmic shroud that blanketed the region of space surrounding thrice cursed Roon. The ruinous and woeful journey of these two ill intentioned Sith continues here.

As they say, while daddy is away, the kids will play... Dominating the orbital sphere of the Rishi Moon was the Vindicator-class heavy cruiser known as the Madman. The name was in reference to the Dark Apothecary's brother, Lord Kaan, the Order of the Eye's avatar of Chaos and crowned prince of madness. Sadly, several years isolation with only his own thoughts had resulted in the Sith suffering from a rare form of untreatable mania. It had taken the collective strength of both the Famine Lord and Dread Seer of the Eye to contain their off-kilter sibling and restrain him in the undercroft beneath the Black Temple on blessed Pzob, where his every need and desire was seen to be hannite nuns, who more often than not were occupied with scrubbing the walls clean from the scatological finger-painting he so seemed to enjoy. Despite the selected reference of its name, the Madman was a Sith Eternal dreadnought through and through. Faceless Nu-Jakes in the black and crimson uniform of fleet technicians crewed the cruiser to completion, with the only expertly quaffed bearded face exposed belonging to an NJ3 in the charcoal hued uniform of an officer, serving as captain of the Madman.Unfortunately the Children of Decay that had previously occupied its rodent infested halls had all been recalled to Dragusblight some time ago to deal with an unspecified calamity that threatened all of real-space. It was well then that the Nu-Jake initiative was in full swing, replacing the villainous rat-men that were needed elsewhere. As such, the halls and corridors of the wedge shaped ship were much cleaner than ever before. One could see thine own reflection in the gleaming spit polished floors. That aside, the real work took place down in the science labs. Currently members of the Director of Advanced Technology's science division were running tests on the effectiveness of sonic weaponry on organic beings. Cold uncaring eyes belonging to the servants of Darth Astera took notes as NJ1s fired recently acquired Geonosian sonic blasters following the Sith Eternal conquest of that world. The results were messy, as each blaster emitted a sonic beam capable of tearing through matter at a molecular level. Nu-Jakes with red soaked push-brooms and mops swabbed the decks of organic residue following each trial. Currently the science bureau was attempting to determine if sonic weaponry was a viable alternative to standard blaster tech given the abundance of exonium available from Rishi. The results spoke for themselves.

As part of the reorganization of the Famine Lord's forces into the Greater Roon Remnant 2nd Fleet, the Madmen left the system, streaking into hyperspace as it headed for the dust cloud known as the Cloak of the Sith. It was due for decommission once it reached the Sith Eternal's star fortress, the Nullus Beacon, hidden in those stormy depths. Replacing the cruiser was Battlegroup Cicada, emerging from the same direction the Madmen left in, slowing as it exited lightspeed travel to take up position in orbit around Rishi.

Slipping from the bright blue and green orb of Rishi was a dragon-fly shaped ship, a C-9979 modular frigate of gunmetal hue, emerging from the planet's atmosphere and taking to the cold void of the star speckled tapestry of space. Re-worked ion-drives propelled the Dragenburg towards the systems edge, working in synch with several additional sublight engines installed on the rear wings of the modified landing craft. A psychically attuned ranat from the Far Squeaker Enclave in south Dragusblight manned the navigational controls, plotting a course for nearby Tatooine, before slamming a gnarled paw down on the red 'go' button. The riveted mass of quadaniun steel and Sith iron launched into the swirling blue depths of hyperspace, streaking at lightspeed past the Abrion sector on its way to the Tatoo system. Four Alpha-class Xg-1 Star Wings broke away from Battlegroup Cicada to join the Dragenburg, passing into the same extra-dimensional pocket route as the larger ship, soon vanishing from detection.

Fat bellied transports took to the frigid vacuum of the void as their soot stained hulls broke free of Rishi's natural formed gravity well, laden with extracted exonium from the mines of the surface, bound for elsewhere across the Albion sector as they headed in the direction of the great dust storm as fast as their sublight engines could move. Richly robed galandans walked by holds full of squawking sentient avians from the mountain tribes of the tropical planet, carrying crackling shock-mauls in one hand whilst reading from the opened pages of the Book of Dragus in the other, reciting dark litanies inked in blood and written on human vellum. Known as the Dark Missionaries of the Sith Eternal, this warrior priests carried the Word to the impoverished masses of the Greater Roon Remnant, espousing the vile virtues of sin and depravity for which the Dark Apothecary was known. Smoking braziers hung from Sith iron chains affixed to the handle of their mauls, wafting narcotic incense that subdued the slaves in the holds and elicited nightmarish visions of despair. Though horrid, if they knew was awaited them in the star obscured depths of the Cloud, they wouldn't bother screaming at the hallucinations that plagued their waking hours. The black ships set a course for the Nullus Beacon, contributing their part to 'Project Sidious'.
